Everything was awesome, view, property, check in, air conditioning was a huge bonus. View was incredible. Other than there being an enormous dead cockroach in the shower when we arrived everything was good. Larry explained this happens they can fly in when doors are left open, we had literally just walked into the room for the first time so idk how that happened….I’ve been here over 25x in my life and never seen one nor did I see one again but just a heads up for those who are like me and unaware- don’t let it deter you this property is beautiful!

I loved our stay so much! The condo was a perfect size for 2 of us, and we really enjoyed the view. What was even more wonderful was the whole condo building! There is a wonderful lawn with lawn chairs to use, a nice pool, and just steps away from one of our favorite beaches on Maui. The front office has plenty of beach chairs too. Everyone was so friendly in the building, and you can tell that the owners take good care of the units, as well as the HOA taking great care of the grounds. There is a really nice sense of community in this area, and I appreciated it being less touristy than other spots on the island. We can't wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kihei Surf Side. Waking up and sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning to look out on the ocean and big lawn was magical. This place has such great access to pool, lounge, a great beach, and a little path to observe turtles. Our two kids had a blast and the condo suited our needs. When we had questions, the hosts were accommodating and responsive. Such a great value at this spot. We hope to come back!

Amazing ocean views and great location! Kihei Surfside is just steps away from Keawakapu, a beautiful white sand beach with fantastic snorkeling. The unit is clean and well-equipped. Steve and Connie are lovely hosts. We look forward to returning soon!

As close to the water as you can get, incredible views and overall a magnificent location. Bedrooms are a bit tight but the kitchen and living area + lanai are spacious. Bedrooms make efficient use of space though, and there is a stacked washer/dryer in the unit. Beds, pillows, and couch are comfortable. The unit had beach towels and umbrellas, and the main office provided beach chairs. There is a wonderful beach steps from the condo with a reef where you can snorkel (snorkel shop in the building next door). Even saw some sea turtles! Overall, a gem of a property.

My wife and I stayed here for just under a week, celebrating her 40th birthday. Our stay was amazing - the property was just as described and had everything we needed (including laundry access and other amenities). The location was best - close to everything and with a beautiful view. My wife has already said if we can make it back, she wants to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit was clean and comfortable, and the proximity to the beach was really amazing. (The community lives up to the name "Surfside"--you can't get closer to the water.) It was also really conveniently located within Kihei--close enough to the main strip that dining and shopping options were easily accessible, but set back enough from Kihei Rd that traffic noise was nonexistent. Being on the ground level, we did experience a bit of noise from the community's back lawn area during peak usage hours, but our stay was overall quiet and relaxing. We would happily stay here again!

This spot could not have been more perfect. The location is prime and close to a beautiful beach. The pool is steps from the front patio. I loved being on the ground floor and easily walking out onto the huge grassy yard. There were always families and kids playing, but it was never crowded. Well kept building and landscaping and very friendly staff. I would come back here without a doubt.

This property is so close to the ocean that once you have your groceries you can stay without having to run around in your vehicle. The ocean and the beach are within walking distance! It was a beautiful unit with everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. We usually stay on the west side Maui but we decided to stay a few days in Kihei. The condo was just perfect for the two of us. The only thing that could have made it better was air conditioning. But, it wasn’t that bad. We just opened the bedroom window and the window in the living room for a cross breeze.
The property was gorgeous!! We loved sitting on the lawn to watch the sunset. The beach was one of the better ones on the island.
We will definitely be staying at this condo again.

My wife and I booked this place for our honeymoon and couldn’t speak highly enough about it. The owner had great communication through the check-in process and throughout the stay. The place was clean, tidy, had incredible views of the ocean and had easy access to beaches and local restaurants.

The view from this property is the selling point....green lawn and ocean vistas. The condo was "cozy" for two of us. While not overly spacious, it was well stocked, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We spent much of our time outside. No A/C, which was not an issue for us, as the breeze was cool enough, but may be too warm for people really wanting it cold. Our only suggestion would be to add a salad spinner!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Kihei Surfside 507. The condo is spectacular. Plenty of kitchen supplies and basic cooking necessities. The view is wonderful also. The property has a great pool, is within a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, and is near a large green space where you can watch the sunset every night. Great location right in between downtown Kihei and Wailea.

This is our 2nd time staying at this property, and it was as amazing as the 1st time! The views are unbelievable and the unit is pristine. It's so close to the beach, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. But honestly, we don't leave the property very much...it has everything you could ask for! Loved loved this condo. The location was amazing. Sooo close to the ocean but no one laying on a beach right under your lanai. The views and sunsets were spectacular! Yet….you walked only steps to one of the longest beautiful beaches on west Maui. Can’t say enough about that. Also the pool was so clean and lovely so close to the ocean as well. The unit was clean and had everything we needed down to very plush beach towels. We used the laundry facilities and they were open and airy and clean as well. There was a nice welcome note and snacks when we arrived which was nice. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone wanting to come to Maui and experience the relaxed feel of Kihei!

This condo/property was everything we could have asked for. Clean, easy check-in, accurate listing description, incredible views, spacious, the list goes on.
Located in great area and the property (beach, grass, pathways, and pool) were all well-maintained and very nice. Property has a path to a secluded little area where the sea turtles like to rest-- that was a highlight! Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at the Surfside numerous times and it does not disappoint. Beautiful views, and access to the beach right at your doorstep. The unit is looking a bit tired, but it has everything you need for your stay except for your beach umbrella and snorkel stuff. The air conditioner works great and is nice and quiet.
