Stayed here for about a month while working. The condo had everything you can possibly need to enjoy the area (beach towels, toys, umbrellas, chairs, etc.)! Kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance imaginable. AC worked great and kept all rooms very cool during the day and night. The living room was good size with 2 oversized couches that can easily sleep guests. The toilet tank in the guest room had a crack in it and was leaking during our stay. I reached out to Neil and he took immediate action and had the toilet replaced within hours of my initial message regarding the toilet. The check in/out process was super simple and didn’t require any extra hassle. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved this property … if you’re looking for super fancy, high end — this isn’t it. It is comfortable, convenient, well stocked with cooking gear, close to the beach, covered parking, very nice quiet pool, wonderful deck/lanai which was never noisy. We never turned on the a/c, it was perfectly comfortable without it. Four adults — so we needed the sofa bed, which wasn’t great but it was fine. Bathrooms are very nice, good showers, plenty of room for 4 women. I felt like this was a very good value for Maui and would absolutely go back. Excellent responsive communication with owner. WiFi worked well. We felt safe, and very happy. Thank you!

Me and my family of 5 had a wonderful time at this unit. It was well equipped with all the amenities. The beds were comfy and even the the pull out couch mattress was comfortable for our 20 year old son. The kitchen had everything you'd need and the private parking space was a nice bonus.
Across the street is the beach and just steps away down the main road are all the restaurants/bakeries/supermarkets/bars you can imagine. Kihei is a great beach town.
We enjoyed trying out the different food trucks and did takeout several nights from Miso Phat Kihei (awesome sushi) which was just down the main road.
In a nut shell this was a no frills 2 BR 2 bath condo that had really everything you'd need to call it home during your stay and the location is prime.

This condo came exactly as advertised - super clean, in an excellent location, and plenty of room for our family of four (two boys - 4 and 7). I was especially impressed with the communication, the labels by all of the light and fan switches (so user-friendly!), and the cleanliness and coziness of the place. The kitchen was very well stocked (there was even a Vitamix!) - although if you are planning on cooking a lot, you will need to bring your own basics beyond salt and pepper (not a complaint, just a heads up if you plan to stay here). The walk to the Kamaole Beach parks 2 and 3 is short, and it's a very short drive to Kam 1, if you decide to go there. Because of the location to family friendly beaches, this turned out to be a perfect place for our family to spend Christmas boogie boarding! Lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. The host was very warm and responsive. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This property was as advertised and located in a perfect place across the street from Kam Sands III beach with a lifeguard, the surf there is family friendly and there are resident turtles and a lifeguard. Love that there is little to zero road noise- the a/c works great and the kitchen is well stocked with kitchen utensils. Lots of ice and sand toys. We would definitely stay again!

Great place and great location! The community was quiet and the condo was clean. It's a minute walk to the beach, five minute walk to some delicious restaurants and steps from the community pool. We rented a small SUV and it was nice to have a parking space. The condo has a washer and dryer which made it nice to do laundry so we didn't have to pack much. The dryer takes a couple of cycles to actually dry, but still convenient to have. They provided enough beach towels for each of us, towels, washcloths, pots and pans to cook, plates, cups, silverware, two beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, cooler, hand and dish soap, toilet paper for the week and paper towels. They have a few family games that we played. Wi-Fi worked great. I contacted the owner with a couple of questions and he responded quickly. My only complaint would be the master bed as it was way too soft for us, but that's a personal preference. We would highly recommend this condo! We were very pleased with location and amenities.

We were very satisfied with this location. All went smooth, everything was as advertised. The washer and dryer included laundry detergent which was handy.
My only advice is to not rent a very large vehicle if you stay here. We had a mid sized SUV which was pretty challenging to get in and out of the parking spot, any larger vehicle would be really difficult.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was AMAZING! The rental was perfect for our family (5 people). Plenty of room for everyone. You cannot beat the location. Right across the street from the beach. The buses in Kihei are so easy to use! Stay here and you will not be disappointed!!!

First time visiting Maui and I had no idea where to stay. My teenagers helped me pick this condo. The condo is nice. The location is fantastic. We walked down the stairs, crossed the road and we are at the beach. The condo doesn’t view the beach but it’s such a short walk. Inside the condo is clean, modem, has AC. We cooked most meals here. The pool was quiet, warm, and comfortable. The property manager was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

I spent a week in this 2 BR / 2 Bath unit with my 22 year old son and 21 year old daughter to celebrate their college graduations. We had a great time hanging at the beach, watching several sunsets on the beach and walking/running each morning to the Shops at Wailea (2 miles away). We had a car, so the parking spot was nice to have. A couple of days were very windy, so we enjoyed the pool too. We walked the area to local shops and restaurants during the day and drove to Lahaina and other areas. An item to note, but is out of the control of the hosts: there are homeless individuals living in the area around the park across the street including parking lots and tree/grassy areas. Unfortunately, this is an issue in many states. For activities, the Kai Kanini deluxe sunrise snorkel catamaran to Molokini was excellent! We enjoyed our stay in this roomy unit and the ceiling fan in the bathroom was a nice addition! The beds were comfortable. I would suggest they add additional beach chairs. There were two, but with three of us, we had to share. The beach umbrella was great to have! Thanks for a nice vacation!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for the beach. Our 17 month old granddaughter loved the beach and the toys and umbrella were great. There were only two beach chairs but we made do with that.
The condo itself was well equipped with everything needed to fix meals, but there were no condiments at all, so I’d recommend bringing salt, pepper and whatever you might need because purchasing those things on the island really added up. Depending on the size of your party a Costco stop is almost mandatory upon landing.
Things we especially loved: Snorkeling at Kam II and III (adult kids saw a giant turtle) and watching whales breach for at least an hour.

Our family of four (8 & 10 yo kids) we were so delighted with our stay at this property! The two bedroom/two bath set up worked really well for us. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools and appliances needed. All the swim/beach gear, towels, snorkels, boogie boards, chairs, pool noodles, puddle jumper life jackets, etc. are all there for you to take advantage of. Given the design of the building, we expected to potentially hear others around, but it was absolutely quiet at night. The AC, parking spot, elevator, and washer/dryer were great conveniences to have, and we used them as needed. The balcony was really nice as well; we appreciated the drying rack to hang/dry our clothes at night. If I remember correctly, I think the chairs out on the balcony show some wear and the sofas were the kind that you sink into, but these are matters of personal preference. We didn't think we'd need/want/use the pool, but it was really nice having access to it and our kids swam half the days we were there. The wifi and all the TV apps that we used worked great as well. It truly felt like we were comfortable and at home. This is a good one - it's expensive, but everything in Maui is. Consider yourself lucky if it's available for your needs!

We stayed at this condo in Kihei with our 3 kids (infant to age 6). Fantastic location across the road from public beach and condo had all the necessary beach accessories for adults and kids. Location very walkable to many restaurants and easy driving distance to most parts of Maui.
Condo had all the necessary amenities to cook your own meals if we wanted too. Also has in-unit laundry and dryer which were great, especially with small kids. Wifi worked well with no concerns. Has pack and play that was good for our youngest. You also have access to a pool that is part of the condo complex and was perfect for days we wanted some water fun for kids without the sand.
Condo unit could get a little warm during days but we were often out during day; but could be cooled nicely with opening windows and the many ceiling and portable fans in the unit. Both bedrooms do have AC units; that we mainly used at night for cool sleeps and to save energy when we weren’t there in the daytime.
The owner, Neil, was fantastic. He was always available quickly with any questions through VRBO app. He also had compiled a welcome binder with excellent suggestions for meals, things to do, etc. We really appreciated his attention to detail and availability. We would definitely stay here again.
If you stay here or in Kihei area, I’d highly recommend trying Coconut’s Fish Cafe, Paia Fish Market, and Cafe O’Lei restaurants.

Neil's place is at the perfect location on Maui. Kamole III beach is one of the nicest beaches on the island. You can walk north along the beach for 2 miles or walk south for 4.8 miles to Polo beach. We would definitely stay hear again. The beach chairs, noodles, ice chest, and amenities were great. Being able to walk to the beach in 3-5 minutes and watch the sunset everyday is magical. We even BBQ'd on the grills at Kamole. The kitchen has everything and to prepare a wonderful meal and you are walking distance from some very good eateries. A wonderful place to create good memories and great times."

This condo's location was amazing - I was here on a work trip so needed a place that was walkable to any amenities needed for my husband and kids while I was working. The beach is so close and, of course, gorgeous. There is shaved ice, cinnamon rolls, and shopping not 1/2 a mile away. All the snorkel and beach gear was perfect. The condo was enough space for our family of 5 - we needed to call to get more bedding for our 3rd child and the owner was super responsive and helpful. Make sure to bring soap/shampoo for showering - otherwise it was all there!

The condo was clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed. There was even laundry detergent! The location is within walking distance to superb beaches, shops and restaurants. Plentiful snorkeling equipment, a beach umbrella, beach towels, boogie board. My only complaint is that there were only 2 beach chairs when we really needed 4.

We had a wonderful Stay as meals please earlier this month. The place had everything you could ever want in the kitchen and for the beach (nice towels he shares snorkeling gear, and then umbrella.).
The location was crate the beach across the street had beautiful turtles lots of snorkeling, and was not too crowded when we were there. There was also places to walk to and conveniently located other cities we wanted to visit. This kind it was perfect for my family of 4 (2 kids and two adults). Neil answered all of my questions within minutes.
We hope to be able to come back soon and rent this place again. Thanks Neil!

We had an amazing time staying in the condo. It was my first time going with a condo instead of a hotel and I was so pleased. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked and we loved that there were coolers and Tupperware so we could pack up picnics too. Everything we needed for the beach was there; snorkels, masks, towels. We loved being able to walk across the street to the beach or just up the road to cute shops and restaurants. Neil even left tips for where to go and there were some fun books about Maui to read as we planned our outings. Highly recommend this spot to everyone.

Neil, your condo is the perfect place to stay in Hawaii. Our family (5 people, ages 19+) was very comfortable—great sleeping arrangements, 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. The condo was clean on arrival and the check in process is seamless. The location is perfect—literally across the street from the beach—and the beach chairs/umbrellas were much appreciated. Neil was accessible and his recommendations of places to eat was spot on (especially the Paia Fish Market and Kihei Kaffe). We had a great vacation and would definitely stay at the condo if we have the opportunity to return to Maui. Thanks!

We had a great stay at the property. I have never stayed at a condo that was so well equipped! Everything you can imagine is in the kitchen, including a great pineapple cutter. We especially appreciated the chairs, beach towels, cooler and umbrella. This made for great beach days. The beach is directly across the street and an easy walk with the stuff. We enjoyed driving a few minutes to the Wailea public beach as well. Nice wide beach that is long enough for a great beach walk. Neil’s suggestion s for activities and restaurants were spot on. Lots of restaurants very close at hand.

We really enjoyed staying at this home. Here are some things (all good) that are worth highlighting:
- It's really, really close to the beach. Five minutes if you walk slowly.
- They have two beach chairs, an umbrella, two boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, you name it.
- Well stocked kitchen.
- Really well located to places you want to be in the Kihei area.
Definitely a place you should consider.

Neil’s condo was great! Most vacation rentals I’ve stayed in have super bare kitchens with 4 forks, 4 plates, and 4 cups. Not the case at Neil’s! The kitchen was so well equipped we could have easily stayed there long term and not needed to purchase anything to easily cook meals. The condo had anything you might need. Neil was very responsive if we ever had a question. Location was great as well. Close to lots of shops and restaurants in Kihei. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in town!
