The unit it self was nice, could use a new bed. location was great. The only problem was construction going on all day on the units next door. The noise was so loud in the room we had to leave for the day. Pretty disappointed for the money we spent. Feel like we should be reimbursed for the stay.

We had a fantastic time in PH20 at the Sugar Beach Resort. Mike left us goodies and drinks for our arrival and also left us Starbucks coffee gift cards when we left. The condo had everything we needed. Loved hearing the ocean waves and watching the sunrise every day and night. Watching the Kihei Canoe Club every morning was a plus. Our early morning walks on Sugar Beach was fantastic. We will definitely stay at Sugar Beach Resort PH20 again.

Our stay was outstanding! This has been our third time to Maui but condo was our favorite out of all of our stays. The view is amazing! See pictures below. This condo has everything you would need for a stay. We went to Costco right after arrival stocked up and really didn’t have to go back to a supermarket. FYI- coffee maker is the regular not a Keurig so don’t buy pods. There were ample kitchen supplies including dishes, glasses and utensils! We didn’t have to buy toilet paper as we usually do and they ever has shampoo and shower gel. We used our own but that is really thoughtful. Everything work well and was in good condition. We used dish wash, stove, frig/freezer, washer and drier had no problems!The resort itself is well ran and they keep the grounds and amenities to a high standard. The location was perfect. We love this area because it’s on Sugar Beach and it’s pretty easy to get to everything we wanted to do within 30 minutes.This resort has a really awesome sandwich shop Dina’s I believe. We ordered sandwiches. There’s a bakery, fresh market, shave Ice and ABC store just a short walk up the beach. We went to all of them at some point and we walked down the beach every time.Kevin owner of the condo was very friendly and kept us updated on happening that were taking place at the resort while we were there. We really appreciated his great communication and commitment to make our vacation wonderful! We highly recommend this condo and will return ourselves

Beautiful condo with the most amazing hosts. After this stay, we will never stay anywhere but here. The unit had everything we needed. A couple of highlights, besides the super attentive hosts, were the California king bed and the amazing shower head. We spent many mornings drinking coffee and enjoying the direct oceanfront view and many afternoons enjoying the pool. Within walking distance to Sugar Beach Bakery, ABC Store, Ululani's Shave Ice and a great little farmers market.

My husband and I stayed at this property for a few days on our honeymoon because we wanted to spend time in Kihei/closer to Wailea - we only stayed for two days, but you easily could stay for a week - inside the condo: it was spacious and perfect for the two of us with a large kitchen for cooking. The view is also incredible - just like the pictures! We sat on the balcony mornings, days, and nights - it's a destination in itself. The beach was also very quiet and perfect for walking or sitting in the sand. We saw lots of people swimming as well. Overall, I highly recommend this property if you're looking for something quiet, cozy, well-cared for, and on the ocean. It was worth the stay and we'd recommend it to all our family and friends!

The condo was exactly as stated. The view was amazing, and I could sit and watch it all day. It had literally everything you would need including beach chairs, which I enjoyed in the morning to read. The owners were fantastic about getting back to me- although we didn't have any problems at all. The building is older, but they were in the process of painting it while we were there. Only downfall was AC broke the 2nd night, so we were without AC for 1 night and all day the next day, but resort fixed it the next evening. Would definitely stay again!!! Highly recommend!!!

This was our second rental in Maui and it was a great condo. It is located on the 3rd floor, with a balcony that overlooks the pool and ocean. The unit was clean, and as described, there were beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels that we took advantage of. If I had to complain about anything, it would have to be that it is a little noisy when people talk, or wheel their luggage since the bedroom in in the back. Other than that, it was wonderful!

Overall the place was nice enough and as advertised. Couch cushions were extremely dirty that’s my only complaint. My warning is this: communication was poor at best. We never received check in instructions. I messaged the owner earlier in the afternoon and even called asking for instructions. He finally called me back at 45 minutes after we had been sitting in the parking lot, frantically trying to make other arrangements after thinking we had been scammed. We eventually got the door code but no other instructions were ever sent to us. It put a bad taste in my mouth and we will not be staying again.

Our stay at sugar neach was amazing. Very comfortable living conditions. Pool and hot tube are wonderful, but the beach is the best. Just a walk out the door and youre there. However the best thing about this stay is the hosts. They have EXCELLENT communication! Even before we checked in, they knew we were on island and helped us through a Tsunami evacuation. The resort we were at in Lahiana didn't help us at all, but Mike and Brenda were so helpful. They also, constantly did everything they could to make sure we had the best access to everything, from the view off our lanai, to no disruptions from maintenance. We highly recommend this location.

Amazing view. Loved going to the beach every morning and night. We were there when the tsunami came and Mike and Brenda reached out multiple times with updated information and where to evacuate. Really helped us stay calm. The whole time they showed that they really cared about our stay. We loved our time here! First, the staff was so attentive - something we we were not used to in a VRBO. They greeted us when we arrived, they gave us chocolate as we were celebrating my husband's birthday, gave us great recommendations, and as we were there during the tsunami evacuation, gave us guidance. The unit was air conditioned, clean, had a well stocked kitchen, a comfortable bed, and an amazing view - being steps away from the ocean was amazing. We loved our time there!
