The condo was in a great part of the island for our adult aged family. It wasn’t a crazy party area and we liked that. There were plenty of great places to eat or shop within a 10 minute drive. The host was very communicative and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We appreciated him letting us know that the floods hadn’t damaged the unit or area so we were confident to go on the trip. The ocean view was exceptional. We swam out front and had a great time. The sunsets are breathtaking. We slept well and enjoyed hearing the waves crashing outside. There are so many amazing beaches around the area we snorkeled almost every day at a new place. It truly was a trip of a lifetime for our family. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the windows are very old and fragile. I was afraid to open them because some of the glass was almost falling out. The screens were warped or torn and so there was a flood of gnats (a plume after the flooding) inside that we couldn’t keep out. They died off after two days so that wasn’t a big deal but if the windows and screens were replaced it would have been easier to keep them out. The kitchen was a little dirty but we cleaned it, no big deal. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This is a beautiful property. Right on the ocean the waves and ocean sounds put you to sleep at night. Great pool with ocean views awesome beach to go swimming and snorkeling in. The house is amazing lots of space. Lots of light really nice finishings would definitely come back again.

Unfortunately, we had some problems during our stay. While we appreciated the condo was well-equipped, and was a prime location, we experienced several issues that significantly impacted our comfort:– A lizard in the bed on the first night, which made the room unusable for us afterward. – Ongoing gnats throughout the stay, making it difficult to leave food out– Flying red ants inside the unit – A roof leak during the rain, where water was coming into the unit near the TV. I had to reach out and take extra steps to cover the area myself to prevent damage. At first, no one used the upstairs bedroom due to the lizard on bed. Then the next night we attempted to sleep, but so many gnats were around, that my daughter decided to sleep downstairs on the sofa. She was not able to sleep comfortably.My other guests also were uncomfortable sleeping in the downstairs bedroom with the two queen beds because there were red ants also.So by the second night I have three of my guest sleeping in living room. We were careful to keep doors and screens closed at all times.We understand that some exposure to insects can be expected in Hawaii, but the volume of pests along with the maintenance issue of the leaking roof went beyond what we feel is reasonable for a rental property.These issues affected our ability to fully use and enjoy the space, and required additional effort on our part during the stay. Let alone not using bedrooms. Pest control and maintenance need to be managed.

The views were spectacular! The only issue was that one day photographers and wind surfers took over the lawn where we were trying to relax one afternoon. After contacting the property manager we never saw them Alain. Not sure if it was a coincidence or if the property manager somehow took care of it, but we really appreciated being able to use the space again!! We had an awesome experience on the island and in this comfy home!!

Looked just like the pictures. Comfortable beds, amazing beach, watched whales from the balcony. The two bathrooms were a little tight with the 8 of us, as the upstairs one feels like it’s for the two guests staying upstairs. As someone else mentioned, parking with two cars could be a little tricky as there are only 3 guest spots but also had luck parking right across the street ahead of the bus stop. Would recommend!

Very close to the water and nice hearing the waves all day and night. Management team was responsive when we had questions. Don't be fooled by "newly remodeled". The place still needs lots of work to compete with other condos in Hawaii where we have stayed. We were notified that the washer was broken as we were on our way to check in - nice move waiting until the last minute to tell us, leaving no time for us to cancel and find another condo. They agreed to reimburse us for the cost of outside laundry, but we had to take and pick up the laundry with 24 hour turnaround. (48 hours if Wash Pros picks up & delivers. Cockroaches in kitchen area. Broom but no dust pan. In general, we expected better based on the advertisement.

The host was very responsive to inquiries prior to our arrival. Property was as advertised; right on the beach and it was a good swim beach with outstanding views. The grounds are beautiful, well kept, and the pool was great. We loved hearing the waves at night and loved the more intimate-feeling area as it was mostly condos around us vs. the huge mega resort type properties further south. The kitchen was mostly well equipped although we did have to sharpen the knives as they were extremely dull (luckily there’s a nice electric sharpener). Also, the ice maker didn’t put out a lot of ice so we had to purchase extra. These were very minor issues and otherwise this property was perfect for our needs and I would totally recommend it to any large party and would come here again if we come back with a group.These last two comments aren’t a critique of the property but just good-to-know items if you have a large party. We had 8 in our group and there is only one dedicated parking spot per unit (and 3 guest spots shared by all units that were always occupied). With 8 people, you almost definitely need 2 rental cars but I will say we were always able to park right across the street so not a big deal. Also good to know is the main level, which is set up to sleep 6 people, has one bathroom with dual access so requires a bit of cooperation (the other bathroom is upstairs in the large master suite). We were an extended family and made it work fine.

Nobody was welcoming. working on our AC unit that was a surprise but they got it working. The the proximity and the views of the ocean were terrific. The space was great. We were able to spread out six of us.a few minor maintenance problems like a leaky bathroom sink on the main floor for faucet. master bedroom, first floor electrical outlet not working. couldn’t turn on the lamp. and ants in the kitchen on the island counter.

Wow! The location of this condo right on the beach was perfect for our family of 6 adults! Every morning and evening was spent watching whales and turtles right from the lanai. We had a wonderful 10 days. There are definitely some areas of the condo that need some TLC, but the location, views and beach stuff provided definitely made up for it. We loved the small complex and private feel to the beach area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

We loved the condo! We were surprised that with 6 of us adults there was A LOT of space for us all in the condo. We never felt like we were in each others space. The view from the lanai is gorgeous. The first am as I was sipping coffee I saw a whale breach! The bedding does have very thin bedding. It is a sheet a thin lightweight blanket and another sheet over that. It can get chilly at night. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. We also used the BBQ grill down by the pool. The pool is literally below the unit we stayed in and was so conveinently located and then steps away is the private beach. The private beach is a very small chunk and then its private property. I would highly suggest staying here. It was close to all the amazing beaches and restaurants/resorts. The staff was quick to respond when we had any concerns, we did have an island visitor (B52 roach) that they were quick to help us with to calm our concerns of anymore entering into the condo.

Our host was friendly & helpful, though we didn't need much contact as everything went smoothly. Lots of reviews brought up the need for upgrades, but I liked it just the way it was. I liked the tile floors, and the condo was larger than other condos I have stayed. The air conditioning worked great! And can't beat the location.

Would look for other options given the high price. Stayed in this unit in 2019 and years later it has gone downhill. The location is still perfect but there are now downsides:-The furniture is worn out. The couch literally sagged as you sit and the dining table chairs also too uncomfortable to sit. Even after COVID no desk installed so not ideal to work. -The upstairs toilet was not flushed nor cleaned upon arrival - imagine my horror from a disintegrated number 2! -Sheets and towels all with small stains -No flashlights or candles when the power went out Stayed nearby last year in a much more up-to-date unit at similar price so hence would look elsewhere until the unit is refreshed

Peaceful location! Saw whales daily from the lanai and many fish while snorkeling. Having a bathroom per couple was the best. Make sure to go to Costco before heading over. We save so much money not eating out everyday.Expect long drive times if you want to see Hana, Haleakala, or go scuba diving.

This was such a great place to begin our stay in Maui! The townhome is exactly like the pictures, and best of all, it is incredibly clean. Beds are comfy, too! The beach is so close--just a quick walk through the green grass. The owners answered our questions quickly and genuinely cared about our experience. There are many great restaurants nearby too. We highly recommend.

This was hands down my favorite condo I have ever stayed in. The AC units worked amazing. Having 3 bathrooms helped so much. And having access to a washer and dryer made for an extremely smooth trip. The views were breathtaking. The beds were comfortable. Everything needed for an infant was already in the condo. The kitchen was used multiple times and was perfectly stocked. The views from the lanai were that of a painting. We cannot wait to come back with my parents. Thanks for an amazing stay.
