The property has a short walk to kamaole I beach. Have a nice coffee maker. Very clean and beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai.

The individual suite was great. Beautiful view from the lanai. The suite was clean and as advertised. Overall this unit was a perfect place to call home for our 10 day stay in Maui. Some very minor considerations... the foam topper in the bedroom was way too soft for us. We sunk so far in and at our age, we need something firmer. We were disappointed that the rooftop bbq/common area was closed for our entire stay due to construction, however we were not informed of this until after we had arrived. I have stayed in another unit in the same building in 2019 and eating dinner from the rooftop, taking in the amazing view was a highlight. So it was extremely disappointing to arrive and find out it is under construction and would be the whole time we were there. However, we were still in Maui and its hard to complain about that :) We had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay in a clean, convenient & well stocked suite (aside from Toilet Paper). Lol. 3 rolls of 1 Ply, for 3 people for 10 days definitely didnt cut it.

A beautiful place!! The furniture, decor & the view on the balcony was so worth it. Check in was easy, it’s a pretty safe/quiet place and parking was easy as well. The only reason I’m rating my experience a 4 instead of a 5 star is because I did encounter a German cockroach on one of the nights in the bathroom, I didn’t realize how common encountering cockroaches were in Hawaii, I also had a issue with this in my Turo rental. The host was helpful in providing tips to prevent attracting them for the remainder of the trip! The location was great too for visiting the road to Hāna and the north west side of the island, there’s also a lot of great beaches nearby as well. I would recommend this place for sure.

The amenities were in great condition. Kitchen and supplies were great. We loved the shared condiments and leftovers. There was bottled water in the fridge that worked for our first night. We left bottles for the next guests.The air conditioner worked its little motor hard, but it was a bit warm. It could use a few more large fans; the tower fans were not sufficient. Otherwise, I totally recommend this space. The area is awesome! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and short drives to tourist spots around the island.

We had a wonderful stay.Condo is clean, beds comfortable. Was great having a washer & dryer.Has a beautiful view. We had breakfast on the patio every morning.Was within walking distance to many restaurants. We snorkeled at Kamaole Beach 3 & it was just ok for us. We were an all adult group & love snorkeling & found other beaches that had better snorkeling. Water def calmer in the morning. We walked around the beaches right across the street from the condo all of them are beautiful & perfect for people that just want to lay around the beach, swim & and/or have children. There is a lifeguard who seemed very attentive.There are 6 useable chairs at the table outside & there are 2 on the backside that are not useable because of the arms on the chairs & not enough space to pull the table out for people to sit on the beach side of the table. We had one issue with the ac & I texted the number provided in the book & got a response with in 5 minutes & within the hour they came to the unit & fixed it. We liked the split ac units, so we could control the temp in all of the individual rooms. My mom liked it much warmer in her room. I was very happy we had AC & when it was off it was very warm & would not stay in a place without it. I did see many places that did not have AC when I was looking for a condo. I would definitely recommend this condo & would not hesitate staying here again. Parking was easy & we always found a spot in the lot. We appreciated be allowed to have a late check out.

You can't beat this location. A block from the beach and all the amenities you need within walking distance. We had some trouble with check-in, not having been sent the door code in advance and even when the code was sent the instructions about putting a # after the number wasnt specified. Once we got in everything was great. Hopefully the communication mishap was just a one-off. Host offered an unprompted late check-out, which was much appreciated.

Excellent location with amazing view. Beautiful,well equipped condo had everything we needed and more! This was our fifth time on Maui and think this may be our favorite. We only wish it had A/C in the bedroom. The bathroom was fine for the two of us with a nice sized shower, but may feel a little small for more than that. We used the beach chairs and umbrella every day and really appreciated that they were in great shape. Having a washer and dryer is so helpful and also very much appreciated. We also enjoyed the Lanai a lot and loved watching the beautiful Maui sunsets every night!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The access to the beach was incredible - we could walk right over. Our favorite part was the view from the balcony - we spent so much time just relaxing and watching the daylight change, sipping coffee and tea. There is also a roof top with a beautiful view, which we enjoyed thoroughly. If you stay here, do not forget to visit the rooftop after sun down to see some incredible ocean views by moonlight. The amenities were great too, having a washer/dryer and kitchen in the unit was great.

good view, nice property. Two complaints: (i) there were a lot of ants in the kitchen upon arrival, (ii), the bed sheets are 100% polyester, which (a) is uncomfortable, and (b) are heavy and hot; (iii) there is a massive a/c unit in the living room, but for some reason nothing in the bedroom but a weak fan that makes a large clanging noise any time you turn it on to strength. In August, this makes for a pretty hot night of sleeping.
