Condo has great ocean view. It also faces the pool so we were able to watch our older kids from the balcony & living room. Condo is also located in a convenient area.
This place is not clean. Condo does not have AC but there are several dusty fans in the closet that you can use. There is a notice inside the condo explaining that there may be red sand from nearby construction. The red sand ended up everywhere, staining our clothing and shoes (still cannot wash it out despite many attempts). We couldn't close the windows to keep out the sand because there is no AC. We were constantly cleaning the floors, counters, equipment, our hands & feet. They really should add this warning in the booking description, so people know ahead of time.

We had such a lovely time staying at this condo! The sunset views from the grounds and balcony were wonderful. Great communication. Very family friendly property. Would be great to have more sets of beach / pool towels (maybe I could have asked for them?) very easy drive to many beaches- Napili was our favorite! Would 10/10 stay there again with my family!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Polynesian Shores; we were looking for a quiet get away to recoup from busy work lives and got just that. The views are amazing, from your lanai you can watch whales in the distance. The kids loved the pool and being able to see the turtles everyday on the shoreline. The parents enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the lanai each day. We loved this property as it is not nearly as busy as the bigger hotels/condos - never an issue finding a chair at the pool. There is no true beach but instead little pockets of sand amongst the rocks; the upside is that the turtles come to visit almost daily to eat from the rocks.

I love the location of Polynesian Shores. The view from the lanai is always spectacular. Whales breaching not too far from shoreline, and this trip we saw an amazing amount of giant sea turtles on the rocky shoreline below! We counted 9 on the rocks and many more in the water! I will always choose to stay here! Walkable to Napili sand beach. Beautiful grassy lawn surrounded the pool and spa. Condo is great for a couple or a group.

House was great.
The half door showers are new to us. That was little inconvenient as we are new to it. But looks like that is the modern style bathroom.

We loved staying at 222 Polynesian Shores. It was perfect for 2 couples. Great view of the ocean, quiet and clean. It was just as pictured. Very close to many beaches, shops and restaurants. Just a short drive to Lahaina. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed staying here. The place was clean and as described. The cross breeze from the ocean was absolutely amazing and refreshing! We wished there were more pans for cooking but other than that, had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

Stayed in 222. First time staying in the upstairs, larger units. Was nice to have the bigger space but missed the lanai’s downstairs. Haven’t been to Maui since 2017, sucks that the small beach has since been washed away but the turtles still come out to feed by the rocks. Units are in better shape than the last time I stayed and the keyless entry is nice. The BBQ grills were giving us trouble but it worked out. Can’t wait for my 4th stay!

We had a wonderful time. Location was great, condo was updated, clean, had all amenities needed. We had a family of 3 (2 adults and older teen). There is also a pull out couch if you have more in your party. We were close enough to the resorts without the higher prices/fees and we preferred the quieter area as well as the condo not being as over-crowded. We had access to the pool/jacuzzi anytime of the day when we wanted to. We drove to the beaches, found free daily parking. We would stay here again in unit #222.

I’ve stayed at Polynesian Shores many times and keep returning. The recent remodels were great improvements. I love the small environment and out of the hustle & bustle of large crowds. It’s so nice to see the huge grassy area where the kids can run and 0lay. Polynesian Shores is always so well maintained and clean. Being within walking distance of Bad *** coffee, the ABC Store and the fish market is a plus. The addition of the spa is also a plus. One of my favorite restaurants close by is the Maui Brewing Company...good food and great beer. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in #222 and I think it has one of the best views. For a large family, I highly recommend #201...I was there 3 years ago with my family and 8 of us stayed in that unit. The kitchen is a little small for that many people but there’s plenty of lanai space and beds. It was perfect. I give Polynesian Shores a 10!

Our rental was clean beautiful space that even though there are so many visitors to Hawaii and here it felt quiet and not too many people. The view is amazing so is the snorkeling right by the condo. ❤️The Honu. Also love the pool and bbq area very clean and user friendly
