DT Fleming Beach Park offers good swimming and also occasional boogie boarding surf. At 500 yards long, this is the biggest beach north of Kaanapali and can easily accommodate its patrons even on busier weekends. This is also one of the few beaches in the area that has lifegaurds. As is the case for many Maui beaches, conditions tend to be better in mornings before winds pick up.
