The property itself is lovely and, on its own, would easily deserve a five-star review. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by management and communication issues.Arrival instructions weren’t provided through the booking app and instead relied on email and SMS, which didn’t work reliably. When we arrived after a long international trip, the entry code didn’t work. It took several phone calls and multiple replacement codes before we were finally able to get in.During the stay, we also had to call to get the correct Wi-Fi details and to locate bedding for the sofa bed. When sheets were eventually supplied, they turned out to be the wrong size. There were also a few maintenance and cleanliness issues, including a TV that wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi, heavily stained carpet, and a used plaster found in one of the bedrooms.There was some confusion around vehicle registration as onsite management hadn’t been given our email address, resulting in a warning notice being left at the property.While these issues were acknowledged and compensation was provided, the overall stay was more stressful than it should have been and detracted from an otherwise great property.

Lovely space for two couples. Enjoyed the ocean view from deck and the comfy chairs on the front decks off the bedrooms. Tennis courts and grills on the property were super nice. 15-20 min walk to beach or south Kihei restaurants. All was super clean in condo and kitchen items well organized. Great property. View is fantastic; just as described and other reviewers have said. Full Ocean front view from dining porch. The complex is perched up from the S Kihei Blvd, so there’s no traffic busyness to interrupt peaceful view of whales hanging out. Bring binoculars. Both pool areas were enjoyable. The pool at the back of the property has a lovely waterfall. Could easily spend a day there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David's condo in Kihei. The condo had all we needed! The kitchen was well stocked. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, were all in excellent condition--we really appreciated having those items available to use! The views from the lanai are stunning--we so enjoyed having breakfast on the lanai every morning. It is a short walk to the beach; the beach is lovely, great swimming and snorkeling. The two pools and hot tub at the condo complex were clean and relaxing. The parking space right outside the condo was so convenient. Wifi and TV's worked great, AC units worked well, and bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels! David was so pleasant to work with--he always responded promptly to questions and was accommodating of our needs. Check in and out was a breeze! Thank you, David. We would love to return for another visit!

We Enjoyed our stay at your place the amenities with our one year old grandson. It was great to have the stroller play crib and booster seat available along with all the beach amenities. Our only issue was the water pressure it was so low just to wash dishes, and could not take a shower at the same time, even when it was by itself, it was very low, just a trickle for the hot water. We would definitely come back for the family and thank you for being such a great host.

Upon first glance the unit looked great. Unfortunately within 20 minutes of our arrival we noticed a few roaches in the kitchen on the walls and floor. When we woke up the next morning, they were in the coffee machine and on the counters, in cupboards and dishwasher. We saw a couple in the main bath. After contacting the owner, who was very apologetic, we bought two cans of Raid and sprayed everywhere but no luck. We sprayed every morning and night. The owner contacted the property management and they came and sprayed the kitchen. They were there 30 seconds if that. We were there for ten days and the roaches were there too. Perhaps had regular cleaning and pest management been more efficient the issue would not exist at all. The owner offered compensation should we rebook next year but that will not be the case.

First time in Maui. Area is beautiful, beautifully landscaped, condo was quiet, clean and kitchen was equipped very well. Mattress in secondary bedroom could use replacing, not comfortable, lumpy. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it. We didn’t get to use the pools but our kids said the water was a bit cold, at least for our 1year old grandson. The only con. is that it’s not within short walking distance to restaurants or shopping.

We have never had such a great vacation apartment. The apartment is so cozy and everything has been thought of. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are bathing suits for the kids. We stayed five nights in this absolutely gorgeous two-bedroom, two-bath condo in Kihei from December 23rd through December 28th, 2025, and our stay was truly memorable. Spending Christmas here made it extra special—we enjoyed time at the pool that day and later attended a luau in Kaanapali at the Sheraton.Our host was amazing and very easy to reach throughout our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully appointed. The view from the lanai was peaceful and inviting, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.The complex itself was beautiful and easy to navigate, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to excellent restaurants, fantastic beaches, shopping, and of course the sea turtles (an unforgettable highlight!). And don’t forget the amazing cinnamon roll place nearby for breakfast—it was a favorite!We would absolutely stay here again and would happily recommend this property to friends and family.

The sliding glass doors of the living room offer an expansive, beautiful ocean view. The condo is in great condition, upgraded, comfortable and convenient. It offers everything you need, just like home. The location is perfect, across street from the ocean and a few minutes from Wailea Beach. We had a wonderful stay at Sid's for our time in Maui. The location was great with easy parking, a pool and hot tub the whole family enjoyed, fantastic views and a very family friendly beach across the street ( less than 10 min walk). We had the option to walk along a path to see the manicured resorts, high end shopping and even enjoyed a luau close by, but I was so happy to come back and spread out and cook at "home" in this lovely condo. I'm a bit picky when it comes to bedding in a rental and their linens were fabulous, making it really feel like a higher end get away. Someone did a wonderful job designing the space with great bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces. The lanai was perhaps the best part. We had breakfast out there every morning watching SUP's, boats full of snorkelers, & sail boats passing by. While we didn't see any whales from the lanai we saw SO MANY on a the PacWhale watching tour that I can't recommend enough. The closet full of beach toys and chairs/umbrella was a life saver as I think my kids would rank boogie boarding as the highlight of their trip to HI. Thank you so much to Sid, should we be lucky enough to return we would certainly look to stay here again!

We had a really nice stay! The parking spot is really close to the condo and the unit is well stocked with outdoor supplies, games, and kitchenware. The location can’t be beat, quick walk down the path to the beach and close to lots of great restaurants. Easy to grab an uber or lift to/from here as well. If it’s whale season, make sure to bring some binoculars.

We have enjoyed many stays at Maui Kamaole properties. THIS unit is absolutely one of our favorites! We prefer to cook some meals in our home away from home, and this unit was equipped! Most units have a few items that will get you through, but this kitchen had most anything you would use at home to create a real meal. The furniture was clean and comfy. Beach towels were large and snuggly. The beach closet had an excellent selection of ocean front goodies to make our stay even easier and more welcoming. Mahalo for the Aloha!
