This was the perfect little condo for my husband, my sister, and me. Absolutely everything we needed was there, including coffee, beach chairs, and boogie boards. Loved that it has AC and a washer and dryer in the unit.

We had some issues with our check in, but the host corrected the issue after a brief phone conversation. Also, the upstairs bedroom had several very uncomfortable beds. We resolved the problem for one ( a twin bed) by purchasing a new mattress at Costco. The condo is set up so that meals can be shared together. The kitchen table will accommodate 12 people, which was the primary reason for choosing to stay there.

Loved our stay at this beautiful property!! Rooms were clean, beds and bedding excellent, common area and kitchen were great for our family of 6 to cook and relax. AC units and TV’s were easy to use and worked very well!! We also loved the pool, tennis courts and ping pong/fooseball area on the resort. Just a short walk to the beach was really nice. Also loved that the host had tennis rackets, pickleball equipment, boogie boards, beach gear .. basically all we could have asked for. We had an amazing family vacation. Thank you so much. We will definitely book again.

Really wish I could give it five stars - Con: noise. 1) you are 250 feet from the main drag of Kihei: bring your sound machine. 2) Ceiling is much too thin, you will hear every footstep: adults at 8 PM, running children at 6 AM. Sound machine won’t help. If they’re up, you’re up. Plan accordingly, and you’ll be fine.Pro: Everything else. Great location for the beaches, fabulous apartment well stocked with everything you’ll need and more: modern kitchen, tons of beach toys, a beautiful lanai. Pool is huge, and a friendly responsive host.

This was a great place for our family. Stacy was very attentive. The house is stocked with great beach supplies. There was a lovely basket of goodies waiting for us when we checked in. The reason we stayed at KOA is that my in-laws stayed in this “resort” for many years in a row starting back in the 90s. This particular unit is in real need of maintenance and updating. Nearly every drawer and cupboard in kitchen was misaligned and difficult to open and close. The frig also had broken door shelves and drawers. The bathrooms have fixtures that are broken in shower and toilet. We also had little sugar ants the last few days that invaded the kitchen cupboards and counters. The beds were fine and the AC was great to have with the beautiful sunny days. I communicated each of our concerns with the owners in hopes they will be addressed for future guests. As an owner myself, I believe you should continually update and upgrade rental units for the best guest experiences. The pool is large and a welcomed amenity!

We loved our stay at Koa Resort. Our condo has everything we needed from beach set up to kitchen appliances. The condo was very clean and I loved how there was a washer and dryer with soap included. The pool on the property is big and nice for big family. The BBQs were clean. I loved how there was 3 a/c units through out the condo. Check in/ out process was easy! The condo is near so many stores and the airport which was nice. Highly recommend this resort.

Condo was impeccably clean when we arrived. There were 6 adults and we had 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom with own bathroom. 1 more bedroom downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen was well equipped, Host, Robyn was always available if needed. Condo highly recommended by our group. Would definitely come back again
