We had a wonderful stay here! The owners have thought of everything….beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and even snorkeling gear and binoculars! The condo was quiet, comfortable and decorated beautifully. (Love the color pallet!) Kitchen was well stocked, bed super comfy, and they even provided plenty of hangars. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the lanai and finished every evening with a mai tai as we watched the sun set. So beautiful and peaceful. Excellent location! Highly recommend!

This condo was great. Very clean, Beautiful view. Perfect for two couples. Loved the roof top access as well as a very quick walk to the beach. Well situated so that we could get to almost anywhere within 30-40 minutes of easy driving. The Indian Food restaurant here is very good, we ate there the first night and then on our last, both times did not dissapoint.

The condo was not as expected. The photos are photoshopped and the condo appears much brighter and larger than it actually is. The view from the balcony is very nice. It’s is old and requires a good renovation. The lighting system is very confusing and the patio doors are difficult to open and close. The kitchen is lacking some basic items that I would expect in this kind of rental. Some various sizes of containers for leftovers which are not expensive to provide. Although there was salt, there was no pepper. There is no kettle for tea. It would be a nice touch if there was a small welcome package upon arriving. Enough coffee for the first morning, a couple of tea bags, and a half dozen bottles of water, a box of tissue. Coming off a plane, especially a late flight, it would give guests time to assess what they need to buy once they get to a grocery store. The host is very polite, responsive, and timely in his communication, and was kindly accommodating when I requested an extra 2 hours to check out.

Here is an honest review of this condo. We had rented two condos in the same building as we had a few family members on vacation with us.Things that were lovely on this property: the view is amazing, general property was nice, had a great pool for the kids with lots of chairs, had front access to a great beach you could snorkel and swim in, it was quiet and clean and spacious for four people. Things that were not so great:AC temp couldn't be controlled and couldn't be controlled by room, it had a timer onlyPatio door was old, broken and falling off the tracks all the timePatio furniture way too bigBroken storage box outside, which is also an eye soreOutdatedNo beach towelsSmell in freezerSilverware and dishes not matching and sufficient for family of four, this was really frustrating as there were four forks ... 2 big and 2 small. This is a really small thing they should have ensured was sufficientPots and pans extremely old and worn, again cheap to fixDoor had no door stop so you couldn't keep it openScreen door wouldn't closeDrawers did not open and close smoothly, very stickyWasher and dryer were so loud that you could not watch TV or sleep while it was running Again, lots of these thing were fixable should the owners choose to do so. In fairness, we had contacted Joe to fix the doors etc. He was able to come out a few days later to help us with the doors but a few days is a lot of days into a vacation.

Excellent unit. Kristin, the host was very friendly and accommodating. Minimal seasonings but the kitchen is well stocked otherwise, pots, pans, Tupperware, etc. Property is very nice and well kept. Maintenance people were cleaning and polishing everything every day. We made good use of the grills. Grilling tools are under the stove which took us a while to come across. :)Hot water. Cold fridge. AC works great.

This unit is absolutely amazing. First, its stocked with a little of everything you need, extra towels, toilet paper and laundry stuff etc. The place is very clean and furnished really nice. Has a full size kitchen, again stocked with a little of everything. Full size appliances too. Second, is the amazing view. Being on the 2nd floor is a perfect line of aight for a beautiful sunset. We love opening the front door (front door also has a screen door that locks) and opening the sliding doors to patio as the cross breeze is wonderful. The bed is super comfy and we got a good night sleep every night we were there. Easy access to the beach that has a cove-like area surrounded by rock so the water is very calm and not deep. Bonus is lots of turtles swim and lay on and around the rocks so you get a close up of them all around (make sure to stay 10 feet away). This is our favorite unit in the building when we stay in Kihei.

Love the location. Having a protected lagoon is wonderful for kids, and watching the turtles at low tide a nice bonus. The rooftop is nice albiet very windy. Sunset watching from the lanai. The unit is super well equipped. Most of what you need is already there. And having the washer and dryer is wonderful! Nice showers and bedrooms. The kitchen and living room is pretty tight though. Not a lot of things in the neighborhood that are easily walked to, but it is quiet. The grounds are very well maintained and easily accessed. This is an older unit that has been upgraded and well maintained. Definitely would recommend.

Everything was perfect except for the air conditioner fan on the lanai. We were never able to enjoy the lanai due to the hot air blowing from the airconditioner. Plus the location of the fan took up a large portion of the lanai. We were never able to eat outside or even sit out to enjoy the view.

Loved the direct access to the beach. Location is centrally located so easy drive anywhere you’d like to go. The condo was very well appointed with a nice layout. Downside is there there is a significant amount of road noise, the exhaust fan for the a/c is on the patio making it impossible to sit there when a/c is on. A/c is only in the living area so bedrooms do get rather warm. Overall..it’s Hawai’i and it’s hard to go wrong, we will be back.

Great condo. Everything was as described. Owner has clear instructions and labels for everything so there isn’t any guessing. Kitchen well stocked with items including oil olive and spices for cooking. Beautiful balcony and great access to small beach. Turtles were hanging out T the beach which was fun to see. We’d give it a 10-star if we could. The view was breathtaking from the balcony, the location close to pretty much everything, and the unit was spotless. In addition to all the cooking supplies and bath towels we needed, we were so happy when we discovered beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, extra beach bags, and a cooler for a day at the beach. Pamela is an excellent host. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Maui.

We wasted the first two hours of our trip because we couldn’t get ahold of Lisa. We ended up calling Vrbo and they couldn’t reach her either so they helped us get into another condo (while we’re outside waiting with groceries right at 4 at check in) I was very pleasant when first reaching out to Lisa saying that I was having trouble seeing where she sent check in instructions and tried to call her, text her and messaged her on Vrbo. At 630 she finally texted me asking if I got in and that she had send the passcode 4 months prior (which is concerning for security of her guests that she is sending a passcode 4 months ahead of time) and the message with this check in info was not in the Vrbo app. I told her we had booked elsewhere because we weren’t sure if we would ever get ahold of her. Her first response is that it was our responsibility to reach out to her for check in instructions with zero apology or understanding for the situation. We had even texted her the day before asking if an early check in was possible because our flight landed earlier in the day. She said no, which is totally understandable. We killed 4 hours then waited outside her condo with luggage and groceries for 45 minutes before starting to try to make another plan. There were lots of wonderful reviews for Lisa and maybe she was having an off day but If she would have responded with eve a tiny hint of understanding I wouldn’t have even felt the need to do a review.

This condo was perfect! The views from the lanai were incredible, and beach access was so quick & easy. The condo was equipped with everything that we could’ve possibly needed, and we appreciated the AC and ceiling fans (especially on humid days). The hosts were so helpful and kind - even put together lists of nearby beaches & restaurants to make our stay memorable. Check-in and check-out was seamless too. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect place for our first vacation in 5 years! The stunning view great you upon entering. The condo has a very high end coastal design and was exceptional in every detail. A fabulously comfortable bed with nice bedding made for a great sleep! The kitchen is fully stocked should you need to cook. We didn’t because the food options a short drive away were plentiful. Do not miss the food trucks!! The private beach with the supplied beach equipment was perfect. Snorkeling was great right at the property with many diff fish and turtles. This condo is wonderful! The views were spectacular, and it was amazing falling to sleep at night to the crashing of waves. The location is perfect, the beach can be walked in both directions for quite a ways. Directly in front of the condo complex and to the north is a protected area frequented by sea turtles. It is a nice area to snorkel and watch them.

The view from the unit is lovely although not a “straight on” ocean view. The only downfall of the lanai is that the AC exhaust is on the patio, and if the AC is on in the unit you cannot comfortably sit on the patio because it is extremely warm. The kitchen had everything we needed and more which made pantry space limited. The freezer ice machine does not work but there are ice trays which we kept on constant rotation. When we arrived we had a couple issues (the shower was clogged and the oven didn’t work) but maintenance responded very quickly and fixed our concerns & we’re very kind. We grilled on both the rooftop and down by the beach. The grills are impeccably cleaned every morning and are in wonderful condition, so bring a beer, and enjoy a sunset while you cook dinner.The beach area is protected by a rock wall and is pretty shallow, the kids played without having to worry about strong waves or currents. The beach to the south of the hotel is also very calm and beautiful. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

We had a magnificent stay! Everything was perfect from the location to the amenities. Having coffee on the lanai each morning was one of the highlights of our trip. We had 4 kids from 6-11 years old and they were able to enjoy the pool and nearby beaches. We will be booking again when we return to Maui, which can’t happen soon enough!

Favorite place ever stayed! The owner was nice and allowed us to check out late. She was quick to repsond. The place was very clean and roomy with a georgous view. They had everything u may need.
