Our favorite condo on Maui!!! We have been coming to Maui for 20 years and this was our best stay yet! The condo is comfortable, immaculate, and well-appointed. It is located near the upper pool and has a perfect view of the sunset! It’s also super close to all our favorite south maui beaches, and a short distance to shops and restaurants. We stayed with 3 of our adult children and everyone was comfortable and felt like they had enough of their own space. I can’t say enough about this unit, it is truly perfect! Brian and Michele are the best hosts, quick response time, informative and very friendly! Thank you for an incredible vacation!

We loved our stay! Plenty of space, very clean, great AC, lots of light, large lanai with a great view, best stocked rental unit we have ever had. Great location close to beaches, restaurants, etc. 2 nice pools and hot tubs. I can see why people come back for future stays. We would return in a heartbeat and hope to do so.

We just stayed a week at this condo and it was amazing! It was my family of 5….mom and dad plus 3 teens. It was steps away from the huge pool and our lanai even had a slight view of the ocean, which is a big plus for me when on Maui! The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We cooked meals at least once a day in the well equipped kitchen. And my daughter loved the flaming painting on the wall! A and would definitely stay here again.

The condo was lovely. Bright and well laid out. It was clean on arrival. Check in was very easy. We did notice the kitchen needs a small restock (not enough plates and the plastic plates are cracked). Would be nice to have an air fryer in the kitchen for pick meal prep. Being in the condo for two weeks it would be nice to have a few minor cleaning supplies to help keep the condo clean for the owner. Bathrooms are in need of updating specifically the master bathroom. Otherwise the condo was beautiful and such a lovely space to go to. We would definitely come again.

This property was very nice. Proximity to pool and parking was ideal in this unit. Check-in process was easy. The view from balcony was great! Quiet location at the back of the property. We really enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is that the pool closed too early in evening. Hot tub was closed by 9 pm. It would have been nice to have access til 9:30 at least. We would definitely stay here again!

Place was fantastic. Just like pics. kitchen even came stocked with all essentials. I needed to get hold of host and they replied right away. Which was greatly appreciated. Condo has everything you could need and instructions on how to work everything as well.Great ocean view from lanai. Close to bbqs and pools. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and spacious condo! Beds were comfortable and the house was stocked well with kitchen supplies. We had one minor issue but the property manager was extremely helpful and quick to have it resolved. I would recommend this condo and would stay again!

This has been the best VRBO place we have stayed in by far. The place is very clean. Most importantly is that there were NO bugs especially for a first floor unit. The kitchen had all the spices, small appliances, knives (and not the cheap serrated kind) and there was even a rice cooker. The unit is updated and done nicely. Plenty of storage for your empty luggage. I wish they had one more luggage valet stand. There are pool and beach toys for the kids, including an umbrella for those hot days at the beach. The owner is communicative and very helpful. I would love the opportunity for me and my family to stay here again!

A well kept condo. A lot of small bugs on counters that seemed to mostly be around the sinks. My wife found a worm and cockroach in master BR bathroom that might have fallen from the vent. This all might be due to the Kona Low that was hitting Maui just prior to our trip. The toilet handle in hallway bathroom needs to be giggled to make sure it does not continue to run. That is a must to fix so water usage is not excessive. Enjoyed this condo and will see you all next spring!

We had a great stay! The photos of the place are exaclty how it looks like in person. We loved being close to the more tropical pool. There was a lot of bbq's on the grounds to use too that were all close to the unit. Unfortunately we were there during the Kona Low so all the Kam beaches were closed during our stay. With that being said I guess we'll have to come back!

Enjoyable stay. Beds are very soft, if you have back issues or pain. Soft spots for sure. Interior is dated and could us a refresh. Great laundry and dishwasher supplies. Much appreciated. Tons of beach accessories. Would stay again. Codes for unit were delayed and arrived after I called 3 numbers. Not great.

Our family cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at this property. The location is fabulous, with incredible ocean views from the lanai. A short walk to the beach, snorkeling, shops, restaurants and more. The condo and property grounds were extremely clean and very accessible. We met quite a few residents of the complex and everyone was super kind and welcoming. Our children loved the 2 different pools on the property. We also enjoyed walking the small trails on the green space across the road from the condo first thing in the morning or right at sunset!In the condo itself, everything you could need for your vacation was provided (beach items/activity & sporting equipment/plenty of household & kitchen items/etc). We have stayed at many rentals and found this one to be the best by far for stocked items. You really feel like you are in a home as everything is thought of already. Alice was exceptional to communicate with, friendly, very informative and provided timely updates. We truly appreciated the write up she provided with tips and things to know/consider for our stay and touring around the island.I highly recommend Alice's condo and we will definitely look to book it again the next time we visit Maui!!!

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at Chris’s condo. There was everything you might need for a family beach vacation, sand toys, boogie boards, coolers and beach chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need to make a meal and the space was clean, comfortable and super functional. The condo grounds were beautiful and the pools were excellent. It was close to lots of great beaches and a comfortable walk to restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend a stay here for a visit to Maui!

The communication was excellent. The property was located in the perfect spot on the island. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. The view of the ocean was spectacular to wake up to every day. I loved having a designated parking spot. All the amenities needed were there. Coffee filters, beach towels, blow dryer etc. The shower was nice and hot/warm with great water pressure. The unit was very clean and spacious! I would absolutely book here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked and it was great having all the beach supplies. The condo was very well layed out, clean and fully stocked with all the essentials, including beach chairs and boogie boards.We really enjoyed waking up each morning and sipping coffee out on the lanai and watching the boats and whales, walking down to the beach at sunset and spending afternoons around the pool. We stayed in this lovely townhome March 1-15th, 2026. The rains came 3 days before we were to go home. The back lanai filled with water and made the carpet in the bedroom wet. We moved their bookshelf away from the wet carpet for them. The water issue was no fault of the owners', it was a result of the Kona storms. They were quick to answer when I informed them of what was happening by email which was appreciated. It was very disconcerting watching the water rise to the point of coming in under the sliding door! Just added to our adventure! We were happy to be able to use their cooler, pool noodles, and pool towels they have supplied.The amenities (paper products, garbage bags, etc.) were plentiful and available to be used, appreciated as well. The kitchen was stocked very well, there wasn't a thing missing that we needed. We did pick up coffee filters and leave them there when we left, that was the only thing that was missing, no big deal.The location of the condo is excellent in proximity to the pool, which was also appreciated because we had my grandchildren with us on the trip, ages 5 and 7...the kids had a great time, met many friends at the pool during the week.All in all, a great experience, easy to check in and out as we needed a slight adjustment from the owners who were happy to help us out.I've saved their card because we'd certainly be happy to stay here again on our return trips.A wonderful experience all in all! Highly recommend the property!

Our hosts were top notch! Highly responsive and kind. The condo was exactly as advertised and then some. We chose this property because of the Murphy bed and king sized bed in the bedroom. It did not disappoint. There was plenty of room for my family of 4 with two teen boys. The breeze was wonderful and we hardly had the a/c on at all. The lanai is great to catch some afternoon sun and it boasts a peek a boo ocean view. Parking spot is super close to the unit making packing the groceries or beach gear really easy. I loved the “homey” feeling with books, puzzles, and games in the cupboards and on the shelves for guests to use. It felt like we were borrowing a friend’s condo. The property is amazing with great access to many beaches and places to eat. Also Safeway is very close. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. This condo had all of the necessary kitchen and bath items. It was within walking distance to food, restaurants, and some stores. Easy walk to the beach. The host was very easy to communicate with and did so in a very fast time. The beds were very nice. The upstairs bedroom, bathroom, and shower were very nice and updated. The only negative was that the upstairs room is more like a loft. Although it is private in the sense that it has shutters so you can’t see anything, there is no door and you can hear every thing downstairs in the kitchen and living room.

My only suggestion for future guest would be to have whoever is going to bed first take the bottom bedroom. The top room is wonderful, but the sound and light coming from below makes it difficult to fall asleep. I would consider booking again

Very nice condo & Alice is a wondeful host. Roomy, comfortable & well stocked with whatever you need including snorkels, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. King size bed was very comfortable. The condo itself is nice but the #1 feature is the the view from the lanai! It is fantastic & it was great watching the ocean & whales from our own condo. Kamaole beach 3 is right across the road. A big kona storm disrupted the end of our stay but this condo complex was unaffected & Alice was super helpful & understanding. Wonderful place!

Maui Kamaole has 2 nice pools and 2 tennis courts and lovely grounds and friendly people at the office. The condo was clean and bright with side windows. The host was helpful. The beach supplies closet is well supplied and organized. There are newer AC units. Lots of towels. The washer and dryer are excellent but the dishwasher is old and doesn’t work very well. The kitchen is well supplied but the dishes are heavy and bulky. The beds are good. There are shops nearby. It is close to the beach. A better condo than most, not as worn out as some we have stayed in and in a quiet building.
