Went to Maui for our 50th wedding anniversary. Fell in love with this condo. Rob and Ron show pride in their place, the updates and cleanliness was very appearant. Much appreciated the "guest info book" Gave good insights. The bed was delicious. As stated, the condo was spotless. It's located perfectly along the major hiway , that runs along the beach. The walk was about 3 mins.Don't bother to bring anything other than, other than buying food, the place is totally stocked! From kitchen to makeup mirrors , blow dryers, all aside ( R and R, please sharpen those knives)everything was perfect. But just a little note GROCERIES ARE EXTORION! Plan on eating at the condo if you don't want to spend all your money on food. It was well stocked with towels, coolers, beach items. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Access was a breeze, tidy up before you leave.

If you are looking for one of the nicest, cleanest, well decorated and maintained condos in Kihei look no further, you have found it! Everything was immaculate and the condo had everything we needed and more. Everything was very high quality, clearly the standards are high. I would highly recommend this condo and I promise you it will be beyond your expectations. It has so much charm and character. Not to mention it was beautiful to sit on the lanai and enjoy the sunset every night

What a beautiful condo! We loved our stay here. We stay in a lot of condos for our family vacations and this one definately tops as one of the best. Very well stocked, beautifully decorated and super updates. The 2 queen beds for our teens/young adults was ideal as they don't fit on sofa beds anymore. Ideal location within the complex. Easy walk to the pool or beach, and peak-a-boo-views of the ocean and sunsets. We had a great time and would stay here again.

My family and I had a great stay. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare any dish, plenty of space to spread out with our group of 5. Washer and dryer came in handy as well as plenty of gear in patio closet for beach days with family. Condo property itself had several rules that were a bit ridiculous. My husband tried to have a conversation with his friend around 9 pm and was told the only place to converse was in the "smoking section" which was one small bench near the parking lot. Also, no games or balls in the pool to include "Marco Polo" which felt a bit overkill. Otherwise, would certainly stay again.

Everything you need from beach towels to a blender this condo was truly a great place to stay for our trip to Maui. Parking was easy and the grounds are beautifully kept. We enjoyed using the bbq. Didn’t have time to enjoy the pool however a few steps away. Beach is directly in front of condos. Great place to come home to after exploring the island. THANK YOU FOR YOUR BEAUTIFUL CONDO RENTAL THAT IS DECORATED AMAZING. Front desk was so welcoming and easy check in.

The condo was perfect! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was amazing - it had everything. We loved the large kitchen island. The grounds were beautiful and the pool and hot tubs were very nice. It was also very nice to have our own dedicated parking spot. We enjoyed the beach across the street and the town of Kihei. Can’t wait to return!

This condo was perfect for our stay! My husband and I stayed with our two sons and their wives and we couldn’t have asked for a better home base.
Located just across from Kamaole III beach, it was fully stocked with everything we could have needed for our trips to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to do quite a bit of cooking throughout the week.
The beds were so comfy, and everything was just beautifully decorated. We are so thankful for Rob and Ron sharing their piece of heaven on earth with us!

This condo was perfect for our stay! My husband and I stayed with our two sons and their wives and we couldn’t have asked for a better home base.
Located just across from Kamaole III beach, it was fully stocked with everything we could have needed for our trips to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to do quite a bit of cooking throughout the week.
The beds were so comfy, and everything was just beautifully decorated. We are so thankful for Rob and Ron sharing their piece of heaven on earth with us!

Very beautifully decorated condo with a well-stocked kitchen. Lots of dishes, pans, spices, etc. We appreciated the beach gear too. The grounds were well kept and very pretty. The elevator and garbage chute are very close and convenient. The mattress on the King bed upstairs was a bit lumpy and probably needs replacing. It was hard to find places to store large suitcases but otherwise everything in the condo was great.
We felt very safe on the property. However, be aware there are homeless individuals who literally live on the sidewalk across the street from the property entrance. The beach parks across the street (Kamaole) were filled with *tons* of people, noise, and litter 24/7 so we chose to drive to other beaches. These issues were disappointing to us but that’s more of a reflection on the town of Kihei than this particular condo.

Wow, was this place amazing. It had everything we needed for our 4 days and more. Beautiful kitchen, washer/dryer, an awesome living area with lanai, and a great master bedroom and bath upstairs. Beautiful views and easy access to the parking lot, picnic areas, pool and of course, Kameola Sands Beach. We had a great experience and would definitely come again!

First time to Hawaii/Maui. For the most part our trip was awesome! The politeness of the people, the fun excursions were awesome, the beach was fantastic across from the unit. But unfortunately we got the pleasure of being woke up to demolition on the unit next to ours for two days. Nobody disclosed this was going to happen. The noise was unbearable and we were unable to stay in the unit during those days from 9 am till 4 pm. The property manager was quick to respond but unable to do anything about it other than a small refund, less than one day stay there. They were unaware this was going to happen however the building owners knew and said it had been scheduled for months. We are guessing the owners of the unit knew but decided to rent it anyway, not ok in my book. If not for the construction I would give 5 stars. The property was amazing! The unit was clean and beautifully decorated and very well stocked with appliances, dishes, paper products, etc.

Our group of 5 adults had an excellent experience staying at 7-404 for 11 nights. The condo is beautiful (just like the pictures) with so many extra amenities. It feels like home. The beds were very comfortable. The entire property is very well cared for and quiet. It was our 7th trip to Maui and our first time staying here and we will definitely be back. The location is excellent for all the activities Maui offers.

This location is perfect for families of 4. There is a beach right across the street with great snorkeling in the morning and beautiful sunsets in the evening. The condo was well-stocked with everything that you would need to cook a meal with. You have the option of using a Keurig or a drip coffee. There is an ice maker with the refrigerator and an ice machine down by the pool area. The beds were great. The sofa is a little hard and somewhat noisy when you sit down but otherwise fine. The air conditioning is a little tricky. Cooling the separate bedroom was easy but cooling the main space and loft master was more difficult due to turning them off when we left during the day.. The other issue is the island is also your dining table. It worked great for us but If you have small children you might want to eat on the balcony. Overall a wonderful place to stay with beach chairs and umbrellas included. The resort itself is very family-oriented and has a large pool. There are lots of grills, which was really nice. Additionally the owners, Rob and Ron, provide an amazing notebook to serve as your guide to Maui.

We want to thank the owners for providing such a beautiful condo for us to stay in. All the beds were comfy, the kitchen was complete with spices and coffee makers. Beach toys and a cooler and a fold up wagon came in handy. Highly recommend this property. Well maintained and very comfy.

First and foremost Matt was the best at PMI! This condo is located in a gorgeous area and is very convenient regarding location. Walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and local grocery store. We went daily to Foodland. This condo is well taken care of, fully stocked with all that you need, and is absolutely stunning. As for the beach amenity's you will enjoy chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers ect. The property is landscaped beyond perfection. We will be coming back and highly recommend!

This condo is beautiful and walkable location to beaches local eateries. Definitely family friendly. The resort amenities are very nice with pool kiddie pool, fitness center, games and open space for outdoor games and amazing bbq picnic areas. It was a great location with little kids. The beach and play park are just a short walk across from condo. The condo had a luxury interior and all the comforts of home. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon!!!!
