The condo is beautiful and so spacious with an enormous lanai and everything you could ever need in the kitchen. The gardens and pool area are lovely with gorgeous sunset views. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kaanapali. The property was completely spotless upon arrival, well stocked with everything needed, and extremely comfortable for our family. Being close to the beach, shopping, and food is a major plus too. We'd stay again if the opportunity presented itself.

Amazing! Natalie was very easy to work with and helped with my questions before our arrival.
The condo was very clean.
The kitchen was well stocked with every possible dish and drinkware that one may need. The lanai was lovely with two tables to sit and a BBQ. We sat on it for most breakfasts and dinners, enjoying the view while using the grill. This made meals a breeze.
The pool and hot tub were well-maintained and had a great seating area as well. The pool area was calm.
The condo was very spacious. Beach chairs and a few toys were also available, which were very handy. Parking is just a few steps away from the door, so that was a treat.
The location was excellent. While it is a short walk from the beach, it was also a short walk from the bustle of the beach hotel zone. This could be an issue for someone with mobility issues; however, in the unit description, the owners outline the steps so you can determine if it will work for you.
It was very quiet. There is a busy road on the opposite side of the parking but this did not bother us at all.
We would stay here again and also would recommend others stay.

Arrived to a broken a/c unit. Everday they said they were sending someone out to fix it. 4 days later at 8pm it was fixed. It was between 79 and 80 degress in our unit. We were only refunded 144 for our 6 day stay. What a joke.

Kelly was an amazing host. The hot water heater wasn't working properly; she responded right away and had someone out that day to fix it. Same when the A/C went out, which turned out to be the fault of the condo and not her home. The home was comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked (I cooked something almost every day). Kelly provided loads of beach and bath towels, and the beach chairs were most appreciated.

Noisy with the roof solar system being worked on. The bed upstairs was so broken down it was hard to sleep on. Otherwise, it was beautiful. We came for rest and peaceful warmth and it was noisy and the bed was rotten.

We had 3 weeks at Kaanapali Royal on Maui. It was our third visit to this unit and fifth to this resort. We had a great trip, and enjoyed the visit.
The biggest annoyance was a cumbersome television system making it difficult to keep up with news and sports.
I trip was great. Beyond their control, the Lahaina fire and the cancelled PGA Sentry tournament reduced our enjoyment.

In the picture it shows a king fold out. When we got there it was a twin, nobody was able to come Nd change it to a king and my guests slept on the floor. Sheets where dirty and comunicación on fixing these issues was not a top priority.

The most comfortable beds ever! I loved waking every morning with my coffee on the balcony. We grilled burgers on the balcony grill. Kitchen is well stocked and we had many meals at our place. Close vicinity to Whalers Village and a fantastic beach. We used the beach towels and chairs that come with property and rented snorkel gear from a shop in Whalers Village. I highly recommend this unit and would stay again.

The host was great, always checking out if we needed anything prior and during our stay.The place was great for my family and me and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and electrical appliances, making it easy to prepare all kinds of meals. There were also beach chairs and plenty of towels, which we put to good use. The store and the beach were both within walking distance, which was very convenient.The only downsides were the beds, which my family agreed were not as comfortable as we would have liked. Additionally, when we first arrived, there was a musty smell. We ended up buying plug-in air fresheners and washing some of the blankets because the odor had penetrated them.Overall, the place met our needs, and everyone was happy and comfortable during our stay.

We've stayed at Kaanapali Royal 2x prior, and this was our favorite so far...mostly because of the view and the location inside the complex. My husband and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday a couple of weeks ago. We absolutely loved the condo! It’s beautiful, spacious, and has everything you need. Can’t recommend it enough, we’d love to come back and stay there again. It’s only like a 10 minute walk to the beach/Whaler’s Village and the walk is along a scenic golf course so it wasn’t bad at all. Had happy hour at Whaler’s Village multiple times. They even provide beach chairs, boogie boards, and pool floats. Enjoyed many breakfasts on the beautiful lanai and used the grill for a dinner or two, it worked perfectly. Unrelated, but highly recommend getting the guava cheesecake from Costco!
