Set along the West Maui Coastline, Just South of Kapalua and midway between Napili and Old Town Lahaina, Kaanapali Royal Resort is centrally located in the very popular Kaanapali Resort Area. This is a unique property; the top (3rd) floor which gives you the ability to have a gorgeous view of the ocean. With our proximity to the ocean, a cool Pacific breeze can be enjoyed through our screened doors and windows, If needed, Central Air Conditioning is always available... Quite concrete neighboring walls, light, and bright remodeled home, Hawaiian flair decor, and unique dishes to give you that in-home Hawaiian cuisine. You will be delighted at how close this home is to everything you want to do. With its parking right outside your door, you can quickly hop into your car and explore the Island.

With our Self-parking, you're quickly out the door and on the road to where ever the Island is calling you. *3M Drinking Water Filter System Faucet. Although our none filter water is also good to drink, this process provides cleaner, better-tasting drinking water! No need to buy bottled water!
If you’re a foodie there are lots of restaurants and cafés within walking distance, which will entertain your appetite! Local Hawaiian bars to have that popular Mai Tai or a cold Maui Brew Beer on tap!
Hawaiian culture is everywhere! From historic garden walks to sunset ceremony cliff diving and entertaining Luaus Feast, they’re all within walking distance. You can also take a short drive to Old Lahaina for more Hawaiian History.
Do you have an interest in outdoor activities? Golfing is right outside your door! Beach activities are a short walk away and if you like to explore the great outdoors head to the mountains to zipline! Eco Skyline pick-up is located next door in the fairway shops. Royal Ka’anapali Golf Courses Clubhouse is located also next door.
Our Family size 2 story condo Floor Plan; as you enter you will have a view through the condo and out the lanai with beautiful views of the golf course and the Pacific Ocean. To your left of the front door, will be a washer and dryer closet and an extra closet for storage, then to the right, you will have a large Bedroom Suite with a Private Bathroom. Walking in further is a Dining room that seats 6, with a Fully Equipped Kitchen to the right. Keep moving out past the dining is a 2-step down living room with a large sectional sofa, lounge chair, and a 75” TV. The Living room opens up to a large lanai with 2 tables, one lower that seats 6 and one high table giving you ocean views that seat 4. Back inside next to the downstairs bedroom is a staircase that takes you up to the Master Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This room is very private and has gorgeous ocean views!
The Kaanapali Royal is a gated community. Its amenities include self-parking (allowing you to park directly in front of your condo), two lighted tennis courts, a large pool area that includes a Jacuzzi, shaded lounge chairs, gas B.B.Q., dining furniture, and a powered bar for making your favorite drinks.
Quiet Location; with being surrounded by beautiful grounds of two golf courses, low rise stucco finished concrete buildings with concrete unit neighboring walls (You won't find them at most resorts!), that stretches out over 3 acres. If you prefer to hear birds over people then this is the place for you!
Getting around; Take the green trolley to Whalers Village, Ka’anapali Beach, Black Rock, Restaurants, or Luaus.
