We were so happy with our stay! It's always risky picking a place just from online reviews, but this one is a definite winner!. The property is beautifully maintained and the condo has been nicely updated. Best of all is the view from the lani and living room, stunning! When they say "ocean front" they mean it! The condo is very spacious. We had 9 adults and everyone had room. The bedrooms are spacious, as well as the kitchen and bathrooms. The lani has gorgeous views of the ocean, where I sat every morning with my coffee...perfect! I feel very lucky to have found such a perfect place large enough to comfortably accomodate my large group. The air conditioners in each room are wonderful and there are plenty of towels. Check in was easy and the property manager was readily available. Everyone in our group loved the condo and I consider myself very lucky to have found this property and hope to stay again!!

This property exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect and the view of the ocean was spectacular. Watching the beautiful sunsets from the lanai was one of our favorite things to do. We had 5 adults staying in the condo and we had plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked, but there is an ant issue that needs to be addressed. Other than that we enjoyed our week stay!

The condo was perfect in every way. Location right on the beach, amenities, and furnishings were all top of the line. Immaculate rooms, comfortable beds and enough room for the 7 of us to spread out as we spent a week together. The property manager was always accessible and quick to respond to any questions we had. Wonderful Maui vacation for my husband and myself, our son, daughter in law, daughter, and two teenage grandaughters. Perfect location for a perfect vacation.

This was a great family vacation! The condo was truly beautiful and had all the amenities you could possibly want.
Good central location with the beach just steps away. The water at this location was somewhat rocky but not bad with water shoes. We saw several turtles here which was more than Turtle Town.

This was one of the most amazing places we have stayed! The location is unbeatable and the condo is just as described. It was clean and ready when we arrived. We had one tiny little issue in the beginning and the property manager was quick to respond, so helpful! We were worried after reading some of the other reviews that the beach area right by the condo was unusable most of the time, but we found the exact opposite! The beach was amazing! Our family went straight out and snorkeled with sea turtles almost every morning! Such a special place! We enjoyed every single day here, truly a piece of paradise!

We had a family of 8 staying in this beautiful place and it had plenty of space. It has been recently remodeled and everything was new and nice. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were comfortable. We loved being ocean side and we sat out on the balcony every night to watch the sunset and listen to the waves lap up against the shore. We went to sleep every night listening to the waves. The location is in a nice quiet area that is close to everything from grocery stores and restaurants to activities. Highly recommend this place. We can't wait to come back!

This property is beyond beautiful and I would definitely recommend staying here. Our family intends to be there again soon. We had 6 adults and 2 kids, with plenty of space, an absolutely incredible view right over the ocean, easy 1 minute walk access to the beach and pool, and quick drives to everywhere we wanted to be between Lahaina and Napili Beach.
The check in was super simple - we received the door code a few days before arrival in an email and we even were granted an earlier check in time (huge thanks!) based on our flight arrival.
All of the communication with Ryan and his partner was really easy, prompt, and accommodating throughout our stay. Great hosts!

The 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My husband said it was the first rental home we have ever stayed in that was better than the pictures. Everything was comfortable and the views were amazing. We watched whales and turtles from the porch, enjoyed cooking in the kitchen (and grilling) and enjoyed relaxing on the beach and at the pool. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location - honestly cannot beat the location. Complex was very nice and this is the nicest unit in the place. Watched whales off the lanai daily. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of seasonings and odds and ends available, as well as detergent for dishwasher and laundry, plenty of paper products, and personal care items - even a flat iron! Beds were comfortable, plenty of hangers too. Sounds of the waves permeated the entire unit 24/7 - LOVE! I would say we could not get the condo cool enough for our liking but we might as well be Eskimos LOL. Will definitely stay again if we come back to Maui. Booked 1 night at the Westin down the road just to shower, etc. after we checked out here since our flight wasn't until 10p and we are SO GLAD we booked this condo vs the resort!

Had a great stay! We saw so many turtles our first morning there, even a Reef shark near the shore that evening! Views are absolutely beautiful. Very comfortable beds, clean and roomy! A/C and fans throughout for comfort.
Well stocked, which is a nice bonus. A lot of beach items to use. Nice location for beaches, shopping and food. Hope to return!

My family and brothers brought our Mom for her 60th bday and we were all very satisfied with this location. We were able to fit 5 adults and 3 kids comfortably and we spent many evenings sitting around spending great family time together.
The communication with the managers was top notch and they accommodated our special need without hesitation.
When we go back to Maui this spot will be at the top of the list!

The condo was a great location, steps to the beach and pool. Very well stocked with everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation. Fit our family of seven perfectly. The only downside was it was not very clean when we arrived. We had to change the sheets on our bed as there were stains on them. The rugs were really dirty and dirty marks on the walls around door casings and so on. We had to sweep and mop the floors and lanai as well. The sofa was dirty and smelled bad. Such a nice unit but not well kept.

Property location as pictured. Beach not as useable as noted. Beach on the left side of complex was always under water. The beach to the right was very rocky and not very user friendly. The carpets and upholstery need shampooing. Dvd player not working and tv's difficult to operate due to having to use multiple remotes. Did see turtles and rainbows and the views are great. The surf sounds can't be beat.

The property and location were fantastic. Ocean front condo, very clean, spacious and well stocked and appointed. We had 6 adults and were very comfortable. Property manager was very helpful and responsive to any questions, requests, etc. Able to watch the sunset from the condo, grass lawn or beach. The beach next to the condo is stunning and so uncrowded that it almost felt private. Absolutely loved our time in Kahana and at this property. We will definitely be back!

This exceeded our expectations by far. This property had the most breathtaking views, my family enjoyed every sunset and dinner on the Lani. We seen turtles everyday for our Lani and in the water from the beach , it was phenomenal ! Very beautifully decorated and well kept condo . We felt we had everything we needed upon arrival, stocked kitchen, plenty of beach towels and enjoyed the beach chairs with our trips to Makena ( my favorite beach)! This was our first trip to Maui and I am so thankful for the opportunity to stay here , 32B definitely made our vacation so much more special. Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The condo was perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. We loved being so close to the beach and having our morning coffee and looking for turtles out on the lanai every morning. The storage full of beach supplies was a huge bonus and we used boogie boards, chairs, snorkel gear, etc. The proximity to everything was also great. We felt like we were in our own oasis away from everything but a quick drive got us there. Emmett was very helpful and quick to respond to us when we needed some assistance. We loved our stay and hope to return!

Our family really enjoys this condo. Our favorite spot of course is the lanai where we enjoy watching whales breach and spout, the sunsets and of course the ocean. The condo is extremely comfortable and well equipped. Air conditioning in the living room and all the bedrooms along with the ceiling fans makes sleeping also comfortable. We cooked many meals in the modern well equipped kitchen. The bathrooms are modern with a walk in shower on the main floor which was appreciated after spending time in the ocean. On the grounds is a swimming pool and BBQ area. The beach which is steps away almost seems like a private beach although we share it with the other 15 condos in the complex. We really like the location as we can get to the beaches we like to snorkel very easily and shopping and dining is readily available within a short drive. Lahaina is 15-20 minute drive and Whalers Village 5-10 minute drive. This is the perfect vacation condo for us our children and grandchildren.

Unit was exactly as presented. Fit our family of eight perfectly. Beach right outside the door with reef, whale watching and sea turtles there daily. Beautiful sunsets! Had a wonderful experience at the condo with beautiful views and access to a small beach. The place is tastefully furnished and has many beach accessories including surf board, noodles and chairs. The management company was very responsive and responded to messages promptly.
The upstairs bedroom is more like a loft where wooden curtains are used as privacy barriers.
Our family of 7 had a great stay at the place. Beautiful sunsets and we were able to see many whales playing right from the balcony.

Unbelievable visit and stay at your Kahana location. We will be returning again for sure. Had everything we needed. Local shops and store so close by if anything was ever missed. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable and even closer to the water than it looks in photos! Just a short drive to restaurants in Lahaina or Kapalua. We appreciated the air conditioning in the late afternoon and watching the evening sunset from the lanai. We will stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location is amazing, right on the water, and the unit is wonderful. It is a very spacious condo with all the amenities and comforts that we could possibly need! Emmett and Ryan were wonderful to work with and Emmett went the extra mile for us when we needed to leave a couple of suitcases behind when moving to another location in Maui. He delivered them to the next location although we'd planned to pick them up later. We are very grateful for his kindness. Mahalo! We will be coming back for sure!

Lovely home with sweeping views of the ocean from every room. Contemporary designs throughout make you feel like you are in an upscale property. Very well-stocked house upto the smallest details like dishwasher and washing machine pods, kitchen items, beach equipment etc. etc. Pack light if you're staying here, and enjoy the property!
The only thing to maybe consider is that while the house is superlative, the property itself is quite small and won't be like a large hotel.
But in all, a great experience and worth the cost!

This was a great unit for us. We have twin 9 year olds and 13&15 Year old daughters. We were able to have the teens take the upper master and we stayed downstairs with our twins. The view was fantastic. The unit had everything we needed. Loved having the small sandy beach area and grassy area for kids to play. The closet of beach toys was outstanding. We were able to book a few things to do, but be sure to book as much in advance as possible. With Covid restrictions finding openings for our group of 6 was pretty difficult. We loved our time on Maui and already dreaming of another future visit! Thanks so much!

The location is a hidden gem with a beach outside your door, and outfitted with everything you need for a vacation on the beach. There are amazing top beaches nearby, and the unit has beach closet with beach chairs, body boards, umbrella, beach toys-no need to purchase anything. The amenities in the condo are top notch. The kitchen has everything you need for making meals. One thing you might not think about is air conditioing, and this unit has the QUIET Daikin units in each room-not the loud window units you find in the majority of rentals. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Maui.

We always stay on Kaanapali beach but wanted something w/less crowds. This was ideal. You cannot get closer to the ocean. Earplugs needed if you like no sound when you sleep. Beach & pool were never busy & grilled several nights w/no issues. Great snorkeling 5 min away at Napili Bay, boogie boarding at DT Fleming 7 min away & we used beach access at Hyatt 7 min south. Several in our party snorkeled right out front of condo.Close to everything but away from the hustle & bustle. Condo had everything we needed & Josh is great to work with. My only advice for the owners is to get rid of the carpet (think tile) & the place would be perfect. Its pretty close as is and you honestly cannot beat the location. We will be back ( not soon enough but soon). Best vacation ever!

For our first stay in Maui, we were very pleased with this condo. You couldn't ask for a better view and great amenities. You may luck out and be able to use leftover items from previous people such as laundry soap and coffee filters, otherwise you will need to purchase all extras (including salt, pepper, spices,etc) We appreciated the cooler, chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc that were provided. It was quiet and not too busy down at the beach area (except for the drone that another renter was flying a few times) We were still able to see whales, turtles by the shore, and had sunny weather in the 80's every day! We forgot our binoculars, so I suggest bringing some for whale watching at a closer view. We found that snorkeling at our beach or locations nearby on our own was the best. There is a rental shop, gas station/general store, coffee shop, etc. just down the road which is convenient. Josh was pleasant and prompt in answering any questions or concerns.

This is a fabulous location and property!! Just steps from the beach. Our daughter and husband and 3 young children joined us for the week. First thing every morning found them swimming the the wonderful bay while my husband and I enjoyed coffee on the lanai watching for whale sightings. There were plenty of sand and water toys provided at the property for them to enjoy. I highly recommend this place and hope to return!

We rented Kahana Outriggers 32B for our family vacation. We had 6 adults and it was very roomy and comfortable. The condo was clean and very tastefully furnished / decorated. The beach and the pool were beautiful and so convenient. Not crowded at all. So much nicer than a large resort. The view from the balcony was stunning. We cooked quite a few of our own meals and found the kitchen very well stocked. I would recommend buying groceries at Napili Market. It was near by with a great selection. We had a great vacation. I wish we were still there. I would definitely recommend this unit to others.

Our family of 7 adults and 2 children stayed at the Kahana Outrigger unit 32B. We had the best vacation ever ! The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The beach is accessible and not crowded. The view from the lanai is stunning. I would love to stay there forever!
The hosts are fantastic, and to share a personal story- I left my rings in the room locker. I kept it there to avoid them getting lost while swimming, and carelessly forgot about it while traveling home. The rings had sentimental value. My grandfather and husband had gifted me those at special occasions. We frantically contacted Barb and Josh, and they shipped the jewelry back to us promptly. I am so happy with their professionalism and hospitality. I thoroughly recommend Kahana Outrigger to every family! We had a memorable vacation !

We have stayed here multiple times in the same unit and we love it every time. The location simply can't be beat. And the unit has new blinds which make it cooler in the afternoon which is great. Our favorite part is always up early with coffee and watching turtles and then cap off the day watching the sunset from lanai. The waves on the beach are mesmerizing. Even with storm Darby it couldn't dampen our spirits. Lots of beach activities 5-10 minutes in both directions, Kapalau and Kaanapali and we went surfing on Laniupoko beach which I recommend. Barb and Josh were wonderful during the whole reservation, checkin and checkout process. Lots of space in the unit and also on the grounds. This is small quaint complex with a great feel and no crowds. Access to pool and poolside BBQ was easy and never crowded. This condo has a fully loaded kitchen and everything worked like it should. Fridge and microwave are brand new since our last visit. And there were plenty of pool chairs and even a cooler to take with us to the great beaches. We would recommend this to all our friends and family and we already have plans to return. Mahalo

The condo was almost perfect. With the exception of a very few very minor things that needed fixing, this unit was otherwise beyond reproach. The decor was perfect, the sense of openness and space was heavenly, and the location? If you were any closer to the ocean, you'd be sleeping underwater. The view was breathtaking from every window and we quite honestly felt like we were at home the moment we arrived. Access to the beach couldn't have been closer or easier, and what a wonderful beach - beautiful sand and water and not crowded like at larger resorts. Pool and bbq area was also fantastic. We cannot wait to return to Maui and intend to rent this unit again. Honestly, the only bad part about staying here was having to leave it behind and come home.

I had never been to Hawaii but always dreamed of going. The weather was perfect and this condo was perfect. From the surf-side lanai off the living room I watched whales playing all day. The condo is located right on the sand, is private and is luxuriously and tastefully redecorated and has the feel of a spacious luxury home in an exclusive neighborhood. It was immaculate and even more striking than the listing photos. It is minutes to the charming town of Lahaina with excellent island shopping and some great restaurants.
