I could not have chosen a better location for my first couple of days of vacation. Incredible views, quiet small group of condos. Dated but completely clean. I was traveling by myself but felt completely safe and the other tenants - both short and long term were friendly. Loved every minute

We stayed in Unit #120, which was space enough for 4 people. We brought along a blow up mattress so that our teenagers could sleep separately and not have to share the pull out couch. It was a great stay! It was so nice to have the kitchen/supplies to have breakfast & lunch at the unit. We used the grills a few nights and it was very nice to have that option. The kitchen was fully stocked. The unit had enough linens and high quality beach towels. My only complaint is that the unit was advertised as being space/supplies for 4 people but there were only 3 beach chairs. So there was always one person who had to do without. Other than that, I would highly recommend Polynesian Shores and Unit 120!

We absolutely loved the grounds at Polynesian Shores! You can’t beat the view from the lawn and pool. Absolutely breathtaking! Our unit was well equipped and clean, and the location of the property was well situated. The beach in front doesn’t allow for swimming, but swimmable beaches were just a short drive away. There are also some within walking distance as well. We will definitely recommend this property to others!

Beautiful condo and grounds. Loved the view! Turtles right out front even. Really enjoyed the BBQ area and picnic tables. The pool and spa were lovely. Only thing would be more towels please for a 1 week stay! Overall I would highly recommend!

This wasn’t our first rodeo at Polynesian Shores and for good reason! My wife and I have been vacationing here for years. We like to stay in the lower units as it is just a short walk from our lanai to beautiful lawn filled gardens right on the ocean. Depending on what time of year you might arrive, you have a good chance of seeing whales swimming by. In the morning there are always turtles swimming near shore. There’s a nice pool and hot tub to relax at with plenty of chairs and tables. In the same area there are several barbecues if you decide to jest in. The rooms are very nice, with full kitchens and each unit decorated differently. Polynesian Shores is close to grocery stores, shopping and some of the best restaurants. Some of the best beaches for snorkeling, and if your into golfing, great courses. Maui has a lot to offer, but this is our favorite side of the island to stay. Polynesian Shores staff are great and a available if needed. It’s peaceful and a great place to make new friends. I almost forgot, the best sunsets we’ve had the pleasure of seeing. That is why we keep coming back! Mahalo!

Great Location. Spotted Whales, dolphins and turtles from the beach. Close to groceries and snorkelling spots. Condo was comfy and clean. Corner location meant we had shade on patio all day and condo didn't heat up.

Polynesian Shores #120 was a wonderful place to stay. It was in great condition with all the kitchen and bathroom updates you'd expect. The location is spot on and you can easily walk in either direction to stores, and restaurants. All within 1.5 miles. The unit was the cleanest of all four properties I've stayed in on Maui. The reservation process was simple and efficient. Same with check in/check out. At times you lose track of your mornings by whale watching from the lanai. This was my first time staying at Polynesian Shores and would definitely recommend it to others.

Polynesian Shores #120 was a wonderful place to stay. It was in great condition with all the kitchen and bathroom updates you'd expect. The location is spot on and you can easily walk in either direction to stores, and restaurants. All within 1.5 miles. The unit was the cleanest of all four properties I've stayed in on Maui. Our condo was great, especially the great sleep we got, I’d sure like to know the kind of mattress we were sleeping on. I could see the ocean sitting on chair in the living room we were so close, I think we will ask for that condo next visit.

Condo is located about a 15-minute drive north of Lahaina. Great oceanfront views along with sunsets and whale watching from the lawn of the property. No beach access (closest one is a 5 minute walk) but nice swimming pool and hot tub. Property manager was prompt and professional. Check in was seamless and was contactless by access code. Onsite facilities manager was great and answered any questions we had. Relatively quiet at night. We will book again when we come back.

We returned to Polynesian Shores where we had been away for several years due to international travels during our winters. Our first stay at Polynesian Shores was 34 years ago when we were married in the Catholic Church in Lahaina. Since then we had been coming back off and on.It is a great place for active retirees and young families. We love Maui and particularly West Maui. This trip is was particularly enjoyable after being away for a few years. We found the buildings and grounds had recently received major renovation and are in excellent condition. Individual units are privately owned and are maintained by the owners but to be in the rental pool they must maintain specific standards. We have stayed in several over the years and all were good. Great staff and well managed. Clean units. Weather cooperated for a great experience once again.

We visited Hawaii for a family reunion and wedding. The activities took place in Wailea at a more expensive facility, Ekahi Village. We found Polynesian Shores to have a much more hospitality oriented staff, the bath linens were superior, it was as simple as availability of bath soap, shampoo and more than 1 roll of toilet paper.... the little things eliminated a need to lose time at the pool to find a store.

My husband and I loved the decor and the condo was spotless. The bed was more comfortable than our one at home. We loved the location and grounds and seeing turtles in the water right in front of the property. We would definitely stay here again. One small thing was that there was no pantry so we had to buy more supplies than we could use up. Some cooking oil and condiments would have been nice.
