We expected that this would be a pretty good place. It massively exceeded expectations. The owners are the best we have ever experienced with any VRBO. They are so helpful and respond to all questions quickly! 8 minute walk to shops and beach. Great toys and chairs and tons of space. I don’t do reviews often, but this one needed to be done.

Location was great. Walking distance to Black rock beach and shopping. Place was clean and well equipped with stuff. Though it could have used a few more dishwasher tabs, trash bags, wash rags to wipe down tables and counters and could use hot pads for taking pans out of the oven.

The condo was everything we could hope for! It had a magnificent view of the golf course and sitting out on the lanai was like being in paradise! We were close to all the fabulous restaurants and across the road from Whaler’s Village. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Property was well equipped and right across from Whalers, perfect location. It was clean and ready for us. Check in/out were very clear and easy. View from the lanai is gorgeous. Pool was clean and almost always empty! Master bedroom and secondary room beds were very both comfortable. The couch pullout bed however, wasn’t the most comfy. Bonus: Our favorite, pressed coffee is only a 5 minute walk away. Had a few hiccups with shortage of towels and remote controls (TV set up is very old) however owned was great! Extremely responsive and very helpful. Mahalo for the beautiful stay!

Everything about this place was fantastic. It was so close to Whalers Village (which has so much to offer—my family went 1-2x every day), Fairway Shops (which has The Snorkel Store and a general store) and Kaanapali Beach. The condo itself was super comfortable and had everything you might want during your stay (beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, well-equipped kitchen, beach toys and gear, clothes rack, food storage solutions, seriously anything you might need was there). My family of 4 had an amazing time in Maui and really enjoyed staying in this condo. We will definitely come back when we return!

Host was very communicative. The description of the condo was very misleading. It was not a short walk to Whalers Village unless you cut through a busy golf course. Housekeeping left a little to be desired. Bathroom doors were filthy. The kitchen cabinets were sticky. The pool was ok, but the hot ttub was broken. With 5 people, we were always running out of hot water. The condo is spacious, but needs some work.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jim's condo. Things that stood out included lots of flexibility with sleeping options, the layout of second floor unit, and the well appointed unit.We liked the fold down twin Murphy bed which was comfortable as well as the different options for sofa bed or rollaway. The rooms and kitchen are beautifully updated and we appreciated all of the little touches such as laundry soap, cleaning products, spices and beach towels. We rented snorkel gear next door at The Snorkel Store but it was nice to have some beach items in the storage unit for anyone that needs them. Our kids borrowed pickleball rackets from the front desk to play on the courts and I noticed tennis rackets in the closet of Jim's condo which was nice too. Communication with Jim was fast and easy. Thank you Jim for a great week. I hope we can return in the future!

The condo is exactly as advertised, if not better. Our family of 5 (including 18, 17, and 14 year old boys) were very impressed with the property. Super close to Whalers Village and the beach. Communication with the host was easy and detailed. The condo is quite comfortable and very well appointed with regard to anything you might need in the kitchen or for a trip to the beach. My family and I stayed here for 6 nights in June 2025. Great place overall! It was well spacious for us. The view was great and the place was spotless. They also had some beach chairs and stuff for us to use. Parking was flat fee that we paid directly to Kaanapali Royal. I’m very glad I found this place, as I already assumed it was gonna be impossible to find a place within our budget in Lahaina area.

My family and I enjoyed everything about the condo and our eight night stay. Monty was the perfect host with communication and everything we needed. He made sure that there were two pack-n-plays for my twin grand babies. The condo was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and the condo! The condo was in a great location, walkable to a little grocery store, shave ice, and, across the golf course,we could walk to Whalers Village and our favorite beach near Black Rock.
