It is a 15 min walk down to the beach and whalers village. This allowed us to walk down for dinners, shopping and back. They provide chairs and beach towels you can carry down to the beach. Kaanapali is such a beautiful beach and so swim able.

This is our second time staying here and it won't be the last! The place is very spacious, perfect for couples or a small family. Both bedrooms have comfortable king-size beds, the kitchen is functional and nicely updated, and you're within walking distance to Whaler's Village. We highly recommend this place to anyone. We loved this condo. It is the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed and so nice! The bed I slept in was so comfortable. The location is awesome. They have beach chairs, a wagon and boogie boards loved it and would stay again. We did beach in the morning and pool in the afternoon while the baby napped. We didn’t use them but I saw a pack and play and baby gate as well.

We were there during the Lāhainā fires. Even without power, etc, we still loved the place. It’s beautiful, clean, spacious & a wonderful location. Heather is friendly & fantastic with communication. She went above & beyond to help us through that difficult week. I would return any time to this unit. Don’t hesitate to go to Maui. The sadness of Lahaina is heartbreaking but the rest of the island is operating beautifully. Mahalo, Heather & Jay, for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We loved the condo. It was so much better than being cramped in a hotel room that we had for 2 nights due to a wedding. My teen sons enjoyed their own room and pool. We loved everything about it. The remodel Im guessing was the gorgeous floor that looked new. The furniture could've been updated in the tv room but otherwise, everything was great. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

This space was perfect for our family! The condo owners were amazing with sweet treats left for us upon arrival, to everything we needed in the bathroom and for the beach! Extremely easy to communicate with!
We were also just right up from the pool which made really easy access! As well as a short walk to Whalers Village and black rock beach and really access to drive to anywhere!!

This condo was perfect for our family! It was immaculate and ready for us when we arrived. Everything is exactly like depicted. The location is great and the property is beautiful. When we weren’t out exploring or at the beach, we could be found at the pool or on the huge patio enjoying the lush surroundings. Everything we could have imagined needing was there for our use at the condo. We really appreciated having beach chairs, sand toys, pool floats, umbrella and a wagon to cart it all in! So very thoughtful.
Heather was a great communicator and quick to respond to any of our questions. Highly recommend this condo and if we make it back to Maui, we will be staying here again!

We are so grateful to have been able to stay at Heather and Jay's condo on our Maui trip! It is a beautiful and spacious unit, and the grounds were gorgeous as well.
Check in was a breeze, as Heather sent detailed information beforehand (code for the gate and front door keypad). Our flight was delayed, so we didn't arrive until after the front office closed, but security left a form on our windshield that we filled out and were able to pay for parking with no issues on Monday morning.
This was definitely one of the best stocked vacation rentals I've ever stayed at. Plenty of towels, cookware and all kitchen amenities, toilet paper, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. They even had a chest full of beach/pool items (chairs, boogie boards, noodles) for guests to use!
A great home away from home - don't hesitate to book!

This is one of the best places we have stayed. Even though its a little removed from the beach (0.2 mile walk around golf course), there is a peacefulness to this property that is well worth it. They have a beautiful pool area and grilling space that feels very private unlike some of the resorts. The condo itself is very spacious and comfortable. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. The condo was well -stocked with chairs, boogie boards, a kooler, a wagon and towels which made things easy. The kitchen was also very nice for cooking with everything you need. The snorkel shop is right around the corner which gave us lots of great tips. You can take the trolley or walk down to the beach, drive to more remote beaches, etc or just hang by the pool. The owners were very communicative which was super helpful. I cannot say enough. We will definitely be back. We absolutely loved staying here!!!

Our family had so much fun in Heather and Jays condo! It was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The lanai was great to drink coffee, have a Mai tai and relax. The in suite washer/dryer was great to wash beach towels and be ready for the next day. My 3 little girls loved the closeness of the pool. We will definitely be back..and this time for a longer stay!

My family, with kids aged 9 to 19, stayed at this complex and everyone loved it. This unit was clean and well stocked with necessities for a great vacation. The beach, shops and restaurants are a short walk away. The free shuttle was also very convenient. Great location, we would highly recommend it.

The pool is a stones throw away and there’s a nice grassy area for the kids to play while you sit on the lanai and enjoy a nice cocktail. Perfect for my family of 4, the unit was very clean, a lot of space, and offered every amenity we needed. Close to highway with access to Kapalua to the north, and only 5-10 minute drive to Lahaina. Kaanapali Beach and Whalers Village access was right down the street, and the unit had a beach wagon, beach chairs, two boogie boards and towels for us to bring with us. Our beach day was amazing and the ability to get to anything from this unit provided us opportunities to cross off a ton of must see attractions (snorkeling trip from Ma’alaea Harbor, Kaanapali beach, restaurants and shopping, Road to Hana, etc.)
Heather was also very responsive and helpful with questions related to the unit and amenities. The welcome letter and communications provided us with all the information we needed. Entry gate and room access were a breeze. Parking was available nearby.
Wish we would have stayed a few more days because everything was great!!! Thank you for providing us with a wonderful experience!!!

The property grounds are gorgeous, and so quiet! We rarely saw other people. We had 4 adults, 2 teens and 1 child and we never felt cramped. All around wonderful experience!

We stayed 4 nights for the last leg of our 3 island trip to Hawaii. House was well appointed for us 2 couples. Great layout, nice bathrooms and loved the expansive patio with close proximity to the pool. Close to walkable shops and restaurant (although I’d encourage you to make the quick drive to Frida’s Beach House which was my favorite restaurant in Maui - great drinks and food).
Host was responsive the one time we needed to reach out and clear that property management knew her well. Only suggestion I would make is the upgrading of mattresses or inclusion of optional pillow toppers for the beds. I can sleep pretty much anywhere without issue but my 3 fellow travelers all felt the beds too firm (which was consistent at all 3 places we stayed on the 3 islands). Pillows and linens were spot on though. Would stay here again.

The grounds were so beautiful and spotless. The front office lady was kind and helpful. It was such a nice patio space. We loved coffee out on patio watching the wildlife. The house was so clean and beautiful. Deco top notch, great mattress, sheets and towels. The kitchen was fully loaded. Pool area was great to unwind after a long day. I have stayed and many VRBO properties all over and wonderful places and this one by far was the most accomadition with supplies and comfort.

Easy walking distance to Whalers Village for some great restaurants and shopping. The condo was perfect!

Everything was superb during our stay. Location was short walk to beach, shops and restaurants. We did most meals at the condo and it was well equipped. Communal BBQ was steps away, so was very convenient. The pool area (also steps away) was fantastic. Everything here is well maintained and best of all, everything you need for the beach is provided! I can't say enough good things about this condo! The unit is immaculate, the grounds are stunning and the location is prime. We loved watching the sunsets from the lanai, which by the way is huge. The beds were comfy and the owner was very kind and helpful. This is a great unit for two couples or two couples with a few kids as there is a pull out bed in the master bedroom and a pull out couch in the front room. The unit is conveniently located next to the pool which was AWESOME!!

We have been in Maui the past 10 days and it has been an amazing trip to celebrate our son’s high school graduation. The condo has been perfect for us! It is clean and stocked with everything you could need including trash bags, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher detergent-almost anything you can think of that you’ll need for the day to day. The condo is beautifully decorated and the layout has been perfect for our family. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. The back patio has been our favorite place to sit and relax, the pool area is great and there’s always seating-never crowded. There are nice gas grills where you can grill out if you want a night at home. I always worry about location when I book a VRBO because it’s hard to know if it will really be convenient to walk everywhere. It was in a fantastic location within a short walk of shopping, dining, and the beach. We have loved our stay here in Maui and highly recommend this property! Heather is quick to respond to questions and extremely helpful and hospitable. Wow! is all I can say! Mohalo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Heather and Jay’s condo. The pictures were very accurate and the unit was well appointed with plenty of beach gear, linens, games and a great kitchen space. It was ideal for two couples and we had a toddler that was able to utilize one of two pull out beds. Check in was a little late but the property owners communicated this well and this wasn’t disruptive for our plans. The condominium itself is in an excellent location and the pool and grill were clean and well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are back on the island.

First and foremost, Heather and Jay are AMAZING! Their communication was always in a timely fashion and they checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed when we arrived. The condo is PERFECT! Great views, direct access from the patio to the pool, stocked more than we could have imagined and very clean. Both king beds were extremely comfortable with the softest sheets and the closets had extra blankets as needed. They also have everything necessary for a beach adventure; chairs, cart, umbrella and canopy. The full kitchen was great for making breakfast each morning. And the location! Walking distance to Whaler's Village and the restaurants along the board walk. We will be staying here again!

We had a great stay at the condo. It was as advertised, being well stocked with everything we needed. The location was fantastic, on the ground level only a few steps from the pool. The entire complex was clean and very peaceful. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The owners were fantastic as well, working through a couple of reschedules due to COVID for us. Overall, it was a great experience.

I absolutely love this place! It’s way closer to everything than I expected. Such a convenient location! You can easily walk to shops and the beach or take a trolley. It’s super spacious and very clean! They’re equipped if you have kids and the stuff they have is in great shape and is clean. You can tell a lot of care goes into making this place great. The master shower is awesome! I’m moving condos today to go to Kihei and I wish I was just staying here. Mahalo!

Heather and Jay's condo was absolutely superb! They were very responsive and even left me the sweetest gesture of birthday cupcakes! The condo is extremely well stocked in the kitchen and had ample beach towels and beach equipment (chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella and sand toys). We have stayed at the Kaanapali Royal 5 times and Heather and Jay's condo is without a doubt the best located condo within the complex. We loved every second and can't wait to go back!

Location, Location, 1/2 mile to beach, shops and restaurants and the back patio steps right out to the pool and hot tub. The condo has beach towels, beach chairs, a nice large cooler with wheels, boogie boards, a nice collapsible wagon to pull everything to the beach with you. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. The condo was so clean and quiet, it way surpassed my expectations. I will definitely be back and have already recommended to several friends and family members.

The property is beautiful. Great kitchen. Swimming pool is right outside the door. If I had anything negative to say it would be your are not close to the beach. It says 10 minutes to the beach but you have to go around a golf course and thru Whalers Village to get there. Little hard if you want to carry chairs and umbrellas to the beach. But overall I would stay there again.

Wowwww!! Let me say that again, wowww! This place was amazing. Anything you need or can think of, this place has it. You’ll definitely be taken care of here. The only thing missing was probably a massage chair lol.
Anyways, family and I really enjoyed this place, so much better than staying in the hotels by the beach. This place was not too far away, plus if you ever needed to go to the hotel or shopping, parking is free or minimum anyways. Save yourself the cost and book here.
Never had an issue with parking at this place. Super friendly, nice, and walking distance to the beach and mall. Full of amenities you can think of, they even had beach chairs and umbrellas which came in handy.
Can’t say enough, but this honestly has been the best vacation stay we’re had (trust me cuz we do a lot of traveling). If anything, all of my comments was an understatement. Mahalo!

We stayed at this condo in mid-December with our 3 adult children and had a great time.
The condo layout is perfect, with some separation between rooms for privacy and space. Kitchen is nicely appointed with everything you need.
Location on ground floor is literally steps to pool/hot tub area.
Best feature is the huge patio with large dining table and comfortable chairs. We spent hours each evening sitting out there playing cards and enjoying family time.
Location is close to beach and Whaler's Village, although we chose to drive and park at Sheraton a few times just because it is easy and convenient.

Loved our 5 night stay at Heather and Jay's....immaculate, recently renovated and comfortable space to spread out abd chill with front row access to the pool and BBQ grills.. Beds and all furniture were cozy and relaxing. This is a secure gated community seconds from everything. Parking was slightly challenging a few nights and the complex charges $20 nightly for it. Most important, Heather is lightning fast to respond and the loveliest host! Book it!!

Heather’s place is exactly as described in the posting. Great location in Kaanapali, and right by the pool that includes a nice grilling and dining area. The condo is in great condition, and is very well appointed. We appreciated the beach cart and chairs and all the right equipment and utensils in the kitchen. Great for a family or two couples. Far more comfortable than a more extraordinary hotel on the beach.

Let me start with saying that owner Heather was nice, and easy to work with and if I was just rating her she would get a 5+ stars. But i have to say that if the prior renters before me would have notified me that there was an ANT issue I wouldn’t have booked here at all. We have been to Maui multiple times usually staying at the resorts in Lahaina but this time was the first time we were staying for 2 weeks straight. The first 8 days at a resort and last 6 days at Heather’s condo not realizing we would be sharing the place with LOTS of tiny Ants!
And this was obviously not new because after having to throw away much of our food from the pantry we noticed ant traps everywhere, they were in the pantry, on the counters and under the sink.
Heather did feel bad and brought us plastic containers, ziplock bags, clips and ant spray along with a $50.00 gift card to Safeway to help us protect our food but nothing did the trick. There is obviously a real issue with the ants here and no matter what you do they appeared everyday all day long. Definitely not a relaxing stay because I was constantly making multiple trips to the grocery store, cleaning, throwing out trash to just come back to more ants again.
And sadly it was apparent that Heather was well aware of the issue because she was not surprised and stated that the exterminator was cancelled prior to us arriving due to the rain. I get that it’s an older well taken care of unit, but ants were in the kitchen, on the counters, in the living room, in all the areas most used by families with young kids. I hate to post this because I truly liked her but unless the issue is addressed and fixed I feel bad for the next family.

My husband, teen and YA kids and I had a great time in this condo. It is spacious, close to the pool and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. In addition to being comfortable and updated, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and more are provided with the unit. We also loved that the fridge contained some basic condiments when we arrived, which helped with our grocery bill.
We would definitely stay here again!

They say location, location, location. It’s especially true with teens to give them autonomy. It was perfect to have options for them to self-deploy: pool, beaches, shopping. All the beach toys were there and the place
was nicely stocked with everything one would need. Heather is an excellent and responsive host.
