Wow! The location of this condo right on the beach was perfect for our family of 6 adults! Every morning and evening was spent watching whales and turtles right from the lanai. We had a wonderful 10 days. There are definitely some areas of the condo that need some TLC, but the location, views and beach stuff provided definitely made up for it. We loved the small complex and private feel to the beach area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

We loved the condo! We were surprised that with 6 of us adults there was A LOT of space for us all in the condo. We never felt like we were in each others space. The view from the lanai is gorgeous. The first am as I was sipping coffee I saw a whale breach! The bedding does have very thin bedding. It is a sheet a thin lightweight blanket and another sheet over that. It can get chilly at night. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. We also used the BBQ grill down by the pool. The pool is literally below the unit we stayed in and was so conveinently located and then steps away is the private beach. The private beach is a very small chunk and then its private property. I would highly suggest staying here. It was close to all the amazing beaches and restaurants/resorts. The staff was quick to respond when we had any concerns, we did have an island visitor (B52 roach) that they were quick to help us with to calm our concerns of anymore entering into the condo.

Our host was friendly & helpful, though we didn't need much contact as everything went smoothly. Lots of reviews brought up the need for upgrades, but I liked it just the way it was. I liked the tile floors, and the condo was larger than other condos I have stayed. The air conditioning worked great! And can't beat the location.

Would look for other options given the high price. Stayed in this unit in 2019 and years later it has gone downhill. The location is still perfect but there are now downsides:-The furniture is worn out. The couch literally sagged as you sit and the dining table chairs also too uncomfortable to sit. Even after COVID no desk installed so not ideal to work. -The upstairs toilet was not flushed nor cleaned upon arrival - imagine my horror from a disintegrated number 2! -Sheets and towels all with small stains -No flashlights or candles when the power went out Stayed nearby last year in a much more up-to-date unit at similar price so hence would look elsewhere until the unit is refreshed

Peaceful location! Saw whales daily from the lanai and many fish while snorkeling. Having a bathroom per couple was the best. Make sure to go to Costco before heading over. We save so much money not eating out everyday.Expect long drive times if you want to see Hana, Haleakala, or go scuba diving.

This was our best experience so far in a rental Condo bar none!The location is amazing, the grounds are beautiful. The ocean and small beach are just steps away. Great sunsets at the beach every day. There is some snorkling there (nothing spectacular), but I did get to swim with some big turtles. The pool is great for the kids and the bbqs work great!The unit itself was so great for us! Having the 3 full baths was such a blessing. And the bed configuration with the extra beds in 2 rooms made it all work so well. This is the first time we have rented something that actually felt larger than our expectations and pictures. Very comfortable living space and kitchen where everyone can hang out with the view to the ocean. Everything in great shape and functioning.The location is so ideal, being between the busier Kapalua and Kanapali areas so you can go to them if you want, but come back to a nice tranquil place.The biggest negative is that it is such an amazing place to hang out that we didn't venture out as much as we expected. A good problem to have.

Condo was amazing. Small complex right on the beach. 3bed 3 bath, loved that !! We had the family plus grandkids so the beach and the pool were well used. The kitchen is well stocked for any meal you want to cook. We cooked a lot. Emmett was the property manager and was super quick when an issue arose. We would definitely stay here again.

This was such a great place to begin our stay in Maui! The townhome is exactly like the pictures, and best of all, it is incredibly clean. Beds are comfy, too! The beach is so close--just a quick walk through the green grass. The owners answered our questions quickly and genuinely cared about our experience. There are many great restaurants nearby too. This was hands down my favorite condo I have ever stayed in. The AC units worked amazing. Having 3 bathrooms helped so much. And having access to a washer and dryer made for an extremely smooth trip. The views were breathtaking. The beds were comfortable. Everything needed for an infant was already in the condo. The kitchen was used multiple times and was perfectly stocked. The views from the lanai were that of a painting. We cannot wait to come back with my parents. Thanks for an amazing stay.

The condo was nice and clean and many essentials there. We cooked a couple nights and the knives were dull and the pans stick, but overall, clean rooms, the pool was great and we had no issues. It was great that there were beach towels, cooler and chairs available with the condo.

It is very well located to lots in Maui. House well stocked house and kitchen with the little things you need. Beach towels and chairs to use, great AC in all rooms. Modern upgrades in all rooms. View is exactly as described. Small shoreline nearby perfect for sunset watching. Saw turtles! Beach access and sandy shore a 2 min walk from condo. Master bedroom and bath is in a loft, which is stated on the description was fine for us, but for a larger group that stays up late it might be an issue for anyone sleeping in the loft area. Parking only steps to condo, but we could not hear traffic noise. Pool lovely but limited shade in the day. Overall excellent!!!!

The property was absolutely amazing! There was plenty of room for our 6 guest stay. The AC in the condo was fantastic and we were all very comfortable. Beautiful sunsets each night. The pool was comfortable and we used the grill multiple times. There were amenities galore! We saw a ton of wild life in the ocean by the condo (turtles, eagle rays, seals, and some small fish). The water here isn't the clearest for snorkeling, but you are extremely close to other beaches. It is perfect for swimming and lounging about. We were almost never around other people for our swims, which was awesome!

Great condo, everything you could ask for. In the beginning the refrigerator wasn't cold enough however the 2nd day it was better. I texted this concern as well and to notify of a chipped bowl and broken sand chair but no response. All in all, great stay!!

You are moments away from beach and everyday we had a seal come up on the beach! This location is also so close to so many places. We had an excellent time with the condo serving as our home base for all our activities. Especially enjoyed daily swims in the community pool, watching the sunsets from the deck or short walk to beach, and seeing the turtles and crabs.The condo has everything we needed for our family including some beach gear. Far enough from resorts to relax, close enough to walk to restaurants (enjoyed China Boat and Dollie's pub a few times).

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was the perfect size for our family of five—clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything we needed for both beach outings and cooking meals at home. The location was fantastic, close to beautiful beaches and lots of fun activities for the whole family.One thing to note for future guests: the master bedroom is located in an upstairs loft and doesn’t have a door for privacy, and none of the bedroom windows have curtains or blinds. Not a deal breaker for us, but something to be aware of, especially for families with young kids or those who value extra privacy.

The property is great. Very clean awesome location and great condition. The only issue we had was with noise from the upstairs tenant. This building is not new and so it seems like when it was built there was no consideration given to noise abatement. The tenants upstairs were not doing anything outrageous just living normally but you could hear every footstep, chair movement and even snoring in the bedroom above us. If you rent this unit and there is anyway you can find out if someone will be staying in the unit above I would take a pass. Not sure if you can even get access to that kind of info. I try not to give less than 5.0 reviews but I thought future renters should know.

We had a great time with family. The condo is oceanfront and we’re able to sit on the lanai and watch sea turtles swimming around. We also swam and did some snorkel and fishing right on the beach in front of the condo. The pictures about this place are right on. The sunsets in the evening were breath taking. I would book again on our next visit to Maui.
