This condo has everything that our family of 5 needed to create memories for life! the primary bedroom was ample, the twin beds in the second bedroom were beautifully separated by an unusual shoji screen, ensuring quiet for our teens. Having 2 bathrooms was a lifesaver, both in excellent condition. The large TV and all the furniture were all in great shape, there was plenty of space for us all to spread out and enjoy. There were beach umbrellas, chairs, sand toys and plenty of towels and amenities available. The location was steps away from Kamaole Park 2, on Wednesday there was an interesting and creative craft fair directly across the street from the condo. The location was excellent, walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and a life guarded beach. You cannot go wrong choosing this condo, the host is very good at communicating, with clear instructions about the condo. Go create lifelong memories at this stunning condo as soon as you possibly can!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay during our trip. The condo was clean, comfortable, and felt like our home away from home. We loved that beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, umbrella, and beach towels were provided. That helped tremendously and allowed us to just enjoy our trip and not worry about purchasing chairs, etc once we got there. The location is perfect! Close to great family friendly beaches (with lifeguards), walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and easy access to major roadways. Had a great stay! Central to quite a few beach options and all the supplies you need- even some toys for the sand! Pool was a great option for a break from the sand. Close enough to walk to nearby stores, but also super accessible by car even during busy traffic. Loved having a dedicated parking spot when the craft fair came on Wednesday and when the park got busy on the weekend. Perfect spot!

I did quite a bit of research to find the right neighborhood for us in Maui, and this spot turned out to be absolutely perfect!The beach is so close that we often didn’t even bother bringing towels—it’s just steps away. The unit is well-equipped with plenty of water sports gear and a full kitchen. Amazing location with sunset views from all of the rooms! Wow, what an incredible place to stay in Kihei literally steps from the ocean. The house is fully stocked with everything you need for the beach as well as to cook with in the kitchen. We really enjoyed the layout of this condo as the bedroom and bathrooms are completely separated. The 5th floor provides stunning ocean views and the AC and ceiling fans will definitely keep you cool during the hottest part of the day. Can’t wait to come back

The condo was in a nice location - easy access to the beach. We did not use the pool or beach equipment but was nice to know it was available. The place was clean and beds comfortable. Nice that that there was laundry detergent, condiments, cooking spices, etc. The outside key box fell apart and couldn’t be reopened. Needs to be replaced. Contacted the building manager who responded very quickly. TV instructions need to be updated to match equipment. Husband works in television production and managing the TV channels, cable etc was a little confusing! Would stay again if lucky enough to get back to Maui!

The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to dine in and the beds were very comfortable. Beach accessories were available to use. Clean and quiet. Would stay here again. This apartment is great: great location, spacious, clean, comfortable beds and couch, good showers. Our family of 4 was well accommodated in our 6 days stay and we had no issues.The only downside is that the unit is a little dated. This doesn’t bother me as long as everything is functional, and it was.My only suggestion to the owner/manager is to inspect/maintain the AC units (they are VERY loud!) and the seal on the door of the fridge (it doesn’t close properly and drinks don’t get cold enough). I would only recommend this place if staying at a slightly dated place is not an issue for you. Other than that, we had a great stay!

This condo is fabulous! It is right across the road from the beach. Each morning, sitting on the Balcony, you can listen to the roar of the ocean road and watch the surf come in. It is so relaxing with all the songbirds singing away! Unit has three wall mounted AC Units that work excellently to cool you down after a long hot day at the beach. Highly recommended!!!

It was a comfortable place for 4 people to rest. When I arrived, it was difficult to find the elevator, but it was located in the center of the building. The elevator was only used when lifting luggage, and stairs were generally used. Everything you need for life was prepared in the accommodation, so I didn't need to use most of the things I brought. The beach right in front was so beautiful. It was so nice that I didn't have to drive to the beach. The beach right in front is a good beach for bodyboarding. You have to snorkel somewhere else. You just have to take into account that the sound of the car is loud at night. There are many grocery stores and restaurants nearby, 5-10 minutes away by car, so it's nice not to go far. The capacity is small, but the washing machine and dryer are so useful that I don't think I need to bring a lot of clothes. I used it so well because you provided enough laundry detergent. Thanks to the designated parking space, it was nice to not have to worry about parking even if I arrived late. The Lahaina area, Hāʻaleʻakalā, and the airport were all 40 minutes to an hour away, so it was a good location to get around. I had a good rest at a very nice accommodation.

I've stayed in a lot of places & wow, the condo is fully equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the set up with the ocean view. I know not everyone likes carpet but I enjoyed having it. Felt very homey. Loved being able to grab beach chairs, umbrella & cooler and walk across the street to multiple beaches. Perfect for sunset. Easy access into Kihei. For us, it was pretty close to perfect. A/C worked great but usually just had the windows open & the breeze kept it comfortable. Pool is area is nice. Must mention some negatives. If you're looking for peace and quiet, your not getting it here. Road noise is loud especially when windows are open. There are homeless living in the park across the street & out of cars on the other side of where you park you car. A few times naked homeless where using the outdoor shower to wash themselves and some would hang out in the shade in the parking area for the building. But never felt unsafe or bothered. Would absolutely stay here again. Loved it!

We visited Maui as a family of 4 - mom, dad, and 2 teens. We stayed 4 days. Pros: Location - Kihei is very central. It is a great place for beginners to surf. Lessons and rentals nearby. The unit is on the 3rd floor, but only up one flight of stairs from the parking spot. There is an elevator in the building. They provided beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, a pool float, laundry detergent, dish soap, a sponge, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hand soap, and every kitchen appliance and utensil imaginable. They also provided toilet paper and paper towel. (Only 1 garbage bag and no dishwasher tablets) The sleeping arrangements were great. There is one traditional bedroom with 2 twin sized beds, a stand up A/C unit, a ceiling fan, an tv, and an en-suite bathroom. The main “bedroom” is sort of a room. It is separated from the living room by a system of movable screens. This room has a wall A/C unit, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom. You can watch the living room tv from bed by opening the screens. The living room, dining room and kitchen are big and gave us plenty of room to move around. Cons:Roaches. Granted, they were all dead, but still. This is very off-putting. I saw at least 4 of them. The unit is very dated and has a lot of random stuff in it - garbage bags with linens under the bed, a dirty mop. No A/C in the living room. It got hot. No real privacy in the main bedroom. If someone is watching tv in the living room, you can’t watch tv in the main.

The condo was basic and simple if you just need to sleep and shower. The essentials in the condo such as a dollar one-ply toilet paper, dollar paper towel and tiny sample size bar soap and tiny sample tubes of shampoo and conditioner, small bottle of dishwashing soap and 4 washer detergent pods and like a 2oz of liquid detergent provided, was the down size. Basically, everything was probably bought from the dollar discounted store. We were initially staying at another condo in Kauai before landing in Maui. The condo in Kauai was very generous with essentials needed. They had way better essentials to start off our stay, mind you it’s very convenient when you’re on vacation, going to the store to get last minute essentials can be a hassle. The place was clean overall.

We stayed a little over a week at Ian's place and really enjoyed it! It is right across the street from the beach and he provided everything we needed to enjoy our days there. Coolers, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels and a boogie board. The pool area was clean with plenty of loungers, some gas grills and covered area with tables for dining was nice too. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, comfy beds and AC in the bedrooms was a great bonus as temps were high a couple of days while we were there. It was a short 10 min drive to Wailea, walking distance to some decent restaurants, and shops. We would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was close to our place and condo was super roomy!! Full kitchen and plenty of utensils, pots/pans, and grill to keep our dinner costs from exploding. The good location was less then 5 minute walk to the first beach and snorkeling in a few places nearby. The extra of having available for guests beach seats, towels, and other beach gear was so helpful!!! We really enjoyed this place and would definitely recommend and come back. Only one tiny thing, my twin bed was more on the firm side but still workable.

My family of four enjoyed our stay at Daniela and Todd’s place. The only complaint is the 2-hour timer of the AC units, which made for uncomfortable nights of broken sleep, my husband and I took turns cranking the two knobs every two hours when we woke from sweating. The AC aside, the home is lovely and convenient to many beaches, and we enjoyed using the pool after a day at the beach to cool down. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our fourth stay at this perfect condo! We love it because the beds are comfortable, everything you need for the beach is already there, it’s super clean, and it’s only a two minute walk to our favorite beach (#2). When The Tradewinds come up in the afternoon, there is a beautiful swimming pool to hang out by with shady spots and protection from the wind. The host is also amazing to work with.

We had a great stay at Haleakala Shores. The unit was very clean and well furnished. Spacious living space with 2 bedroom spaces on either side and 2 nice bathroom spaces. We had everything that we needed during our stay. Parking spot was very convenient. We loved being directly across the street from a beach and beautiful ocean view. We didn't use the pool because we were busy on outings but it looked nice and well kept. Communication was great with very clear instructions for arrival and departure.
