We loved all of Maui. We explored all coasts and 10+ beaches. There is better snorkeling other places but our kids just wanted to come back to this beach and play on the perfectly sized waves and sandy bottom of this KamIII beach that was walking distance from our door. The pool/hot tube was a great way to finish each night after the beach. Perfect trip, perfect place. Will repeat this 100%

The property is wonderful.This condo is perfect, it has all you need. Parking spot is close by, easy in & out with the locked gate. The beach is a minute’s walk away. It’s quiet.Love the ground floor.
Some parts of the kitchen could use a deep clean but by no means was it inadequate, it was fine.it’s difficult to maintain absolute clean with a large turnover of guests with different levels of cleanliness/respect. The grounds are also home to various birds(including hens with chicks) that add a lot of charm to the lanai but also add a certain set of challenges.
Overall it’s top of the list for go-to Kihei accommodations. Book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations.
Firstly, the location couldn't have been better. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to be close to the beach, restaurants and experience being centrally located for Maui adventures.
The accommodation itself was immaculate. Tad and the team have clearly put a lot of thought and effort into creating a comfortable and inviting space. The apartment/house was clean and beautifully decorated.
We were family travelling with toddler, teenagers and a grandparent. The house was comfortable for everyone and the amenities as pool, tennis courts were perfect. The kitchen was fully functional to cook breakfast and meals as needed.
Tad was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Kihei area.

The location is incredible. the unit has a full king size bed. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. there is a smart TV in the living room so we were able to watch Netflix, Prime, etc. There is shade on the lanai all afternoon. this unit hit everyone of our check marks.we would 100% stay here again.

Everything was great, the kitchen had adequate cutlery, plates and cups. Fridge was nice and clean. The condo was up to date on everything!! The beds were comfy and clean! The pull out couch could have been better but it is a pull out after all. The customer service from Rentals Maui is the hands down the best I've ever had!! They took care of everything that we needed and some miss haps as well!! Overall my family had an awesome time staying at this location and will hopefully on our next visit our to Maui we would be able to get this location again!!

The location of this condo is amazing! A two minute walk to the beach, how can you go wrong!
It was clean and a lot more spacious than I expected a one bedroom condo to be! Having two full bathrooms was key for our family of 4! Having the beach gear was awesome. My son and daughter loved the boogie board! We would definitely stay here again!!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! It far exceeded my expectations. It had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the ground floor location right on the green space because it gave our kids a place to run off some energy. And the view from the lanai (or a short walk to the beach) was perfect for watching sunsets. The location can’t be beat, amazing beach Kam 3 right across the street and shopping/restaurants were a short walk away. The resort grounds were beautiful, the pool was lovely. We had such an enjoyable stay here, and would love to stay here again someday!

Kamaole Sands and our hosts completely exceeded our expectations. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. This facility is very family-friendly so there were plenty of other children for our kids to play with in the pool area and at the beach. Our hosts provided a very comfortable and accommodating unit with great amenities for cooking our own meals and enjoying beach life! We hope to be back next year!

Our rental unit was in the perfect spot! It is located just a short walk from the beach, a short walk to the pool and a short walk to several restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped and served all of our needs.
We only had one small problem. The outside handle on the slider to the porch appears to have a broken part which made it difficult to get back into the condominium.

We just spent 10+ days and it was perfect. This was our third time to this complex and the nicest unit we have been in. Access to the unit was right off the elevator but no noise concerns at all. View of the ocean from the lanai which was covered when it rained.
Bedrooms were great and the furnishings were very comfortable. The unit was stocked with a number of essentials for the beach, kitchen and washroom.
The complex as a whole was also great. We made use of the tennis courts and free pickleball classes when offered. Pool and various spas were also awesome and temperatures were great.
Communication with the hosts was also great. We didn’t have too many questions but they responded super quick and kept us updated on things even prior to our arrival.
We would definitely book this unit again!

This was our 22 wedding anniversary trip and it was perfect for us. This is actually our second time in 3103 and it was beautiful, had everything we needed - beach chairs, beach towels - well equpped kitchen, etc., was in a great location, right by the pool, with easy access to the beach and a short walk to Keawakapu beach and beyond. The managers were super responsive, kind and attended to everything needed. Highly recommend staying here! :-)

Beach gear ready to go was a big plus for us as Kamaole beach is just across the street. The host was quick to respond to request. We just returned from 9 days in this family friendly condo. Fully stocked condo, lots of extras to get you through your stay. We loved having access to beach supplies (chairs, sand toys and umbrellas), extra bedding and kitchen essentials. Great amount of starter supplies for your arrival. Smaller patio space if you are planning on spending time out there, can be crowded for 5 persons.

Great unit at a great property. We have stayed at this property before but in a different unit (and were similarly pleased). The unit was nicely updated and well equipped for our group that ranged from 7-75 year olds. Great ventilation, breezes and AC to stay very comfortable. Close enough to the beach to hear the lifeguards educate beach-goers and about equidistant to the pool. Would absolutely go back.

Overall, a fine stay. Things to be aware of: only 2 bedrooms, so the additional 4 potential people on a listing are on a pull out couch and 2 foam pads. The AC unit in the living room (where the pull out couch is) has a timer - seemed about 5 hours max at a time. So if you sleep with AC, you’ll wake up hot around 5 hours later. I woke up every night between 3-4am to turn the timer back on. Also, the 2nd bedroom is a loft, where noise very clearly and easily travels, really it's like one giant room (living room and loft combined). The beach supplies were great and we enjoyed the location close to the beach!

What a great unit! Very comfortable and modern, spacious and basically clean (there were little ant type critters in bathrooms/kitchen - we know units are sprayed and it's hard to completely be free of them so no worry). The kitchen was super equipped with dishes and appliances but would have enjoyed a few extra supplies (spices, oils, baggies/Saran Wrap) on hand. It was quiet and the deck was nice with a small peek-a-boo look at ocean. Perhaps we didn't 'ask' the questions BUT it was disappointing that there were no beach chairs, etc. available as the outdoor closet on the deck was locked. At all other units we've rented we had access to those items. Fortunately, other family members in another building had extras for us to borrow.
Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay. Mahalo!

This condo was a great place to stay. We spent a lot of time out on the lanai. It was Easter weekend so the pool area was very busy with lots of children having a great time. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The large island was great for spreading out groceries, supplies etc.. There was plenty of towels in the bathrooms and plenty of beach towels as well. The beaches were right across the street if you did not want to drive . The sunsets on the beach were spectacular. The grounds of the complex were well maintained as well. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place to stay on Maui. It is obviously well cared for and a lot of thought went into decorating it and making it comfortable for vacationers to Hawai’i .

Tad’s place is incredible. I’ve stayed at several Kam Sands locations and this might be my favorite. AC in the bedroom, AC in the front. Ground level right next to the pool is so convenient. Amenities are prime. Location is updated and clean. They have the best beach and travel items!! Tommy Bahama chairs, coolers, umbrellas, snorkel gear, chargers for your phone in the bedroom, well stocked kitchen, beach towels, updated dishwasher and fridge!!
Two things to note that I wish I would have known— they don’t have shampoo or conditioner in the shower. I had to go to the store for that as I’m used to that being in VRBOs. And this location is right next to the elevator. I brought ear plugs but something to note if you’re a light sleeper.

This was our first time to Hawaii, and we couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Everything about it was fantastic! The accommodations were just perfect and had everything we needed and more! The location was the best, as we did a lot of walking and beach exploration, we were so glad we picked here to stay! We would recommend this place in a heartbeat, and would love to come back! It has been years since we stayed at the south end of Maui and thoroughly enjoyed the community. Walking access to many dining spots and beaches.
The condo is beautifully furnished and was super comfortable with everything we needed to cook, enjoy the beach, and for sunset dinners on the lanai.

We had a great time in Maui! John was really helpful as we planned our daily adventures. He gave us wonderful recommendations for dining around Kihei as well as perfect stops along the Road to Hana. His wife made me a special lei as well. It was beautiful! It was nice to come back to the condo after a full day of playing on the island and have comfortable beds and a home like atmosphere waiting for us. We hope to visits again! If you are a family of 4 or less, then this is THE place for you! You literally do not need to look at any more listings! This unit is beautiful, clean and very family friendly! The owners have thought of EVERYTHING you will need for your family Hawaiian vacation: Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards, large beach towels, snorkel gear, football, small cooler and the best of all, a large folding wagon to carry your gear to the beach! We noticed there are several rental companies nearby where you can rent these items for a fee!!!The view from the unit of the ocean is beautiful! We loved waking up every morning, sitting on the large balcony and enjoying the beautiful sights and sounds right outside our unit! We cooked several of our meals right in our unit and using the gas grills provided by the condo. We loved everything about this place and have zero complaints. Thank you!!
