Perfect Maui Getaway! We had an incredible stay at this lovely condo. Deb is a wonderful host, friendly, responsive and gave great recommendations. The condo was clean, comfortable and the grounds well maintained. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and the gorgeous sunsets were a nightly highlight!Location was perfect, close to shops, beaches and restaurants. Condo equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas for our relaxing beach days. We couldn't have asked for a better base for our Maui adventure! We will definitely be coming back! Mahalo!

This was an absolutely lovely experience, especially after the kind of "meh" rental experience we had immediately preceding this on Oahu. We were able to get early check in for free, and get late check out for a fee. But when I say late check out, I mean "leave any time you like, just don't stay overnight again". We had to leave for the airport at 5pm and we're able to leave straight from the property. If you have a rental car, it's a very short drive to anything you might want in Lahaina, but there isn't a lot within comfortable walking distance.Property itself was clean, new and beautiful to look at, easily able to accommodate our party. One of the beds is in an open area, as is the pull out couch, and you can hear everything, so make sure both parties are going to bed at the same time! The other small downside is that (as is pretty common in Hawai'i) there's no central air. This was only a problem intermittently when it was super hot, but the overhead and oscillating fans were fine most of the time. The last annoying thing was paying for laundry, as there's a minimum that you have to put on the card whether you use it or not. Overall, however, this is a strong recommend! Would stay here again!

The condo was a perfect fit for our family of five, with everything in excellent condition and working order. The amenities and the entire property were beautifully maintained. The condo has beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding grounds. The entire complex was well managed and everyone was courteous and respectful. The condo itself was very clean and well equipped. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas and coolers for long days spent at several amazing beaches that are very close to the condo. The provided parking space was very convenient as were the community grills. Deb provided very detailed instructions and responded immediately when I reached out to her for information/advice. She was very warm and friendly as well! A great place to stay with your family!

Such a wonderful location/and VRBO. Great communication from the VRBO owner - Deb! Timely response from her in regards to our questions and requestion. She also made excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The location of the VRBO is past the resort area, so a little further from towns/volcano but well worth it. The views from the lanai are amazing /and yes you can watch whales from the lanai. Binoculars are provided! The VRBO is on a shared property, the pool, lawn and nicely maintained. There is no beach but lava rocks (which many turtles like to visit). The VBRO is great for two couples. The kitchen has all the amenities one would need, other than an air fryer. The grills outside were a plus. As noted in other reviews there is no air-conditioning but we didn't miss it - between the Maui breezes and the fan's even the loft bedroom kept cool! I actually appreciated the extra bedding on those cool nights!The loft upstairs has a full bath room/tub/shower. The downstairs bedroom has a bathroom/shower next to it. The pool/hot tub were amazing, do note there are no umbrellas by the pool - so be mindful and use common sense/and sunblock to prevent sunburn. Beaches were close by, and Deb helped us get a couple of other beach chairs and umbrellas to help us enjoy them.Honestly the experience here was wonderful, and hope to bring our kids next we come! Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your lovely VRBO!

Property was clean and comfortable in a good location at a good price. Parking was easy, and the amenities were good - great view, nice pool, good laundry availability. Also a short drive to a number of beaches and other fun locations.
The temperature was comfortable despite the lack of A/C, but that did require open windows, which let in considerable noise from the parking lot and rowdy neighbors. As a private condo, was unsure who to contact in regards to noise complaints.

Loved everything about this property. Beautiful ocean view, great location, condo has everything you will need A/C is not an issue, it cools down nicely at night. Only issue was we found the pillows smelt of BO as did the closet heavily. We had to wash the pillows themselves not just the pillow cases to get rid of the smell. This was a bit frustrating due to the place not being cheap.

The condo was great for our stay, the only issue was the master bed mattress is absolutely shot. It needs replacing badly and you can feel the ends of springs putting pressure on you, I’m a 180 lbs 6’1” male and wife is 100 lbs 5’ so not heavyset by any means and we had a very hard time sleeping.The rest of the unit is perfect, lots of cutlery and dishes, dishwasher worked great and lots of ice for drinks. The bbq units worked perfectly and the pool was fantastic. There was an issue with the hot tub heat but was fixed quickly. All the people around the property were great and I would stay here again if there was a new mattress.

Very nice condo and extremely close to shoreline. Sounds of relaxing waves can be heard throughout the day. Sea turtles were playing along the coastline too. Only negative experience/comment is regarding laundry room, be sure to download app, otherwise there is a 10 charge for a card that you need to add money to use the laundry.

My wife and I came in on a Friday and our adult son came in the next day. We had the lower bedroom (king size bed) and he had the lift (queen size bed). We both had our own bathrooms. 71 degrees were the daily lows and about 82-84 degrees were the daily highs (about 3-5 degrees warmer than what our App told us). Our stay was perfect!! Deb our host communicated everything perfectly!! She was such a pleasant and gracious host. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay. The grounds, pool and hot tub were better than pictured!! Thanks again Deb!!

We really enjoyed staying here. The property is incredible and the view can’t be beat. The only remarks we have are the beds needs to be updated and they seemed to have a lot of problems with the hot tub. 3 out of the 7 days we were there the hot tub was out of service for most of the day. When i asked the office if it was broken or they were just fixing chemicals the response was “i don’t know, it’s blocked off isn’t it?” So not very helpful. Otherwise the trip was incredible. Sea turtles right next to the condos in the water. We definitely plan on returning.

Loved our trip to Polynesian Shores. The pool and hot tub were lovely. We utilized the onsite BBQs and in-unit kitchen. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there were many fans (no AC) to help keep things cool. The furniture was comfortable however it would have been nice to have a larger couch or additional comfortable seats in the living area.

We stayed in condo 108 for a week. Plenty of room for 2 people. Bathroom is very small but it worked. Ground floor was nice to walk to pool and ocean. No sandy beach. Unit was clean and kitchen had everything you needed to cook. The laundry room was being renovated so we couldn’t wash on property. Dedicated parking space. Hot tub and pool were nice. My only complaint is the early morning risers and sprinkler noise at 4am. No AC but the air flow and fans did the job. Will stay at this property again.

I think there were a couple things they could do better as far as updating the lanai. Providing tie backs for the curtains to allow the breeze to flow.
