We had a wonderful stay! Great location with lots of beaches, food, shops in walking distance. Condo was well organized with three bedrooms and three bathrooms which was perfect for the 5 of us. The washer and dryer were very helpful as was being located on the bottom floor.

The condo is in a great location and a very quiet property. Easy to walk to restaurants or a very quick drive. Loved that each room had AC as well as the living room. Check-in was easy and Jason was easy to get ahold of if needed. The condo was nice and clean as well. Having the washer/dryer makes it easy to pack light and wash clothes as needed. I would definitely rent this condo again! We also appreciated the beach chairs/towels, umbrella etc. Thanks for the extra coffee, Jason! Some things that could be helpful: foil/sawran wrap, small reusable containers to put snacks in for the beach/put leftover cooked food in.

Excellent Stay!The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The host has everything you could possibly need—she really thought of all the details. The location is perfect: close to everything, with the beach just across the street. There are plenty of eateries and grocery stores nearby, making it super convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Very communicative and flexible with our check in time, and readily came to drop off some needed items. Kitchen was well equipped, especially with lots of Tupperware which were much appreciated. AC unit was quite loud and the second bedroom remained warm even with ceiling fan and multiple standing fans, but otherwise very comfortable stay with great host.

We had a great time here. Everything we needed. The beach was a short 5 min walk and other beaches are walkable as well. Right on a main public bus route as well. Beach chairs for the beach and a floatie chair for the pool was great! The condo was a little dated but functional. 2 bedrooms was great and a tv in both bedrooms as well as the living room for down time. Kitchen had most everything you needed. Washer and dryer in the unit was a great addition! Booking was simple and we were able to communicate easily via email.

Our host was extremely attentive and made it easy to check in and out. The helpful notes around the condo made it easy to operate everything. A big plus are the provided beach chairs and unbrella. It seems they have provided everything we could possibly want including coolers and a flashlight to take if you want to go see sunset on the beach across the street.

Very clean, fully functional kitchen! In a great area with easy access to beaches, food, and restaurants. Only caveat is the balcony is a bit small - the AC unit takes up most of the balcony and blows air onto whoever’s next to it when it’s in use.

Pros: it was close to the beach. The pool was just next door. It away from the commercial areas, so nice and quite area which what I was looking for. There were plazas that were walkable (10 mins in each direction).
Cons: The A/C was only in living room so the rooms were a little warm, but okay if doors were open. Little things here and there outdated.

This place was awesome! It is super clean, no black feet from walking barefoot. Perfect size for our family of 4 and great amenities for our kids. Comes with a pack and play with sheets, booster seat, beach toys, and books/toys for indoor play. Stocked well with beach necessities and kitchen supplies to make food preparation easy. Beach is right across the street and walking/short driving distances to restaurants and groceries. We would definitely stay here again if we're lucky enough to come back to Maui

The place felt very homey right when you walked in. Despite only having an AC unit in the livingroom and the two bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans, the place cooled down over night and you actually didn't need the rooms to be any cooler. There's plenty of towels and extra bedding. In the kitchen, there is a variety of pots and pans, dishes and utensils, cups, coffee mugs. I was pleased to see that there was salt, and other seasonings and oil available to cook with. It saved me a trip to grab those items from the store.A few things that came up which we had to seek alternatives or reported were:Parking - the spaces are super tight. We weren't able to park in our spot overnight because the two spots next to ours had others parked which made it too tight to fit in a minivan. Our other designated spot was taken by another car that had a cover over it and it never moved. Shower head in the main bedroom - the showerhead was leaking so water shot up into the ceiling, however, when I reported this the showerhead was replaced the very next day.Washer - I am not sure what caused the malfunction but the washer stopped draining and spinning, I wasnt able to do my laundry. I reported this but since it was oir last night, I am unsure if the issue was resolved.The location of the place is walking distance to Charley Young and Kamaole I Beach. You can also walk a few blocks to an ABC store next to a gas station, Kihei Marketplace and Kihei Food Oasis.

After booking, I was excited to stay here but that changed quickly at arrival. First, this unit is NOT ADA/WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. We had someone with disabilities who luckily could climb stairs after taking the elevator, but if they were fully wheelchair-bound, there'd be no way to access the unit without being carried.Next, at check-in, the electronic lock didn’t work with the code provided in our check-in instructions. There was no physical key or backup option. I called the only number listed for the unit on Vrbo and despite notifying the host of our time of arrival 24 hours ahead, I was sent to voicemail over 10 times and left waiting in the heat for nearly 30 minutes. When contact was made, only one of several backup codes worked. I asked for a local contact in case of further lock issues, and was given a housekeeper’s number—not a property manager, though the AOA rules (provided in-unit) require one. Other issues: Moldy washer—strong odor and visible mold in the rubber ring (more mold than can be attributed to climate). Supplied towels smelled mildewed. Also, binder info in-unit conflicted with VRBO info, both places w/ incorrect info than was supplied by host when talked with on phone during lock issue. Was only made aware there was a separate code to access the communities pool when I was on the phone with the host trying to find a code that worked for unit lock. Overall, updates needed w/check-in process and condo info along with better communication.

Lots of space and amenities provided like beach chairs and towels, a wagon to carry things to the very close beach across the street, coolers, washer dryer, and after 9pm pretty quiet. They should update the pictures to show that construction of the next door hotel has been completed so it was not an issue. The AC wasn’t working but it was quickly remedied. If you need space and are on a budget this place is close to a lot of things.

The best place for a trip with my parents. The perfect location in Kihei. I have been to Maui many times, and I prefer this location. Easy walk to the beach, to ABC, food trucks and supermarkets. Very quiet condo, with AC in all rooms. Fast Wi-Fi, which was important as I needed to work a few days. Will stay here again!

The internal of the room was absolutely beautiful, so different from what the outside looks like. There were 2 issues we ran into during our stay, the water heater doesn't stay home for very long, there were 5 of us and only 2 of us would catch hot water, the rest all had to bath cold water. Also, the AC unit in the master bedroom made this humming noise every minute or so which made it REALLY hard to sleep, ended up sleeping in the guest room. Hope they get that resolved because that was not fun. Other than that, super cozy room, amenities provided were useful.

Had a wonderful stay at this slice of island paradise! The condo was clean and well appointed with beach gear, kitchen equipment, and temperature control for our stay. The shared pool was a lovely respite from the windy beach - just a block's walk away. We enjoyed the beautiful floral trees off the balcony and the view from the stairs. Very easy access, even for those with some mobility issues.

The condo is in a great location, basically a very short walk to some nice beaches, as well as places to shop and eat.
