Absolutely beautiful property very well maintained. The unit was spectacular with the best ocean views, all amenities are new and uit was very clean. Quiet. So much to do in the area! Host were very accomodating. Ocean, waves and whales!!!!

Everything here is exactly as described in the listing. Plenty of space to spread out. Unfortunately, it was cloudy in the evening the days we were at the resort so we didn’t get to experience the sunset, however the view of the ocean was amazing and hard to leave. The unit had everything we needed for the pool or beach. We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to get back to Maui.

Lots of parking was a big plus for coming and going! It was easy to get to everything. Slept each night with the sound of crashing waves, best sleeps ever!

The condo is clean and beautiful inside. It felt like home away from home. The views couldn’t be better and it was amazing falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night. Friendly staff, easy check-in and everything you could need included! Comfortable beds and pillows too- a plus!!

This was an amazing place to stay. The owner reached out immediately after requesting the stay and continued to send messages about the area and the condo up until the day before we left. She was wonderful!! The condo was awesome!! The view was even better!! The condo was equipped with everything you could need. We would recommend it to anyone going to Maui for a vacation. The condo and property was very clean. The pools, hot tubs and access to the ocean were remarkably. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!!

We stay at Papakea every year and love the resort! So clean, pretty, right on ocean. We have stayed in several diff condo's. Some live up to listing, others do not. This one unfortunately did not. Bedding, especially pillows not clean. Did wash everything the first day. Rugs in living area and wall to wall carpet in second bedroom filthy. Floors, bathrooms need updating. Ice maker did not work entire stay. Air conditioner did not work first couple of days but owner was so kind to have someone come out and fix. Ran great remainder of stay.
Pros- Living room decorated nicely, pretty art work, Kitchen very well equipped. Owner had flowers waiting for us which was such a lovely surprise and a first! Advice is to look at pictures closely and read reviews for units. Will return to Papakea just not this unit.

This home boasts a great balance of ocean access, property amenities and plenty of space for our family of four. We especially enjoyed snorkeling along the coral reef at low tide directly in front of the condo. We will definitely be back.

This unit was very nice, love the complex. The ac worked great which was a plus since our other units ac did not. I felt a little weird when they asked for flight info, why would it matter? So i didn’t give it. Other than that i recommend this unit.

What a great condo with a beautiful view of Molokai and Lanai. It's on the top floor (4th). There is an elevator. There were 5 of us. It's a small condo, but it worked for us. We wish we didn't have to leave today. This was a perfect time to be here, weather wise..low to mid 80s. I think it may be a little too warm in the summer time for the upstairs loft bedroom, and the lower bedroom. There is one wall unit that cools the living room/dining room/kitchen area. Our host, Jenelle, was very nice and responsive to anything we asked about.

This place was wonderful and hard to leave. The views are just wonderful from the lanai, living room/dining room and kitchen. You can also see the ocean from the bedroom loft bed. The sound of the waves gets into you and your blood pressure plummets. We experienced a check in hiccup (room wasn’t ready at 3pm— closer to 4:30pm) but the host was very kind and called me and fortunately it was Mai Tai day so that smoothed things over as we waited and sipped a free drink amd chatted with other visitors. This resort is full of mostly older couples but that is fine with my wife and I as we enjoy mature viewpoints as the old souls we are.
The condo is So Well stocked. I think guests have added slowly to the inventory of left behind items—there were about four snorkel and masks, two boogie boards, an insulated picnic basket (which was great to take on excursions and there is also blue ice to keep stuff chilled). We would love to return to this haven of peace and relaxation. From what others told us the whales are prevalent until mid- April from January. I could not believe how many whales we saw from our Lanai—they were as prevalent as squirrels! We saw whales breach majestically EVERY day of the six we spent here. Go and enjoy. Jenelle the host is wonderful amd super communicative.

We are lucky enough to have been to Maui several times and we love the Papakea. It is close enough to the Kaanapali beachwalk to take long morning strolls but it has more of a laid back Napili feel to it. Our stay in A407 was the best! The sweeping ocean views from the lanai, kitchen and living room were incredible. We spent so much time sitting on the lanai watching for whales that we ventured very little to other parts of the Island. The condo is just as described - maybe even better. We had some unavoidable issues with the condo that the owner Janelle followed up on within an hour and kept in touch to make sure the remedies were to our satisfaction - which they were. We highly recommend this condo at the Papakea and cannot wait to return.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The resort is gorgeous and has so many great amenities. The views from the lanai are amazing. We enjoyed listening to the waves crash and whale watching. It was nice to have access to a kitchen and laundry while we were away. We can’t say enough about how lovely our time was here. I hope we make it back someday!

We can not say enough good things about this property! It was really clean, just as described in the listing, and exceeded our expectations. The air conditioning was great for keeping us cool at night. Also the unit was already stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrella, etc. and had everything we needed to enjoy the area. The kitchen was also fully stocked with pots/pans and everything we needed to cook. Thank you Jenelle and Reno for such an enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely, quiet location for our honeymoon and it was perfect for us. Reno and Jenelle went above and behind to make us feel welcomed (they had a beautiful Hawaiian flower arrangement waiting for us at check in to celebrate our honeymoon!). The view from the balcony is truly magical and the location is prime. We walked to local restaurants and bars - and uber was easily accessible too! The home is super clean and has everything you need for the perfect beach day - chairs, snorkel, umbrella, a cooler. We highly recommend!

The location of this property is perfect. The double sliding doors open up to a breathtaking ocean view. The sound of the waves Serenaded us all day and night. This condo is fully stocked with all of the necessities and extras. We really enjoyed the water toys. The owners were so sweet they even sent my sister a floral arrangement for her birthday. The condo is located at the end so the ocean can also be seen from the dining area. The resort has a beautiful landscape and two heated pools and jacuzzis. Thank you for sharing your home with us. The was the perfect unit. On the end and top floor on top of the ocean waves you felt like no one was around but you.
The amenities and resort staff were great. Walking distance to everything you needed(beachs, coffee, late night, food trucks).

This place was perfect for us. It is the best location at the property if you like the only noise surrounding you to be the sound of the ocean. Convenient parking, and just around the corner of the pool, hot tub and all of the charm papakea is known for. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I and our two teens spent an amazing 7 nights here. The view will take your breath away from the moment you arrive. Owners have thought of everything … open all the cabinets and drawers and you will see! The condo was spotless - including all appliances, linens, bathrooms, etc. One tip: read Jenelle’s binder about the a/c. Her suggestion to turn the fan off in the living area made all the difference in cooling.
We loved the grounds and location so much we requested to rebook in 2022. Mahalo! :)
