A great seaside resort. The location is perfect with the beach, pool, and family atmosphere at sunset. Friendly front office that was helpful with parking permit, codes for the building, and beach chairs. A lovely place. Host was great with communication. We want to put out there this unit has no a/c. Most of the units in the building have a/c but not this one. The only time of day this is hard is mid afternoon to sunset. The room gets really hot and found we had to be out of the room during that time. By night time the room cools off nicely with those lovely trade winds. If there was a/c this is absolutely a 5 star.

This is the most perfect place for a Maui stay. The views and property are exactly as pictured. The hosts are very responsive and tentative of making sure we were taken care of. It’s in the perfect location for everything you need. It’s close to all shops and grocery stores. I would stay here and recommended others to stay at 407!

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding trip with our small group of family, who stayed in neighboring condos. We will be back. This spot is unmatched. It blew our expectations away. Everything in the condo was perfect, AC worked well, room was cozy and bed was comfy. The VIEW. I’ll be dreaming about coming back to this place. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough. The beach is so close and one of the best beaches I’ve ever been to. Snorkeling was insane- no need to go out far, it’s awesome right off the shore. Thank you to our hosts- this was an incredible place and we cannot wait to come back!!

This is the perfect location for your next visit. Besides views, very quiet in the morning and often saw families doing yoga. Having two bathroom made it easier to host gatherings during the day. We sat 6 people comfortably.

Oh my goodness, we had the best vacation. The weather was fabulous. The room was on spot. I don’t think we could’ve asked for a better view. Anything we needed to cook or use at the beach was included would completely rent from Larry again. I loved the fact there is two bathrooms-the Surfside is where it’s at location wise. Just outside the door, you can take a left and walk down the most gorgeous strip of beach ever.!

If you only sat on the lanai, it would make your entire trip. We did not want to leave the property! The place was perfect for our week long get away. The condo was as described; small but absolutely fine for the two of us. The ocean view from the patio makes the whole thing worth it by itself. The property was great and the very walkable beach was just steps from the elevator doors. A nice little general store is across the street and great food options were just a short drive up the street in Kihei.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Maui! The place was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Each room had its own A/C, which was a big plus, and the kitchen was spacious and fully stocked—perfect for cooking meals at home.
The views were stunning, and the beach just a 2-minute walk away was one of the best swimming spots we found on the island. Truly paradise.

We have traveled many beautiful places throughout the world, and this was hands down the most incredible place we have ever stayed. The pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. The views were amazing! We loved being able to lay on the lounge chairs on the patio while the kids were napping in the afternoon. We were on the edge of the ocean and saw numerous turtles swim by. The unit was spotlessly clean and very well supplied. We had more than enough dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, laundry detergent, shampoo, etc. There were a lot of kitchen supplies and we enjoyed many meals in the condo as we have small children and going out to eat isn’t always the most relaxing experience. We grabbed dole whip and snacks daily from 808 General Store right next door at the Mana Kai Maui resort. There is a big sandy beach that was a 2 minute walk from the condo. We enjoyed sunsets from the patio. After our stay we moved to a hotel in Kaanapali and were really missing this beautiful condo. We will definitely be back one day!

Everything about this property was 5 stars. The location and view were to die for and the property management company handled some issues immediately. It is an older property so some things are outdated but well maintained. The only negative is this unit does not have air conditioning and it can get really warm.

We stayed for 4 days, but could’ve moved in for months. Loved the location. Appreciated the toiletries provided and the condiments in the kitchen to get us through our stay. The design of these condos is perfect and this unit was well-decorated. We appreciated their straightforward and direct approach that allowed us to get in and check out easily. This was the perfect place and I and my wife loved it so much. The view from the room is amazing and it’s easy to get in and out. Location is pretty great as well and everything is close by. We even stayed in a fancy resort in Lahaina after this but definitely preferred this over the resort.The only minor inconveniences were the occasional insects finding their way in somehow, and that the lock code stopped working before our checkout time. I was taking out the trash before our check-put and the code stopped working. Thankfully, my spose was in. Just something to keep in mind.

Had a great stay! Keawakapu is our favorite beach in Maui and it’s about a 2-3 minute walk to get there! The bed was comfy, kitchen was SO well stocked, and there were plenty of beach towels for use. Was super easy to check out beach chairs for the week downstairs w the office. Used the bbq once (it was pretty packed each night), saw whales from the balcony a few times! Hosts were communicative and so accommodating! My only wish was that there was AC in the entire unit. The bedroom AC works great, but the main area can get a bit stuffy if all the windows and doors aren’t open. This was a great stay and for the price, we’d book again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo had everything we needed and was perfect. The bed is very comfortable which is not always the case with rental properties. We LOVED the location. The community feel at the complex is fantastic, everyone seemed happy and relaxed, it is quiet, away from the restaurant area which we prefer, and the view is very nice. The beach is on the back side of the building and is a quick walk there. We also liked the fact that the condo complex is near the boat launch area so we could walk there for our early morning snorkeling tour of the Molokini Crater. It is a great location to sit and watch the sunset, the turtles swimming in the water, read a book, or watch the colorful birds. Being on the top floor is a bonus. We would definitely stay there again if we ever return to Maui. Thank you for sharing the condo with us!

This top floor condo has great views and can hear the waves from the beach. It is nicely located to snorkel beaches around Wailea and Makena. We recommend Ulua beach for easy beach access and the rocks on right side have good variety of fish and some corals. Plus we took a boat trip to Molokini which was fantastic and highly recommend. The condo is in a quiet area just a couple of miles from downtown Kihei. The rocky shoreline here is a favorite spot for watching turtles feeding in the surf on the shore. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked every day. There is a BBQ down by the pool. The pool wasn't anything fancy but it's never crowded and it felt great for a daily swim and laying out in the sun. There are lounge chairs around the pool and in the lawn area for use. The onsite property manager and workers were out every day cleaning the BBQ, pool area, and general ground area so it was a very nice place to stay. We would definitely go back to this unit. The host was easy to contact and provided all the information we needed during our stay.Aloha
