Great Location! Close to beach easy walk across street to access. Nice pool, close to lots of food options as well. We walked to the food truck plaza - which had a great selection. Only issue was the AC in primary bedroom leaked when it ran - so really unusable.

We found this condo to be even better than advertised. It was updated and very clean. The lanai with the ocean view was so amazing to have. We were often outside on it, especially for sunrise and sunset. My husband and myself stayed with our two twenty something year-old daughters which made the two bedrooms and two bathrooms so helpful for a pleasant stay. We used the grill in the pool area almost daily. We were always able to use one when we wanted without waiting and found them to work well. The kitchen was very well equipped. I already miss the dishwasher because I do not have this at home. The ice maker, coolers, ice packs and beach chairs came in very handy for beach days. Multiple beaches, restaurants, and shops nearby. It was a nice central location for all of the activities we chose to do. Lisa our host was very responsive to even the smallest questions. I could go on and on…definitely 10/10! We wish to visit Maui again and hope this condo will be available.

Great location in Kīhei. Very well stocked with plenty of beach equipment. Kitchen also came with lots of cooking and storage supplies. Beds were comfy. Lots of bathroom towels and great beach towels. Nice to stay in such a well-stocked place! Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location as a jumping off point for things all around the island and so awesome to wake up with a beautiful balcony view of Haleakalā. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home for our family trip to Maui. The condo had everything we needed, was comfortable, clean, and steps from the beach. We made use of the provided beach equipment that was all in great condition. Tons of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Check in was easy, even arriving in the middle of the night. Fantastic location. Nice to have AC. Considerate extras that we could borrow (umbrella, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc). Unfortunately, dishwasher stopped working during our stay, but owner very responsive and ultimately, the dishwasher was replaced.We’ve stayed in other parts of Maui on previous trips (wailea, Makena), but this was the absolutely best location in terms of beach proximity and proximity to other island activities. Highly recommend!

Location is fantastic but when you’re staying for 10 days it would be nice if they left more than 2 wash clothes and 4 towels, especially when they ask you to preserve water. It also would be nice if they provided tissue so you didn’t have to use the limited toilet paper. I still would stay again because I love the location

Loved have three bedrooms with THREE bathrooms for our 5 adults. Access was convenient from the parking and the elevator to our floor was essential. While the property is not newer, it was clean, comfortable and convenient for our activities.

This apartment was great for our family vacation! The location is ideal, Charley young beach was the best beach for kids. We drove to other areas and always were happy to come back to this beach. Even with some mobility limitations in our travel party, we had no trouble navigating the 8 or so steps from the elevator to the unit’s floor. The condo is in a great location and a very quiet property. Easy to walk to restaurants or a very quick drive. Loved that each room had AC as well as the living room. Check-in was easy and Jason was easy to get ahold of if needed. The condo was nice and clean as well. Having the washer/dryer makes it easy to pack light and wash clothes as needed. I would definitely rent this condo again! We also appreciated the beach chairs/towels, umbrella etc. Thanks for the extra coffee, Jason! Some things that could be helpful: foil/sawran wrap, small reusable containers to put snacks in for the beach/put leftover cooked food in.

We had a great time here. Everything we needed. The beach was a short 5 min walk and other beaches are walkable as well. Right on a main public bus route as well. Beach chairs for the beach and a floatie chair for the pool was great! The condo was a little dated but functional. 2 bedrooms was great and a tv in both bedrooms as well as the living room for down time. Kitchen had most everything you needed. Washer and dryer in the unit was a great addition! Booking was simple and we were able to communicate easily via email.

Our host was extremely attentive and made it easy to check in and out. The helpful notes around the condo made it easy to operate everything. A big plus are the provided beach chairs and unbrella. It seems they have provided everything we could possibly want including coolers and a flashlight to take if you want to go see sunset on the beach across the street.
