We mostly had a very good experience. The view really is that good and the place is nice. The kitchen had everything we wanted. This is in easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops, and very close to the dock for tours.We only had one problem. I had mistakenly mixed up on the checkout time, as everywhere else we stayed was 11:00. They cleaners came at 10:00 but my son thought they were trying to sell something and didn't understand them. Then Larry called to let us know. He left a VM telling me that I needed to go read my contract and we did too need to be out that day (I guess the cleaners thought we were planning to stay another day? But we certainly never told them that). I called him back and explained that we would be out quickly, just had a mix up and had thought we had another hour. He was rude about it and threatened a fee for every 30 minutes we were late. It was very much not in the aloha spirit. It was a simple mistake and we were out within 10 minutes of the phone call. There had been an email with the checkout info, but I didn't even see that until we were back home. I definitely was not checking my email while on vacation. So it was overall a good stay except for the last few minutes where the host had the chance to extend some grace they were rude. I am sorry for the mistake and understand that the cleaners were there standing by so maybe it was stressful for him, but I think he could have done much better with this situation.

Beautiful, quiet condo with absolutely stunning ocean views! We enjoyed watching the whales and the beautiful sunsets from either the balcony or the beautiful grassy area outside! It truly feels like a home away from home! Such a great location and everyone there was so friendly! Larry was very responsive and helpful with communication! We were concerned about going ahead and going because of the Kona storms but so glad we did!!! We’d definitely love to come stay here again!!!

We rode out the Kona storm here. Connie and Steve checked in on us a number of times, which was very kind! The view was wonderful. It was fun to see people/ pets coming out during breaks I the storm. Can only imagine that it would be amazing if weather was good.

We stayed here the week of 2/26-3/5 and I can’t rave enough about the view off the back of the unit. You look out on the ocean and for those wanting to see whales, bring your binoculars and you can watch them all day long. This became our evening ritual - come back from dinner and have a couple cocktails on the lanai spotting the whales. Never turned the TV on once as this was nature’s show for us.The unit is comfortable and well appointed with beach chairs, beach and pool towels, etc for fun in the water. The kitchen has ample cookware; the bed is comfortable; A/C works well. Two people stayed here and I personally wouldn’t want to fit more than that. This is a quiet community and the evening blowing of the conchs at sunset was unique. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Stephen and Connies beautiful condo. We loved looking out across the lawn and directly at the ocean. It was fun to drink coffee and watch whales from our balcony. The accommodations are updated and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The kitchen had all the amenities for making meals at home which we enjoyed doing several times!

Amazing location on a beautiful beach. A/C worked well. For a shorter to medium length stay this was a good option, I think for a longer trip we would want some more room and a better appointed kitchen. We didn’t like the bed but the views were gorgeous and it’s an unbeatable location. For a week or so trip I would book again. We had an issue with the keypad lock running out of batteries but the host helped quickly to resolve it. There were some hair tumbleweeds and a few areas that didn’t seem completely clean when we arrived but it was minor and the kitchen, bed, and bathroom surfaces were clean. Overall we really enjoyed this condo and were impressed with the grounds and location.

This was a lovely property with a great host. Being able to walk right out of the unit into the park and to the beach path was a nice plus too. The A/C units were quick and quiet, and the upper windows in the bedroom allowed a breeze to pass through the unit too. Great experience — would stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Booking was seamless, with prompt and clear communication from the host. Check-in was easy. Ample parking. The suite had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The grounds are lovely, and the view is incredible! We really liked staying oceanside of S Kihei road and steps away from the beach.
