The location is perfect, across from Kamaole beach, right in the town of Kihei, next town over is Wailea and makena . Close to everything !Checking in and out is easy. Well maintained property, complete with generous amount of beach gears, water bottles, towels , cooler bags. Everything you need for an island vacation. Communication is easy

We had a wonderful stay at Sid's for our time in Maui. The location was great with easy parking, a pool and hot tub the whole family enjoyed, fantastic views and a very family friendly beach across the street ( less than 10 min walk). We had the option to walk along a path to see the manicured resorts, high end shopping and even enjoyed a luau close by, but I was so happy to come back and spread out and cook at "home" in this lovely condo. I'm a bit picky when it comes to bedding in a rental and their linens were fabulous, making it really feel like a higher end get away. Someone did a wonderful job designing the space with great bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces. The lanai was perhaps the best part. We had breakfast out there every morning watching SUP's, boats full of snorkelers, & sail boats passing by. While we didn't see any whales from the lanai we saw SO MANY on a the PacWhale watching tour that I can't recommend enough. The closet full of beach toys and chairs/umbrella was a life saver as I think my kids would rank boogie boarding as the highlight of their trip to HI. Thank you so much to Sid, should we be lucky enough to return we would certainly look to stay here again!

We had a really nice stay! The parking spot is really close to the condo and the unit is well stocked with outdoor supplies, games, and kitchenware. The location can’t be beat, quick walk down the path to the beach and close to lots of great restaurants. Easy to grab an uber or lift to/from here as well. If it’s whale season, make sure to bring some binoculars.

We have enjoyed many stays at Maui Kamaole properties. THIS unit is absolutely one of our favorites! We prefer to cook some meals in our home away from home, and this unit was equipped! Most units have a few items that will get you through, but this kitchen had most anything you would use at home to create a real meal. The furniture was clean and comfy. Beach towels were large and snuggly. The beach closet had an excellent selection of ocean front goodies to make our stay even easier and more welcoming. Mahalo for the Aloha!

Matt was great, very quick to respond. Brought us a cookie sheet within hours!I would recommend having more hooks to hang clothes/towels in either of the bathrooms. We were also missing a bath mat and window cleaner in main bath. The dishwasher definitely smells and generally needs to be ran everyday as the drainage hose is too long and the smell gets trapped within the appliance/line and creates an odor.I would recommend replacing some of the dishes such as tea pot which has rust, adding/replacing knives for cutting up veggies and meat etc. Could be an option to add a few more plastic/glass containers as it seems lot’s were missing lids.The outside lights at front door were either burnt out or very dull making it quite hard to see up the stairs in the dark. Other light bulbs within the unit were also burnt out.Overall great condo, added beach toys, chairs/umbrella and coolers were very much appreciated and nice to have.

Amazing place, right next to the upper pool and easy walk out the back door access to 2 grill stations. Host was very responsive and allowed some flexibility! Place was well stocked in the kitchen which is always a mystery until you arrive. Had a great trip, will look to book again on our next visit to Kīhei.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property in December, and it is truly one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in Maui. The unit has a lovely ocean view and is especially convenient as the first unit from the road when you drive in—very easy access.The location is fantastic: walkable to Wailea and extremely close to the beach in Kihei, which made getting around effortless. The apartment itself is very well stocked and clearly thoughtfully designed. The bathroom is spacious and particularly nice, and the bed was very comfortable.What really stood out to me was the décor. It is tastefully done and easily some of the best decoration I’ve seen in a rental. I especially loved the Buddhist theme—the colors, artwork, and overall flow of the space create a calm, harmonious, and welcoming atmosphere.Communication with Mark was excellent throughout the stay—clear, responsive, and easy. I’m so glad I chose to stay here this time and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend.

My family rented this condo so that we could accommodate my elderly parents and not have to use stairs. This is a spacious unit that is close to everything. We could walk to be the beach, a short ride to the mall, and close to all the delicious food trucks. The accommodations were very nice and we all very much enjoyed our stay.

The host - Maui Rentals - was very responsive and especially about notifying us when the upper pool would be closed and as soon as it reopened. The beach gear in the closet was excellent - in great shape and very useful to have, especially the cooler and the insulated bags for shopping.

This is a beautiful, very large one bedroom condo with a wonderful view. Three great beaches are just minutes within walking distance. Enjoyed the great snorkeling available at the nearby beaches. It was great having a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. There was a problem initially with a broken down bed, but both the host and property manager worked as quickly as possible to deliver a new bed. All worked out well in the end and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great start in this unit. It had everything we needed our wanted. We especially appreciated the ice chest, beach chairs and cart. The directions are accurate and made it easy to find and access. It's a really comfortable lay out and beautifully styled. We spent a lot of time on the lanai and the ocean view was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was very clean and the updates to the kitchen and bathrooms were really nice. However, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the room was quite understocked with no beach gear, very little cooking items and only 2 beach towels for 4 people.

We just returned from 8 nights and this was our experience. We were in contact with Dorothy the entire time and she was nice and apologized. At one point she offered to buy my family ice-cream as compensation. However, this was our week at this rental:- COCKROACHES - We had one day of rain mid-week which Dorothy mentioned contributes, but we found these throughout the house all week. - Arrived to a washing machine filled with hair and muck that I had to clean before use- Arrived to a coffee pot with old coffee and grounds dried to bottom. Also a pot used later in the week still had someone's spaghetti dinner burnt to bottom. Dorothy provided feedback to the cleaner so hopefully this won't happen to the next guest.- General outdated feelWould highly recommend the complex. The pools were great and it's very centrally located.

Love the decor of this unit! It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Linens and towel are nice and the kitchen is very well equipped as well. The only negative is the outside bar table which is uncomfortable and not welcoming for outside lounging and eating.
