This place is just as pictured , very clean, beach right at the balcony with amazing views , very serene. The place comes with anything and everything you may need , from kitchen utensils , to beach chairs , umbrellas , blankets in case you go to the summit at Haleakala.
So grateful we chose this place , the balcony sunsets took our breath away. Highly recommend this place !

Loved the condo and so nice to all the amenities (air, laundry and cooking utensils). We also enjoyed sitting on balcony and enjoyed listening to the birds and looking at all the beautiful views of ocean and the landscape. If we make it back to Maui we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a memorable vacation.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beautiful updated condo. Walks along the beach in the morning were special especially seeing the turtles. Loved breakfast on the lanai as well as dinner as we watched the sunset.

From the start the communication was great! I had questions and they were answered quickly. We have had some experiences with other VRBO stays where the amenities were overstated, but this unit exceeded our expectations! When we walked in my husband said, "wow, this is way better than I expected!" I agree. The place is clean, the view is fantastic! It is one of the closest buildings to the beach. The unit had chairs, hats, coolers, beach towels and so much more that made our trip so much better. I highly recommend staying here!

The condo is newly remodeled and very well thought out. You have everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It’s well equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella and supplies. The in room washer/dryer was so convenient. The view is perfect. The pool is comfortable. We will be back..

This place is amazing. We saw sea turtles just down the beach, whales breaching from the balcony. Super family friendly. The families that own their are very kind and friendly to guests that our renting like ourselves. Pool was great. Can't say enough about the location!

The apartment was stunning from the moment we walked in and managed to have the feel of a real home. We had everything we needed, including washer/dryer, dishwasher, cutlery, glasses, binoculars and games. My favourite part of the property was the lanai, looking out to sea watching for humpbacked whales.

We came for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. The building this condo was located in was clean and quiet. The location was great, about 20 minutes from the airport and close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed sitting on our lanai and watching the sunset. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. The condo was fully stocked with everything you needed to enjoy your stay. We hope to return here one day and stay in the same unit.

This condo is right on the water and a very short distance from a great walking beach. The sounds of the birds and surf are so wonderful. I sat on the lanai in the morning and had dinner out there for the beautiful sunsets. Highly recommended.

My family and I stayed in this amazing condo on our recent vacation to Maui and it was perfect. The condo is fully stocked with everything you would need on vacation. We really appreciated the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for our days exploring all the wonderful beaches. The bed and pull out sofa were both comfortable and the air conditioning kept the place nice and cool. The building is very quiet and our kids loved the pool. The best part of the condo is definitely the lanai and view. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend staying here!

My wife and I loved our time at the condo. It was nicer than in the pictures. The sunsets are amazing from the balcony. The condo was very clean and was located close to lots of great restaurants in Kihei, but just north of all of the heavier traffic. We’d stay here again when we come back.

What a wonderful place for our first time in Maui. The condo was clean and very well furnished with everything you can think of for your stay. The view is incredible and the sunsets breathtaking. The only sounds from the patio are the waves and the birds. We’ll be back!

Amazing views and the unit may even be better than pictured. Air conditioning units in the bedroom and living room plus the fans kept the unit plenty cool. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. Washer and dryer in unit were a huge plus! When we come back I would definitely book here again!

Hit by winter storm but enjoyed our stay at this amazingly well equipped condo with gorgeous views. Location is central with quick access to take in hike Wahe'e Ridge and Hopili. Definitely the condo to come back to when we want another Maui visit.

My husband and I spent five days at the property in late October. It was our first visit to Hawaii. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We were particularly impressed with all of the items that were available to make our stay better: beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, towels, etc. The condo had everything we needed. In addition to the regular items like pots and pans, dishes and silverware, we had access to cooking oil, every type of cooking utensil, blender, spices and more.
The location of the condo was perfect. We rented a car and drove all over the island. Kihea was a great place to stay as restaurants, grocery stores and food trucks were nearby. While we didn't swim in the nearby beach, we enjoyed walks and beautiful sunsets there. We spent a good deal of time on the lanai. Because the kitchen was so well appointed, we picked up food from trucks and grocery stores and enjoyed many meals on the lanai. We also had our own "happy hour" on the lanai with wine, beer and snacks we picked up at the nearby grocery stores.
The grounds of the condo were also very kept up. We saw the pool, but didn't use it during our stay. We swam every day at different beaches instead.
We apparently visited Maui at a good time. We never had any trouble finding a parking space -- either at the property or anywhere else for that matter.
I recommend this property to anyone looking for a great experience in a quieter part of Kihea.

“Maui, Wow-ee” is what I kept saying in my head every morning I woke up and was greeted by the coastline view. The condo was really spectacular and everything we could have wanted. Everything was very clean, organized, and in great condition. The sunrise and sunsets inviting themselves into the living room was a welcome addition to the living room. Beach access right behind a grass lawn made for easy access morning swims and beach walks any time of the day. All appliances were in tip-top shape (ac worked swiftly and quietly, fridge was spacious, etc.). A clean apartment, a lanai with an incredibly peaceful view, a comfortable bed, easy parking, great location in North Kihei to travel south, central, or northwest to whatever you want to see or do. What more could you ask for? Had incredible time and would book again in a heartbeat.

This was my wife and I’s first trip to Maui. This condo was one of the top Rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Check in and parking were easy. Walking in to the condo was stunning. It has been recently updated and is beautiful and comfortable on the inside. The entire unit was very clean. And you cannot beat the view from the lanai. Amazing sunsets every evening.That covers the basics for the rental- clean, comfortable, beautiful, easy. Everything you hope for.
What really put this over the top, was how well stocked this rental is. It really made our time on Maui so much easier. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers and more. We had everything we needed for the beach without gaveling to buy or rent anything. The hosts also have an information book that they include tips and advice for everything to do and go in Maui. This gave some great local tips for our trip. Everything from hiking spots, restaurant tips, local happy hours, best beaches and where to park, snorkeling locations. This was amazing information and felt very personal.
Laundry in the unit was great as after our five nights on Maui, we flew to Kauai. We stayed at a Wyndham on Kauai, and even though it was nice, this rental on Maui REALLY spoiled us. It was by far more comfortable and stocked. We would be happy to return to this condo on our next trip to Maui!

I have to say, this is one of the best rental properties I have ever stayed at. Everything was exactly as pictured/described (if not better). A completely honest, clear listing. The building is older, but the condo has been renovated recently, very tastefully.
Check-in was very smooth. Even though I called the property manager twice to ask questions that had clearly been answered in our previous communications, she was very nice and gave me the info again.
The condo is extremely well appointed. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. In particular, the kitchen had a lot of random stuff we actually used (wine key, mini-thermos for the beach, etc.). I slept in the pull-out couch and it was very comfortable (not quite as good as a bed, but better than most pull-outs).
And then there is the view. We had breakfast at the lanai, coffee at the lanai, afternoon snack at the lanai, drinks at the lanai. The view is absolutely beautiful.
Very good condo with excellent views, excellently maintained and appointed, excellent management. 5 stars.

We stayed in August 2021, the condo is as described. It’s newly remodeled and the lanai is wonderful! The property manager was responsive and helpful! We would stay again!
I will say my daughter slept on the hideaway and it was not comfortable. It may work for a very young child, but not suitable for sleeping soundly/comfortable. Would also suggest the pillows be replaced on the master.

I've stayed at numerous owner rentals worldwide and this one is truly one of the best. Updated modern condo, clean, fresh, easy check in/out process. Incredible sunset and ocean views. Great AC. Full access smart TV with cable, Netflix and other apps included. Really zero complaints and I don't rate anything that high often.

So I booked this unit based on the beautiful view from the lanai, I could see in the photos that it was dated. There was carpet everywhere, formica counters, older rattan furniture inside and dated patio furniture outside. We get there and open the door and WOW - new tile, new bathroom, new kitchen, new ceiling fans, new furniture in living and dining room, and new patio furniture on the lanai. What a treat! The pictures are old in VRBO - so I guess that's one way to get great reviews - under promise and over deliver. Wifi worked just fine. AC in main living blew super cold and bedroom was sufficient. Note we did not pull out the living room sofa bed (no clue on it's comfort level). We were working "from home" on this trip so the AC and wifi were very important. Early morning we could work on the lanai - there is an outlet out there and the wifi still worked outside. We took walks on the beach on our breaks, which is obviously right there at the units. We even got to see some turtles at dusk coming up on the beach from the lagoon next to the Whale Center on the side opposite of the condo (the center sadly was closed due to covid) - very cool. The condo has a washer and dryer which also came in handy. Bed was alright, no sink hole in the middle - could use an upgrade, but I am sure the budget was blown on the beautiful floor tile, new bath and kitchen! Kitchen is well equipped with gadgets and all kinds of spices and oil - you can actually cook here (community BBQ is cleaned regularly too), but proximity to restaurants makes it easy to never cook a meal (hey, so I didn't feel like cooking!!). Plenty of beach towels, chairs, even an umbrella and cooler bags - ice packs in the freezer. Pool - it was clean but frankly very unappealing - just a small rectangle with hot dark carpet around it - no landscape, very sterile. Parking was fine and close to building. Elevator if you need it, we took the stairs. You really just need to show up with your clothes and toiletries (note there was no shampoo - only small body soap bar - Long's drugs is a few minutes drive which is also a good spot for some groceries too - not just a drug store. Several grocery stores in town too) to enjoy this wonderful condo with OUTSTANDING views.

Wonderful stay in Maui! It was our first time on the island and we couldn’t have selected a better accommodation. The condo was freshly remodeled and the bed and furniture were very comfortable.
While the island was experiencing record crowds with tourists, you would have never known at the condo. The beachfront view was wonderful and the complex was quiet and other guests were respectful and followed the condo quiet time hours. The beach in front of the condo was never crowded and we saw sea turtles from time to time. I would recommend to bring water shoes as the beach was a bit rocky.
The kitchen had everything we needed and a well stocked spice cabinet. There was even a nice blender we used to make pina coladas! The cherry on top was there were beach chairs and umbrellas in the closet to use. It really made for a wonderful stay!
The only recommendation I have for the owners is to change the laundry detergent used. The laundry detergent and dryer sheets used was extremely strong and left a film on my skin after using the towels/sheets and my skin got red and itchy. Thank goodness there was a washer/dryer so I rewashed everything in a non scented detergent. I would totally stay again, but would ask for the owners to consider using a more friendly non scented laundry detergent.

We made an emergency trip home to visit a terminally ill family member. I needed to find something affordable, as we had just come back from a family vacation. At first, I was a little disappointed by the location, but it turned out to be a blessing. We were away from the craziness of Kalama and Kamaole beaches, but close enough to supermarkets, restaurants, gas stations, and the main highway. The grounds are beautiful. The room was fantastic! They thought of EVERYTHING. We kept finding little surprises: a cheat sheet of chords to learn to play the ukulele displayed on the wall; beach chairs & an umbrella; every kitchen appliance, utensil and dish you might need to prepare a meal; board games, books & movies; even Tide pods and Bounce sheets for laundry.
Unfortunately, we may have to return in a month or two, and Koa Lagoon will be the first place I consider.

Our family found the unit clean and comfortable (a bit of a time warp but very nice!). We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the beautiful sunsets and walking the beach. The building was on the ocean side of the road, which is amazing. The views are unobstructed and it's so quiet on the beach side of the building. It's convenient to many nearby beaches and other activities. Overall, a really nice surprise. We'd visit here again.
