This 1050+ square foot 2BR/2BA condo is in the highly desired Maui Kamaole complex, one of the newer condo complexes with some of the largest units in South Maui. Our home is spacious with 2 large bedrooms (plus a pull-out memory foam sleeper sectional), 2 large baths with walk-in showers, and a large common area. Located above the main pool, it also offers views of the pool, partial ocean, and mountains. The unit has 2 split A/C systems in the living room and upstairs loft, and a window unit in the lower bedroom for the days when the trade winds are not enough to keep you cool. Since the unit is near the front of the complex, it is a short walk down to Kamaole Beach Park III. The complex is also close to all the great bars, restaurants, and shopping that South Kihei has to offer. The central location also offers a short drive to Wailea and its beaches, golf courses, resorts, shops, and restaurants. Our home underwent a complete renovation in July 2018 that included new tile flooring and carpet, an open concept floor plan, an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, updated bathrooms including a unique faux lava rock wall feature in the master bath, washer and dryer, and all new furniture. Although we do provide beach towels, other beach supplies, including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and boogie boards are readily available for rent in Kihei at very affordable rates. We are committed to ensuring that our environmental impact on Maui is minimal. Renting these items goes a very long way in ensuring that they don’t end up in our island’s landfill.
