Great condo for family or four adults. Located right across the street from a fantastic beach with super snorkeling!
Condo was very well equipped with lots of kitchen utensils, dishes etc. Spacious sitting area, lanai too. Furniture was all in excellent condition and beds were comfortable. Upstairs loft was a little warm but the ceiling fan made sleeping comfortable.

Great place for the entire family. Our kids had a great time. We could see the ocean and pool from the balcony. It was clean upon arrival and communication was very quick and accurate. We cooked lots of meals in the unit and used the washer/dryer often. Everything was set up for us upon arrival (kitchen ware, towels, instructions, wifi, etc). Its pricy but a splurge we were happy to make. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall lovely! Wifi did not work in the front bedroom which was frustrating. The AC unit also blows extremely hot air onto the lanai which made it extremely difficult to enjoy that area. Location is perfect and hosts were wonderful! Will always return to Kamaole Sands!

Condo is as described, updated kitchen, comfortable king bed, clean, has all the amenities you need. As with all the loft units, the upstairs can be a little warm but they have plenty of fans in addition to the living room a/c unit which kept it comfortable. We had one small issue with a moisture alarm going off and property management was helpful and responsive.

This unit offers everything you require for a comfortable stay in Kihei. The unit is nicely appointed with a beautiful lanai. We appreciated the fine stemware and all cooking necessities. Beds are comfortable however we found it to be a bit warm so the fans were very helpful. We would love to return.

This property for our family of three was the perfect spot. The property manager we dealt with had someone on site within 90 minutes to fix a minor issue. Beautifully landscaped property, decent pool area and barbecues were cleaned every day. Proximity to a beautiful beach, shopping and restaurants were perfect. If/when we return to Maui without hesitation we will stay at the Kamaole Sands again.

We really enjoyed our stay. However the only issue we had was the temperature of the AC which is non adjustable. The master bedroom is up in a loft so on the hot days it would get stuffy up there and at night I either slept with a sheet or nothing at all. If I'm on vacation I don't want to deal with stuff like that. I ended up putting a fan on the desk to push colder air up there. We stayed in October so I can only imagine that its worse in the summer. Other than that it was a great place.

Check in went very smooth. Our place was exactly like the pictures if not better with an amazing view of the ocean and grounds. All new appliances and beds are super comfy! Definitely recommend.

Great family getaway. Awesome location across the street from beaches and park. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. It was great to use the beach chairs and boogie boards that were supplied.

We felt like overall this unit was very nice.
The Lanai is a bit small (which was fine for two people) and otherwise very functional and was very nice to have the ability to use our streaming service for movies/shows in the evening.
Location is fantastic for walking or running along the waterfront for miles and for just catching the sunsets. Location also great for snorkeling across the street at Cam three, or up the road a few miles at Ulua Beach. Swimming/body surfing at Cam 1,2or 3 is perfect. Hawaii Moon ( organic/ store) is a short walk away.
