The checking in process was easy, the condo property was clean, nicely manicured. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and all the linens we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was excellent for the local amenities, beach, pool, parking, and ground floor. My daughter, son-in-law, and 1 year old granddaughter live on the island so it was convenient. Also have all the child friendly items like, high chair, wagon, beach gear, and cleanliness. I would definitely rent again.

We did a Ladies' vacay and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is set up well-very clean and quiet.Karen was very welcoming and answered any questions we had in a timely manner.We enjoyed being so close to the beach as well as shopping and other amenities. I loved sitting on the lanai listening to the birds and other critters chatting.The rooms are nicely set up-comfortable and having all the beach extras sure was a plus! Also-having AC available was a very welcome amenity-we are from AK-so cool there is hot for us.Would definitely stay here again if we ever get to go back to Maui .

Appliances, artwork, furnishings, bedding - everything is very high-end! plus a whole room of everything you could possibly need for the beach, which is a very short walk away across the street. Like the description says, restaurants are close by. Great place to stay!!

The amenities were good and that is appreciated. Access to the beach parks was great. We did have a problem on the first day. One of our parking stalls was taken by someone else and a family member was coming to visit us. Made a couple of calls to no avail-was even told my sister could park across the street! It would help if there was a “live” person on the premise or even an office to go to to deal with complaints.

The condo itself was perfect as we had 3 couples in our party and it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was clean and provided everything we needed to make coffee and breakfast as well as beach towels and chairs that we carried with us as we could walk to the beach from the condo. Great location in Kīhei. The only drawback is that there is no gate when entering the complex and a homeless person was able to drive his car recklessly onto the property, hit our rental car, and then run away.

Air conditioner did not cool the bedrooms. Condo needs a deep cleaning! Needs a new broom, small dessert bowls, leftover containers, oven mitts. But overaĺl it was a perfect location and the pool was great!!!. We did leave beach umbrella, sand toys and toddler water wings for the next family to enjoy. Thank you

This was our family’s first vacation. The condo rental was easy and straightforward. Our family of 4 has everything we could need, the beds were comfortable, the a/c was great and the place is clean and cute. I don’t think I can go back to getting a hotel when options like this exist.

We found this condo to be even better than advertised. It was updated and very clean. The lanai with the ocean view was so amazing to have. We were often outside on it, especially for sunrise and sunset. My husband and myself stayed with our two twenty something year-old daughters which made the two bedrooms and two bathrooms so helpful for a pleasant stay. We used the grill in the pool area almost daily. We were always able to use one when we wanted without waiting and found them to work well. The kitchen was very well equipped. I already miss the dishwasher because I do not have this at home. The ice maker, coolers, ice packs and beach chairs came in very handy for beach days. Multiple beaches, restaurants, and shops nearby. It was a nice central location for all of the activities we chose to do. Lisa our host was very responsive to even the smallest questions. I could go on and on…definitely 10/10! We wish to visit Maui again and hope this condo will be available.

Great location in Kīhei. Very well stocked with plenty of beach equipment. Kitchen also came with lots of cooking and storage supplies. Beds were comfy. Lots of bathroom towels and great beach towels. Nice to stay in such a well-stocked place! Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing! Great location! Walked over to the beach many times. The condo was perfect for our needs. Great location as a jumping off point for things all around the island and so awesome to wake up with a beautiful balcony view of Haleakalā. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home for our family trip to Maui. The condo had everything we needed, was comfortable, clean, and steps from the beach. We made use of the provided beach equipment that was all in great condition. Tons of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Check in was easy, even arriving in the middle of the night. Fantastic location. Nice to have AC. Considerate extras that we could borrow (umbrella, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc). Unfortunately, dishwasher stopped working during our stay, but owner very responsive and ultimately, the dishwasher was replaced.We’ve stayed in other parts of Maui on previous trips (wailea, Makena), but this was the absolutely best location in terms of beach proximity and proximity to other island activities. Highly recommend!

Location is fantastic but when you’re staying for 10 days it would be nice if they left more than 2 wash clothes and 4 towels, especially when they ask you to preserve water. It also would be nice if they provided tissue so you didn’t have to use the limited toilet paper. I still would stay again because I love the location

Loved have three bedrooms with THREE bathrooms for our 5 adults. Access was convenient from the parking and the elevator to our floor was essential. While the property is not newer, it was clean, comfortable and convenient for our activities.

This apartment was great for our family vacation! The location is ideal, Charley young beach was the best beach for kids. We drove to other areas and always were happy to come back to this beach. Foodland was very close by, as well as other restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself offered everything we needed and the hosts were quick to respond to all our questions. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Great location with lots of beaches, food, shops in walking distance. Condo was well organized with three bedrooms and three bathrooms which was perfect for the 5 of us. The washer and dryer were very helpful as was being located on the bottom floor.

Everything was excellent. Great location a block away from a beautiful beach. Kitchen was clean and well equipped, mini split air conditioners for each bedroom and living area, washer/dryer and even beach equipment! Even with some mobility limitations in our travel party, we had no trouble navigating the 8 or so steps from the elevator to the unit’s floor. Highly recommended - we would definitely stay here again!
