This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The beds were comfortable, the view was incredible, water pressure was amazing and location was a walk to restaurants and a grocery store. The previous folks broke the garbage disposal and it was fixed the next day without any issues. There were thoughtful about waiting one day so we could settle in and fixed it while we were out. The beach chairs, towels, umbrella and snorkel gear were all greatly appreciated. I didn’t want to leave.

What a perfect place to stay with your family! My husband and I brought my mom for her 60th birthday along with our 2 kids (8 month old and 6 year old). Not only is the place huge, it has every accommodation to entertain any age. The view was so gorgeous, we saw whales three of the days and many turtles on a daily basis. Definitely plan to book again. Thank you!!

Stunning panoramic ocean views from this fabulous two bedroom condo on the 8th floor. True beach front condo. The Beach House Restaurant was our favorite hangout. Huge turtles and rainbows daily! Family enjoyed snorkeling, boogie boarding. Condo well equipped with beach toys. Great on site poo. Did not need to use the air conditioning. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Aloha!

The owners review book in the condo was very helpful and the best we have seen with a lot of information about local shopping/restaurants with personal/guests reviews. Ocean views were stunning!. Giant turtles on our beach the first day and rainbows every morning. Truly on the beach! Great Beach House restaurant and on-site amenities. Our teenaged grand children truly enjoyed their stay. The water in front of the condo is calm this time of year for easy swimming. Aloha.

Great vacation rental! I've been to Maui many times and wish I had found this before. Clean, comfortable, good amenities, beautiful views of the ocean and close, easy access to the beach.
The onsite restaurant was a nice feature for those nights when we didn't want to cook or go to another place to eat.
I would recommend this place to anyone who is going to Maui and I will definitely be staying there again.

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing!. Not only could we wake up to oceanfront views every morning but had VIP seating on our balcony for the most incredible sunsets. We were treated with many rainbows during our one week stay, daily turtle sightings from our balcony, or from the beach, just steps away. We were even fortunate enough to see a monk seal resting along the shore. Our stay was in late March and we were still seeing whales from our balcony. The on-site restaurant had a variety of options, and all of them were delicious. Miso Phat sushi was excellent and very convenient to grab to go after a long day at the beach. A wonderful little coffee shop is just a short walk away. The pool area was a huge life saver for our younger crowd as well. Beautiful well-kept grounds. We have no complaints and really enjoyed the very relaxed, family, friendly, and beautiful atmosphere of Maui ❤️ from this condo. We’ve had a very easy to navigate to other parts of the island with our rental car.

This was our 2nd time here. We love the floor to ceiling windows and saw many whales, sea turtles, fish, and even a seal right from the lanai. Everything we needed/wanted was provided and Cynthia is an excellent communicator. Great location close to everything.

What a gorgeous condo! It fit our family of 6 perfectly.
All three bedrooms had its own lanai & were well used by us. Seeing turtles swimming just below us & having one sun itself in view, was wonderful. Not to mention the many, many humpback whales were able to see from the lanai with binoculars. Snorkeling at Olowalu was the best! The ATV rides were so much fun, pricey but worth the views & getting muddy!
The condo was well kept, well appointed & so very comfortable. The complex's beach was thick sand so good exercise in walking it. The grills were kept spotless & very convenient. Having a wash/dryer in the unit was a God send! We loved it & hope to stay here again in the future! Loved Maui!

Condo was very spacious, modern, and well kept. View from condo was great with ocean views as advertised. Great whale watching from the lanai! Kitchen was great and easy to cook meals. Beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable. Overall facility was pretty good but could use some updating, particularly the pool and common spaces. Kids loved the sports area that included basketball hoop and pickle ball. Beach was good, but better beach options to the north and south with an easy commute.

What a lovely way to fall asleep, listening to the sound of the crashing waves! Meals on the lanai had the best view ever! We watched whales 🐋 daily! Condo is very spacious. The pool is heated and there’s a hot tub. There are lounge chairs on the beach for guest use. There are plenty of gas barbecues and restaurant on site. They only give you 3 rolls of TP for 2 weeks, so shop accordingly. There is not a cooler or beach chairs to take to enjoy other beaches. This condo was the sparsest I’ve seen re: spices for cooking (Not even any pepper). But the views and size are worth it!

This was our second stay at this property! Renee is easy to work with and responsive when a need comes up.
Whale season was in full force, this unit provides amazing views and whale watching opportunities! Also, lots of turtle activity as there is a reef right off the beach, perfect snorkeling opportunities!
We are already planning our next visit and will definitely stay again!

This is a beautifully maintained condo right on the water. We spent our two weeks listening to the ocean waves during the day and then lulling us to sleep. The condo has all the cooking & sleeping equipment you need along with a closet full of beach supplies. Within the resort is a restaurant called "The Beach House". Very handy & good food. We loved it there I know you will too!

Height of master bed was unexpected. Using a foot stool to get in bed was a pain. Pigeon spikes in outside flower bed not deterring pigeons. Overall, an enjoyable stay. Would do it again if master bed is lowered.

Wonderful place right on the beach with great views from the 6th floor. The master bedroom has amazing views as does the second bedroom.We we were able to see sunrise and sunsets from both rooms. If you leave the sliding glass doors open with just the screens, you can hear the waves. Great place, very clean.

The description and pictures did not adequately show the breathtaking ocean views that met us as we stepped in this large condo. It exceeded our needs, and even our wants. It was a beautifully decorated condo. We fell asleep listening to the ocean. We enjoyed the skylights in our spacious bedroom off the living room. Does it get any better? I don’t think so. Cynthia had this condo stocked with ocean chairs, boogie boards, games, and more. All one might need for a day at the beach.
With 8 people staying here, we did use the kitchen. It was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. She thought of everything. The appliances were great.
I made this reservation last February and Cynthia was quick, professional, and very helpful as we were getting mixed signals as whether or not we needed to cancel because of the devastating wildfire. Communication was excellent all the way even when we contacted her during our stay about a small problem. She responded quickly and kindly. It was taken care of.
The Sands of Kahana is a wonderful resort and Cynthia’s penthouse condo was the best. Lots of memory making moments are from this condo. Mahalo, Cynthia.

We had an amazing time here. The condo met or exceeded all of our expectations. It was incredible to wake up and go straight to the lanai to watch the whales jumping. The room felt spacious, clean and quiet. There were plenty of amenities nearby and the staff were all friendly.

Spacious, bright condo with an amazing balcony overlooking the ocean for awesome sunsets. We also spotted whales breaching daily! The spacious living areas, well-equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer made for a fantastic week's stay. We snorkeled with sea turtles at the beach out front, and it was easy driving to several other great beaches. I would highly recommend this property!

We had an amazing time on our honeymoon staying at the Sands of Kahana. Our room was perfect! We were right off the ocean and were able to watch the sunset from our lanai every night. We were close to the pool, yet the foliage gave us the privacy we wanted. We couldn’t hear anyone around us and felt secluded. We ate several meals the at Beach House which was a short walk away and so convenient after a long day of exploring the island. Be sure to talk with the concierge and book excursions early on. The book up fast! We will be coming back (hopefully sooner than later!!)

It was a lovely spacious condo. Great amenities. Beach was great saw turtles lounging on the beach! Kitchen had a lot of appliances and utensils you could need. Would definitely return. We saw beautiful sunsets and whales in the mornings from our lanai.
