Kindly consider our beautiful, spacious ocean-view Maui Kamaole condo, located on the sunny side of the island. We fell in love with Maui the first time we visited and we have been going back often ever since.
This gorgeous, newly-remodeled, air-conditioned condo is one of only six 1244 square-foot condos at Maui Kamaole! All other ground-floor condos are 850 to 1061 square feet. You can really tell the difference in the living room, which nearly twice as big as other 1-bedroom condos. This condo has two bath rooms with showers, new flooring, a tiled lanai with ocean-view & a private sunning porch off the bedroom. There is a comfortable, king sized bed in the bedroom & a queen sized sofa bed with comfy inflatable mattress in the living room. Two single fold-up cushion-style 'futons' & a fold-up playpen/crib are also available. A 52' new HD flat screen LED TV with swivel mount can be viewed from anywhere in the living room and even from the lanai. The bedroom has a 40" flat screen LED HD TV. The recently-remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, garbage disposal, range, oven, brand new quiet dishwasher, blender, refrigerator/freezer plus all the dishes & utensils you will need. Barbecue grills are available at both pools & outside the condo. For your convenience and enjoyment, the unit has a brand new, full-size washer and dryer, free wifi (high speed & wireless Internet) & Sony stereo with aux cord. Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers & boogie boards are all available for guest use, so pack light--this condo has everything you need!

The air-conditioned condo is right across from the Kamaole III Beach Park & Kihei Boat Ramp. Kamaole Beach was recently voted Kihei's top beach. The condo is in a quiet area of South Kihei, so you will not be kept awake at night by noise and music from bars, restaurants or night owls that condos in central Kihei experience. But many shops and restaurants in Kihei and Wailea are within walking distance of the condo. Maui Kamaole is on the far south end of Kihei, right next to Wailea. Hi-rise buildings are not allowed on this side of the island.
Two sparkling pools and jacuzzis are available for your pleasure.
Maui Kamaole has its own tennis courts on-site for your use. There are also public courts in Kihei. World-class, ocean-front golf courses are located nearby. You can snorkel & dive in reefs & lava flows all along the coast in front of the condo. Turtles are EVERYWHERE! Learn to surf or stand-up paddle board at the Cove right in Kihei or drive to Paia or Hana to take in the big surf of the North Shore. Hike through thick bamboo forests with cascading waterfalls into fresh-water pools or take in the sunrise, sunset or moonscape at Haleakala National Park (reservations required for sunrise). Walk the ocean-front path that begins at the boat ramp in front of the condos & enjoy seasonal (winter/early spring) whale watching right from shore. The path stretches from the condo in South Kihei all along the beaches and Wailea resorts and ends at Polo Beach in Makena. Or simply relax at the condo and enjoy your own slice of Paradise. From the condo lanai (patio), we have watched whales breaching, boats sailing and outrigger canoeists paddling.
The beautiful Wailea Resorts & Shopping Village are nearby. Kihei has supermarkets, shops and restaurants, as well as a Farmer's Market selling local fruit and crafts. There are local grocery stores in Kihei plus Costco, a new Target, Wal-Mart and K-Mart near the airport. You will find excellent restaurants near the condo and all over the island. The resort hotels offer several gourmet restaurants. Or barbecue at the pool or condo during Happy Hour sunsets & enjoy peaceful meals on the condo lanai.

Sam’s Maui condo truly exceeds expectations. Situated in the best part of the community, the ocean view is a beautiful treat to enjoy morning coffee on the lanai. The home is well-appointed and very comfortable. I was impressed by the decor and art. The pictures do not do this property justice! Sam and their property manager, Nicole, are very responsive and friendly. We would consider this home for a future Maui visit.

The condo met or exceeded all of our expectations. It was clean, well-furnished, and surprisingly large. The patio/lanai was great, and the pools at the complex were a real bonus. We were really comfortable there during our ten-day visit. We would stay there again without question!

Very comfortable and relaxing. We were here during Maui fires so much of our plans were cancelled. We were fortunate to have a perfect beach newrby, two pools, and plenty of local restaraunts and shops nearby to visit and support local businesses in this time of Maui crisis.
The beach here is the best I have seen on Maui for swimming and relaxing, as well as sunset views❤️

The location was spectacular! We stopped at the market to pick up groceries and made sure to get some Hawaiian coffee and creamer. They have a coffee pot and the essentials needed to make some lovely breakfast and the blender was a great touch. The view is just spectacular! The place was clean. Outdoor view is as pictured and the birds and wildlife add to it all. My husband and I wished we could stay longer. The location is also a short drive to some great restaurants. Thank you!

Beautiful property and the perfect size for my wife and I. Close walk to the beach and restaurants and shops as well. The property is well maintained and we really felt that we were on a special vacation as we did it for our 50th anniversary. We have returned to Idaho and it is still winter here making our memories of Maui even better!

Sam has a beautiful condo that has many of the features we need as a family with two growing boys. We enjoyed cooking and dining on the outdoor patio during sunsets while taking in the view of the water. Sam’s condo has an updated kitchen and comfy air mattresses for the living room pull out sofa. We appreciate using the boogie boards and sand chairs which made our trip a blast each day at a different beach. The updated appliances helped us wash clothes, sheets, and towels and dishes and help to keep our stay tidy. We look forward to our next trip to Maui and hope Sam’s place will be available. Mahalo.

I'm so glad that we found this unit! The unit is spacious, well priced, and comfortable. It's equipped with everything we needed and we were especially thankful for the backpack beach chairs, towels, utensils, coffee maker, and wine glasses! The lanai is private and we were just a short walk to the beach where lots of turtles can be found. Thank you for your hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Maui Kamaole! The u nit was spacious with a wonderful Lanai that we spent all of our time on! The kitchen was well stocked and they provided great beach chairs,towels, umbrella and boogie boards! A fabulous welcome gift was waiting for us which was a great touch! The grounds are beautiful with two fantastic pools and hot tubs! Walking distance or a short drive to so many amazing beaches!

The property was clean and comfortable. The property manager was easy to talk to and helped get us the required check-in link (takes 5 min online). There is only a glimpse of the ocean, but you don't see anyone else from your living room / porch. It was a reasonably quiet area as well. Reserved parking spot right next to door.
It is about a 1/4 mile to the main road by the beach, and then another 1/4 mile to get to a nice park with beach access.
They ask for a lot on check-out: throw out garbage, cleaning both the sheets and towels. If you toss the sheets in the washing machine right when you wake up, then you should have time to get a load of towels started before checking out.

Well stocked and spacious. It felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. Sam and the property manager were both so hospitable!
Close to restaurants, a grocery store, and beaches. Yet set back in the complex—away from the noisy street.
Great launching point to Haleakalā and the Road to Hana. Enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after long hikes.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this quaint condo. It is located in a great area. All the dive boats were across the street at boat ramp. The trail past boat ramp into Wailea was breathtaking! We walked to the very end and back. Our only mistake was doing it near dusk. It was very dark once you get past the luxury hotels back into Kihei. Thanks for sharing your condo!!

The condo was ideal for a week stay, within easy walk to beaches and the restaurant and shopping center of Kehei but very secluded and quiet with soothing views of the ocean and mountains. The spacious condo was absolutely clean and well equipped, a standout being the kitchen that has everything imaginable. The owner helped us tremendously when plans changed. Well worth it and we will return.

This is a beautifully decorated, very comfortable unit and we appreciated the Hawaiian snacks left on the counter for us! The lanai view is lovely. We spent a lot of time out there soaking up the view while eating our meals. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need. The bedroom is huge for a condo, has its own bathroom, ac and a little private patio with a drying rack for suits and towels which is really convenient if your family spends a lot of time in the water. The unit is within walking distance of beaches, requires some up/down hill walking, but all paved walkways. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, a brief walk away from the unit. We did have one issue, and the property manager and the owner responded immediately and helped. Very nice people. We would stay here again.
