Noelani 309 is a spacious and beautifully decorated three bedroom, two and a half bathroom condo that offers all the luxuries and comforts of home. Dine al fresco on your private lanai or take your meal inside where the tropical yet modern finishes will keep you feeling at ease. Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen featuring full size appliances, granite countertops and everything you'll need to make all your meals in house. Stay cool with the magical Maui breeze and ceiling fans throughout, but as an added bonus, this unit comes with A/C which will feel fantastic after a long day in the sun.

Step inside the serene and tranquil master bedroom featuring a comfortable King size bed, ample storage and a large flat screen TV for your entertainment. Step out on to the Master bedroom private lanai. It's the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and read a good book. The en-suite master bathroom features a large, walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed with direct access to the guest bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom is located on the main level and has 2 Twin size beds, perfect for families. There is a half bath just steps away. The living room sofa converts to a bed for additional guests. Pack light! There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Noelani is located in a highly desirable area, between Kapalua and Kaanapali with close proximity to many of Maui's top beaches, restaurants, and shops. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with two pools, a jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!
Since Noelani is a small resort, there is only 1 parking stall per condo allowed. There are no resort or parking fees. Please note this unit has no elevator access. We will provide a complimentary starter set of natural Maui-made shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler are also provided.

This condo has spectacular views of the islands, whales and turtles. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. Plenty of towels provided and a washer and dryer. Very happy we found this location. Easy walk to beach, restaurants and a little bar. We enjoyed our stay.

Noelani was a perfect place for our Maui vacation. Our unit was very clean and the oceanfront views on not one but two balconies were amazing!! The complex was quiet and many days we had the pool to ourselves. Parking was always available. The beds were very comfortable - the sofa bed was top notch. Would definitely recommend Noelani unit 309

We had a great stay and were very happy with the property. The views were amazing and will bring us back here again. It was also quiet and clean. The pools were used daily by our kids who loved them and the small public beach next to the property was closer than it had appeared in pictures (which was great). The sea turtles also live on the edge of the property and so saw them regularly throughout our stay.

The personnel at check in office were very pleasant and helpful. We had some issues with water backing up in the kitchen sink and they took care of the problem as soon as we notified them.
