The AC was wonderful. It was centrally located to all of the places we wanted to visit. We absolutely loved the pool and the beach being so close to the unit. Spectacular ocean front condo in Maui. Our family of four had the most amazing time in this beautiful rental. The property was clean, had absolutely everything we could need and more, and the most amazing balcony sunsets. We loved being able to walk right into the ocean to swim with the turtles and the property had many amenities to borrow. It’s a short walk to coffee, bakeries and more. As others mentioned the parkings a bit tight so just get a shorter car. We look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Maui! It was the perfect size for our family of two adults and three kids. The condo was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Being right on the beach was the highlight—we loved being able to walk right out to the ocean or pool each day. One of the highlights of our trip was being able to snorkel at the beach right in front of the complex. We were able to see many different types of fish, sea turtles, and even a monk seal. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting Maui!

The property was cozy and in a fantastic waterfront location. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the property manager did an excellent job keeping everything immaculate.The listing photos made the property appear larger than it actually was, so it felt a bit smaller than we expected. We were traveling with our adult son, who stayed in the upstairs loft. Even he was cautious using the stairs, so guests with mobility concerns or young children should keep that in mind.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location and well-kept property made for a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

This was our family’s second time staying at Hoyochi Nikko 204, and returning reminded us why we loved it so much the first time. The condo and setting are truly special, it’s peaceful, relaxing, and right on the water with beautiful ocean views. We loved eating breakfast on the lanai each morning, watching spectacular sunsets, seeing majestic sea turtles swimming by, and enjoying the easy access to the beach and snorkeling.The location is wonderful: close to great beaches, restaurants (nearby food trucks were great!), and activities, but still quiet enough to feel like a restful retreat. We also really appreciated how clean Jody had the condo for our arrival, and how friendly and welcoming she always is.Patricia is a lovely host with great communication and we really appreciated the opportunity to stay here again. It was the perfect place for our family to relax and make more Maui memories. It was hard to leave, but look forward to returning.

It truly was a 10 out of 10 for scenery and convenience.The only thing worth mentioning is that if you’re traveling with four adults (or two adults and older teenagers), the space can feel a little crowded. That said, it was very quiet, comfortable, and worked well for our family.Overall, we had a great experience, would definitely recommend this property, and hope to come back again someday!

This location exceeded all expectations. We wish we had spent more nights here as it had everything we wanted and more. You can’t beat being 20 feet from the pool and beach, and going out snorkeling as you wish. Lots of sea turtles that swim by too! Good local places to eat and close enough to great hikes and beaches. Place was clean, AC in the bedroom was amazing. Has everything you need! We will be back! One thing to be mindful of is the parking space clearance was 5’7”, so recommend renting a sedan if driving!

The location is fabulous. The view is gorgeous, washer and dryer help us pack half the normal amount, the hosts are quick to reply and so friendly to deal with. The pool is clean and there are noodles and such in the garage to use. It is quiet and away from crowds. BEWARE: WHEN RENTING A CAR, READ THE OWNER SUGGESTION ON SIZE. THE PARKING SPOT WILL NOT FIT ANYTHING BUT THE SUGGESTED. So happy we read that part!

Very nice condo clean and updated. Nice deck and outside lawn area. Parking was an issue. Company worked with us to make sure we could park in another space other than our condo’s parking, since we had a jeep. We appreciated their help. Even then, parking was very tight and small parking lot. Some of the parking was under building, so there was no way we could have drove under building. Other issue we had, was no one could take a shower and have hot water the full time. Half way through it turned to cold water. This was an issue.

The property has a great location right on the beach. It is within walking distance to a number of restaurants and shops, including a food truck court that has just about everything you would want to eat. The place was so clean. The view was beautiful! The beach was unfortunately now there due to severe rains in the recent weeks, however we saw plenty of turtles from our balcony! It was in a great location! Our suv fortunately BARELY made it, but there were SO many mosquitos and it was a little dirty down in the parking garage. It would be hard to park if the parking garage had been full, luckily it was not. The AC worked great and all we had to buy was laundry soap. I would stay here over and over!!

Bit of an older property with amazing views but the check-in process and our first night was a miss. We found beach flies everyone in the condo (there must have been 100s) when we first walked in. Host is not site so a property manager was sent in but he didn’t really do much other than speculate on what type of bug it is. My wife needed up spending an hour cleaning up the unit before we could settle in. Communication with the host was rather poor as well.

This condo is exactly as described. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary so we wanted a secluded place with amazing views. We truly felt we were the only ones visiting as we enjoyed this corner unit. The property manager keeps the beautiful grounds extremely clean. If you want to be close to the water look no further. We found ourselves close to all the beautiful beaches which we took full advantage of. This unit comes with beach chairs, ice chest and an umbrella to enjoy your beach days. We will definitely rebook this unit as it felt like home with wonderful positive energy. Simply perfect!

We had an amazing spring break stay at this Maui condo—perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with more cooking utensils than we expected, which made meals simple and enjoyable. The beds were big and very comfortable, and the beautiful tile shower was a nice touch after a day in the sun. We also appreciated the extras like plenty of beach chairs and a cooler—everything we needed for fun without having to rent anything.The location couldn’t have been better—close to great local restaurants, shops, and beaches, all just a short drive or walk away. The view from the condo was beautiful, and one of our favorite parts was seeing tons of sea turtles every evening—it made the experience feel truly special. The pool area, outdoor grills, and cooking space were fantastic for relaxing and enjoying meals outside. The grounds were clean, well-maintained, and inviting. This is a lovely quiet condo in our favorite property in West Maui. It is ideal for 2 people and would be ok with a small child. We spent most of our time on the lanai. It was the tail end of whale season so we saw many whales during our stay. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short by several days due to the rare Kona Wind 5 day event which brought torrential rain and wind to all of Hawaii, especially Maui. Condo owners Walt & Kathy were good communicators as we scrambled to catch our flight. Despite this setback we intend to book this condo again as we hope for recovery of this beautiful island.

Walt and Kathy were top notch hosts. They provided all of the info that we needed for a pleasant stay. Maui was having high winds and the power was out for a short time. They continued to send updates about possible outages in the area. They are genuinely nice people.The condo had everything we needed including a junk drawer with scissors, twisties, extension cords, etc. We cooked every day and had all of the pans and utensils necessary. There were also grills that we saw other people using. The bed was super comfy, lots of hot water in the roomy shower, and a great air conditioner in the bedroom. The rest of the condo was kept cool from cross ventilation between windows. We loved watching all the turtles in the water and on the beach. Whales were constantly spouting a few hundred yards offshore. We even saw a mom and baby logging upside down. So precious!Okay now negatives to keep the review honest. The building next door has a balcony facing the condo's balcony. It's less than 100 feet away at the same level so I never got used to it. The condo's assigned parking spot isn't as small as it looks. We were able to fit a Chevy Trax with plenty of clearance. I wouldn't try anything bigger. FYI We watched other visitors with jeeps and SUVs trying to park in the garage. The clearance was 5'7 so we saw a roof rack touching the ceiling. Those are the only negatives. We highly recommend staying at Hoyochi Nikko!

Pros: The view is spectacular. Water is easily accessible for snorkeling. There are lots of rocks around the entrance to the ocean, which brings lots of turtles around each day. The lanai is a good size and the sliding doors open nice and wide to bring the outside in. Communication and responsiveness was great with the host. Check in was a breeze. Unit has A/C which was wonderful for a few afternoons when the temperatures were over 90. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the unit was clean with enough space for our family of 4. This condo is one of 10 units on the property, so it felt pretty private.Cons: Please note these are completely out of the owners control, but are worth noting. This complex is very close to the road and the road is busy and noisy. The windows in the master bedroom are older and therefore not as sound proof as newer ones potentially could be. The parking lot was difficult. Only rent a car if you are going as the ceiling is so low an SUV would not fit. Also because of the size, it was often difficult to park if the people across from you did not pull all the way into their spot or parked crooked.Overall, I would stay here again. This was our first time to Maui and we had a wonderful time.

We loved this property!Upon arrival, the unit was clean and neat. The king size bed was very comfortable and the living room pullout was quite comfortable as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and the in unit laundry is always a plus!! Bath and pool towels were provided as well as beach chairs and a cooler for your adventures!!The property is very well maintained. It is a quiet little spot perfect for enjoying a beautiful Maui sunset. The property has barbecue grills available for guests who want to cook! The pool was kept spotless and at a comfortable temperature for a swim after a day in the sun.
