Ok, I’ll start with all the good stuff. The condo itself is clean, well appointed, spacious and located within walking distance to the beach. Has everything you need for a great stay including kitchen essentials, beach stuff and more. If you want to sleep past 6am you may want to choose another. Each morning there was a mix of loud noises, even with the windows closed that you could hear. The daily garbage truck below our window, the daily leaf blowing(there weren’t even any leaves), and the roosters always going off. All in all the condo itself was wonderful, there just seems to be some changes the building itself could do to make your stay more enjoyable.

Perfect setup, split bedrooms each with their own bath, well designed kitchen/living/dining area with adequate seating for family of 4. Excellent location within in short walk to beaches/shops/restaurants. Everything you could need for a day at the beach or excursions is provided.
Only notes: pool is not as nice as pictured (we didn’t mind) bathrooms may be a problem for some requiring more privacy but wasn’t an issue for our group. We loved our stay.

Although the building is a little old, it has everything you need for your stay. (Tableware, beach amenities, etc.) Since the sea is right in front of us, we could go to the sea right away. We also saw many turtles on the beach in front of us. In the morning, we could see whales from a distance. We were able to walk to the shops in Kihei and a short drive to Wailea. The only thing that bothered me was that there were birds chirping on the roof in the evening and it was noisy. It's fine once you get used to it, but it was surprisingly noisy at first. However, I would stay there again. The key was electronic, and check-in and check-out were also mobile, which was very convenient. I'm Japanese, but I used a translator and had no problems. I was able to contact the management company (Rentals Maui) at any time and was able to stay with peace of mind.

This is a beautiful condo, the photos are very accurate. Super clean unit in a quiet complex with an assigned parking spot. Directly across the street from Kam III which is a great beach for snorkeling and boogie boarding. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops & beaches. The 3 A/C units keep it very cool. It is on a busy street so we expected traffic noise to be an issue but there are very effective white noise machines in both bedrooms which eliminated the need for ear plugs. Outdoor closet has tons of beach gear (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, coolers and sand toys). Well equipped kitchen, plenty of “starter” supplies and so convenient to have washer/dryer in unit. Bathrooms are beautiful, plenty of towels, including beach towels, great water pressure and lots of storage available. Beds are firm, but so comfortable I’m considering buying the same mattress, tons of drawer and closet space in both rooms and they did a great job with providing ample outlets (regular and USB plugs) all over the condo. There are even a bunch of games in the dresser by front door. Very responsive management team.

We loved being less than a 2 minute walk to the beach and most of our favorite Kihei restaurants were a short walk as well. This spot also is close to the restaurants and shops in Wailea. If you get tired of Kam 3, there are so many other beaches with public access just a few minutes down the road. I tested the internet speed several times during our month in Kihei and it was blazing fast every time. We ran our company from the condo and never had an issue with video conferencing. The parking is convenient, the pool is very nice, outdoor grills are easy to use, and the cleanliness of the property was very nice. We would stay here again for sure! A very good price for a 2BR, 2 BA condo that is close to the beach.

Perfect spot in Kihei for 2 Couples to share. The kitchen is impeccably stocked with all you need for meals in the Condo, tho we opted for only Breakfast meals as the location is too perfect not to venture out to the beach across the street or a walk along S. Kihei Road to shops and restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the unit is equipped with numerous ceiling fans in all room and floor fans. AC units are in both bedrooms on a timer…you simply don’t need the AC on with the ocean breezes, but they cooled to rooms off fantastically for sleeping til the morning. Beach closet is stocked with all you need and washer and dryer for mid-week laundry. Communication was outstanding…definitely planning our next stay around availability of this spot. Beautiful decor and furnishings…1st class condo treasure!

The pictures really dont do this place justice and the communication with the owner was incredible.
The location is perfect as you are within a one minute walk of a beach/Park with plenty space to layout, reef to snorkel, and plenty of green turtles. Then, within a 5 minute walk, there must be 30 stores, 8 eateries/bars, and 5 beaches. If you drive a little further, inteitherhdirectioneare even more shops with a great selection of restaurants (a local) and live music. For Golfers, several courses are within 10 minutes and there plenty of spots for scuba and snorkeling.
The road to Hana is also a wonderful day trip to take from this location.
Everything was in working order and the place was set-up as if we were family coming for a visit and not guests. Everything you need for beach time was also provided by the hosts.
The grounds were safe and inviting. There is a locked community pool with BBQ grill and ample seating that was used on occassion for family fun.
The sunsets across the street at the beach are absolutely incredible! We found ourselves making time each day to enjoy that view!
The host, Karen, was on premises and went out of her way to make us feel welcome from the moment our initial booking was made through our exit.
If you are looking for a great location in Maui that is in the center of everythingwith great views, I would encourage you to look no further.

We spent 7 nights at this spacious condo. Just a few minutes was to the beach w/ a nice view from the balcony. Close to restaurants as well. If you are in town on a Tuesday we recommend Taco's Tuesday at Fred's Kitchen just down the street. 808 Deli was close by and was great for a quick sandwich or breakfast.

The stove was working 50% of the time. It did have all the cooking essentials and glasswares. They also had beach chairs and towels which made it super convenient. Stayed here for about a month while working. The condo had everything you can possibly need to enjoy the area (beach towels, toys, umbrellas, chairs, etc.)! Kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance imaginable. AC worked great and kept all rooms very cool during the day and night. The living room was good size with 2 oversized couches that can easily sleep guests. The toilet tank in the guest room had a crack in it and was leaking during our stay. I reached out to Neil and he took immediate action and had the toilet replaced within hours of my initial message regarding the toilet. The check in/out process was super simple and didn’t require any extra hassle. Would absolutely stay here again!

It had everything we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Rooms and bathrooms were well cleaned when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with enough Tommy Bahama beach chairs for our foursome and snorkeling gear. There are books and games and a nice selection of DVDs. The unit is directly across the street from Kamaole III beach and Kam II is just a minute further north. We walked to the shops in the evening to get ice cream. A morning stroll towards Wailea led us to Keawakapu beach. There is some road noise but we didn’t find it too bothersome. Property management was extremely responsive. They addressed a couple minor issues we had and went over the top to ensure we had a good stay.

A tip: The unit is in building "B". A large "B" is on building, but it is not lit up at night. Helpful to know after dark that the closest building to the beach is "A", then moving east, building "C'' and finally building "B".

Choosing this condo was the absolute best decision for our trip to Maui! The location is amazing! You can walk to all the shops and the beach, and it is a short drive away from the airport, Wailea shopping center, and more beautiful beaches. In addition, the view from the lanai is perfection at all times of the day. The condo was very clean and had any amenity that we could think of. A slew of books for night time reading, puzzles, board games, and smart tv we’re all perfect for relaxing after king beach days. We saved time and money by having access to the beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear, we just left it all in the trunk and unloaded it the last day- that way we had whatever we needed at all times. Bathrooms were spacious and clean with lots of extra towels and closet space. George, the owner, was extremely responsive and checked in on us multiple times. I would absolutely stay in this same exact location again the next time I come back to Maui!

The assigned parking spot is located quite close to the elevator. The owner and property manager were excellent with communication before and during our stay, when needed. Perfect size for a small family and has everything you could possibly need, HOWEVER, the AC is limited to 4-hr timers (which wasn't mentioned in the listing) and the homeless and mentally-ill population in the area is out of control. We were miserable in the unit, as the temps were high all week and we'd come home to a unit that was even hotter inside that it was outside. No matter what we tried, the temps inside would not come down to a comfortable temp until 3-4 am. All of the ceiling and pedestal fans were extremely weak. Even on the high setting, you could not feel any air coming from them. I can honestly say that we were happiest when we were away from the unit, and we dreaded heading back anytime we were gone more than 4 hrs, because we knew we were going to be walking into a sauna. The timers were ABSURD. The unit was fairly clean, except I'm positive that the sheets were neither changed nor washed between the previous guest's departure and our arrival. The sheets smelled of body odor and there were physical signs of soiling. Also the bathrooms reeked of urine. The unit is in a great location. It's right in the middle of everything. The only problem we had with the location was the number of homeless and mentally-ill people living at and hanging around the park 24/7. We were verbally accosted by them numerous times. I would NOT feel comfortable having my wife or daughter walk across the street to the beach/park alone, especially early in the morning or after sunset.

We had an amazing time and really loved the location of the condo. There was tons to do within walking distance and the beach being right across the street was so convenient, especially for watching those beautiful Hawaiian sunsets! It was stocked with all of the essentials, which was an added bonus! Overall, we give it an A+!

We forgot a LOT of stuff. This unit has anything you think you might have left at home by mistake. The kitchen and both bathrooms is fully loaded, with anything you can imagine. All the information you need to get around the property is all laid out for you. And all the instructions Karen gives are super detailed. The unit itself is super comfortable.

Quick 3 day stay but it was perfect. Had everything needed. Quiet building, comfy bed, easy walking to beach, shops and restaurants. Quick response from team on my forgotten entry code and then locking myself out. Impressed how quick got back to me. Just book it you wont regret it.

We arrived and were greeted by the beautiful decor and cool Hawaiian breeze on the lanai. The beds were so comfortable and the condo was packed with literally everything we needed from beach towels to extra pillows. The beach pantry was fully stocked with chairs, snorkel gear, toys, umbrella, and there’s a cooler under the sink in the kitchen. The pool was the perfect temp, clean and a wonderful sanctuary after a long day or for the days we wanted to just chill. We felt like Kihei was the perfect location to see everything on our day trips. The property manager was quick to respond and helpful when we had a little issue with the AC that turned out to be nothing. The condo gets a little hot during the day as the sun is beating into it, but fans are provided and you can close the shades and it’s fine. Wasn’t a problem as we were barely there during the day anyways. Thank you Sean and Jim for sharing your wonderful property with us! So many great memories made 😀

Very clean and organized! Hawaiian theme throughout- great decor! Everything you need in the kitchen. Very comfy beds! Quiet sleeping even with the windows open. It was great to have the beach accessories! South Kihei Rd is a very pedestrian friendly road. Condo is right across the street from the beach. Can also walk to restaurants and the Kihei boat ramp (where some snorkel tours meet). Loved everything about it! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

It was a clean and the pool was nice to come back to after a beach day.
The roof was being replaced so it was noisy.
The owners were gracious and compensated us for the issues.
Overall the unit had everything we needed and was within walking distance to the beach .

We were surprised that it was exactly what the pictures looked like on the website. We were very happy with the Condo. Was very disappointed that the pool was closed due to the repairs of the roof. This was one of the major amenities that I looked for when making my decision. There was also a dip down when sleeping on the roll out of the couch.The location was great and within walking distance to some places. I would recommend this property to family & friends.

Great vacation spot especially if you want to be close to the beach. Just a short walk down the street to beach and park area. There were beach chairs and boogie boards to use which made for a fun beach day. Everything was set up including the air mattress. There were five of us and we still had plenty of space for everyone. We had a great vacation and would stay there again.

This was a great location as a start point to explore Maui! The place was clean, convenient, and had some added perks like beach chairs and body boards. The host communicated relatively quickly if I had any questions or concerns.
The only thing to be aware of is the parking spot is a little tight to get into and in the evenings/early morning you can sometimes hear traffic noise, cars starting up, and neighbors having conversations on their balconies.
