This little condo is great. The most well stocked home we’ve ever stayed in. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, sent our code in advance to where there were no surprises. The only neg thing is how hard it is to find once you. We got there really late and had to drag luggage all over the place looking for the unit. Overall, we would stay here again, especially now that we know where it is!

The property is clean and well stocked. There is a lot of attention to details such as extra batteries for remotes. I especially appreciate owner having some cooking oil and spices in the kitchen. When traveling I always find it annoying to buy these little things that only use them once or twice so it's great to see them in the kitchen. Beach toys are also available, including body boards and snorkel sets. Small children will like the sand toys. The parking space is directly to the pathway to stairs so loading and unloading is easy. However we had a minivan and the cars next to us are parking on the lines so we decided to park at the visitor spot to avoid damage to the rental car. Smaller cars should be ok. We stayed at this condo 6/8-6/13/25. The parking was easy and assigned spot close to stairs(there is also an elevator) the condo was clean and served all of our needs. The condo comes supplied with a few days worth of garbage bags, TP, paper towels, etc. Its kitchen has everything you would pause during a vacation. This condo faces the pool, which we all enjoyed and it was well maintained and clean, as were the entire grounds. We enjoyed Hawaiian coffee on the lanai each morning while listening to the native birds sing. We were in Maui celebrating our two 18th granddaughters birthdays and graduating high school. The place was perfect as it had one bedroom with 2 twin beds and the master had a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom and the layout was perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our one night stay in Maui before flying to Kauai! It was well appointed with all that you would need for an even longer stay and very clean. The owners are super responsive and helpful! Walk right across the street to the beach and to many restaurants and shops! We didn’t have time to use the pool on site but it looked great! I would stay here again when we are in the area!

Excellent AC throughout. Nice and clean rooms. Appreciate having washer and dryer. The dish rack could use a drain board, because the dish mat gets soaked quickly. The knives were dull, and knife sharpener would be handy. The vacuum was missing the attachments. Overall a fine stay.

I love the location plus this unit has built in AC on the wall to every room. AC unit is very quiet not like one of those small one they put in the window. There is a bathroom to each bedrooms are plus, you don't have to share bathroom. Walking distance to great beautiful beaches and shops and restaurants. This condo has long term residents so they are pretty quiet compared to the condo with partying tourists. definitely I would keep booking this place when I visit Maui as long as they are available.

We stay in Kihei every year. We love this condo. Cute, clean and had all the amenities like beach chairs, umbrella and ice cooler. We also cook a lot of our food and they had storage bins for left overs. We had some questions and the property mananger was quick to answer. Definitely stay here!

This was an outstanding location, right across from Charley Young Beach. The property provided chairs and an umbrella, which was so helpful. Nice unit with awesome cooling equipment in each room. There were a few little maintenance issues, like the screen door to the lanai was pretty much impossible to move, as well as the bedroom closet doors. Nice to have a washer and dryer and the kitchen was well-appointed. Great parking. The biggest issue we ran into was loud neighbors — not just normal multifamily housing noise, we’re talking banging and moving furniture or something at 2:30 a.m. consistently. Obviously not the property owner’s issue or problem to solve, but it’s good for potential visitors to know. Would stay again!

This unit was well equipped, very clean and met all our needs. The equipment like chairs, boogy boards and snorkel gear were appreciated.The only small issue was with the coffee pot as it it was not the proper size for the coffee machine. Its as if the original pot was broken and replaced with another one but its too small and doesn't enage the valve below the filter. You have to keep lifing the pot up to drain the filter over and over again. Not the end of the world, but inconvenient none the less.

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean and was exactly what we expected based upon the listing and reviews. The property manager was very attentive and accommodating. Bed was comfy and air conditioning was a huge plus. The beach was literally across the street and the location in general was perfect. We could walk everywhere with restaurants and shopping right there. This was a a great hidden gem in Kihei. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay at this property. Awesome location with beach access literally right across the street and tons of restaurants/bars within 10 min walking distance. Unit had everything we needed and we used the Tommy bahama beach chairs and beach towels daily. Everything was clean, AC in main living room worked well and kept entire unit cool, with help of fans in bedrooms. Washer and dryer in unit were great too for our group.

The stay was very nice, there are 6 beach chairs, beach towels, there isn't any construction going on even though the pictures on the listing show construction. There is AC in every room and it works very well, the beach is a 5 min walk, and there is a very good beginner surfing spot nearby. Communication was very good and fast, the wifi username and password that are texted to you don't work, just look on the back of the router and you can get the wifi that way.

Myself, my husband and our 4 year old daughter had a great stay at this condo. Easy walk to the beach for our little family! Also, a great walk either direction along S. Kihei Rd to restaurants/coffee/bakeries/shopping etc if you feel up to it. We spent most mornings at the beach and would come back to the pool in the afternoons when the winds came up. There were lots of families with kids of all ages, our daughter made multiple “vacation friends” at the pool haha Overall we had a great experience at this condo!

this was a wonderful rental with a location second to none. 5-minute walk to the beach which made it nice with kids. Well, equipped with plenty of beach items, towels, kitchen, and bath items. We spent allot of time on the Lanai enjoying the view and the pool area was a hit for the shole family. Check-in check-out was easy. Would definitely be happy staying here again.

We loved our stay here. Kihei is the perfect location to see lots of Maui - close to Charley young beach and the Kam beaches. Condo was very clean and updated. My son said the sofa bed was the most comfortable sofa bed he’s ever slept on. Condo had 2 beach chairs (would have loved a few more), an umbrella, boogie boards, towels and cooler for the beach.

The location was wonderful. Very short walk to the beach and town. Unit was not clean, very dusty throughout, tubs were clogged with hair and gunk and moldy, food in the couch, washer had mold and smelled bad, bathroom fans were clogged with grime, shower head had mold on them, broken remote control fan unit, electrical issue in 1 bathroom, stove and dishwasher were not attached, dishwasher was dirty, sheets had stains, frig had cracked pieces, microwave appeared to have some melting damage. and other issues- property manager (who also commented that we should be compensated for the cleaning fees and that the unit needed a deep cleaning and took photos also) came to unclog the tubs and clean some of the moldy areas. I asked the owner for compensation of the cleaning fees due to the unclean unit (and offered to send photos) and the owners response was not positive or professional. I am hoping these items were addressed before the next guests arrival.

Pacific Shores was perfect for our 3-generation vacation! With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms we had plenty of space and privacy. It was an easy, short walk to our favorite beach to play in the waves and watch the sun set. There are fantastic places to eat close by and we found everything we needed in the kitchen when we wanted to cook. There were plenty of beach towels and bath towels! The pool, hot tub and grounds were always clean. We loved buying fresh fish and grilling at the pool. It was SO nice to have the folding chairs to carry to the beach; we used those every day! This was our 2nd time staying here and we’ll be back!!
