This was a wonderful place to stay. Our family of 7 adults stayed and there was plenty of room for us all. Courtney was wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had. You are moments away from beach and everyday we had a seal come up on the beach! This location is also so close to so many places. I would give it 5 stars and would highly recommend it as a wonderful place to stay.

We had an excellent time with the condo serving as our home base for all our activities. Especially enjoyed daily swims in the community pool, watching the sunsets from the deck or short walk to beach, and seeing the turtles and crabs.The condo has everything we needed for our family including some beach gear. Far enough from resorts to relax, close enough to walk to restaurants (enjoyed China Boat and Dollie's pub a few times).

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was the perfect size for our family of five—clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything we needed for both beach outings and cooking meals at home. The location was fantastic, close to beautiful beaches and lots of fun activities for the whole family.One thing to note for future guests: the master bedroom is located in an upstairs loft and doesn’t have a door for privacy, and none of the bedroom windows have curtains or blinds. Not a deal breaker for us, but something to be aware of, especially for families with young kids or those who value extra privacy.

The property is great. Very clean awesome location and great condition. The only issue we had was with noise from the upstairs tenant. This building is not new and so it seems like when it was built there was no consideration given to noise abatement. The tenants upstairs were not doing anything outrageous just living normally but you could hear every footstep, chair movement and even snoring in the bedroom above us. If you rent this unit and there is anyway you can find out if someone will be staying in the unit above I would take a pass. Not sure if you can even get access to that kind of info. I try not to give less than 5.0 reviews but I thought future renters should know.

We had a great time with family. The condo is oceanfront and we’re able to sit on the lanai and watch sea turtles swimming around. We also swam and did some snorkel and fishing right on the beach in front of the condo. The pictures about this place are right on. The sunsets in the evening were breath taking. I would book again on our next visit to Maui.

This condo is perfect! You cannot get any closer to the ocean and the views are spectacular. We had four adults and 2 teenage children and never felt cramped or crowded. More than adequately stocked. There were beach chairs and snorkel equipment, beach towels, board games, box fans for each room, air mattresses, and all of the kitchen equipment you would need. Everything is clean and well kept. Literally ON the beach. Master bedroom has a huge picture window overlooking the water. You can open the windows in the bedroom and bathroom and you feel like you are on the beach. Sunsets are breathtaking every night. Pool was great and overlooks the water. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of beach towels and chairs. We rented some Boogie Boards and extra snorkels from Toan at Boss Frogs. He gave us so many good recommendations on snorkeling and boogie board locations. This condo is in a great location. The beds were comfy and it was a perfect set up for our family of 5.

The location was perfect for us. Centrally located to our favorite snorkeling spots, shopping, and restaurants. The unit is a little dated, as they clearly advertise in the description but it was perfect for us and it has everything you need. Kitchen fully equipped with lots of dishes, pots, pans, bowls, storage containers. Pool area was so nice and well kept up. BBQ grills worked great. The view from the patio is amazing and we enjoyed the sunsets from there. Would definitely book it again.

This condo is amazing and had everything we needed. It is spacious and the 3 bed, 3 bath layout was perfect for the 5 of us. It is beautifully updated and decorated, and was spotless. The kitchen is really well stocked and we had everything we needed. The pantry had a nice first aid kit, beach towels, sunscreen, etc. The hosts thought of everything and have created a wonderful getaway.

This was our second stay at this location! What a beautiful place to bring our family of 6. The condo is equipped with everything you need and more. There are ample beach, chairs, snorkel masks, flippers, umbrellas, beach towels, and so much more! This location has a beautiful beach, and is so close to many more! We loved the local coffee shop Hawaiian Vilage coffee- a short walk away! Close drive to Beach Vibes where we enjoyed coffee/sandwiches and acia bowls- many great restaurants in the area too. Wonderful stay! Property just as pictured and listed. It had everything you would need including plenty of beach chairs and toys. Air conditioning worked very well. It is just STEPS from the beach. Nice and quiet, we weren’t disturbed by the other condos. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely come back there again. Location is perfect’ close to all of the big West Maui areas. Pool is wonderful. Pool, landscaping and outside of buildings are very well cared for and updated. Truly loved our experience. We had one small issue at check-in (at no fault of management or owner) and the manager resolved immediately. Excellent service!

This unit was one of our favorite things about our stay in Maui. It was a little far from some of our activities, but we always were excited about spending time back at the house. It was so comfortable & the views were amazing. We could let the kids/teens play on the beach with us watching from the balcony just yards away, but still within voice range. Our only mistake was not bringing a pair of binoculars. We ended up buying some on day 4. There were so many turtles and whales to watch from the balcony.

A late review, but.. I want to tell people about the person that helped save my vacation at this time last year. His name is Randy and I'm not sure if he is the owner of this unit, host, or both, but I am forever grateful for his caring attitude and his willingness to help work out a problem not of his making. At this time last year my son & his wife found out their 4th child was on the way -they already had 3 little ones (oldest being 4 yrs.) My wife & I realized they could really use a vacation so we surprised them with a trip to Maui. We had paid for a property on the water near Napili Shores. The NIGHT BEFORE the kids were flying in I got a voicemail telling me that the unit was flooded from the one above it & that they were cancelling our stay. No apologies. No help. No scrambling to help us find something. Nothing. With no notice they blew up our paid for vacation & couldn't care less. The twist? There was no unit above the one we rented. So I scrambled to find ANYTHING that was available that would come close to what we had. I was finding nothing & starting to panic when somehow I found this perfectly located property & Randy. He jumped in, took charge, got the maids to come early, quickly checked us in and helped arrange the payment situation as VRBO does not allow same day bookings. The guy was kind, empathetic & just awesome. We are forever grateful. Wonderful location, large & clean condo, plenty of A/C. Good beds. A little/lot dated, but the location balances out.

This was an awesome 3-bedroom condo that was perfect for our family of 7. The views from the balcony were fantastic and we enjoyed watching the whales splash in the distance. The pool and the beach were great to have right in your backyard. Each of the rooms had its own AC which was nice and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we found the unit to be very clean. We would definitely stay here again and can't wait to return to Maui.

We loved our stay. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Excellent management team who was very responsive when we needed anything. We requested extra blankets, and they were delivered within a few hours. A fan did not work, and they took care of it immediately. We requested black out curtains, and they were hung by the time we returned from our whale watching excursion. We were so impressed with how spotless the residence was - how responsive the management team was and the level of communication. We could not have asked for more. Now I want to buy a home in Maui and would definitely hire this management company to take care of it for me. I highly recommend this residence, and I would definitely want to return again and again. The location was perfect and within a short driving distance of activities and restaurants we wanted to go to.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our first trip to Maui together and we couldn't have picked a better vrbo. The place was great. Plenty of room for all of us and it came with a fully stocked kitchen and beach toys/gear. AC worked well, nice balcony overlooking the beach, great for morning coffee! The location couldnt be better, in the middle between Kaanapali & Kapalua. The pool was amazing as well and our own little private beach that we went and used many times. Beach towels and toys/chairs they supplied was great during our beach days!Had some minor water issues in the upstairs shower, but fast and easy communication with property manager, got it fixed. Just a small thing to note, large TV in living room is a newer smart tv (apps like Netflix etc, easily accessible), tv's in master and upstairs loft are older (like 1st gen "smart tvs"/hard to use/apps didnt work) if using those tvs would recommend you bring your own fire stick or something.Truly wonderful stay and highly recommend. Cannot beat the location and the overall space. Also, definitely try Miso Phat Sushi in a strip mall about a 10 min walk from the condo (amazing sushi!).

This place was an awesome!! It was clean, well stocked, and perfectly located. We saw whales every day, turtles hung out with us right on the beach for a few days, and a monk seal was beached molting for our entire stay. All seen from our beautiful lanai. The host was quick to respond, although our issue was only about parking, and not the fault of the host. (We didn't have any other issues). Beach chairs, boogie boards and other equipment all supplied. I would highly recommend this property, and we will definitely return. Mahalo for making our trip a 5 star!!

We loved our stay here. We were two couples. The place was nicer than the online pictures showed. Everything seemed new and clean. The ocean view is spectacular and we found ourselves captivated by the whale activity, especially mornings and watching the sunset most evenings. We were impressed by the well-stocked kitchen amenities. Very nice to have abundant beach supplies, towels, sunscreen and other pleasant surprises. Also nice to have a dedicated parking space. The adjacent pool was nice and didn't have any issues with noise at night. Emmett was a really great communicator. The only minor issue was that we received two codes for the door. One worked but it was a little confusing at first. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay with family! Second floor unit with great ocean and pool views. Loved watching the whales! Condo is as pictured but larger and nicer in person. Is super clean, has comfortable beds, is equipped with all necessities as well as everything you could need. Bonus to find books and tons of games/cards, pool floaties, some snorkelling gear and water shoes, so much sand toys, beach chairs, large cooler and small cooler bags, beach and rain umbrellas, vacuum and broom, water bottles. Great host/property manager. Small, quiet, safe, friendly, and beautifully maintained complex. Great for seniors or littles that require minimal walking. Bbqs and pool were used plenty! Beach out front was sometimes non-existent depending on waves, but easy access to a great beach next door, as well as great beaches short drives away. Quick drives to grocery stores and restaurants. Air conditioners were loud/noisy to use at times. Traffic noise was noticeable first thing in the morn being next to a main road, but typically started around when we were waking up anyways. Main bedroom blinds don't go all the way down so parking lot and street lights were in view at night. Pretty minor 'cons' that did not impact the wonderful stay we had! Would definitely stay here again!

We found the condo very well stocked with easy parking and good location for us. Only glitch we had was that we didnt find out until check in that it was a second floor unit with no elevator. I even went back to review the listing to make sure i hadnt missed it under accessibility, nothing mentioned. Would not have been a big deal, other than we had one family member with a bad foot, for which stairs were difficult. Just wanted to let others know as this was unclear to us when booking.

It was clean when we arrived, and the property manager was very responsive before we got there and although we didn’t need during our stay, I was sure he would have been helpful is we had a problem. We just love the location of this condo! As it is on the second floor, overlooking the ocean, we had a spectacular view for sunrise and sunset, with the added bonus of seeing whales migrating! The condo was very spacious, giving everyone enough room to enjoy the trip. This was our second stay at this particular condo, as we enjoy having enough space to invite our adult kids join us. I hope to return again with family in town!

On a busy whale hangout - we saw whales breaching right in front of the condo. Morning and evening were the most active times - perfect with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Located near several excellent restaurants but be sure to make reservations well in advance as they fill up very quickly. The condo was perfect for my family of three and would easily hold a family of six or two couples and two children. Peter communicated everything we needed to know even before we asked. Easy to access, although there is a flight of stairs so pack light (we didn’t).

We had an amazing time staying here! We stayed for a week with our family (7 adults and teens and a baby) and had plenty of room for all of us. The beach gear (chairs, coolers, beach towels, and beach umbrellas) were so nice to use. There was even a stroller we used a couple of times. We loved how quiet and intimate this location felt compared to a big hotel. The beach is small but wonderful for sunbathing and watching the sunset. As others have said, the photos don't accurately reflect how great this property is. It has the rare 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom composition that we six adults and one toddler seem to need, a great location convenient to Kaanapali and Lahaina and more, superb owner communication and responsiveness, and sharp kitchen knives (a big plus for those of us who like to cook). It's a 20 second walk to the pool and a 30 second walk to the small and totally adequate beach on the property. Great views to all the whales, every day, just off shore. All owner instructions were detailed, and included fantastic hints on where to go and what to eat. The amenities in the condo were really appreciated, from the comfortable beds and linens to the toddler furniture to the abundant beach and pool supplies/toys. A few times we had to park our second car across the street, hardly an inconvenience. We hope to be back for another stay!
