We had a great stay at this property. The only downside was my wife had to clean some utensils before using, because they had dried food on them, and there were few places to hang damp clothes to dry, but overall it was a great stay!

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. The condo was quiet and easy to get to. The living room got a bit hot since the AC units were in the bedrooms, and our daughter was sleeping out there, However, the fan helped. There were lots of dishes and everything needed to cook (just bring your own spices.Would recommend staying here.

It was clean and quiet! Was only here 5 nights that went to fast! The only thing I would complain about is we only had 3 washcloths for 6 of us! I messaged Vacasa but they said they only give 1 per person, personally I like 1 for my face and 1 for my body. The location was so good!!!

Location of this place is great, super convenient to beaches, restaurants, and major activities. Suzanne was very responsive to communication and extended our stay by a few hours at no cost since we had a late flight home. It was very appreciated. The condo has everything needed for a comfortable extended stay, whether for cooking or enjoying the beach. We'd stay there again!

Condo as advertised, would not have more than a party of four adults.
Comfy beds and couches. Best air conditioning/fan set up I have seen in Maui rentals.
Unit is mainly in the shade so in the evening you can open the lanai door and kitchen window and get a good dose of fresh air, does not get overly hot while you are out.
Only thing it was missing was a kettle. Not missing now as we left one there for furture users.
Access to beach is basically right across the road maybe 5min walk. ABC couple blocks to the right and food land a few more blocks to the left. All within walking distance plus lots of shops and places to eat. Recommend coconuts fish cafe, ABC also serving up some great meals and if you want a delicious burger take a short drive (or walk but it’s a bit of a hike) at the cool cat cafe now in Kihei.

I have stayed in this building a few times, but never in this specific unit. The property has always been great, but this specific unit was by far the nicest. It's fully renovated and everything is in great shape. It was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully, which we really appreciated. I will definitely book with them again the next time we come to visit the island. Thanks a lot for the wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed this condo! It was beautiful, well equipped and close to the beach. The location was within walking distance of many things, and a great central place for driving anywhere.
We had one issue where the keypad entry wasn't working, the response time and customer service to fix it was amazing!

The only issue I have with this property, is that the air conditioner is on a timer, so when it gets hot at night you have to wake up and re set the timer. Also the shades cover the air conditioner which cuts down on its efficacy and if you don't cover it, then the light from outside is not closed and I slept on the comfortable pull out, but not being able to shut the outside light is not optimal.

Jason was an amazing host! He was very quick to answer any questions we had and solve the few problems that came up.
The condo is in a great, quiet location close to some great beaches and amenities. It was extremely clean and comfortable for the 4 adults in our group. Beds and pillows were great which is important when you can't take your own with you.
Check in was really easy and smooth. Jason was very detailed in his instructions and made it seamless.
We would highly recommend this condo and we would choose it for future visits.

Overall, everything was as promised on the listing. I was a little confused with the check in process but was able to communicate with the manager with no issues. They replied with the information needed right away.
The only thing that was a shame is that the coffee machine is a little old and doesn’t make great coffee. There was also no tea kettle.

We LOVED this property! First of all, the AC was already on when we arrived so it was wonderful to walk in from the humidity. The place had everything we needed, including beach gear. Small downside was AC unit was only in the living room so the rooms were a bit warmer, but the fans helped. Great ground floor location, super close to everything. Would stay here again!

Visiting Maui for a couple of days, we were so happy that we picked this condo.
It’s spacious, ideally located next to two very walkable beaches, with all necessary beach amenities (beach chairs, umbrella, towels, kid’s sand toys, etc) and A+ A/C. It’s close to restaurants, supermarket (ABC store). We will be visiting again!

This was a great condo, easy access to nearby attractions and the beach. It was clean, quiet and very well stovked.
The only thing to be aware of is that the elevator does not stop on the floor where the condo is.
Prepare to walk up at least a half a flight of stairs to get to the condo.

My family of 5 loved our stay here. It had a very welcoming feeling right when we walked in. There were so many little things already provided that we didn't need to go shopping right away (except for food). The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked! They thought of all the little details that most places don't bother equipping you with. The location is on point! We were able to walk to many places, like the beach and the shops.
