Pleasantly surprised by the inside of the condo. Usually online photos are enhanced or make the property look better than it is, but this condo was exactly as described! We really enjoyed our stay! Very clean! Love that it had wood floors and no carpet! The only thing I would recommend to others is to be sure to read description for parking! We had our car rental before we chose the condo and we had rented a jeep. The parking is EXTREMELY small. The jeep fit but we scraped the top every time we entered and exited. Not sure what people do if they had already rented a van or something larger. Other than that great place and good location as well. We did not snorkel at the beach right there but we did see turtles and the water was exceptionally blue, However, it was rough off and on.

The Hoyochi Nikko is a small and well cared for complex, with everything we could want. My daughter (18) and I snorkeled from the beach in front of the property, and enjoyed incredible morning rainbows and evening sunsets from our lanai. Unit was clean and well apportioned. Very comfortable bed. We had a wonderful time.

We had a great stay at Aloha Maui Condos! Bianca was great to work with and quick to respond. The condo was nicely appointed with updated kitchen and bathroom. There were even beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella to use. Amazing sunset views each night from the condo. We were able to watch sea turtles from the lanai daily. We enjoyed snorkeling and sunbathing right out back. The location was great! Very close to other wonderful snorkeling spots, restaurants/food trucks, coffee shops and more. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at Kathy & Walt’s place. Communication was great. The location is perfect, the condo is just right for a couple. Well equipped with everything you need for exploring Maui & for relaxing poolside next to the ocean. The grounds are very well maintained and the onsite manager is friendly but doesn’t bother anyone. Sunsets are always amazing and it is always very quiet. We will be back! Mahalo!

Luckily for me, this was my second stay this year at Mark's oceanfront condo. Perfectly situated, this condo is super clean and has all the amenities one could need. Including beach chairs, beach cooler and umbrella. The kitchen is very well equipped including salad spinner, Instapot, and electric frypan. As it was warmer in May than in January, was super great having the AC, when needed. The big sea turtles beached right out front and were seen daily. And the great news: Im returning in August!

This was our second time staying in Hoyoch Nikko complex but by far our favorite unit. The place was clean, stocked with everything we needed and even had sharp knives 😱 Every time we needed something in the kitchen it was there, the furniture was all supportive and comfortable and it really felt like the owns had gone the extra mile on decorations and getting quality furnishings.

Paradise sums up this property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was stunning from the moment we walked through the door and the waves lulled us to sleep at night. The grounds are well kept as is the pool. While we were here we saw a few whale spouts off in the distance but the real joy was seeing the sea turtles swimming by the shore daily. We even had up close experience with the turtles while relaxing in the water. They swam so close that two green turtles grazed my legs as they passed!
The other guests staying here are warm and friendly and it was always fun talking with everyone gathered by the pool or by the stone wall. Paradise in every way!
NOTE:
When we arrived we were driving a compact suv that was NOT compact enough for the unit parking space. The next morning we drove back to the airport and switched out our car for the smallest suv they had. So please keep this in mind when renting a car.

An absolutely incredible time, relaxing and swimming in the ocean with turtles. They were present everyday and were so friendly! We also saw a monk seal and whales. Truly a vacation like no other. Condo is clean, updated, furnished with nice goods. Easy to make home for the week. Rental company was very responsive and helpful when we needed an extra night. Two teens upstairs in twin beds, mom and dad in king bedroom. Living room and spacious balcony allowed everyone space to have down time. We saw many turtles, and whales spouting off the coast. A/C was cool, and ceiling fans were great with the double sliding doors open.

Mark’s place is incredible! The pictures don’t do this place justice. The place is quiet yet family friendly. There are only about 14 total units as part of the property. Everyone is nice. Especially, the resident manager Allyn. He was gracious enough to swap parking spots with us when I showed up with a bigger rental. You need a full-size car! Don’t let company give you anything bigger.
Anyway, the sea turtles swim right to the wall. Plus, we watched whales do all sorts of breaches in the distance. Sunsets were amazing.

What a lovely place to stay in Maui. Accommodations were clean and had all the amenities you would need. It was nice having plenty of towels and laundry in the unit if needed.
We traveled with two older teenagers and having the larger space compared to a hotel room made our visit much more enjoyable.
I loved how we could just walk in the backyard and take a dip in the ocean without having to walk far or drive. You could see whales from our balcony and saw quite a few sea turtles. Coffee and a market were in walking distance. Short car ride to resturants.
The grounds were and clean and tidy. I noticed someone in the yard daily wiping down chairs and getting everything in order for guests.
An easy and relaxing stay without the hassle of staying in a large hotel.
We would book again at this location.

The condo at Hyochi Nikko was exactly what we had hoped for after doing a year’s research to find a special place for our once in a lifetime trip to Maui. Firstly, the view was gorgeous and so relaxing as we watched the sun go down and come up over the waves as we sat in the living room or on the balcony. The photos online depicted well what it actually looks like. It’s a bit smaller inside, but we liked the coziness. I personally enjoyed the decor, especially all the original artwork! WIFI worked great, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for the few meals we made there. The location was fabulous as all the NW snorkeling bays were just within minutes from our condo. If a person wanted to go to the very developed Kaanapali beach area, it was only 8 mins away. At the same time, we could relax at our more peaceful, beautifully landscaped beachfront yard where we spent one afternoon watching whales breach about 1/4 a mile in front of us!! We also LOVED the quaint little strip of stores a 5 min walk away where we found the wonderful Farmer’s Market organic store that had incredible immune boosting smoothies, a salad and soup bar and six or so daily hot food items. The snorkle store (Boss Frogs) was right there as well for all your rental needs along with a great little Island hand made gift store and Bad Ass Coffee! Walt was a great owner who was always available if any issues came up. We began missing being there the minute we got home!!

This condo is in a prime location. The space was comfortable for two couples. The pool was very nice. The stairwell into the ocean requires right water conditions, but it is so convent there is room to complain. Grill at the pool is gas and very very nice. Condo was equipped a lot of bath and beach towels, full kitchen equipment, a coffee machine and blender. The main bedroom had a big closet and comfortable king bed. The loft has a big closet, plenty of storage, fans, and a queen bed (warning stairs to the loft are spiral). Bathroom was nice with a bath/shower (a little outdated, but fully functional). Beach supplies were also supplied; chairs and cooler. Thank you! We’d love to return anytime we can!

Beautiful views of Molokai and Lanai. We didn’t have to drive far for the sandy swimmable beach. This oceanfront cottage styled condo was perfect with all the amenities you need.
