BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo very much and appreciated a late check out which made it feel like we had an extra day of vacation. The condo is spacious and nicely finished. We cooked 'at home' a lot and it is a nice kitchen although a few more basics in the cupboards would have been nice (oil, bbq sauce etc). It was nice to have a bbq on the lanai. We made great use of the tommy bahama chairs and umbrella. We had asked in advance about the type of coffee maker in order to buy the right supplies. We were told it was a drip coffee maker but there was also a keurig which was our preferred choice so we went back out for coffee supplies. Also the code we were give for the door was 4 digits and did not work. We called and were given a 6 digit code which worked. We appreciated the quick response of the mgmt team when we couldn't get in.

The place was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. The location was away from the hustle of Kaanapali beach, but just minutes walking distance from there, overlooking the golf course. My only advice is to read the fine print before booking. The listed price and the price we paid was quite different. I was not expecting all the fees, taxes and charges for parking. I wish VRBO would just name a price that includes everything, like how most airlines and car rental places are now doing.

Staying at this condo was one of the best decisions I made planning this Maui family vacation. The condo had enough room and bedrooms to make my family of 5 (including 3 teens) very comfortable and not on top of each other. No more than a 15 minute walk to everything and only 10 minutes to the beach. We used many of the appliances, including the washer and dryer (dryer took longer than normal to dry clothes) with out a major problem. The directions on how to operate the TV (especially getting LIVE sports on TV) needs to be updated. A late night swim in the close by pool was a great way to end the day. Even the next door neighbor (who's lived there 18 years) was pleasant and friendly. Overall, this was by far the best "Value" of our trip and would definitely stay here again!!

We had a terrific stay at this wonderful condo in Kaanapali. It was our first time in Maui and this condo was perfect for myself, my husband and our friend who came with us. The condo is nicely appointed. It is roomy and updated. The master bedroom is large with a large master bath shower. We had the second bedroom on the first floor converted to a king size bed for our friend. It was a roomy bedroom also with a nice shower. The main living area was large and comfortable. The lanai had a grill so we could cook in the kitchen or outside with comfortable eating areas inside and out. The view is great and looks out over the golf course. There is a very nice pool, spa and comfortable seating areas close to the condo with grills, lounge chairs and a room with books to borrow if you forgot your own. The condo is only a short walk to Whaler's Village and Kaanapali beach with lots of shops and great restaurants. There are a few nice, small shops with a little grocery, coffee shop, etc. only a 5 min walk near the condo. It was easy to park our rental car. It was an easy check in and the property managers checked in to make sure we didn't need anything. This was a wonderful condo. We hope to come back and we'd recommend it highly.

The property is in a very nice location. There were a few issues encountered. Check in is at 4:00pm however, we were not able to check in until after 4:45pm. The main TV did not work properly, there was no remote for the downstairs bedroom TV, it wasn't apparent where the fan switches were located, the lockbox broke, and there wasn't much toilet paper provided (should have known to buy our own before we got there). The house was clean and it was nice to have a washer and dryer and beach chairs provided.

We really enjoyed the condominium! There were 6 of us , all adult family. The property managers are very responsive if you have an issue. The coffee maker was broken and replaced that very day. We had a very slow bathroom sink drain that was also addressed within 24 hours. The beds are very comfortable. I think the only negative would be that both bathrooms are IN the bedrooms so the people who sleep on the pull out sofa have to walk through the bedrooms to get to any bathroom. It is walking distance to Black Rock Beach where we snorkeled and saw turtles and and walking distance to Whalers Village for restaurants and shopping.

Spacious condo perfect for a family of four. The beach is a short downhill walk. The condo’s location is just outside the busy Ka’anapali tourist mall and beach. The condo complex while slightly dated, quiet and clean.

Some basics would be greatly helpful and of very little cost to the facility manager. Salt n pepper, some little creamers and sugar, more useable utensils, more paper towels. Add it to the cost of the rental and make things more convenient for the visitors; nobody wants to have to shop for basic household items when vacationing. Overall great stay and good location. Adult kids had a blast!

We had a great experience at this property. Sometimes you never know what to expect, compared to what is advertised (description, pictures, etc). However, this property did not disappoint in the least. It completely lived up to our expectations. Location was ideal, on the golf course, near Kaanapali beach, near great restaurants, close to shopping and accessible to all other areas of interest. We communicated with the property manager a time or two with a few questions and they were responsive and helpful. The complex offered all we needed for our stay, including a nice pool area, and tables to eat a meal while lounging at the pool. The complex was clean, well taken care of, and offered a nice ambiance. We went for daily walks from the complex to other surrounding areas. We would not hesitate to stay in this unit in the future. It would be at the top of our list of considerations if traveling to the Maui area again.

This location was central and convenient. The unit is comfortable and has everything we needed. The check in process was a little rough. No gate code was provided prior to the visit. The wrong key box code was provided. So getting into the unit was no fun with little kids and our luggage.

This property is in a great location and was cleaned very well prior to our arrival. Communication from the owner was very prompt. The unit is also well stocked with trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. We ended up driving to the beach since we had a toddler but if you had older kids you could probably walk to the beach. There’s also beach parking at a few locations nearby.

The pictures do not do this beautiful and spacious condo justice! It is so comfortable and perfect for a family. The kitchen is huge, fully equipped, and the barbecue allows for easy at home meals. The dining table is elegant, but we chose to eat outside on the lanai overlooking the pristine and picturesque golf course. The upstairs bedroom is lovely with an excellent view as well. It’s nice that the kids could stay downstairs so we all had our space and privacy when needed. It was incredibly quiet and we felt very safe with the gated building. We LOVED our stay and won’t hesitate to stay here next year! Thank you so much!!

We stayed here in june. The inside of condo was as advertised. Very clean a little dated but very comfortable. Whalers village is 14 min. Walk but if you take short cut thru the golf course you can make it in 6 min. Just be respectful of golphers, let them play thru before crossing and no problems. We were a family of 5 and had no problems being on top of each other. The masterbed room on second floor. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay again. Thanks

Really wonderful, spacious, clean condo overlooking a golf course. Most others in the complex are full-time/part-time residents or vacationers just like us.
