Lovely place that is walkable distance to beach with all the basic amenities that you would need for a week - beach umbrella, bodyboard/boogie board (check out the storage room in balcony).Enjoy sunset right from your balcony.In-unit laundry is a huge plus.Split level (bedroom, vanity and full bath upstairs) gives nice privacy.Congress with internet albeit is a little slow (tells to get out and enjoy :) ).The retractable awning in the balcony is a bit crooked/partially-functions - but does provide shade for you to sit outside even when it's sunny.We loved our stay!

Terrific unit for the price, the location in Kehei was ideal for accessing the beaches and restaurants both in Kiehei directly (several were within walking distance) and the resorts in Wailea (only a 6-7 minute drive). The pool was lovely and just steps from the condo, and the condo had boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas in good condition - saved us the expense of having to rent. The A/C in the bedrooms was a mini split, super quiet and effective. The A/C in the main living was an old school A/C which got the job done but a bit loud (as those older units tend to be). Everything was perfectly clean and comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. Only one minor thing to note is the kitchen and bathrooms are a little dated - totally fine for our family and we would 100% stay there again. I also want to give a huge shout out to both the property management company and the owners - the washing machine died on our second day there and they installed a new one literally the next day. At the end of our stay, the entire Kehei area expereinced a water main break (!) and we were without running water for about 12 hours. On the 4th of July holiday. The management company responded so quickly and bent over backwards to do what they could, get information to us and stay in touch. That level of customer care is unheard of. Well done and we look forward to a return visit!

Our 3rd time at J115 because it’s our go to unit. Clean, well appointed, and has an upgrade for the complex… split A/C. The sunset water view is spectacular. Actually is is horrible (don’t go) so it is available for me to go. Ha. Seriously, it’s a lovely unit with great views.

Great location but serious chicken problem. Roosters start crowing at 3:30AM right outside the unit and don’t stop until sunrise. I have come to this complex for over 10 years but not sure if we’ll be back. Kids and I need our sleep.

This condo is located in a great and quiet location. Walking distance to couple of beaches. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean, however only opened till 8:45pm. Place was well stocked. Few things need improvement. AC in the upper level did work properly/cool. Shower head in the upstairs shower needs to be updated. The entire place needs deep cleaning. Overall we had a nice stay but the few things mentioned if improved on would make it even better experience.

We are staying at this complex for the third time, and we love it. These apartments have a number of advantages: they are close to the beach + you can have dinner and breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean and the sunset. Among the disadvantages, the furniture is a bit outdated (kitchen and living room).

Amazing stay for family of 5 with teens. Condo was spacious, well-equipped kitchen, provided beach chairs/pool noodles/boogie board. Beds were very comfortable , walking distance to beach and some eating places but drive to beach & town also very quick & easy to find parking. Good location to get to other parts of the island as well

What a phenomenal condo! The space is beautifully appointed, you can tell the art was thoughtfully chosen and it makes the space unique. They had quite literally everything we could need - all cooking utensils (not that we cooked in but if we wanted to we could have) including a ninja blender and pineapple corer. Also they had all the beach gear we could need. The location is perfect - walking distance to two great beaches and many shops/food options. The property grounds are gorgeous and we felt very safe in the area. I really took my time analyzing to find the best space for our family and I’m so so pleased we ended up at Princes place.

Unit was excellent, set up well for a family, everything was in good condition, and the beds were comfortable. Nice bonus was the beach chairs, cooler, and other play equipment. Kihei was the perfect spot for our trip. Minor complaint about the property: The rules for the swimming pool are ridiculously strict. I understand some people live here full time, but it's a travel destination and kids wants to be able to play.

This was a truly amazing home for my family of 5. We enjoyed our time in Maui immensely due to the comforts of Jeanne and George’s home. It is furnished beautifully and has amazing views. It is in a great location! My kids loved swimming in the pool every night. If we ever have the opportunity to come back to Maui (and I hope we do), we would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

The Maui Dream home was indeed a dream. The ocean views are not overstated. The balcony off the living room looks out over Kam III. And you can enjoy the sunset from this point every evening if you wanted. Our two adult sons appreciated being able to close the shutters from the loft for a little more quiet from those awake earlier, ahem. The place is just a short walk or drive away from great beaches and local places to eat. We appreciated the quick responses from Prince too. We loved our stay!

Angie is a great Host and the property lived up to expectations. The grounds are very well maintained and beautiful. There are many amenities that helped make our vacation special and comfortable. Our family stayed just under a week, but we would have been happy to stay another week. Great place to crash after all day excursions! Just enough items to use when cooking in. This is an older condo and it shows but it was clean and nice. We had our daughter and husband with one teenager and it worked for us. Close to everything we needed and wanted to do.We would stay here again.
