Due to Maui’s rural location, you may encounter the occasional rooster or harmless gecko.
Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaiʻi — please don’t harm them. The HOA provides regular pest control, but insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal activity — we’ll coordinate with the HOA to help.
HAWAIʻI CLIMATE
Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports small island wildlife such as geckos, ants, and roosters. Despite regular professional pest control, these are part of normal island living.

Amazing location and facilities. 10 minute walk to the beach. Only negative comment is the pictures show a bbq in the lanai. However there is not one. But the common bbq area is very nice and easily accessible.
