Super lovely location with a view of the ocean. The sound of the waves and the view from the condo with a short walk was awesome. Staying in these smaller condos is far superior than the large resorts in my opinion and this location has a great stretch of sandy and rocky beach. The grounds are well taken care of— great pool, awesome rinse off station from coming from the beach and overall a nice place.
The condo itself is updated nicely! I love the open kitchen to allow food prep and the kitchen and bathrooms are stocked well. The cooler, 3 beach chairs and umbrella were great.
The beds are semi comfortable, though a lot of the pillows are very large and full, not great for stomach sleepers. Also, keep in mind that right now they are doing construction on the road really close to the condo and they start early (7:30-8am) during weekdays. It didn’t bother us too much since we were up early, but if you plan to sleep in it is very loud. Also 2 of the porch chairs were broken so we couldn’t eat as a group outside together.
Lastly, hardest part was the temperature. Not having AC made it uncomfortable a lot of the time. There are a lot of fans, but we were constantly trying to manage temperature by having windows open at night as well as windows closed with blinds drawn during the day, while having fans running at all times.
If the condo had AC we would return here in a heartbeat. The owners are kind, the location is prime and the space is well thought out and beautiful.

We have stayed at Kahana Village before and it is wonderful. Great location , lovely grounds and really nice people.. The beach , the pool and the hot tub are all exceptional and because of the small size of the complex, they are never crowded.
Even though Hawaiian beaches are public, this one is almost like a private beach. It is unusual to have more than 15 people on the beach. The pool is a large circle and 3 feet deep all over , so it is a great pool for kids , or just floating.
Every Wednesday night the complex has a party with drinks , a singer and a hula dancer. it is a great place to meet people and to talk more with people you have met during your stay. This is a very family centered resort and our grandson met and played with lots of other kids.
The condo itself is very nice and the pictures are very accurate. It is 1700 square feet so there is plenty of room for everyone. The Lani is large also and has seating for 10 . Each room has its own ac unit so everyone can have their own level of comfort.
I could throw a rock and hit the ocean so you couldn't ask for a closer condo.
Ryan was very responsive . We had an issue with the TV the first day and he responded immediately and ended up having a technician come by the next day to fix it.
We love Kahana Village and this condo is as good as it gets in the village.

It is very hot and warm unless we leave all windows open with patio doors open all day and night. We had to use the ceiling fans and the extra provided fans to move air. Provided entry code didnt work, and had to call someone. It took 20 mins for someone to call back but she was able to assist and reset the code remotely.

Unit is clean and full of supplies that we might expect to use during a week trip. However no AC inside except for ceiling fans and portable fans. It gets pretty warm and a bit uncomfortable at times even at night. Had to leave patio door open and all windows open and all fans on full blast to help with air movement. Entry code didn’t work when we arrived but was able to get a hold of someone via emergency line after 20 minutes

This place had everything you needed, the kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of sleeping space and it’s rare to find a place with 2 bathrooms, which this place had. Great property. Clean, modern, good AC, plentiful parking. Best of all is the location. Quiet sandy beach. Neighboring area properties have lost eroded beaches, but not Kahana Village. Some rocks under water, but nice sand on dry shore. Poor snorkeling. No waves. Great for swimming, sunsets, sunbathing, sand sports. Can hear waves from master bedroom.

The condo was everything as represented and even better! Large unit, super clean, super comfortable with everything neat and in working order. Had a great view from the lanai, which was furnished with two tables, one seating 6, the other 4, which was perfect since we used the indoor table for a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle we brought. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and everything we needed. Great communication beforehand and everything was clear and just perfect!

We enjoyed this condo so much. It’s beautiful and roomy, with everything you need, even a few groceries in the pantry. It has a beautiful view of the ocean with the island of Molokai in the distance. The sunsets are breathtaking. Check-in would have been so much easier if the # sign had been added to the keypad code. It took us a while to figure that out. Also, the condo does get warm on June afternoons. Why not make the investment to add two or three split a/c units to make it absolutely perfect? We were grateful for all the fans! Also adding a note that the office is for the guests of another owner in the same complex would have helped. The grounds are beautiful as well. Wish we could have stayed longer. Mahalo!

The combination of great location, great facility and great unit made for a perfect stay for us. It was three couples (parents with two married children and an infant). It was recently renovated and felt new. The beds were great. The kitchen was well stocked. They had a lot of beach/pool equipment. I think what I liked best was the view from our lanai (only feet from the ocean) and the overall quietness of this resort. There are not many buildings and the units are all larger so I think there are only 20-30 units total. This meant the beach, the pool, and the grounds were very quiet. The beach had a great sandy part but it does become rocky right as you enter the water. The unit was on the far corner of the property. We liked this as it further enhanced the quiet/private feel. Being on the far side of the property, the ocean view is very slightly obstructed by the hedge on the property boundary (80% great view). I would definitely stay here again. I've stayed in Maui 10+ times and this was the first place that made me look up how much it was to buy a unit because I loved it. 5 min to Kapalua. 5 min to Kaanapali. Many of my favorite snorkel beaches were minutes away. Finally, the Emmett was a very responsive and warm host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo has been completely remodeled and updated. We had a minor issue upon arrival, but the property manager was easily reachable and helpful. The view from the lanai is unbelievable! And quick access to the beach was a huge plus. We also enjoyed using the pool, hot tub and grills on the property. We will definitely stay at this property again.

What a fantastic condo located in a beautiful property in an extremely convenient location. Recently up-dated, this 3 bedroom, two bath condo is great for 3 adult couples and one grandbaby. Nothing better than to start your day sitting on the lanai, watching the waves wash-up on the beach 25 feet away or walking 50 feet to the circular pool.
We also can't say enough about Emmett the property manager who brought us a play-pen and a beach umbrella for our grandbaby. Nice guy and very helpful!
Bottom line, great unit, great location and we will certainly book again.

This three bedroom first-floor condominium was lovely, with a view of the ocean from the lanai. The furniture, including the beds, was very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, pots and pans and everything we needed for cooking in. The three bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. There were lots of towels, and beach chairs. My only complaints have to do with the recent renovation. 1. The photos of the property showed a bath tub, which we would have liked to use for our 2 year old grandson. There is no longer a tub at the property, but very nice showers. If you don't have a child this is not an issue. 2. There is no door of any kind on the master bath, which means you have to close the bedroom door and all the curtains to have privacy both for the toilet and the shower. 3. Only one of the remote control devices worked for the air conditioning. This will likely be remedied before new guests arrive. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely stay at this property again.

I booked this property for my mom and aunt. They loved it! The view was gorgeous, the property was easily accessible and furnishings were all high quality. Lol, I’ve heard wonderful things about the refrigerator and couch, in particular.
They were the first guests post construction so there were a couple of minor things that needed to be attended to. Each item was taken care of within hours of notifying Ryan.

We had a great stay at this beachfront condo! Plenty of room for 6 adults, and both the grounds and the unit itself were quiet and well maintained. The beach area is small but perfect to walk along in the evening to catch a sunset, and we walked to get dinner and drinks with no problem. The unit is well-equipped and we appreciated the use of beach chairs and a cooler during our stay. We would absolutely come back, and stay longer next time!

The unit is very private and provides a lovely ocean outlook through lush vegetation. The terrace is furnished with a large dining set and a wonderful bistro set for morning coffee and sunset beverages. Would definitely rent here again. The manager was helpful and easy to communicate with. The condo is spacious, clean, well stocked and was perfect for our family vacation. Can’t beat a private beach and spotless pool! Easy to use gas grills just a minute walk from the unit. We grilled steaks our last night and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Truly a fantastic stay worth the price.

The property was such a delight for our group of 4 adults. Plenty of space and a tasteful, comfortable setting. So great to have the beach and pool a minute away.
The only issue we had was that some of the glassware and cups in the cabinets were not very clean when we arrived. But overall the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and anything a cook would need.
We would definitely return to this property in the future.

We could not have been happier with our stay. The unit was perfect for 6 adults (3 couples). We had plenty of room to be together and plenty of room to have our own space. The lanai was SO NICE!!! Great seating and the VIEW- absolutely breath taking. We watched whales breach as we enjoyed out morning coffee. The unit is well stocked and even had some extras that we didn't expect like laundry soap, water toys, and a cooler. We had more than enough bath and beach towels for our 4 night stay. The pool and hot tub were clean with lots of chairs and umbrellas. We did not use the gas grills but we saw others use them every night and kinda wished we had a free night to grill. During our Hawaii vacation, we went to black sand beach, the red sand beach, Waikiki Beach and many other beaches but the best beach was THE PRIVATE BEACH at this complex!!!!
There are stores , a gas station and restaurants close by including a McDonalds. (all walkable within a mile)
We absolutely loved this community. We had a VERY SMALL issue and the property manager handled it immediately.
We could not have been happier and hope to stay in this unit and complex again one day!

First time in Hawaii! Had a lovely, lovely time. Beautiful property! Clean, well maintained and quiet. We especially enjoyed the giant sea turtle who swims offshore and takes his siestas on the beach in front of the property.
Our accommodations were very nice with comfortable bedding and a well stocked kitchen. After our departure, we asked the owner to consider a privacy liner in the 3rd bedroom facing the parking lot. I love a good bamboo curtain, but they're too see thru for a window that runs the length of the room and is on eye level with the property's sidewalk. Not a major inconvenience for us - we were always out enjoying the sights - but something to be aware of if you get that bedroom. 😉

We had a wonderful time at this Maui condo! Place was very clean and extremely roomy. Wonderful location! Very quiet area but still close drive to the various tourist areas and sites. Beach and pool were fabulous. We loved the view and ate many meals on the spacious lanai enjoying the beautiful views and watching the sea turtles in the ocean. Was treated to watching a sea turtle sun itself on the beach as we took a walk.
Host was very understanding about Covid restrictions, allowing us to reschedule a few times since our original dates were during the lockdown. Very grateful for their cooperation and the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful location!

We had a fabulous time over Labor Day weekend in Kahana. The condo was the perfect size for our two families, four adults and two kids. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and we did a lot of cooking. The location of the condo had an amazing view and we saw several rainbows from the patio throughout our stay. The Kahana Village property is lovely and basically on a private beach which was perfect and calm for kids to play. We loved staying at this condo and we hope to stay here again.

The location is perfect, so close to all the great snorkeling. We had (7) people from (70) to (11). Worked well for everyone. Very nice mostly private beach. Very secluded. Close enough to food and towns to get supplies, but well outside the crazy crowds. The support staff were great, timely and responsive. Thank all so much. Hope to come back in the future.

This was a celebratory retirement trip for my mom. It was everything we hoped for & then some. My kids, 3 & 5, had a blast and the property was gorgeous, kid friendly and just perfect. Our family had a wonderful time at Kahana Village! It was exactly what we were looking for. Great location and amenities. We met Mike and Andrew near the pool and they were wonderful. The beach is nice too. The water is calm and cool and although there are rocks on the sides, the middle entry is sandy. We saw so many turtles! Our unit was well maintained, the beds were comfortable and communication was excellent. We hope to be back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay in Maui. The unit was perfect for our family. It has three king size beds so everyone was very comfortable. It is only a few steps from a nice, fairly secluded beach and they provided everything we needed to enjoy the beach. There is plenty of parking near the unit so it is easy in and out. Highly recommend.
