The property is a great location. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Excellent beach amenities (chairs/towels/boogie boards/umbrellas. One downside - no pool in the complex. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Communication with host was excellent - text responses very timely.Downside: Internet access was slow at times, especially upstairs. Challenges with BBQ - didn't seem to heat up all the way.Overall - we had a great stay and will consider staying here again.

This place was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen had everything we needed. The garage had everything we needed for the beach. Chairs, cooler, umbrella, wagon and beach towels. The beds are very comfortable. The back deck was a Hawaiian escape all on its on with the trees, greenery, birds, and cute geckos. The coffee shop, Island Vibes, across the street is so dang good. They knew my name after day two. The location is fantastic. It’s so close the Nāpili Bay. We would definitely stay here again. Ryan has all the good local tips. Mahalo!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. So many pros:1.Easy, stress-free parking with a protected garage—such a bonus. Being able to walk to the beach without worrying about parking (and having beach gear provided) made everything so much easier.2.Well-equipped kitchen—we cooked several nights and had everything we needed, including spices, oils, and quality cookware.3.Clean, comfortable space that felt welcoming and easy to relax in.No complaints at all. The hosts were thoughtful and checked in to make sure we were taken care of, which we really appreciated.Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay at this VRBO! The place was incredibly clean and well cared for, which made it feel comfortable right away. Amazing location! We were there during the Kona storm and couldn't enjoy the beach but location was great even without beach weather. Super clean home with attention to detail and nice that there was off street parking in the garage under the unit.

From the moment I made the reservation to the point of check out, I was completely satisfied with how I was greeted and treated by the Jeff and Sue, then later got me in contact with Kevin who was local. Kevin was super responsive and was available 24/7 for any questions. Home was clean and had everything my family and I needed. Climate control made the stay super comfortable. It literally felt like home away from home! Everything was Five Star! Host was even able to make last minute accommodations after finding out we had a late flight. That really made it easier for the kids and I. We had enough time to catch the beach one last time before freshening up and heading out. The house had everything you could need, very spacious, clean and less than a block from the beach!The proximity to all the fun activities on the westside of island is perfect, whether you are looking for: *Beach Days- it is a 2-minute walk to Napili Bay Beach or 2–5-minute drive to many other great beaches. *World class Golfing at Kapalua or pickle ball courts few minutes away.*Beautiful & must-see Kahekili Highway, personally enjoyed this more than the "Road to Hana" as its beautiful drive with way less people.*Convenience to several incredible restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, coffee shops etc.. The host has everything you could ever need for the beach gear in the garage for you and really made everything easy from checking in to checking out! Had a great stay at this VRBO. Oustanding location. No beach view from the unit, but a convenient/short walk to the beach for snorkling and other daytime activities plus beautiful sunsets.Really nice patio with canopy over lawn furniture made it a great spot to relax and enjoy our perfect week of weather. Excellent, well equipped kitchen, bedrooms and baths. New laundry equipment in garage, which easily accommodated the 2 SUV's our group parked here. Nice beach gear including beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, cooler, etc.Unit is ideally suited for 6 guests, but worked fine for our party of 8. Perhaps most importantly, our local host was super helpful and responsive. Will definitely be recommending this VBRO to friends & family.

Firstly want to thank our host, Kevin, who checked up on us every step of the way to make sure we had the best experience possible.The house was exactly as advertised, well decorated, cozy, clean and spacious. It had everything we could need for a party of 6.The garage was filled with accessories for the beach like towels, chairs, toys, floaties and the like.The area was wonderful with many great food places, hikes, and the beach a short walk away with even more options with a short drive.

Perfect location and townhouse ideally located just across the street from Napili beach. Well stocked with everything we needed and several blocks away from a nice farmers market/local grocery for everything else. Very comfortable and ideal for a weeklong stay. No complaints whatsoever about the accommodations and quality of everything in the house. Small area for improvement--the patio is located next to a dirt driveway/empty lot (which was also a nice positive to us as we had a nice view of some beautiful large monkeypod trees next door) but as such, everything was covered in the fine red dirt that is typical of West Maui--and patio area, outdoor cushions/chairs hadn't really been cleaned well before our stay so wasn't easy to use the patio without getting the dirt on our feet/pants/etc and tracking into the unit.

Absolutely fantastic rental! So many little extras made our stay very easy and comfortable. We really appreciated the abundance of beach equipment, condiments, soaps/detergents, and kitchen supplies. The location was perfect for us: close to beaches, a grocery store, a top notch coffee shop, good restaurants, and a snorkel shop (although check the supply in the garage before renting). Kevin was super attentive. We will definitely be back!!!

The condo is clean but run down. A bit shabby. One Bathroom has pad covering peeling ? Plaster on tub floor. Carpet is spotty. Lanai is in need of a clean up. Window in master missing crank- unable to open. Beach towels are torn. Owner and property manager both excellent- appreciate quick response and action.

My family of 5 stayed for a week at this condo and we loved it! Ryka is an amazing hostess and was very helpful during our stay. The condo was spotless when we arrived! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The grill was super clean. Literally less than a 5 minutes walk to the beach and less than a 10 minute walk to a second beach! This condo was perfect for our recent stay on Maui. We sort of randomly chose to stay in the Napili bay area, but so glad we did! The area is pretty quiet and very convenient to walk to various activities like beaches and snorkeling (both Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay), coffee shop (Island Vibes is AMAZING), restaurants (Seahouse, Merrimans), and Snorkel Bobs. The walkability factor is SO convenient. The condo is reasonable driving distance from Whalers Village, popular west Maui restaurants, and ziplining in Kapalua. The unit itself is perfect for 5 people. It is newly renovated and has absolutely everything you would need including laundry machines and a lot of quality beach gear. We liked that the property was gated but the area seems extremely safe regardless. We only had to reach out to the property manager once for something small and they were super responsive and professional. We recommend this property and will stay here again when we are able to return to Maui!
