If you're a small family, couple, business or solo traveler, vacation is easy from the moment you check in thanks to our keyless front door entry. No keys to lose or return. Our third floor condo accommodates 4 (four) people max, which includes adults, children and babies!

When you look through our reviews, you'll see a continuous high rating of the cleanliness of our condos. We take great pride and effort to keep our condos sanitized between our guests. And having great guests makes it easy to continue.

From the start, Karan made this travel experience super convenient and very easy with her communication and list of possible expectations you may need to consider. Their place was just perfect, super cozy, comfy king bed and a kitchen with everything you need. Superb location to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. If your looking to just unplug and relax, this is the place for you. Looking forward to returning soon!"

Or, load up the beach wagon with the beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards (all provided for you!) and flip-flop your way down to the golden Kamaole Sands III Beach, just a 3-minute walk.
Or opt for a day at the pool, just across the grassy lawn, with two hot tubs to soak your cares away. Our Building 10, third-floor location makes it easy to hit the ground running for the day’s adventures. And with free and fast WiFi, you can easily share travel photos with loved ones at home.
Our well-stocked, updated kitchen with granite counter tops makes cooking a pleasure. Enjoy cooking with our larger stainless steel convection range/hood and quiet Bosch dishwasher. Chat about the day’s highlights over dinner at the dining table... or out on the trade wind cooled lanai while catching a colorful sunset. Or, make the most of a warm evening with a picnic-style Outdoor Grill/BBQ with provided tables and communal grills nearby.
Close the day with a movie on the cable flat-screen, smart TV with DVD player with a new raised air conditioning in the living room. Or, cuddle up in the plush king-sized bed in the master bedroom and catch your favorite show on the 30” mounted flat-screen before drifting off. Yes, there is Air Conditioning included.

The kids will sleep easy in living room’s full-size "Sleeper in Seattle" sofa bed. And with two full baths, including an en suite master, sharing space is easy. Speaking of ease, did we mention the full-size LG washer/dryer to help keep packing light?

Beach towels are behind the left door of the hall closet. Extra hangers inside if you need more closet space.

Start the next day with a round of tennis before a day of snorkeling, swimming, or whale watching (Oct.-April).

The Kamaole Sands Condominium Resort is situated in South Kihei, HI, USA on 15 acres of lush tropical gardens, just 30 minutes from Kahului Airport and Costco and within 10-20 minutes of golf courses, spas, and endless outdoor activities. Whether you seek a zipline through the rainforest, a snorkel boat to Molokini on the Calypso yacht, or a helicopter ride over the island, our poolside Resort Concierge service will help you plan and book your adventures.
The resort lobby is open 24/7 for your arrival. Enjoy complimentary coffee and pick up a local newspaper from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Within two short blocks you’ll find great restaurants, boutique shops and groceries in South Kihei. Coconuts, Cafe Ole, Kihei Aloha Ice Cream, to name a few.
Don’t miss the Te Au Moana Luau in Wailea, just two miles away! Or, come to the next Kihei’s 4th Friday Town Party, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Azeka Shopping Center Mauka, the “Heart and Soul” of Kihei. Enjoy free entertainment, food booths and trucks, art, crafts, and plenty of great local shopping.

Travel Tips: Book your flight, request time off from work, arrange dog/child watch prior to booking your accommodations.
If your departure flight is late, consider booking your last night so you can stay comfortably at the condo until the very last moment. Otherwise, check out time is 11 am.

17.416% Tax is added to your rent, resort fee and end of stay cleaning.
Those three (3) taxes include:
Hawaii's General Excise 4.1666%,
Hawaii's Transient Accommodations 10.25%, and
Maui's Transient Accommodations 3%.

Our REQUIRED RENTAL AGREEMENT must be signed by the reserving adult and a copy of a GOVERNMENT ISSUED PICTURE ID CARD/DRIVER'S LICENSE submitted within 24 hrs of booking, or your booking will be cancelled. The Rental Agreement is linked and digital making it easy to sign on-line. At submission, we both receive a copy of your signed and completed version.

Until reservation is confirmed, all rental rates are subject to change without notice.

25% of the total quoted, is due at booking as a deposit to hold the dates. Balance will be due 60 days prior to arrival.
$300.00 refundable damage deposit is part of the total quoted.

*VRBO's SERVICE FEE is charged by and paid to VRBO. No part of the SERVICE FEE goes to the owner.
*VRBO holds the damage deposit and either released the card hold or returns amount within 7-10 days after departure, provided there was no damage done to the Property, or any excessive cleaning required over and above normal wear and tear. Any damages are provided to Guest with substantiating documentation.
*The One Time $70 Kamaole Sands Resort/front desk fee is paid by the guest at booking and goes to the Resort. This fee is controlled by the resort and does not go to the owner.
