Renting through PMI Maui was easy. The pictures and description of the condo were right on. Having a keypad meant one less key to worry about. Assigned parking as well as a designated car wash area. Easy access to Kamaole Beach Park III. Walking distance to several places to eat. Great location, short drive north to Lahania or south to Wailea. We loved the fish at Paia Fish Market South Side and the food trucks near there especially Kihei Fish House by Maui Grill. Although we did not use the pool or the BBQ grills, many people did. There is a Foodland grocery store nearby as well as an ABC store for some grab-and-go items. We look forward to coming bak soon!!

We enjoyed our stay in Kihei and this condo had a prime location with easy access to some of the best beaches. Easy drive into both Kihei and Wailea for restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed having access to the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. Also having in unit washer & dryer was super valuable to us. Our only issue was a lack of hot water-there wasn’t enough hot water to last one person a 10 minute shower. Host was very responsive. While check in ended up being easy, it wasn’t super clear to us that we had to stop at the Kamaole Sands concierge desk before heading to the unit.

Communication with Martina was outstanding. The condo was very clean and well kept. It’s location near the pool and across the street from the beach was fantastic. The condo has everything you need to make your stay on the island very convenient and enjoyable. My family and I can’t wait to go back and would enjoy staying there again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We appreciated having the beach towels, chairs and boogie boards available. One thing that could be improved was the check in process with the property. We stopped in after a long travel day to pay the AOA fee and the process took almost an hour (which included waiting in line). I understand we may have just hit it at a bad time, but all of the check in details (and even payment) could have been collected electronically. I know this has nothing to do with the owner (and is specific to how the property does business) and we will absolutely recommend this spot to friends and family!

This is our 2nd year staying at this condo. Fantastic location. The apartment is well furnished. A significant plus is that the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, appliances, cookware, plus some basic ingredients, which is very helpful.

The unit is absolutely as advertised. There were a couple minor things, that would not detract from a five star rating, but it feel are worth noting.While the couch and chairs on the deck were very comfortable, I would much rather have had a table and chairs out there. Especially since there’s no dining table inside. We ate at the barstools on the island.There was one night stand, and a very small table on the other side of the bed. This would not have been an issue, but there is no dresser. We had to get creative in order to find a place for my clothes. For a week stay, no one wants to live out of a suitcase.The beach gear, and wagon were all in great shape. The set of knives in the kitchen were awesome to use. Thanks for a great week!

My experience was top notch. The facility was very clean, and all of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The beach across the street was great with the provided snorkeling gear. The pool and hot tub were great after sunset. The concierge service was exceptional. We were able to do many different activities with easy, beautiful drives.

The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Had plenty of bath, beach and kitchen towels. The air conditioner was very effective. Condo was very quiet; we are both little sleeper and we did not have any issue sleeping. We made good use of the beach chairs and beach umbrella that were provided.The management team gave us all the needed information well in advance which made it very low stress about checking in. We enjoy your stay and would stay there again.

Awesome place! There's great a/c, comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, a laundry center, clean bathrooms, and even some beach items. I spent a few days here, and it was nice to come back to this home after long days, or just stay in and lounge around. It was also CLEAN in every part, and felt like home. Beach is right across the street, and food places and stores are not too far away. Would definitely stay here again and again.

We had an amazing experience staying here in Maui! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication so easy. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying sunsets in Kihei made the trip extra special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Maui.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and comfortable. We loved the spacious lanai and it being the ground floor so we could easily walk right across to the pool. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Only suggestion would be to have a high chair or booster seat available. The kids plates and play pen were very handy!

The condo was very cozy and comfortable. Had all the amenities you would need for a great time at the beach which was right across the street. Don’t have to go far to watch the sunset in the evenings! A large lanai to enjoy the outdoor breeze and to relax to the swaying of the palm trees in privacy since you are on the top floor. Walking distance away to little shops and a few restaurants or a short drive to many more restaurants and a great food truck pavilion you need to check out. There was some construction work in our building while we were there and it was a distraction, but it wasn’t at the fault of the owner but more of a property renovation as a whole. We still really enjoyed Kehei and exploring Maui!

The location was awesome, Kamaole Sands grounds were beautiful and well maintained, and the condo is really nice. The communication with the host was great, with quick responses. We were able to extend our stay by one day, which we appreciated.Apartment was beautifully renovated and well stocked, the only thing we did not find in the kitchen was tongs. It was mostly clean, with just a few spots missed; for example, we found some dirty spoons that were obviously used and just put back in a kitchen drawer without being washed (most likely by the previous guests), or some hair that was not ours in the main bathroom. The owner provided a beach umbrella, chairs and a boogie board, which was appreciated. Some of the chairs and the umbrella will need to be replaced soon. These things are minor and did not deter from our stay. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back.The only thing I did not like was receiving at least 2 messages asking for a 5-star review before we even arrived. The condo speaks for itself, so this was not necessary. As an analyst and a researcher, I know asking for 5-star review upfront may actually deter people from rating the place in the first place. :)

We had a wonderful stay in this unit at Kam Sands. It was extremely well stocked with quality items, very clean, comfortable bed and furniture and lots of beach items for use. Location is excellent. Host was very responsive to an issue we had with the lock which was quickly resolved. We have stayed in some good units in this complex but this one topped them all. I would recommend without hesitation and will definitely stay in this unit again!

This condo could not have been more perfect for our vacation. AC in the bedroom and living room kept the unit cool, and everything from the mattress to the dining chairs were comfy. Great location in Kihei, right across from a wonderful beach. The condo itself was steps away from the pool and in the back of the complex so it was nice and quiet. I highly recommend this condo!

Condo on beautiful property of Kaomole Sands. Great location to beaches and activities of Kihei. Beautiful remodeled well stocked kitchen. Great beach items included for use as well. Matt also provided a portable fan as requested prior to check in. All in all, a great place and good value. The only issues we had were the worn out mushy, sagging king mattress and the flat lanai cushions. Replacing lanai cushions and that worn out mattress would bring this property a perfect review!
