Our condo is one of the very few that has a breathtaking, unobstructed ocean view where you can enjoy the best sunset on Maui while sipping beverages on the lanai.
Situated on the West edge of Maui between the world-famous golf town Kapalua and world-famous Ka'anapali Beach and Lahaina towns, you are perfectly positioned to access world-renowned beaches, elite golf courses, snorkeling & ocean activities, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and historic attractions all within a short drive.
The Kahana Outrigger is a small, quaint complex located on the Lower Road which runs parallel to the main highway on Maui. The Pacific Ocean is in plain view from anywhere on the property. The common pool deck is newly renovated as of March 2024 and features 2 BBQ's for cooking in and a large heated pool. An intimate secluded beach flanked by lava rocks is just steps away, with boundless ocean in sight and glimpses of neighboring islands Lanai and Molokai on the horizon. You can find coffee, dining and shopping less than half a mile away, including local favorites Miso Phat Sushi & Dollie’s Pub and Café.
Since acquiring this property in Summer 2021, we have upgraded furnishings, paint, and flooring to keep the condo modern and comfortable. It will truly feel like you're home away from home! The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, a new range and new appliances. There is a washer/dryer in unit to accommodate longer stays and fresh towels.
Please note - our lanai gets direct sun midday and can get quite hot. We invite you to enjoy your morning coffee, or sunset cocktails here with the soothing sounds of the tide right below.
FYI: Our property was completely unharmed during the disaster in August and we are happy to report that the governor has re-opened travel and tourism as of October 8, 2023. We warmly and graciously welcome your stay here as we are eager to support all of the Maui businesses who have been struggling without tourism.

The location of this property is tough to beat. 10 steps to the pool and 10 steps to the beach made it easy for us to keep track of our young kids and allow them to swim wherever they wanted. Condo is well appointed and has a lot of beach/water toys. Dara was very helpful when getting ready for our stay.

Very comfortable beds, a great locations, beautiful spot for our family of four kids ranging 10-19. Something for everyone, including my early am dip into the ocean for surfing and snorkeling. Hard to get any better. And the condo is so well suited and put together. We would definitely do it again! A wonderful place.

The location of this accommodation was terrific. Having morning coffee on the patio listening to the water and then watching the sunsets in the evening was a highlight of our trip. We liked having the option of swimming in the ocean or dipping into the pool without having to leave our complex. The house was clean and the property manager was very prompt in our general inquiries.

My family loved this place. Was me, my husband, and my 12 and 15 year old. Perfect spot for privacy. Balcony right on the water with a small private beach to the left and right. Close to gas station, and dining is walking distance. Rooms were spacious and clean. They have everything you need to cook, washer and dryer, even shampoo/conditioner, beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach umbrellas. We will be staying here again for our next trip.

This place was everything we hoped for and more. It was great as a home base for our our family of 6 with teens to explore all corners of the island, but it would be equally great for a family to just enjoy the immediate area and poolside lounging. Kitchen is great, outdoor toy closet is super convenient, great sunsets, I could go on and on. Great hosts and very well kept, family oriented property. 100% recommend.

A beautiful condo overlooking a beautiful island. My family of 5 stayed a week at the Kahana Outrigger condo 3B1, and could not have been happier. The condo was comfortable, and the ocean views were breathtaking. It was an unforgettable experience to walk right across the lawn to the beach. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to have a perfect Maui vacation. Thank you for the wonderful rental experience!!

This condo is in a great location and was very clean and spacious plus it is located just 20 yards from the beach. We enjoyed 6 gorgeous sunsets from the condo's deck. Throughout the day from the deck we could also watch the whales putting on their shows: breaching and spouting.
We took full advantage of all the beach accessories available with the unit: beach chairs, boogie boards, large beach towels, beach umbrella and snorkel gear.
The kitchen is fully equiped and we made dinner 3 of our 6 nights. The Host was very responsive to any of my questions and we would absolutely stay here again.
