The condo is beautiful & the view amazing. After a couple of days in tourist busy Waikiki Beach we were glad for a slower paced beach town. The condo has all the basic needs from beach equipment to kitchen appliances. Very family friendly. The only minor issue we found was it was hard to keep the front bedrooms cool, the AC unit did fine in master bedroom and main living areas, but didn’t quite reach the front bedrooms. But it also maybe a function of the time of year, probably better in cooler months. I would still totally recommend this location for a wonderful stay. So much better than a hotel!

We loved our stay at this condo in Kihei. The location is amazing, literally walk across the street and you are at the beach . The check in as easy and quick which is appreciated when you get in late. There is a small pool but it was never busy and kids loved it. The amenities were wonderful. We enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. We used the air fryer daily what a great appliance to have on vacation . Owners are great at communicating. Felt like home away from home.

We can’t say enough good things about this property. Our unit had absolutely everything we needed. When we arrived, we called to say we needed sheets for the sofa bed. Someone quickly responded and brought what we needed. The location was amazing. It was a 1 minute walk to beautiful Kihei beach.

This is a great place to stay in Kihei. Wendy was very responsive to one of our concerns. Communication with the owner’s excellent. Views are amazing on the double lanai and are also beautiful on the rooftop. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Everything you need for cooking and going to the beach is all here. We stay at this unit every time we come to Maui and we’ll definitely be coming back.

Bring your suitcase and stop for a few groceries and your set! Connie has everything else you need. She is an incredible host. The location is perfect, beautiful views of the ocean, a beautiful beach a 1/2 a block away. The beach is perfect for all ages to enjoy. Turtles swam through close to the beach almost everyday. Lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. This was a perfect location for our family to enjoy the beautiful island of Maui.

Property was perfect for our family. The expansive lanai was great for breakfast with a view and enjoying the sunset. Unit is nicely decorated with all the comforts of home. Beach supplies provided - chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella made beach days easy. The location is wonderful with the beach across the street and plenty of great dining nearby.

Overall our stay was excellent. Property was clean and the property manager was very good at communicating with us. My only complaints are that the ac needs to be replaced (leaks onto lanai) and the lack of storage for leftovers. We bought and left 5 Tupperware containers so the next guests don’t have the same problem.

As soon as we arrived, I understood why this property has so many glowing reviews. First of all, it was spotlessly clean — something I always appreciate. Then there’s the view: waking up in the master bedroom to the sight of the ocean, palm trees, and crashing waves is just magical. You can watch the sunset right from your balcony, stroll across the street to the grassy area by the beach, or walk down to the sand for an effortless sunset experience — absolutely stunning.The location is perfect: walking distance to an ABC store, great restaurants, snorkel rentals, and more. What a find this rental was! The condo was a wonderful place for our family of 4, including our two young children (5 and 1). This was probably the best appointed unit that we've ever stayed in - there were so many items beyond what we usually see in vacation rentals and it made our stay a breeze. From the kid-safe dishes in the kitchen to the snorkel gear and beach wagon, we barely wanted for anything during our week here.The unit was also really comfortable, and the afternoon breezes worked wonders at cooling everything off. The location was perfect - Kam 1 was a lovely beach, and there were so many restaurants and shave ice places in a few block walk that we were spoiled for choice.Ultimately, though, our favorite part was how much like home this unit felt like. We could really tell that the family that owns it lives in it and cares about it, and that was evident in all of the thoughtful touches and conveniences we found along the way. We would absolutely stay here again next time we're on Maui! Thank you!

We enjoyed staying at this condo because of the split air conditioning! It’s a plus since it goes get hot in those condos. We were missing having an umbrella for the beach but had chairs to use. We would stay here agsin. They accommodated our late flight out so we could stay till 7pm for a fee but totally worth it!

This was a beautiful and clean condo. The views of the ocean were wonderful. I loved having breakfast on the lanai every morning looking at the views. It was an easy and smooth check in and check out process. We didn’t cook really but the condo had everything we needed. Beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and even some beach toys for the kids. The location was perfect; we could walk to the beach across the street. Also to dinner, shopping and ice cream. Maybe we got lucky but it was very peaceful and quiet at night. I was very impressed and would stay here again.

This property was not only the perfect size for our family but is in prime location. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach with many restaurants nearby. The property was spacious, has all the comforts and amenities you need and has A/C! The views are so beautiful from the lanai. Within great walking distance of food and shopping. Excellent proximity to Kamaole Beach Parks I-III. Sea turtles swam right past us on Kam III daily. Take goggles! Sunset views so are stunning, we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else for this natural, beautiful daily event.

First and foremost, they did not emphasize how amazing the location is! It is literally a quick walk to the beach with all the supplies you would need to enjoy your stay at the beach. There are plenty of shops around to rent snorkeling, gear, boogie boards, and other items for other activities you would enjoy doing in the ocean. There was plenty on site parking, amazing to have a washer dryer in the unit. The unit was extremely clean. There was plenty of space in the three bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The pool was great and refreshing. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The BEST location. Sunsets are breathtaking and this location is so central to all your needs. All of the extra amenities of this condo are certainly a huge perk. We had such an amazing stay here at Kamaole Beach Royale 409 for our first trip to Maui! The location is unbeatable, along with the sunrise and sunset views! Walkable to coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, the beach and more. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui!
