We loved staying here! We have stayed in this condo complex four times now- it is great! The location to walk or drive to our favorite places is easy, and there is room for our whole group. We saved money by cooking at home for some meals, and this place has a great kitchen! It was clean, had everything we needed, and the laundry set up was fabulous! We will stay here again for sure!

We loved the place! There were two families that stayed at this place, each with a five year old kid and it did not feel small at all. Amazing beaches are within 5 to 10min walking distances and because you have on site parking you do not have to worry whether you'll have a parking spot ever during your beaching! There are so many beach ammenities that were useful even for five year old kids. The kitchen had everything necessary and while we didn't cook because we are on vacation I could see someone cooking a good without any issue. Sleeping rooms were nice and ACs were working great to deal with the warm/hot Hawaii days and nights. Overall this was an amazing place and we would definitely come back in the future if we are visiting Maui again!

We had a great stay! Location was wonderful just a short walk away to a great beach. The garage was fully stocked with all beach needs which was really nice. We had 3 adults and two kids and the space could not have been better suited for our needs. Having laundry was a huge plus since no one wants to take ocean-soaked clothes back home. Would stay again!

It was my husband and I, my son, his wife and 2 grandchildren (ages 5 and 7), along with my daughter. We all had nice sleeping accommodations. The location was near a wonderful beach. Ryka, the home owner, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, trying to make it as comfortable for us as possible. She had beach toys for the grandkids, plenty of chairs to sit by the beach and towels to use. And her knowledge of the area was extremely helpful for our first visit to Maui.

Our family stayed for the week of Christmas and had a great time. It was easy to check in and Ryka was very accommodating of our delayed schedule. She also provided us with several good recommendations of places to eat. The condo is very close to 2 beaches; one is across the street and through a group of condos and the other was a short walk away. We were able to get out almost every day and walk the Kapalua Beach Trail. so we could easily walk. It was nice to sit on the lanai and enjoy our morning coffee. the condo does sit close to a road so getting in and out was easy. We used fans to block the road noise when sleeping. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed for cooking (we ate in every night). The weather was perfect as well so it made our stay perfect. We would stay here again on our next trip.

We spent 8 nights in this lovely townhouse. We particularly enjoyed the back lanai, with outdoor dining seating and a barbecue. It was a lovely place to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning. We also cooked and enjoyed dinner there 3 nights. The townhouse is well kept and the amenities are great. There are beach chairs, a wagon, beach umbrellas, coolers, and beach toys all available in the garage. The walk to the beach is roughly 5 minutes. There are many stores and restaurants a walk or a brief drive away. The owners were very helpful with suggestions for local activities. Overall, I highly recommend!

The unit is in disrepair. The cupboard doors don't close properly/ dishwasher at a slant/ dishes dirty and chipped/ ant infestation in kitchen/ undersupply of towels/ No communication about entry till I reached out 72 hrs prior asking for details

The property was extremely clean, great location and steps away from several beaches, great restaurants and a perfect location for the Sentry Golf tournament. We were personally met, and shown how easy the access to the beaches (literally walked us) to take out any fear of the unknown.

We had the pleasure of spending Christmas vacation at this lovely property and could not be more pleased with our stay. As a multi-generational group (grandparents in their 70s, siblings in their 40s, teenage kids), the home was clean, modern, restful, and could not be more conveniently located across the street from Napili Bay. Kevin's timely and thoughtful communication was much appreciated, including the tips to shop at Costco near the airport for a large group! There are some shops closer to the property (in the Napili Plaza Shopping Center - Joey's is highly recommended, by the way!) we found reasonably priced if any sundries are needed. Our family is so grateful for the time together this property provided.

The house was beautiful, clean, and in a great location right across the beach. The kitchen had everything you would need and then some. Beds were so comfortable which is a big deal to me. Beautiful deck. The garage was more than filled with everything you would need for the beach. Most of all the host Kevin was amazing. He catered to all of our needs. We enjoyed our stay. It was easy to check in, convenient location to many beaches, close to markets, restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped however, the stove wasn’t great for cooking a big family dinner. We enjoyed the deck area and available beach equipment. Overall very nice.

Our stay and the house was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The home was beautiful, had all the amenities you could want (kitchen appliances, towels, beach chairs and toys, you name it!), and Kevin was always available to answer any questions.
A quick 2 minute walk to Napili Bay or 5 minute walk to Kapalua and we were in paradise! Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back someday.

This property worked out so well for my family. Having two adult children that each want their own room this 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo unit was perfect for us. It gave us a nice living and dining room space to hang out together which you can't really do if you are at a hotel in separate rooms. Since it is a 2 story I really liked that there was a 1/2 bath downstairs. It's a very short easy walk to our family's favorite beach..Napili Bay. In the garage there were beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and boogie boards for us to use as well as a full size washer and dryer. Parking situation was fantastic. The place was super clean and the kitchen was a good size and had everything you could need to cook meals. I liked the little private patio as well. Our host Ryka was quick to respond to questions I had before our arrival and she met us at the property when we got there to show us around and answer any questions we had. She was super nice and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter had been asking for a year to goto the pretty beach and i promised to take her but my budget changed and then i came across this property that gave us everything we needed and more. This was an amazing stay. I stayed with my wife, In-laws, and 2 family friends. The check in process was very easy. There's keypads to the gate, door, and garage door making it easy and safe to go in and out. The house is a short walk to the beach (maybe 4 minutes). The owner reached out immediately to let us know he's available if we need anything. The house was modernized with new appliances. I would definitely stay here again.

Communications before arrival were outstanding: timely, friendly and very welcoming. This area specifically is a perfect combo of Hawaiian experiences: beaches, tropical breezes, food and local immersion. The neighborhood is charming, non-commercialized, and a short walk to almost anything needed during your stay. The home felt much bigger than listed because the indoor and outdoor living spaces are large, inviting and comfortable. Every room is beautifully decorated and there were no mechanical/hardware issues whatsoever. We messaged the host a couple times during the week asking for advice about local activities and food and the host was so kind in responding and recommending places to go and things to do. We usually think of a host as a helper for just the home but in this case was truly a host, supporter and advocate to all of Lanaina which is beautiful, recovering, and strengthening everyday. We had an amazing stay and wanted to specifically come to this area of the island to support the recovering families and businesses. Mahalo!

This property was excellent. The location was great - right across from a wonderful beach with great snorkeling and fully stocked with every amenity imaginable. Kevin provided us with comprehensive clear instructions on access to and care of the property and was very responsive to our few requests. We had a great family vacation with our adult children. This condo had a great location, it was thoughtfully stocked with every essential we could have asked for. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean. Nice and quiet neighborhood and plenty for space for our group of 7 however We couldn’t eat in peace or sleep without seeing bugs. This is our 4th trip to hawaii ans we are used to seeing critter but we never had to eat quickly or hide food in order to keep them off our plates. It was highly uncomfortable and extremely stressful.

We couldn’t imagine to be so close to the beach and enjoy everything around us: tiki bar, restaurants and amenities. The house was very cozy, welcoming and large enough for 4 people. It was tough to leave after one week. We bring with us a lot of good memories.

We made the pivot to get a standalone place vs resort for our family Spring Break and it ended up being the BEST decision for our latest visit to Maui. Napili beach is fantastic, chill waves, solid snorkeling and very convenient to have a restaurant to order from. Our host was very communicative, helpful and flexible. We highly recommend this spot and will 1M% be staying here again for future trips
