This place was perfect for our family of 7. It was clean and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. It is conveniently located between Kihei and Wailea with easy access to local beaches. The grounds were well kept, and our kids enjoyed access to the pool. The lanai was perfect for early morning or late afternoon coffee and reading with a nice view of the ocean. The communication was top notch from start to finish and made check in/check out a breeze. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The one bedroom was extremely spacious and comfortable with recent renovations and additional amenities - we enjoyed playing pickle ball and using the pool after a day in the sun. The patio was great and became part of our morning / evening ritual to enjoy coffee or cocktails with a view of the ocean.
The beach is just a quick 10 minute walk and beach chairs / towels were also available in the unit. The closest beach also has a small store called “808 General Store” which was great for last minute drinks, snacks or gran b go lunch t ok bring into the beach.
My wife and I had an amazing time and this was a perfect retreat for our honeymoon, we will be back!

We enjoyed this property. The grounds are very well kept and lovely. Plenty of space for me, my husband and our two young adult kids. Great location to restaurants and beaches. Air conditioners and overhead fans were helpful. Had an issue with the condo on a Sunday, of all days, and guest services was fast to respond and help. I would stay at this property again.

Enjoyed our stay. Spacious accommodations with beautiful ocean views on relaxing lanai. Comfortable beds. This condo has all the kitchen amenities you will need for your stay. Nice pool area with several beaches close by. Tasty restaurants and farmer markets nearby. Private corner condo in well maintained complex. Parking to room is a bit of a trek with groceries and luggage but worth it. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Nice and spacious unit. Kitchen was nicely equipped for all our needs. Lovely deck to enjoy the views. Pool was just steps away. Beach chairs and towels provided. It is however a little dated and could do with a refresh. The shag carpet has to go. The mattresses in the loft bedroom, the smaller bedroom on the main, and the sofa bed were beyond terrible and should be replaced pronto. None of the cons got in the way of us having a fabulous time though. We shall return :)

My family and I had a great stay. We did have some trouble using the padlock code. It wouldn't let us in after using the code the first few times. Then realized you had to punch in the numbers really fast and then it would work. Other than that, it was amazing stay. Quick drive to restaurants and beach access. We loved it. The 6 of us, 3 adult couples, had a great stay. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths (2 masters) was perfect. We had friends staying at Kihei Surfside and we were just a short walk away from them and the beach.
We never had a problem finding parking. The beach supplies were a hit, with a rolling cooler, umbrella and sand chairs for everyone.
The separate A/C for each room was a plus. The unit is situated in a way where we didn’t always get the ocean breeze.
The hosts were very responsive when we arrived early. Great communication.
There are shops one mile away. We enjoyed a walk and cinnamon rolls one morning.

My husband and I enjoyed this condo and resort. It had everything we needed, kitchen amenities, beach towels, ceiling fan in each room with AC, great outdoor deck to lounge & eat on, beach toys for our 2 grandchildren, beach chairs & umbrella… We also found the condo to be very clean.
The resort staff are very friendly and the area is nice & quiet. Location is perfect as we had a choice of beaches to choose from. The grounds on this resort is beautifully maintained.
The owner of this condo was very quick in responding to any inquiries made.
The only recommendation to be made is to modernize the outdoor furniture and indoor carpets.

We were a party of four adults sharing this condo. Very quiet place away from the main drag. The unit was even better in person than the pictures online, which does not happen often! The beds and furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen very well stocked and seemed to be higher end than the usual rental. Loved the artwork and some of the antique furniture. We appreciated the "fun closet" stocked with everything you need for the beach. Large pool area is nice and includes a hot tub which was not hot, but we forgot to go to the office to let them know. The location is very walkable which I did every day. I enjoyed sleeping with the windows open and listening to the birds. Great view from the lanai which is where we spent most of our time when at home base. Todd has great attention to detail and was a great host! Overall, we would stay here again as we very much enjoyed the stay. Mahalo Todd!

This unit was the perfect place for a family reunion, with grandparents and a 13-month toddler.
The balcony overlooks the lawn facing the ocean beyond, and the unit is in close enough proximity to the community grill and the pool (which was never too busy).
All rooms were extremely comfortable. I even appreciated that there was a small step ladder for shorter members of our family to reach the in-unit washer/dryer and the taller bathroom vanity sinks.
As for the complex itself, it's a 5-10 min walk to a beach and a 5-10 min drive to the shops and other eatery/grocery stores. I appreciated that the complex was situated in the quieter part of the S Kihei road.
All in all, we would return again in a heartbeat!

As noted with other reviews, and as a skeptical New Yorker, I felt the solid 5-star reviews could have been exaggerated. They were not - Todd's condo was an incredibly comfortable and relaxing stay. Not only was the condo well-appointed, the level of amenities was impressive. From a coffee grinder to beach chairs, sun hats, umbrellas ... Todd's place truly felt like a home away from home. I travel for work about half of the year, and the second bedroom bed was the most comfortable sleep I've had outside of my own home.
Communication with Todd was easy and check in / out was seamless. Already looking forward to next time.

This condo is absolutely perfect. My husband and me and another couple stayed here for four nights to attend a friend’s wedding. This condo was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and had breathtaking views. Imagine drinking coffee at sunrise and watching whales from the balcony! This place has everything you could want too- games, books, snorkel gear, beach chairs, comfy beds and a big cozy couch and a beautifully decorated balcony with such a view. The owner was very communicative and everything about our stay was incredibly easy. If you’re visiting Maui and this property is available don’t hesitate to book it! I hope we can stay there again!

The bathrooms had not been cleaned other than a wipe down. The rugs in the master were full of long black hair and it was clear everything had been cleaned around rather than rugs taken out and washed and the floors fully washed. We love the property and will stay again next year but we did spend a. Couple of hours cleaning the bathrooms.

This is an amazing condo. It has been totally renovated and tastefully decorated. Great kitchen and living area. It has a large lanai. The master suite is huge with its own private bath. The second bedroom is also very nice with an en-suite bathroom too. There is a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean right from the lanai. The grounds of the condo are well maintained and has a large swimming pool, hot tub and numerous activities (tennis, bocci, shuffleboard) and they let you use equipment to play the activities gratis! The condo staff are very helpful and friendly. It’s actually closer to Wailea than downtown Kihei. So, lots of great restaurants and shopping is close by.

This well equipped condo served us fantastically for our family of 6 holiday. Todd was attentive and helpful from beginning to end. The unit is nicely decorated, up to date and has a fantastic lanai view looking out to sea and up to Haleakala Mtn. A closet full of beach toys, umbrellas, chairs and more were great to use. Maui Hill has nice pool, weekly cocktail party and tennis courts. Would stay here again and highly recommend this unit.

We loved our stay at Maui Hill. Sandra and Gordon were the most fantastic hosts. Anytime I had a small question about the area, they were quick to respond. The home was entirely as described and even better. The pots and pans were a dream to cook with. The living room and lanai were spacious. Very well stocked condo. Only thing missing were boogie boards. The lanais are amazing. We watched whales every morning while drinking coffee. We had such a wonderful stay at Maui Hill J-113 that we added another night right on the spot! The panoramic view from the Lanai is absolutely breathtaking and we could not keep our eyes off the horizon as we watched whales leap and splash throughout our stay. We are long time Kihei regulars since the '90s and we've stayed at many locations - but this place is hands-down the best panoramic sunset view in town. The unit itself is nicely kept and simple, allowing guests to spread out. The main bathroom is large and welcoming after a day of beach and pool activities. The owners also have thoughtful little touches, like suggesting opening the kitchen window and the lanai doors and letting the Island Breeze flow through the unit. We very much enjoyed using the provided binoculars to watch the whales! And beach chairs came in very handy. But my goodness the VIEW! We will definitely be back!
