Can’t say enough about the location of the property. Have never seen so many turtles without a million other people around. The unit has a perfect view, smaller complex so never felt super crowded at the pool area which the kids loved. We’ve stayed in or north of kaanapali many times and always come back to the area and loved the size of the unit for our family. Will definitely return!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The ocean view can’t be beat — we were able to see sea turtles and whales right from the balcony. The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a day at one of the nearby beaches. There are also plenty of great food options close by. We loved this property. We started out every morning with coffee on the balcony off the master bedroom watching early morning surfers and humpback whales. There was great snorkeling directly in front of the condo. I’ve never seen so many sea turtles. My wife was watching me snorkel from the balcony and counted 16 around me.

We have been to Maui many times so didn't feel like we needed to do much except a snorkel cruise with Trilogy (5star) to Molokini so just hanging out on lanai, by the pool or the beach next to the property was our only goals. Noelani did not disappoint!!!! We could watch the turtles and whales from our balcony. Every sunset was amazing! Already booked next year!!!!!

Black mold on the entire back side of the slider door curtains, and on in bug strip along the entire the kitchen window. They refunded me no problem but then had to stay at whalers at twice the cost. Was lucky to find a place the day we checked in and immediately checked out. The expectation is a clean mold free unit.

Our stay was just excellent. Our unit had everything we needed. It was centrally located. It was easy to get to everything we wanted to do. The pools in front of us and the ocean every night were bonuses. We never once turned on the TV and we enjoyed our lanai every single evening. We will be back.

This condo had a magnificent view of the ocean. We stayed in March and saw whales everyday in the distance and numerous turtles at the shoreline. The walk to the public beach next door was easy as you can pass though the pool area. The location was great if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood that is still close to restaurants and grocery stores. There is no elevator so be prepared to possibly carry your luggage up or down the stairs. The condo itself was clean. There were beach chairs and a cooler for use. The beach chairs were functional but could probably stand to be replaced soon. Kitchen was properly stocked for everyday cooking and they’re nice enough to get you started with some essentials.

This location is fabulous and our ocean front view was perfect. A small beach is just a short walk away, and there is a small cove where the green turtles gather in abundance - we counted 24 at one time! The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies we needed and it was perfect for our family of five. We will definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Maui.

We loved our stay! The condo is steps away from the water’s edge. Spent a great deal of time sitting on the balconies listening to the waves crashing and spotting whales in the distance. It’s a fantastic place to watch whales and relax. Plus you aren’t far from the best beaches in the world - walking distance, in fact. I highly recommend this stay. The only issue was they didn’t give us our parking pass when we checked in and the security left a note threatening to tow us.

Just a fabulous complex! The views were to die for! Tidy and well kept property and pur unit 212. The folks we meet at the property were so nice and friendly. Small beach with turtles after 2:30 pm, excellent beginner surf break in front of property and wonderful public beach a few hundred yards away. Lots of great food nearby.

Five star condo. My families 8 night stay was wonderful. This condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Wonderful restaurants and shopping close by. The ocean view was incredible. We loved watching the surfers and sea turtles daily. The air conditioner in the master bedroom was very nice to have. Our only complaints were the taste of the tap water, noise from the upstairs unit, and some stains on the sheets in the master bedroom. We would recommend that the beach umbrella get updated as it was semi broken and couldn't handle any wind. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this condo. We are looking forward to staying here again on our next vacation.

We enjoyed our stay right on the coast in Ko Olina. The view from the balcony was so beautiful! The condo was nice and we appreciated the A/C. The beds were comfortable and parking was never an issue. We didn't know until after we'd booked that 6 adults would need to shower with only a 30 gal water heater. You can work around it, but not when you've spent the day outside and everyone wants to clean up for dinner. It's a minor irritation in an otherwise beautiful property.

This place was perfect for us. The price was right and being on the ground floor made access to the pools and hot tub easy while baby was sleeping. The huge plus for us was the sea turtles napping right at the complex. Watching turtles, whales and surfers from the lanai was a great fit with a baby that was napping four times a day. We pulled the couch bed out and had afternoon naps. The only thing I would say that was not depicted in the photos was the carpet felt and looked quite dirty with stains and grunge and the chairs near the windows could use a steam cleaning on the arm rests (they’re quite brown/black). But we’re not picky people and it wasn’t a huge deal for us. The view and access is worth it. Kitchen was stocked with good supplies. Not enough cleaning supplies for more than a couple day stay though.

The condo at Noelani was perfect! The condo is roomy, the beds were super comfortable, the pools were great, but the best part was the oceanfront location. We could sit on the two balconies watching surfers, sea turtles, whales, and gorgeous sunsets. The complex was quiet but close enough to shops, restaurants, and lots of great beaches.

There was a ripped screen and communication with the host via text was extremely slow and had to send multiple messages for them to respond. Loved the layout of everything, especially the mirrors to open up the space and the built in desk upstairs!

This was our first trip to Maui and we really wanted to stay somewhere that captured being on the island with a close ocean view and this place delivered beyond expectations. The place looks exactly as described with an amazing ocean view with sea turtles that come near the shore daily between 11am-4pm. The sunset view from this location is also amazing with the photos we took set as my work desktop wallpaper to try and recapture that feeling. The upstairs rooms and bathrooms were great as well. We spent many mornings having breakfast on the balcony and used the pool on most days. There is also a small beach entrance to the north that is easy walking distance where we saw many snorkeling.
The office staff advised us of great places to visit and eat which we made sure to take advantage of.
The only downsides were very minor with the toaster only one side worked, the coffee maker worked for us but felt it may need to be replaced soon and there was not a full set of cooking utensils. One of the pillow cases in the downstairs bedroom had a rip and tear through it. Again very minor things but wanted to mention.
I just want to thank the staff for making us feel welcome and really making our first Maui experience one we will never forget.

We really enjoyed our stay and want to come again. The location couldn’t be better and the 3 bedrooms on two floors is a nice set up. The place is clean and has comfortable beds. We had 5 adults comfortably. My only issue is the air conditioning is weak and seemed to work better during the day and then it wasn’t as cool as we’d want at night.It also leaked but it was a weekend and there is no maintenance on the weekend.

We had a wonderful week at the Noelani. The location is fantastic and the view from the lanai was like a postcard. Kahana Beach was just a short walk away down at the end of the property and we watched the turtles every afternoon as they came to the rocks near shore (right in front of our unit) to feed and sun.
The only couple of concerns that we had was that we needed to wash the dishes and silverware ourselves once we arrived as a few of the plates and silverware were not as clean as they could have been. And the floor/carpeting left red stains on our socks. I am sure that this is due to the high copper content of the dirt in the area. However, because we were requested to not wear shoes in the unit, it left several pairs of our socks discolored. We did have an issue with the dryer which was promptly handled by the management company.
Those couple of issues aside, we would happily visit the Noelani again.

This unit is an ocean-front, corner unit that was clean and well equipped with everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. You can see both Lanai and Molokai from the lanai, and the sunsets are spectacular! It’s close to food, sandy beaches, and some of the best snorkeling locations on Maui. The full slider gives that very desirable indoor/outdoor feel to the lanai..simply magical! Even though it doesn’t have air conditioning, the island breeze flowing through the unit made it unnecessary. This is now our top place to stay in Maui.

We stayed for 9 days and it was the perfect place for my husband and I. Though a studio the bathroom was good size and the kitchen had full size appliances that we used to cook many meals that we enjoyed on the lanai. Incredible views from the lanai all day! Constantly seeing turtles swimming in front of the condo and whales. There’s a small turtle beach at the end of the condo complex that we enjoyed walking to every day to view the turtles sunbathing.
Awesome location walking distance to Maui brewing, coffee shop, Dollies pub, and a good grocery store up in Nāpili. Condo also had beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards to use.

The location of this condo was one of the prime reasons to stay here. The condo is right next to the ocean where turtles feed on a daily basis on the underwater lava rocks and come up onto the shore to sleep and rest during low-tide times when feeding is not possible. Having two lanai spaces was a plus. Shopping was nearby and could be reached either by walking or driving to when there was a need to carry larger bags of groceries.
