My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a perfect location to the beach, food, entertainment, walking paths, and has amazing views. It was clean and everything was in working condition. It also has a great lawn area with grills next to the pool. We would stay here again next time.

We stayed at this condo 10 years ago in a different unit. This unit was nice and appeared as the listing describes. The property has been upgraded and updated. Our kids loved playing on the lawn every night and made friends with many other kids. I appreciated the hooks and vertical storage options as there wasnt a lot of storage for a family of 4. My only issue was no kitchen towels...we used a bathroom towel. We cooked at the uni and it was adequately supplied with the basics. We grilled several times and never had to wait. We used the laundry room on site and it was easy and not busy.

We loved staying here. Keawakapu beach is just around the corner to the south, and there is a nice walking path to the north to a boat ramp and other beaches (and sometimes sleeping sea turtles if you’re lucky!). Gorgeous sunsets from the huge grassy park area.The unit was very nicely equipped and the beds were surprisingly comfortable! Beach chairs and sand toys from the front desk were a nice surprise and very handy. We would absolutely stay here again!

This place was perfect and so was the location. We were able to walk to shopping, swimming, snorkeling and dining locations daily. The property was so well maintained. Loved sitting on the lanai every morning drinking my coffee. The condo was also very well stocked. Used the beach chairs and beach towels to enjoy the beach just steps away. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking to stay in Kihei.

We arrived in the evening and had no problem getting in with the door code emailed to us. The unit was spotlessly clean and had A/c units in both the bedroom and the living area. It has obviously been updated with granite countertops and nice tile floors.We were glad to see that there was salt/pepper as well as a little olive oil and plastic wrap to get us started.The location can’t be beat in in a quite south Keihi. Neighborhood. It has a FANTASTIC VIEW!! The only downside was that it had a small living space with too much furniture in it. It was missing a cutting board in the kitchen. A great place for only two people.

The view is spectacular. Whales and sea turtles were easy to spot from the lanai. Kihei boat launch is a very short walk away. Keawakapu Beach very short walk away also. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. No dishwasher or condiments left in frig. No big deal. I would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

Ocean view is breathtaking with windows on the whole wall. We asked our kids to sleep in the bedroom and used the coach for ourselves so we could enjoy waking up with this beautiful view :)The area is quiet with heated swimming pool and great beach being a big plus.Easy self check-in and responsive owner. We booked this unit for 2 weeks and were pleasantly surprised to find everything was perfect. The location doesn't get any better - we could step out the door and swim with turtles in front of our unit. Whales were spotted from our patio which was the nicest place to sit and take in the beauty. The unit was clean, updated and fully stocked for anything you need. Our recent vacation to Maui was nothing short of incredible, and I can confidently say that this was one of the most memorable trips we’ve ever taken!! From the breathtaking landscapes of the condo to the warm hospitality, everything about this trip exceeded our expectations. While there was a minor hiccup with our door code at the beginning, the way the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable and truly showcased the spirit of aloha that Maui is so well-known for. Superbly renovated condo, super-comfortable and location top-notch right on the beach. Its only flaw is that the building has no gym; the building next door does have an unlocked gym in the basement that no one was using, but Surfside guests are not supposed to use it.

1. Master bathroom tub/shower was disgusting. Rust/mold stains in the grout, shower handle fell off when we turned on shower. Bathroom fan was super noisy.2. Big stains on living room carpet.3. Everything about this unit is cheap, from the bathroom/kitchen fixtures, appliances, counter tops, dressers, etc. Positive: good location, good nearby beach, good beach toys/chairs/towels, good parking, well stocked kitchen. Mostly because of the disgusting/noisy bathroom, we would not stay in this unit again or recommend it to anyone.

This place is right on a series of three great beaches. The unit was very well maintained and has a nice view. The management was very communicative. The only downside is a lack of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but hopefully one coming soon next door. However, plenty of places to eat within a mile or two and the kitchen here was well equipped.We’d stay again.

This was a perfect choice for our 3-week trip to Maui! Clean and well-kept with so many good points:Great ocean view, both from inside and from the balcony.Second-floor location: more private than ground floor, but only one flight up if you take the stairs. Modern kitchen has all the useful appliances and dining ware, and a convenient island. The bathroom has plenty of places to hang towels, washcloths, and swimsuits. Lots of beach and bath towels provided, even black makeup removal cloths. There were even a good pair of binoculars that we used for whale-watching, and a yoga mat! The bed is comfortable and the bedroom has a quiet air conditioner.The HD TV and Spectrum cable provide access to cable channels and streaming apps (using your own streaming app accounts).This condo is a very comfortable size for a couple. There’s a good pull-out sofa bed in the living room area, but someone sleeping there would not have air conditioning or much privacy, so maybe best for families with kids who wouldn’t mind this.The small but nice pool was never crowded when we were there. Lawn area has a 9-hole putting green, barbecue area, and chaise longue chairs. Pay laundry on-site, and across the parking lot is a well-stocked convenience store. It’s just steps from a good snorkeling and swimming beach to the south, and a boat ramp from which snorkel and whale tours leave to the north. Last but not least, the owners, Connie and Steve, are awesome and responsive.

Very friendly atmosphere with great ocean view. Amenities were good for the unit and provided necessary items for beach visits. Elevator did go out one evening but was fixed by next morning. Got my steps in during that time. Lukas was very responsive to our needs and we woukd recommend this location to others.

We generally stay at the Wailea Ekahi Village about 20 minutes walk along Keawakpu Beach south of the Kihei Surfside when we are in south Maui. Very pleasantly surprised at the beautiful view, lush green lawn, good snorkeling, proximity to beach and amenities. Will definitely stay at the Kihei Surfside again.

Celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary here in January. Everything was outstanding. Convenient location in south kihei close to restaurants, shops, etc. The lawn area was beautifully manicured and the ability to walk directly out from the ground floor property was great. One of the best beaches in Maui just steps away with good snorkeling. Condo was very clean and well equipped. Everything you need to make all your meals if you prefer. The outdoor gas grills and dining area was a real plus. Host was easy to contact and very helpful. This was our third visit to maui and definitely the best place we've stayed, including some very nice resorts. Will definitely plan to return.

It was so nice to have such great access to beautiful Keawakapu Beach right next door as well as shops, restaurants and several other great beaches within walking distance. The unit is great. Management Company top notch on instructions and expectations. Unit was spotless, kitchen is very well equipped. Pool on property, beach access is adjacent to property. Lawn area on oceanside of property is putting green grass, great place to set up a lawn chair and take in the ocean views. If you want to grill, there are two on the site. Folks gather at sunset. Friendly people in other units. Sounds of the ocean continuously, and a constant ocean breeze. Kihei town just a short distance away. Foodland, about 2 miles away is better value, and selection, than Safeway or Wal-Mart...which is much farther away. Finally, a beach path, sometimes sand, sometimes trail or as it connects to Wailea is stone and pavers about 3 miles to Fairmont Hotel there.

The property was exquisite, well maintained with a fabulous 210 degree view of the Pacific Ocean as well as a few of the other Hawaiian Islands. I wouldn't call the accommodation cozy, but it was certainly fit for purpose. The bed was comfortable, there were lots of towels, the bathroom and kitchenette were clean. The apartment furniture was a bit worn, and some of the lights were not working, and there weren't a full set of mugs and glasses and it would have been helpful to have some written instruction on how to work the air conditioners and TV. All and all an excellent stay given the beautiful property and location!
