This condo is exactly as described. It is on the 4th floor (top floor) with a nice porch overlooking the pool and views of the ocean. It is well equipped with lots of nice beach chairs, beach/pool towels, plenty of dishes and flatware, bbq tools, nice wine glasses and even travel coffee cups which was an unexpected surprise and we actually used!! Walking distance to a nice shopping center with market, a shave ice store, and Slappy Cakes (fun breakfast). Carol was so nice and reached out during our stay to make sure everything was working for us. This place is a gem and we hope to return again soon!

Perfect stay for one or two people. Cute studio and big balcony with a lovely view of the courtyard and ocean. The host left welcome gifts which were a nice surprise. There is an ABC store with a delicious deli 2 min walk which was very convenient especially with a kitchen. The AC works great however the cable box did not work but I decided watching tv was not needed on this vacation. I would recommend.

The grounds are fantastic, scenic, location can't be beat; it's apparent the the grounds keepers are hard at work all day long and all staff are pleasant and helpful! The individual unit is nice, but needs better cleaning & care. The non- negotiable 4pm check in to allow for cleaning to be scheduled weeks in advanced & cleaning fee was a rip-off and insult when we arrived at 4pm to find the door open and people inside cleaning. They left 5-10 minutes after our check-in, but we immediatealy wondered if they didn't finish or typically do an inadequate job. The kitchen floor was sticky to walk on (we cleaned with wet paper towels as that was what was on hand), the refrigerator door was covered in handprints, the floor was overall not clean and our feet were discolored every day just from walking around inside. We found visibly soiled dishes in the cabinets and knife block so we washed many of the dishes ourselves prior to using them. AND THE ROACHES! Roach traps thoughout, and roach spray under the kitchen sinks...keep all food in the fridge or microwave for storage! The problem isn't new...we can see in the house journal where prior tenants have commented and called to report this resulting in more roach traps and bug spray. I called Perfect Stays on my check out day to report this again by voicemail, never got a call back, so I alerted the front desk also to try to limit the spread. This place is great for larger groups. Washer and dryer in condo is a huge plus. Having beach chairs and towels was super nice and appreciated. We had a great time. The shower tile needs updating and so does the loft bedroom mattress- you can actually feel the springs and I’m 150 pounds…. It wasn’t great. Master bedroom had a large clump of hair in the corner, must’ve been missed by vacuum? Please provide an oscillating fan for upstairs. It gets HOT up there. Pool is terrific and beach is just to the left. Beautiful views! Overall a nice stay. Great location and space is terrific!

Everything went according to plan.We did request a few more beach towels and they were delivered without any problem.I would make a few suggestions: the kitchen needs more hand towels and a drying rack for dishes. Instructions for the TV should be included in the welcome book.

Beautiful condo and balcony. Top floor condo, with an elevator. The condo was well equipped. The property had nice gas Weber grills. Right on a nice sandy beach. The two pools were very nice and warm. There is an ABC store in the right next door.

We’ve been to this property many times (both with and without young children) and love it here. The view from this particular unit is amazing from sun up to sun down (and even great for star gazing!). We enjoyed most meals on the lanai turtle watching, listening to the waves, and all around relaxing. Host was incredibly kind and wonderful with her communication. It was hot during our stay and the A/C worked great - appreciated having the split units and the option to open the windows and allow the trade winds to come through. We were very comfortable! Truly a little slice of paradise!

Amazing stay! The condo was clean, spacious, and right on the ocean. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and having coffee with stunning views from the porch. Fully stocked with everything we needed and in a great location close to Lahaina, restaurants, and snorkeling. The property is beautiful, the pools and grounds are well kept, and having no resort fees was a huge plus. Internet is fast too. We can’t wait to come back!

This residence is beautiful, perfectly placed, and the grounds of the resort is immaculate! Communications with the host was a breeze and we had a tsunami warning and a local fire causing road stoppages to deal with during our stay in Maui, and the host quickly relayed messages from the property. Property is well stocked with beach and pool necessities. Definitely recommend this place for a small family.

Awesome property with a beautiful view. Great location. Loved the koi ponds. I was disappointed in how long the dryer took to dry clothes but it was due to the type of dryer it is. We would just hand the items on the deck chairs which dried them timely. The unit was well stocked with beach items and kitchen items. Would definitely stay there again.

The unit was in good condition & comfortable.We liked having a garden unit especially with kids.There were beach chairs & towels which made it very convenientThe air conditioner was only in the front room, but the ceiling fans and box fan kept the back rooms cool.The window coverings were nice & were sufficient for blocking out sun & lightThe screen door for the slider was very difficult to open & close. The patio was a bit crowded as there were several chairs and 2 tables. We think it would be easier to navigate with a couple less chairs or a smaller table. We had a great stay and would gladly return.
