Condo D 103 is in great need of upgrading. Dining chair cushioning has wore through to the wood frame, curtains are stained etc. The condo itself is very outdated.
Unfortuneatly we left something something behind. We contacted Coldwell Banker Island Vacations the same day as check out as we could have picked the item up. Sadly, we heard nothing back which only leads us to believe the Coldwell Banker cleaning staff have the item.
The Maui Kamaole condo complex is amazing. We have stayed several times in other condos maganged by other companies or the owners themselves and have had great experiences.

Wouldn't stay at this particular unit again. Pros: Location is fantastic. Great landscaping throughout property. Lower pool is very bare bones but fine. Upper pool is gorgeous. As for the unit itself - views are great. AC in main room and both bedrooms. Linens were clean. Kitchen appliances all worked. Was glad to find a blender and a good supply of tupperware-type containers. If you don't like rusty scratched up non-stick cookware, plan on BBQing exclusively.Cons: There are ZERO beach items provided. You will need to buy or rent chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, etc. This is a huge inconvenience and also not cheap - if you plan to go to the beach, factor another 300 into your budget for a two week stay, as well as a few hours to deal with renting/buying. There is a rooster resident outside the building, and no soundproofing on bedroom windows, so expect repeated wakeup calls starting at 4:30 AM (friends in buildings further back on the property didn't have this problem).Unit was worn but mostly clean (shutters to master loft were very dusty/cobweb-y when we closed them). Plug for vacuum cleaner was missing a prong and didn't work - pretty gross after two weeks. Misc things: Beds were fine except pullout, which is brutal. Note no door to master bedroom (engage in adult times at your own risk, parents). If you're sensitive to harsh LED bulbs, there are many. Pools rules are not very child-friendly (for instance, "NO MARCO POLO"...good grief).

Our stay at Maui Kamaole exceeded our expectations! The condo was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed — from beach gear to a fully stocked kitchen. The lanai was one of our favorite spots for morning coffee and evening relaxation.The property grounds are stunning — beautifully landscaped, quiet, and very well maintained. The pools and hot tubs were clean and never overcrowded. The location is ideal — close to the beaches in South Kihei and just minutes from Wailea’s shops and dining.We truly felt relaxed and at home here. We would definitely return!

We had a little challenge at the beginning with the door code not working but otherwise, it was a wonderful experience. The host was very responsive and helpful to resolve the issue. Overall, the condo was very clean and comfortable. The ocean view balcony was lovely and the beach supplies were an added bonus that made trips to the beach more enjoyable. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach but I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cozy place in a nice private condo community.

The condo was clean and had a great view. However, on the day of our arrival we were notified that the master toilet was broken and would be replaced two days later on Monday. The owners said we would be notified about a time range when the plumber would arrive. Monday came and went with absolutely no update. On Tuesday we were awakened by someone typing the code to enter our condo. We had not been told when, or if, the plumber was arriving on Tuesday, so it was a shock to us.Also, we wanted to know when they would arrive so we could open the door for them and not have the plumber use our door code to enter himself. Three nights without a functional toilet was not what we paid for. Otherwise it was great.

This condo was everything and more for our family trip to Kihei! Traveling with a 5 and 7 year old, the beach accessories (mats, towels, umbrella, and cooler) were such a thoughtful touch and made our beach days a breeze. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped — even had storage containers and tinfoil — which was perfect since we cooked a lot. And the cleanliness was absolutely spotless. We can't wait to come back!

Chris was very accommodating and supportive with all our questions and requests. The condo was in great shape, everything functioning well and providing a welcoming, cozy environment. Situated in a very well taken care of complex with pools, bbq, parking and pristine landscaping, the short stroll to the beach feels like a walk through a park. We had a great stay and would definitely come back again.

Love this location. More quiet part of kihei and close to waliea. Grounds are beautiful and the condo has everything you need. As others have said, the decor is a bit dated but I think this is reflected in the price. I dont care about style as we spent our time diving, kayaking, hiking etc. Be aware that the pool near the condo is pretty much overrun by little kids much of the time. Lovely pool and spa, just not very peaceful.

This is the third year staying at Keith's condo. The grounds are beautiful and the ocean view is something we appreciated everyday. You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay in paradise, and we found the amenities, towels, linens, coffee maker etc. to be of high quality. Keith is extremely responsive. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Maui Kamaole #J-110. Self check-in was convenient and super easy, as they emailed us all the information we needed a few days prior to arrival. The unit was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and was stocked with everything we needed for a day at the beach or chillin’ indoors (but why stay indoors?). I found it far more beautiful than the pictures. The staff immediately responded to any questions or communications we initiated, which created a smooth and stress-free stay. The location was absolutely perfect! We could walk from our unit to the beach, various restaurants, and shops. Everything we needed was moments away. The warm, yet beachy decor, the location, and amazing staff made our first stay in Hawaii a wonderful lifetime memory.
