Kaanapali Royal G102 is the perfect getaway for your next Maui vacation! This condo has been remodeled with tiled floors, granite countertops and stainless appliances (new stove not pictured). The floor plan was designed with access from both the living room and the master bedroom out to the spacious outdoor lanai area which hosts a seating area off the bedroom for morning coffee, a large dining table and Weber Gas BBQ grill.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui's rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them.
IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. My husband, adult daughter and I stayed here for a week. It was perfectly serene. We ate meals on the patio, had space between our bedrooms, and enjoyed the pool/spa. It was a quick walk to Whaler's Village, the beach, or a stroll around the golf course. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to enjoy with family or friends.

Not very flexible for early check-in. Just Painted so the smell was bad, also the left over dust all over the floors. Dust everywhere as if this place has not been rented in months. The pull out bed was broken, we had 6 adults and only two beds. Complaints to who ever I was in communication with were left unanswered. Broken ceiling fan remote left the fan on in the bedroom for our entire stay. Seems like property is double dipping cause they charge us parking per day even though I'm sure owners already pay HOA's to covet parking. Can't say I would recommend this place especially for milestone events.

Good location, beautiful grounds, beds in poor condition, horrible response from property management (2 days to fix failed air conditioner, 2 days to provide plumber to fix overflow of kitchen sink and dishwasher and 2 days to replace dirty towels we had to use to clean up the horrible mess).

Place was just as described. Communication was very good. Check-in and check-out didn’t require any human interaction, but there was plenty of info communicated to ensure both processes were easy and seamless. The condo had everything we needed: towels, beach towels, basic toiletries, even an ice cooler and extra boogie boards. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We especially loved the backyard patio. It was a great place to chill. The grounds were well taken care of. The pool and hot tub where within walking distance and we enjoyed using them at night.

Everything was fabulous- we all enjoyed ourselves very much!! We rented two units next to one another so it worked out well going back and forth. The condo is beautiful. The only thing that is not usable is the hide a bed but we didn’t need it anyway. We definitely will request to stay here again! 😊

A nice property and we enjoyed our stay, however a few problems. Check in on Saturday was complicated. No gate access number was supplied and the resort office was closed on weekends. It took a few phone calls to resolve. The guest bathroom floor was a little dirty. Unfortunately my guest did not mention it until the end of the week. I am sure if I would have reported it, the management team would have addressed the issue. And last the location description is a little misleading. "Nestled between the golf course and the beach" is misleading. The golf course is between the unit and the beach.

The condo was filthy; a big glob of hair stuck to the wall in the shower, the last renters loofa hooked to the shower curtain, a beer bottle filled with cigarette butts sat on the patio. Every surface was sticky and every dish needed to be washed before we could use it. We had no TV and no WiFi for all but the last day of our trip. We couldn’t bathe our kids in the bathtub because the drain stopper is broken. Everything about this condo was a disappointment.

Condo was very spacious and well appointed. Very convenient to everything we wanted access to on Kaanapali Beach. Great spot in the complex - tucked into a quiet corner within view and a quick walk to the pool. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Great location, quiet & family oriented in a gated community on a golf course. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, & shops at Whaler’s Village. Well appointed first floor, 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with an expansive patio and easy access to pool. Unit includes use of beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, etc. First floor access was convenient with us having a 16 month old and a stroller, etc. Great visit!

Good condo. It was clean when we arrived. Only problem is when we wanted to use the grill, there was no gas in both cylinders so we were a bit disappointed.
