We had the absolute best time in Kihei and our stay was fantastic at Kris' condo! Easy check in and parking. The view was amazing and we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves (beach and pool included). Our family of 4 can't wait to come back!

Delivered as promised. Kris was great to work with. Our favorite time spent in Hawaii was on this lanai. A close second was the big beach at Makena, which was about at 20 minute drive. I love to cook, and the kitchen was well appointed. And the views, the views, the views! One note for novices like us: The trade winds in the afternoon are significant! Plan your days accordingly.

We loved our time here. Kris is a great host and was so easy to work with. Communication was great. The unit is clean, well appointed, and conveniently located.This condo worked perfectly for our family of 5. The pull out couch in the living room has an air mattress top and our tween son slept great on it. The bedrooms had comfortable beds, and the air conditioning worked well making for a great night's sleep. The bathrooms are quite nice, and the showers are great. The kitchen is well appointed with all we needed to have a great week in Maui. The whole condo is bright with great natural light and we spent most mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the beautiful views. Several evenings we enjoyed takeout dinner on the lanai while watching the sunset. We didn't end up using the grills, but I did take a peak at them and they're clean and ready-to-use. Everything about this place was great, and I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property during our first trip to Maui. It was nicely updated and had a beautiful view of the ocean. We particularly liked staying in Kehei --- great central location, plenty of smaller, local restaurants to try, convenient grocery stores, etc. Would love to stay at this property again on future trips to Maui.

Beautiful condo & excellent communication, full stocked kitchen with all the needs, AC was excellent & great wifi reach! Lanai is a huge bonus with breathtaking views, the beach however is very rocky and the sand is grainy, it is great for long walks and dog play. There are soft sand beaches near by everywhere. The location is very nice and quiet, 5min drive to shops and restaraunts. The pool is also a big plus, clean and quiet, shield from the wind and sand. Will definitely come back!

Our family of five had a wonderful vacation in Maui. We searched many places to stay on our long vacation and loved our selection. This condo is in Kihei, just north of the downtown area. We preferred to stay away from the downtown and action. The location was peaceful, and we felt as if we were living amongst the residences.
The condo has two bedrooms and a comfortable couch. Our son slept on the couch and never complained. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are adequate in size, with plenty of closet space and storage. The bathrooms were clean and updated.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all the utensils you need to cook meals and brew a nice cup of coffee. The refrigerator is spacious and meets all of our needs, including keeping us stocked with ice for our family of five. The island in the kitchen was spacious and was a focus point with fresh fruit and sushi.
The owner was always available to answer any of our questions and promptly responded to them, which was reassuring. The people staying at the complex were also nice and friendly, adding to the pleasant atmosphere.
The view from the porch was amazing. We spent many mornings and late evenings just watching the ocean and the activities.
The unit has plenty of beach chairs, and the chairs are in great condition.
A bonus was walking from the condo to the beach early in the morning and watching the turtles close to the shore.
I would certainly stay here again.

This condo was clean, well appointed, in a great location and had a great view! The check-in process was easy (it was actually ready a few hours early) and communication with condo management was quick! The only thing to note is there is no TV in the master bedroom (in most of our rentals there is a TV in the master). Overall this was a very nice place to stay and we would definitely rent it again!

Very nice corner unit. Close to all & very easy to commute around. Parking easy & acess to beach just a few steps away. Great communication & the evening from the lanai were the best ! We cooked a few times & bbq is just down below. Grounds are beautifully kept. I would say 4 -5 guests will fit comfortably. At 6 we were pushing it a little but our stay way non the less wonderful! We would definitely book again.

This property was clean, spacious and has a great view of the ocean from the 3rd floor. Kihei is located in a perfect spot on the island. It’s right in the middle for where you want to be. Toad to Hana is about 30 minutes away and Wailea is about 11 minutes away. From the airport it takes about 18 minutes to get to the condo. I definitely recommend this place.

Located 5 min away for anything you need to either dine in Kihei or to stock the fridge at one of two grocery stores very close. Beautiful view. This property and manager are amazing. Very clean and stocked well. Lanai has shade in morning and sun in afternoon and spectacular view of the sunsets. The beach is mostly sandy but it was unusually windy while we were there so we spent most our time in the pool which is very well maintained and has a covered area for shade. The winds are supposedly stronger in this area than a little further south. I would return again.

Kris’s property here in Maui is the best! The view and location is unbeatable. The condo is very clean, no bugs, AC, everything you could need in the kitchen, and beds are comfortable. Kris is such an amazing host and goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable! She’s easy to get a hold of and responds right away. The condo was quiet, clean pool, elevator- WOW! 5 stars! Was a very good property and rental experience. The building grounds were well manicured. Plenty of up front communication and a follow up after check in to address any issues or needs that we might of had after arriving. Appreciated the willingness to extend a late check out if another renter wasn't scheduled to come in that day, but one was so we weren't able to check out later. Totally understand the quick turn around for them. They had the parking pass already picked up and in the unit when we arrived which was nice. They provided ice packs and a cooler to use for our day trips as well as beach chairs. High quality cutlery and dishes and not the cheap stuff. Would rent again.

We booked this unit for the view and the lanai and we’re not disappointed. Also, the kitchen was well appointed, appliances, and kitchen gear were up-to-date, and bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Chris was a great host, and took care of the few small problems we had immediately. Highly recommended, hope to return soon!

This was a great location, watched whales constantly (march) great condo, but the unit is samller than the pictures suggest. ( great photographer) The only down side, of all the air b&b and VBRO I have stayed in, never have I had to supply my own toilet paper, paper towel, kleenex, and all the soaps

It apart from 90% of the condos in the area which was one of the main reasons for us booking it. Having in-suite laundry also a huge bonus for families with kids. We would highly recommend this condo for central access to several great beaches within a 10 min drive.

The property was as-advertised in their flyer.. Freshly re-done in a very sharp way. Clean, large enough, gorgeous view of ocean. If pushed to nit pick, I found the bed in the master suite to be a bit tired and saggy.. . there is some background roadway noise from the street but not enough to be a problem . .. and you don't hear it at all when on the deck enjoying the ocean view. I would come back.

My family and I traveled from Indiana for a Maui wedding and this location was perfect. The photos are accurate, master bed is great although we preferred the guest bathroom over the master bathroom. The provided beach chairs along with other items were much appreciated. We absolutely loved the view! Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend this condo!

The listing and photographs are completely accurate. Each night we were able to enjoy spectacular views of the ocean.It was a 15 second walk to the beach and we were close to plenty of restaurants and shops.

This property was exactly as pictured and described. The unit was spotless and equipped with exactly the items that were needed to make the stay comfortable. All of the supplies (i.e. - linens, housewares, beach equipment) were in pristine condition and it is obvious that the property is well cared for. This is in a very residential area of Maui and so if you are looking for the action and shopping/restaurants of the resort area then you may be disappointed. The neighborhood is quiet while being conveniently located to nearby attractions. The host was quick to respond to any messages and was excellent about preparing us for our stay. I would absolutely stay here again if I had the opportunity. It is a beautiful property and our stay was extremely enjoyable.

This condo has a great view from the lanai. The sand and ocean beach are about a hundred feet away with nothing but grass and some low bushes in between. It's fairly large. Appliances seem fairly new. Bathrooms are in great shape and we loved the rain shower head in the second bathroom. The lanai has a little outdoor sofa, a table and four chairs. One nice surprise was the outdoor chair height is a couple inches higher than normal, so your eyes are higher than the top of the handrail. It was nice to see over the handrail instead of having it break up the view of the beach. Really nice to have beach chairs, towels and an umbrella right there. We were very careful with food but did see tiny black ants each day. They seemed immune to the ant poison in the corners. There wasn't any coffee for the morning and the filters are not the right kind (basket vs Cone), but we made do and there are coffee shops less than a mile away. We loved being so close to the water. Sunsets were amazing, and it was great to be close to everything without being right in the middle of it all.

We stayed in Maui for 10 nights. Everything was absolutely incredible. The Kihei condo provided everything and more. Kitchen was fully stocked and functional, bedrooms and bathrooms were pristine, and the best part was the view especially during sunset. Kris was an amazing host and had excellent communication with us during the whole process. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

The condo itself was nicely decorated and had lots of supplies for the beach on hand, which was really nice. It was nice to be in a small building and not a resort, it was very quiet and relaxing. We also quickly realized that we wouldn't want to be any farther north - the condo was located within 5-15 min of all the best restaurants, shopping, and beaches. The tradewinds are tricky at Koa Lagoon (obviously not something that can be helped), so we didn't use that beach much, but when we did we always saw turtles swimming close to shore which was neat. Kris was incredibly responsive and helpful, and had great recommendations, and we'd definitely stay again.

Exactly as pictured, beautiful and modern furnishings that are like new! Clean and absolutely spotless throughout. Kitchen was full of amenities for all cooking needs, washer and dryer worked great, a/c was a relief in the afternoons (separate units in each bedroom and living room) and beds were all very comfortable with high quality linens. The lanai is perfect for breakfast and lunch and napping though it gets pretty warm in the late afternoon with the direct sun.
Location is fantastic with perfect sunset view and nearby restaurants, grocery and shopping. Beach out front is great for walking and just next door is the "fish pond" beach, small but perfect for little ones due to to barriers that break the waves -- we saw turtles there every day! Umbrella, beach chairs, cooler stored in the closet, all in great condition.
Kris was a wonderful host, very responsive and communicative especially when we had an issue with the electronic lock which she handled quickly.
We loved our stay and would definitely book again!
