We loved everything about this condo, especially the owner, Sid. The condo is beautiful and has everything one needs and the best lanais for watching the sunset. The location was perfect, sort of at the border of Kihei and Wailea. There were 4 of us, two couples, and it was just perfect.

What a wonderful condo! We loved the ocean views from the deck - the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beach chairs, snorkel gear and on and on. The pool are is close by and very nice. Lots of restaurants and beaches nearby as well. And Sid is one of the nicest and most attentive hosts we've ever come across in all our stays in different places. We would love to return and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

This unit far exceeded our expectations. In between Wailea and Kiehe, it was close to everything South Maui has to offer. The unit was large, clean, and had an exceptional set up with the two master suites-perfect for 4 close friends or two couples. The remodel was classy and not overdone and everything appeared new and worked well. The ac and the fans in each room cooled the place quickly. Even the beach chairs, umbrellas, mats, snorkeling equipment, and coolers were organized and clean. But what was most amazing about this unit was the incredible sunsets every night from the lanai! We had to be there every night for what had to be the best we have ever seen. Our host was incredible and the management company was outstanding. I highly recommend this unit. We will definately be coming back!!!

My husband, son (3) and I spent a week at this condo and fell in love with Maui. We spent each morning and evening on the lanai enjoying the incredible views. The condo had absolutely everything we could have ever needed for our stay. Beach equipment, card games, puzzles, books and a very well equipped kitchen. Sid gave me the name of a baby rental company to use to rent a crib. The company worked with the property manager and delivered and setup my rented equipment before our arrival and picked it up after departure. It went seamlessly. The landscape on the property is beautiful and well maintained. We would love to stay here again in the future!

We loved our stay here and would pick this condo again! The condo was extremely clean and spacious, stocked with everything you would need at the beach and basic pantry supplies (spices, oil, ziplocs, coffee etc.) Sid is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed and arranged for an early check in to make it easier for us. The view is absolutely amazing, especially for sunsets. Pictures do not do it justice at all.
The location is great for hitting the Wailea beaches early and hopping over to Kihei for food and drinks. We had planned on hitting the West side beaches, but it was so nice on the south shore, we just hitba different Wailea beach every morning. Keawakapu Beach is a couple minutes walk away and one of the better spots in the afternoon usually.
The pools were nice. Not like the huge resort pools with restaurants, but great for afternoon relaxing.
The condo and community was quiet and clean.
We loved it here and will seriously consider staying again on our next visit. We're very glad we didn't pay more to share a room at a resort without a view or kitchen.

You would be hard pressed to get a better view right from the living room and lanai. Beautifully appointed furnishings and well stocked kitchen. Even beach chairs, umbrellas and more for a perfect day at the beach which is just across the road. Can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautifully renovated condo. The sunsets were amazing! Whale watching from the lanai was a thrill.
The kitchen was well stocked, even a coffee grinder is provided. We especially appreciated the closet on the lanai full of beach chairs, noodles, mats, also snorkel masks and fins!
However- we found the condo to be insensitive to short people! 😊
-The beds were comfortable but too high and a challenge to get into. Please provide a step stool or purchase a 1/2 height box springs for the beds.
-The kitchen shelves were very high and difficult to reach wine glasses and serving dishes. Again, a step stool would be much appreciated.
Additional Comments-
- The air conditioning wall unit in the second bedroom should be a split.
- The condo needs to have beach towels ( striped resort style) for use at the pool.
We can tell that the owners have paid attention to detail in this renovation to make our stay luxurious. We would love to stay again in this condo if the beds are lowered.

This unit was very beautiful and the sunsets from our lanai were amazing! There was everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and the bbq grill was located close by. The owner was so helpful and called a few days prior to see if there were any questions we had. The owner was very thorough with letting us know the check in procedures and even allowed us to check in a few hours early. Morning sunrises at the beach across the street at Kamaole 3 was breathtaking and so refreshing! I highly recommend staying in this unit!

This unit was a wonderful home away from home. It was clean, updated and in a great location right across the street from the beach. All the amenities we needed were included. The property has two pools and multiple BBQ areas which were a real plus. Sid, the owner, contacted us prior to our stay and was available when we had a question about getting a late check out. The condo is located across from the beach, about a 5 minute walk to a few different beaches that give you options for rough or gentle waters. The kitchen and master bedroom were beautifully done and the kitchen really was equipped with everything you could want. There is no real view from the balcony. The condo has 3 a/c’s and also great ceiling fans. Beach supplies include umbrellas, chairs, coolers, towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear… everything nice and new. We would highly recommend.

The owner has excellent communication and is really helpful. The place is clean and conveniently located to everything in Kihei. Maui still has COVID restrictions so be prepared to show proof of vaccinations or negative covid test at least 8 times including after you’ve cleared the airport and arrived at the property. Would definitely stay here again if the COVID restrictions don’t make it so tough to enjoy your stay.

Then, Sid called me a few days before my trip to offer tips for my trip. The condo was immaculate!! The attention to details in the condo is exceptional!! Everything you'll need is available. We recently spent a week at Sid and Karen's lovely Maui condo and were very pleased with the accommodations. Sid is an incredibly attentive owner who was easy to communicate with and provided great recommendations on things to do, places to eat, etc. while visiting the island. Kihei is a great, central location. We appreciated that there were a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance as getting in a car can mean sitting in traffic. Also, as indicated there are wonderful beaches within walking distance and the condo is well equipped with beach gear to borrow during your visit.

This condo is a beautiful apartment and decorated in an outstandingly comfortable fashion. The owners provided everything we needed just as we would have back at home. Great way to start the day was having a cup of coffee overlooking the palm trees with a fresh papaya. We enjoyed all the kitchen items and although would have breakfast in the apartment would make lunch to pack in the provided coolers. Dinners were either barbecued at the complex barbecues or at the restaurants mentioned in Sid's list of "Things To Do" as provided by earlier guests.
Having all the beach amenities of snorkeling gear, boogie boards, sun umbrellas and beach chairs sure saved time in going out to rent as we had to do at other apartments we stayed at.
We found the apartment being very clean and well maintained and especially enjoyed some of the new furnishings. The apartment was in a great location in the complex with an easy entrance and exit which made walking to the close beaches just a short walk.
Looking forward to returning and have no hesitation to highly recommending this unit and working with the owner.

We stayed in Feb 2018 and really love this vacation home. It has everything we need, including cooking oil and various ingredients. They even have sand buckets and tools which my two small kids loved in beaches. Sid and Karen were very helpful. Everything we needed to eat, sleep, relax, go to the beach and visit was there for us. The location is close to the beach park and a great walking trail and many restaurants. We didn't drive far to our family wedding at Maui Nui Golf Course and it was a few minutes drive to the Emerald Course where we played golf. Wonderful location! Hope to return one day. We had an amazing stay at this property. The condo is well-appointed in a prime location, and the owners were very attentive (but not intrusive at all). We were 2 couples traveling together, and the condo afforded us plenty of privacy while also being a nice place to hang out (coffee on the patio in the morning was a plus!). We didn't much use the property amenities (pool, BBQ area, etc.) but the beach access was a few blocks away and super convenient. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing Maui vacation!

This was our second trip and stay at the Maui Kamaole. We were there from December 17 to December 31, 2017 and it was fantastic!! This top notch condo made our stay feel like home and we would for sure consider to stay at this location again. The complex grounds are beautiful, well maintained and the communal BBQ’s were not far away and always clean. The unit’s beach gear was great to have available to us to use. We were excited to have the peek a boo view of the ocean from the lani. Sid was a super person to deal with and stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure it was an enjoyable one. We would highly recommend renting this particular unit and hope to see it again in the near future! Mahalo

We have stayed at this property and other condos there several times and found this condo and the rental process to be the best. We had such a wonderful time which just flew by we were surprised when we realized we had to pack up to head home to the mainland.
We were a very short walk to the really nice beaches with awesome boogie boarding and snorkeling. The owners have everything we could have needed in the condo from the fully supplied kitchen with all the gizmos we needed from coffee pot to blender to toaster to all the pots and pans we could ever need. They also had a full closet of beach towels snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, sun umbrellas to coolers and more.
The beds were very comfortable. We all agreed the owners have spent a lot of time paying attention to the details of making this a home away from home in ensuring it is comfortable, well maintained and very clean.
Sid provided us with a lot of information about what to see and where to go based on previous visitors suggestions while always being very prompt and courteous. We hope to return soon and do not hesitate at all in recommending this condo and working with Sid.

This condo has the perfect location ..... across the street from great swimming and snorkeling beaches with an adjacent large play ground for the kids. Close by on the property are two heated pools with the larger one nearer to the condo. Also the close-by beaches have great in shore snorkeling, with great restaurants and shopping close by.
Best of all the condo is reasonably priced. We found the condo to be super clean with starter toiletries in each bathroom. We really enjoyed the remodeled kitchen as well as having every beach accessory we needed being provided in the condo.
We thoroughly enjoyed our leisurely breakfasts on the lanai and felt like we were in a tree house with the close growing palm trees by the lanai and listening to the whippoorwills sing and ending the day with evening appetizers and wine.
The owners are extremely responsive and we would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Our check in was seamless and we were accommodated with being able to check in early. The owners of this lovely condo are so helpful and deserve kudos for the beautiful decor. All done in Hawaiian 🌺 motif. I have stayed in other units in the Maui Kamole and this one is, by far, the nicest. The master bedroom and bath is newly renovated and beautiful. The counter tops in kitchen are quartz and cabinets are bamboo. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, silverware, pots & pans, and small appliances you'll need. There are Beach towels, ice chests, snorkel equipment, beach chairs and much more!!! Centrally located to everything makes this the perfect place to rent. So much better than a hotel. Thank you Mr & Mrs. Rubin, we shall return 😍
