I was skeptical of all the great reviews. But they are all true. Todd takes pride in his condo and making sure vacationers have a good time in Maui. Condo is loaded with everything a family will need on vacation. Clean & very nice and very comfortable. U don’t need to buy all the little things at the grocery store. Highly recommend. (About a 1/2 mile from beach -just guessing ).

We loved our stay at this condo. Our mornings and evening were spent enjoying the beautiful view of Molokini from the lanai. We appreciated the beach equipment and the pool. The master bed was extremely comfortable. We would definitively stay here again!

So many good things to say about this place and property. Everything from the booking through to the stay was fantastic - great host! Awesome communication.
Condo had everything you could imagine and more. Made it feel like home with all the everyday things you need and lots of extras that you don’t normally get in rentals.
The best surprise was the cupboard full of beach items - everything from beach chairs to body boards. Was super helpful to have everything to hand especially when the beach is less than 5 minutes away.
Overall everything was perfect and I would highly highly recommend !

We had a last minute change in our itinerary and Todd was able to accommodate our request for a late check out. The condo was close to the beach, restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. It is on the second floor so there are stairs but it wasn't bad. Overall, a good stay.

Condo was exactly as described - clean, well stocked and a great location for our family vacation. Our kids loved the on site bocce ball, pool, putting green and tennis after a long day at the beach. Very close to restaurants, beaches, etc.

This condo was everything that we needed for our Maui stay. Super comfortable beds and beautiful furnishings throughout. We loved being able to do laundry and cut down on how much we packed. It was very helpful to have everything we needed upon arrival - such as paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc...The whole place was well stocked for our stay. We were a short walk to the best beach I've ever been to in Hawaii and we were able to walk to many shops and restaurants in town. We would definitely stay here again!

Todd’s place was a great location for us. Walking distance to beaches, close to the pool and bocce ball courts but still quiet and private. We explored several parts of the island and the Kihei/Wailea location was convenient to all (airport, snorkeling tour, Haleakala, Lahaina, restaurants, etc.
We were a group of 5 adults and the place gave us plenty of room for gathering together while still allowing for privacy. We loved the spacious lanai—it had nice views and stayed cool. We used it every day.
Communication with Todd for booking, check in/out was always prompt—we had no issues or problems during our stay.

We had one of the most enjoyable vacations in Maui staying at this beautiful two bedroom condo which was fully equipped with everything we needed, especially for a beach vacation: extra beach towels; boogie boards; snorkeling gears; kid’s sand toys. It was perfect for us traveling with our son, daughter-in-law and grandson. The property was clean and tastefully decorated.
The condo owner, Todd, was extremely responsive and helpful both prior to and during our stay. His property is conveniently located near the pool and a walking distant to a great beach where we spent most of our time. This location was perfect for a short drive to Wailea and Kihei areas’ great eating options. Thanks to Todd for his recommendation for the sunset viewing at Hotel Wailea’s Restaurant. It was magical!

Aston resort a quiet complex, well maintained with a few outdoor games, tennis courts, bbqs and a small pool. It is perfectly situated right on the southern end of Kihei, easy access to Wailea and all the major roads taking you to all the Maui attractions on the West coast or up north to Paia.
This is a private unit in the complex and the owner takes great pride in the property and did a fantastic job outfitting the unit with everything you need for the stay - comfortable beds, spacious closets, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms stocked with towels and all bath amenities and most importantly all the beach/ocean exploring gear you’ll need for 4. So helpful to have in-unit laundry that can handle large loads after long day at the beach. Great views from the lanai and we enjoyed our breakfasts here outdoors.
We did a lot of exploring from sunrise to sunset all over Maui, but you don’t have to venture far for a great beach. The Keawakapu beach across Kihei road is fantastic and easily accessible spot for swimming and snorkeling.
So thankful for easy check-in and out instructions. Todd was a great host. We hope to return soon!

Great condo for our family of 5. Comfortable beds, lots of space, beautiful lanai for outdoor meals, convenient parking, close to the beach, centrally located for day trips.
Well stocked with household supplies such as laundry and dish detergent, bath towels, tp, paper towels, soap, shampoo, basic spices, etc. Also, we enjoyed using the beach supplies including beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie board, snorkels, water shoes, beach bags, etc.
Great stay! We would recommend to friends and stay again.

I have rented condo’s at Maui Hill four times. All were very good condos, but this unit was the best by far. It has beautiful views and two separate bedrooms that are north very nice and the beds are very good. The living room furniture was like new, and the new looking couch has a bed that we didn’t use. Nice dining room and kitchen, modern and very cool light fixtures. The beach toy closet had the best toys I ever found in any condo on Maui. The whole place was well stocked. Maui Hill is a very nice property and this unit is nicer. and I will rent it again if it is available the next time I need two bedrooms in Maui.

We stayed at Todd's condo for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The check-in process was very easy - just a matter of registering our vehicle and picking up keys from the resort office.
The unit itself is very clean and perfect for 2 couples. Both bedrooms are a good size, with extremely comfortable beds and direct access to private balconies (we are bed snobs, owning a Tempur-Pedic mattress at home and still found both beds were GREAT). The Master bedroom has an attached bathroom and there is a second bathroom outside the guest bedroom. The only downside to the design is that the sink for the second bathroom is open to the hallway, which is slightly inconvenient for 2 couples sharing the unit.
The main lanai is huge and fully covered (accessible from the living room and the Master Bedroom). We spent every morning relaxing there with a cup of coffee.
We were particularly happy with how well stocked the condo was. In the kitchen, there were spices, condiments, cooking oil, zip lock bags, coffee filters, dishwasher tablets and everything you needed to prepare meals. The pantry contained beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys and a large assortment of snorkel gear for all sizes. It was great not having to buy all of that stuff and then leave it or throw it out at the end of our trip. There is also a full washer and dryer combo with provided tide pods, so you can do laundry and limit the amount of clothing you pack.
The location is great and is within easy walking distance of a nice beach and some Kihei restaurants. The resort has a tennis court and a decent sized pool and hot tub with lots of lounge chairs that were never fully taken during the day.
Todd was a great host, asking for feedback and actioning it. When I asked if the condo had 2 beach umbrellas, he actually brought a second one prior to our arrival! After our trip I let him know of a few small issues with the condo and he immediately took care of them.
Overall, I would highly recommend Todd's condo and think it would be hard to beat for the price on Maui!

We had a wonderful time for our first time in Maui staying at Todd's condo. It was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook (both in the kitchen as well as at one of the various outdoor grills in Maui Hills). We loved the "amenities" - we played tennis, shuffleboard, and loved lounging around the pool. It's walking distance from the Kihei boat launch (we walked to our snorkeling tour). The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed the very upgraded lanai furniture every morning for our coffee and breakfast. Todd had plenty of beach and pool towels/chairs/umbrella and snorkel equipment available for everyone from kids to adults. We would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future!

The only view of the ocean is with binoculars. Decent beach not walkable. Suggest Wailea. Restaurants in the area are not very good. Swimming pool and tennis. Courts were nice. condo was spacious with everything you needed. Didn’t like the fact that we had to do laundry before checking out as we paid over $600 cleaning fee. Would’ve been nice to have service at the pool.

We loved our stay at Todd’s place! First of all, he is the best communicator I’ve ever had on a rental. His place was spotless, beautiful and had everything you need. From the beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, umbrellas, etc., you will not be disappointed. The beds are so comfortable. The location is so close to everything too. You are just a short walk to many beaches and so many restaurants. Make sure you go to Monkeypod for happy hour (3:30-5:00) and order a mai-tai! Aloha!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The furnishings exceeded my expectations- everything was beautiful and functional. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner, and the place had all the extra little things we needed, like snorkle gear, extra blankets, phone chargers and cleaning supplies. The location was great- so close to Kihei and our newly found favorite beach. Spent many mornings on the lanai, watching the sun rise. If we come back to Maui, we'll look to come right back here!

Nice and quiet area (not nearly as touristy as the northern part of the island), beautiful views, a 10-min walk to a beach park. The park is great with grassy area and shade in case you don’t want to be in the sand all the time. The condo had all the beach furniture we needed. Short drive to good restaurants. Four adults and a child stayed in the condo and all of us had a great experience.

Pretty lanai with ocean view, and luxury feel to the interior as promised. Spacious living/dining area and nice to have 2 bathrooms for the 4 of us. No trouble with checkin and no issues with the place. We didn’t use the condo facilities like pool but they were very nice looking and staff were helpful and kind. It was nice to be a very short walk from the Kihei boat ramp where we met early one morning for our snorkel tour. It was about a 1-mile walk or drive to most restaurants and shops.

The condo is just what is advertised. Newly updated, clean, loaded with all kinds of perks, great view, amazing lanai, and walking distance to one of the BEST beaches around!
Owner was super quick and attentive to questions and you can see personal touches through the condo. I always pack dishwasher pods and tide pods when we stay at condos, but this one is loaded with things you might need!
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, tide pods, dishwasher pods, ice, ice bags for cooler, cooler, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, pool towels, sunburn aloe…..I could go on! Thanks for the amazing place to stay during our amazing EPIC trip to Maui! Our family donated a sea turtle puzzle to the condo for future families to enjoy to say, Mahalo!

We decided to try this privately owned condo in Maui Hill Resort instead of staying in big Wailea resorts, for more space. It did not disappoint! This unit is meticulously equipped with high-end finish. It’s where comfort meets style. This condo is within a few minutes walk to the boat launch site for Molokini Snorkeling tours. Todd is a great pleasure to work with, easy to

Large, well manicured grounds with pool and hot tub where we spent time conversing with other friendly visitors, they even had a barbecue/Mai Tai party one afternoon.

Very clean, beautifully furnished, well-stocked with everything we needed for beach trips...just an utter delight in every way. Property manager Todd went above and beyond to make our time there stress-free, and his excellent recommendations added so much to our stay! The property itself is very well-maintained with gorgeous landscaping, incredible views, and welcoming common areas. It is a fairly quiet place, so best suited for those looking to unwind and relax. We had a wonderful time at this property. Todd was helpful and timely with communications. The decor is very modern, yet very comfortable. very cleaned and nicely equipped too. Todd has thought of everything to make guest comfortable. Nice open spaces with the high ceilings and beautiful deck for watching sunset. Having both ocean and mountain views is a big plus. Nice to be able to walk to Keawakapu beach and a short drive to other nice beaches. Convenient to great restaurants (Monkey Pods for mai tai and pupus, Tommy Bahamas for great fish, Humble Market Kitchin for great sunsets, Monoli’s for pizza, Pita Paradise, Nalu’s South Shore Grill for awesome breakfasts, and the gourmet market in the Shops at Wailea)

We enjoyed staying at Todd’s property immensely. The location was excellent, unit was clean and everything was as expected. The AC worked well but we didn’t really need it much. The balcony was large and comfortable. The beds and pillows were great. Only slight downside is that the pool was better for good swimmers and not ideal for toddlers (e.g. no shallow end/splash pad) but this was not a surprise.

What a find! Just what we needed for our holiday getaway to Maui. Plenty of room for my two adult children and me. A well-appointed kitchen, tasteful furnishings, and comfortable beds quickly made it feel like home. Beach amenities like towels, beach chairs, and snorkel gear let you travel light. A five to ten-minute walk brings you to a beautiful beach, with many others a short distance away. The top floor location rewards with views of Molokini, Wailea, and the morning sun over Haleakala. Our goal for this trip was relaxation, and spending time on the balcony enjoying these views was our favorite way to unwind. Todd, our host, answered all our questions before arrival and quickly responded to advice requests during our stay. We couldn't be happier. Mahalo, Todd! We will be back.

In addition Todd is the most welcome host - always quick to respond and so incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. We were here for work (with some enjoyable beach relaxation time afterwards) and my business partner and I both agreed this was hands-down the best work/vacation spot ever! By the way the staff who work at the facility are also incredibly friendly, and did we mention the location is absolutely perfect for walking to gorgeous nearby beaches? The best rental property we’ve ever stayed in- truly this is a gem. Located in Kihei close enough to all the fun but far enough away you don’t have to see it when you don’t want to! We saw many listings for this same property but Todd’s is superior. Beautiful furnishings, an amazing balcony setup that allowed us to sip coffee and enjoy the breathtaking view. We traveled with our 8 year old and did some cooking and we were pleasantly surprised to find nearly all we needed in terms of dishes, cookware, and staples. An unexpected bonus was the beach toys, beach umbrella & beach chairs- we didn’t have to pick up a thing to enjoy the beach.

Like many families we have not traveled in the last 15 months. For our first adventure post vaccine we chose this lovely flat in Kihei as our home base and it did not disappoint.
Location: we were looking for a centrally located town for day trips but one that still had beautiful local beaches and access to good food. Kihei was the ideal spot. From Maui Hills you can walk to 2 beaches in less than 10 minutes. We have 2 kids ages 6 and 10 and they did it easily. There also additional beaches a short drive (5 minutes away)
Facility- Maui Hills was well maintained and offered plenty of amenities like pool, spa, putting green, tennis courts, shuffle board, and bbq’s
Condo- I cannot speak highly enough about the condo. The decor is incredibly well curated. We have 2 young kids and often choose comfort over style when selecting rentals. With this rental we did not have to sacrifice either. It was spacious and clean while still feeling island chic. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the condo was well equipped for every beach adventure. We started and ended each day eating on the gorgeous lanai.
Host- Todd was the ideal host checking in to make sure we had everything we needed to make sure our trip was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again.
