We had a fantastic stay! The view was absolutely stunning and perfect for watching the sunset every evening. The unit had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach supplies, and the bed was super comfortable. It was quiet, peaceful, and felt like a home away from home. Our host was incredibly helpful and kind, allowing us a late checkout so we could make the most of our last day before a late flight. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent value here with this rental. It's exactly as described, and possibly better than the photos suggest. I'm 50, wife 48, with a 17y/o boy &18 y/o girl. Stayed for a week, son slept on pull out couch and daughter in second bedroom. Plenty of room for us. This is the best stocked rental. I've stayed in for the last 20 years! All the essentials, except coffee - bring your own, have a pod machine and drip, with filters. Pans/dishware/glasses all decent quality or above. Excellent and sharp knife set too. 1 usable cutting board we found, plastic wrap and foil available, even to go Tupperware, which can in handy for lunch on the beaches. We cooked 4 of the 7 days and had breakfast daily in the condo. Furniture was comfortable, spent many sunset evenings outside watching the sunset. Unit is located at the top of the complex (hill) with a short walk to Kamole Beach III. Do recommend a rental car if staying in this location. AC was cold and not needed all of the time, and common room timer was perfect for that AC. Privacy in upper loft since it's been closed off in the recent renovation. Bathrooms, washer/dryer are perfect. Tons of beach play gear, many chairs, umbrellas, boogy boards, we brought some and left it as well. Extra shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms. Unit is very close to the upper lagood style pool and hot tub. We used both on several occasions after the long beach days and prior to dinner. LOCATION - for our family and what we wanted to do on the island, this was PERFECTLY central to everything. Hour to Lahaina and west side, 25 min to start road to Hana, and on the Kihei/Waimea line, so convienent to the resorts/higher end restaurants. Rented mopeds for the teens one day, highly recommend this, they loved the autonomy it gave them for day, use the delivery service, drop and pick up was so convienent (used island - $80 all in for Buddy 50cc). Highly recommend this unit for the view and value! Excellent!!!!

Well nothing has changed from my last review/stay. No updates etc however we were still happy with the accommodations for the fair price.
Would I stay here again? Yes!
I chose this unit for location to the upper pool AND you still get a lovely view that includes the ocean.
The tv is a bit difficult to figure out but there are instruction ( my husband just didn’t read them ).
Love that the tap water is some of the best ever (and I drink a tonne of water).
Parking is included so that’s fantastic as we rent from Kihei Rent a Car each time we visit.
I need for nothing in the kitchen that isn’t food related, it’s well equipped (though the frying pans could use an update).
We love this location as a base. The property is immaculate, they are forever working on it.
Again, I would stay here on my next visit!

To Keith the owner:The place is very well kept, had everything you could think of. My wife have been staying here in this area over the last 5 years since covid-19 the Maui Kamaole Resort which we have stayed several times now always enjoyed our stay. Keith place has been the best by far.... can't say enough about the place, less than 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk restaurants, 8 minute drive to Wailea shopping center, golf courses everywhere. We've stayed at a number of units in Maui Kamaole over the decade we've been taking trips there, and Jeanne was the most responsive and proactive host I've ever had the pleasure of communicating with - we felt so welcome, and so cared for. In a place where hosts are generally quite lovely and condos set a high bar, this experience still shone, and we would return here in a heartbeat.The condo is so thoughtfully appointed. We had everything we needed, and more - it was the perfect home to return to after a day building sandcastles on the beach and diving for rings in the pool.We made good use of the kitchen (sharp knives! a traveling chef's dream!), and enjoyed many a meal on the porch. Sunrises, sunsets, and stargazing - it was incredible; the best view we've ever had in the complex.On a really specific note - my youngest kiddo has a dust allergy, and this is one of the few units that doesn't have carpet upstairs, and where any carpet is low-pile. She's always a good sport about her sniffles, but she didn't have sniffles here - and that made this particular trip all the better for us.We cannot thank you enough, Jeanne and George!

We had a nice week long stay here in June of 25. The location was great as it was near lots of great beaches. The place was clean and there were plenty of towels, beach chairs, etc. There were two pools, one only across the parking lot. Kitchen had everything we could want. I would highly recommend this for a family of 4.

This was a great location and the accommodations were really nice. The only problems we had were the squeaky bathroom doors, the safe that didn’t work, and the freezer door that would not always stay shut. Luckily these were not huge problems.

Great condo for larger families. We are a family of 5 with teens and the additional Murphy bed made it so everyone had a place to sleep. The mattress is much nicer than a pullout sofa. Clean place with a nice view of the beach from the main lanai. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook. Took a bit for the A/Cs to cool down the place as there was no one in it before us but otherwise excellent stay. Host was very responsive and directions were very easy and clear. Great pool areas and access to the beach at Kamaole.

My family really enjoyed this rental and the pool. I would say the only downside might be if you have young children because the pool has strict rules and the walls and floors are thin. If anyone has trouble being quiet it might be tricky, but it worked well for my family of 5 including 2 adults, a 15 year old, and 2 11 year olds. There were a lot of beach supplies in the closet and plenty of dishes, towels, etc. Overall it was a great experience.

Beautiful condo with lots of amenities. 1 bedroom was really spacious- attached bathroom and a door to closed patio .second bedroom is really small no windows but both have AC. the kitchen was very well stocked with different utensils. The livingroom led toan outdoor open patio which gave a beautiful view of the beach anf surroundings. Thy had beach chairs ,surf boards, couple of beach toys for kids and beach umbrella. Overall, our stay was amazing. The lanai was everything that Sue said it was. The kitchen had everything we needed. However, the freezer didn’t freeze too well and the outside got very hot which was concerning. The beds were comfortable and the split A/C unit kept the bedroom nice and cool for sleeping. We didn’t use any of the complex amenities so no feedback there. The one thing I was disappointed with was the washer smelled of mildew and mold. Which means that the towels or anything you washed had that smell. I’m thinking it’s not getting the monthly cleaning tablets made for these newer front loading washers? Again, overall our stay was pretty amazing.

This was our third time staying at this spot. It was just as nice and comfortable as we remember. Checking in is straight forward, the unit was clean and the ocean view is fine, especially at sunset. We did more cooking this time and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Furnishings were comfortable, great for naps and the bed is made for sleeping. Overall 5 stars once again.
