This beautiful condo appears to have been professionally decorated. Appliances are new, the kitchen is perfectly stocked, and the condo is spotless. Location could not be better. We crossed the street to the beach for sunset views and snorkeling, and all the sites we went to were close by. The code method is so much more convenient than a key. We appreciated the beach gear and only used one chair one time. The bathrooms are great and I already miss the water pressure in the shower. We loved having 2 showers. Bed and sheets are super comfy. Could not have been more perfect. Mahalo!

Everything was great. The only thing was I didn’t feel the toilet paper and paper towel supply was adequate for the number of people and the amount of days. Also some of the dishes were put away and dirty. But overall excellent condo.

My family had and I had an amazing stay at the Kamole Sands. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was well stocked with everything you need…including a side closet on the lanai that has all the pool and beach gear you could possibly need. Chris was very communicative sending check-in info and instructions well in advance, and there is a check-in desk for the resort. The pool and hot tubs were great and my son loved the game room with foosball. The buildings are a little older, so you have to be careful with sand and plumbing, but the condo is fully remodeled and the grounds and pool are very well maintained, and the barbecues on the property work great for dinners. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

The stay was wonderful. The place was great. We were especially gratefull for the trunk full of beach toys - the boggie boards were a hit with my boys! The only slight issue was the presence of spiders (daddy long legs) and small geckos in the back bedroom. My youngest son had a tough time sleeping and i cleaned out the spiders each night, so he would feel better - but it's all good. Comes with the territory as far as i'm concerened. Thought it would be good to share with you though, so you know. Thanks for the great vacation spot!

Great unit. Partial sunset views from the lanai. Well stocked kitchen and beach toys/supplies. Plenty of toiletries. Responsive host. The staff cleaned the pool daily. Walkable to shopping and restaurants. We did and up using the air conditioning a bit instead of leaving the lanai door open at night just because you can hear the pool activity. But they did always shut down promptly at 10 pm when quiet time started. Would stay again!

Location was perfect, with direct access to the beautiful Kamaole Sands lawn for our kids to play on. Unit was well equipped, and we really enjoyed the lanai every morning and evening. Location, property grounds and comfort of the beds were the only good part of the condo. The condo itself needs major updates. Air conditioning barely cooled space and was only in the living room. Not enough toilet paper provided or hand soap. We are hosts ourselves and were very disappointed. We found hair and stains on linens. We would not stay there again for sure.

We loved everything about our stay. It was perfect unfortunately while we were there the elevator was out. While it was a little difficult at times we understood things happen and still had an amazing time. All amenities were provided and beautiful lanai with beautiful grounds! I’m a regular at Kam Sands, three times a year for past 20 years. The grounds / facilities are well maintained, love the pool and jacuzzi. Kam Sands is close to 10 of the nicest beaches and Kīhei loaded with great restaurants and shopping in a homey environment. This condo unit well maintained and stocked with everything you’ll need, clean and comfy like home. The two twin Murphy beds perfect in the living room and the split built in AC in living room and bedroom can’t be beat. Will be back to this unit for sure.

Perfect! We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It is exactly as advertised-very clean and well stocked with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked for eating in, plenty of towels for the beach and bath, there is a closet with beach chairs and other items. Excellent AC in living room/kitchen and bedroom. The view from the lanai is breathtaking both early morning and sunset. Cara was an amazing host. She replied very quickly right from booking to checkout. If you are looking to book this condo don't hesitate. It is by far one of the nicest places we have stayed on Maui.

This was the perfect location allowing us to explore all over Maui, including walkable beaches, restaurants, and shops. The condo met all of our expectations - clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds (including the pullout for our kids!), and a deck that overlooked the pool and ocean. I was grateful for a late check out.However, the unit needs a very deep clean. There were items in the unit that were broken and the pillows were VERY uncomfortable. I mentioned this to the host but nothing was done. The shower door was broken, there were cupboard doors peeling and drawers falling apart in the kitchen. We caught a cockroach in the dining room. The beach chairs were broken and the beach towels were ripped. It wasn’t what I was expecting. It just left a bad impression on us.

We have usually stayed in ground floor units in buildings 1, 2, 5, and 10 at Kamaole Sands, but the size of the lanai and shade it offered on hot afternoons made this unit our favourite yet. Comfortable bed and well stocked with everything we needed. Having AC in the bedroom is great. The only thing that could be replaced is the wicker furniture on the lanai - the table is wobbly and the chair backs are caved out and put you into an uncomfortable seating position. Other than that, you just can’t beat Kamaole Sands!

Our stay in Kihei was amazing. Watching the sunset every night from our VRBO was such an added bonus after a long day of activities. The condo was well stocked with so many added bonus. I don’t know what we would do without the beach chairs and umbrella. Enough for all six of us. The complex with the pickle ball court was a morning must for us and the pool was another bonus

Our first time staying in Kīhei, we have stayed kanaapali before. The building is older, it was quite smelly in the bedroom I assume from the carpet. I don’t want to walk on the carpet it felt like it left a residue on my feet and grossed me out. I thought the bedroom smelled like smoke at first but then read a review where someone described it as urine and it kind of did. I am allergic to microfiber sheets and the host did bring us cotton sheets they went out to buy on the second day which was amazing. I still had watery eyes and congestion I assume from the pillows which were microfiber but the did go above and beyond to try and accommodate me. The runner and the rug also looked extremely dirty. I told my kids not to walk on top of them. Also, the Internet was extremely frustrating. We figured it out on our last day that we had to pull the TV away from the wall in the bedroom for the Wi-Fi to work. But it was also having issues if my son was on the tablet and I was on the bedroom TV it would lag. Honestly, the Wi-Fi and the smell of the bedroom were the worst parts. I don’t know if you just have to adjust your expectations when you’re staying in old Kihei. I think if they upgraded to vinyl planks in the bedroom, it would be a huge improvement and a good investment for the property.

This was the perfect Kihei condo! It was well stocked with beach supplies and outdoor activity equipment. The condo was perfectly situated on the grounds and was close to the beach, tennis courts and pool. Finally, Heidi was an excellent host who responded quickly to our questions and ensured a smooth late evening check in! Hope to be back soon and would definitely rent this place again!

We enjoyed our stay!! Unit has a great view of gardens and ocean. Nice, family friendly property. Very clean, well stocked kitchen and Management was responsive. The only issue I have is that there is musty smell that doesn’t go away with airflow. I have experienced this before in tropical climates so maybe there isn’t much to do. The beautiful staircase is creaky.

Beautifully remodeled and decorated condo with a lovely view of the ocean. Across the street from Kamaole III beach, condo has plenty of beach chairs, coolers and snorkel equipment. Condo is in a great location and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Only 5 minute drive to Wailea. Both king beds were super comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment and basics. Chris was accommodating and responsive to questions. Would absolutely stay here again!
