We decided to take a somewhat last minute trip to Maui, and our usual property in Kihei was booked. So we took a chance and booked this property and we are so glad that we did. The condo is in a great location, has incredible views, and is very clean and well appointed. It has everything you might want or need, and is super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again.
Linda, the property manager, is a dream to interact with. She is incredibly pleasant, efficient, and really embodies the "aloha" spirit.

This place is just as pictured , very clean, beach right at the balcony with amazing views , very serene. The place comes with anything and everything you may need , from kitchen utensils , to beach chairs , umbrellas , blankets in case you go to the summit at Haleakala.
So grateful we chose this place , the balcony sunsets took our breath away. Highly recommend this place !

The condo was really nice. Felt like a home away from home. The management (Carol and Krista) was extremely attentive and hospitable. Located right on the beach in Kihei, this was a perfect spot. This condo is everything! This condo is Maui! The pictures don’t even do it justice. Sunset and sunrise on the lanai is stunning. You basically have a private beach because the most people we saw down there was 4. Spent a day at the pool too when it was extra windy and even that was perfect! The property manager was helpful and so nice! If I had to be picky, I would say that it’s time for a new mattress as there’s a giant lump in the middle. But that’s seriously stretching it as we both slept FANTASTIC too even though it took some time to get comfy. The small washer and dryer saved my life. Close to literally everything. We can not wait to come back! Will spend our whole trip here next time! Made our dream vacation a reality!

Very efficient service from the rental team - we could call Kirsten any time - she was so helpful !The condo is SO beautiful, and EXACTLY how it looks in the photos. The grounds, gardens and pool were immaculate. Kihei is very relaxed and low key, but has plenty of great restaurants, shops, cafes etc. We felt a really friendly "buzz" during our stay. I'll start by saying we really enjoyed our stay at Koa Lagoon #201. The condo is in a good location with an amazing Oceanfront sunset view!!! The condo is well appointed and comfortable. The shower in the second bathroom is really cramped and for my personal preference it was unusable. It's so small the shower curtain is pressed against you the whole time. The window in the other tub/shower was extremely dirty/dusty as if it hadn't been cleaned for a while. The lanai was also really dirty. Lots of standing dirt and on the floor. It wasn't bad enough to call and complain, but considering the high cleaning fee added to the rental it should be spotless.Overall, I would definitely stay here again, but I would count on only one shower and ask to confirm the cleanliness of the questionable areas.

We have stayed in other units at Koa Lagoons in the past and the units are spacious, modern, and well appointed. My wife dropped a charm from her necklace onto the sleeper sofa the morning we checked out. As I searched under the cushions with no success I pulled the sleeper away from the wall and found paper wrappers, dust, dirt, and of all things the underside of the sofa had deteriorated and was in pieces on the floor. Previous guests had also spilled drinks and the remnants were also on the floor. It was obvious the furniture had not been moved for a proper cleaning in months, if ever.

The location was great, you’re closer to the ocean than how it looks in the photos which is great. Very well stocked kitchen with utensils and cookware. Also, the closet is nicely stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers.Nice having working AC since the sun sets right on the patio, it gets warm. I would give a five star but there were some things could be done to make it worth a five star.
Some of the walls should be repainted entirely instead of touched up because you see different splotches of where the touch up was and it doesn’t look nice.
Patio furniture is very stained and dirty…either a washing or replacing would make it more enjoyable to sit on.
The overall condo was clean (floors, beds, counters) but you can see the traffic of prints where people touch to shut the doors and also the door frames had these dark spots too.
The dust in the window screens (especially the master bath) was caked on so when you’re eye level with this while showering, it’s not pleasant to see.
The wall where the kitchen sink is had splatter on it as well as the hanging photo.
There were little bugs in the kitchen that looked like ants but I don’t know what they were for sure because they had wings and could jump but we kept most of the food in the fridge or cabinets so it wasn’t a problem.
These these were not deal breakers as we very much enjoyed our stay here. Just wanted to point them out so the owner is aware to hopefully correct and make better for future guests.

This is a very nice spacious condo with a lovely view of the ocean and a nice beach. Well supplied with amenities. Appreciated the lawn chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. Although it is located on the main beach road, it is about 1 km or mile in either direction to get to shopping, so too far to walk in the heat, but only a 3 to 5 minute drive, so best to have a rental car for this location.

We had to move our condo from Lahaina to Kiehi.
I searched for lots of condos. I know Kiehi so that side of the street and all facing the ocean is awesome! It’s under 50 units too. The view is truly amazing and so quiet. The beach in front is so beautiful as well. The condo can use a bit updating but all was clean and had everything we need. There was a broken umbrella and I emailed them and had it within hours!! Great communication. They don’t know these things sometimes if guests don’t say. It’s just a excellent location since 2 mikes down you have so many restaurants and bars.
