There were 2 families that stayed in this condo, that comfortably slept all 7 of us. Beautiful rooftop patio! The only downfall of the patio is that it did not open until 7:30am. We wanted to come up and sip our coffee from the roof top while watching the sunrise. The only other issue we had is that we had to switch our rental vehicle 1 day into our trip because of a problem with the vehicle. We did not realize that we had to fill out a new parking form, until it was on our car window. By the time we filled it out, our vehicle had already been reported and a parking fine was attached to the license plate number. When we went somewhere to park, we ended up having to pay a parking fine, in addition to our parking fee. This could have been handled a little better, maybe a warning allowing for time to complete a new parking permit. Our trip was amazing and Kihei was a great place to stay.

What can we say, simply fantastic. From the first inquiry with Wendy to check out, communication was excellent. Always accommodating and pleasant. This VRBO felt like home. Clean, fully stocked, great location. Comfortable beds and the double lanai is such a great addition. The property is maintained very well and although we didn’t use the pool much it is one of the cleanest we’ve experienced. Given the opportunity, we would rebook in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us so we could have an amazing family vacation.

Holy buckets is this ever a lovely place! So conveniently located within walking distance of all sorts of shops, great beaches, food options, etc. Comfortable beds, beautiful view, great amenties in the unit. Nice deck on top of building with a lovely view. Note, however, that the pool is NOT available to temporary guests. (That is the one and only negative I could even think of.)

This property is in an amazing location right next to the beach and in the heart of Kihei! Great beach stuff to use on the lanai. Everything worked well.The one AC unit didn't quite cool the whole condo so it got a bit warm. A little sparsely equipped with amenities. Sleeps 6, but there are only 3 wine glasses. The coffee pot requires filters, but the filters in the condo were too small to use. No place to put dishes after you wash them so the counter was always cluttered and wet.

This property was perfect for iur anniversary trip. The lanai was amazing to just sit on and take in the view while listening to the birds. We enjoyed our coffee every morning out there and every evening taking in the sunset. The book with local places was amazing. The walkability is amazing from the location as well. We did so much on foot. There are bars, restaurants & a relaxing beach within walking distance. Only suggestion I do leave is nake sure to bring shampoo & conditioner as this location does not stock that.

2nd time in this building, first in this unit. We like this location for the restaurants next door, and the close access to beach plus the food truck park/shopping area just a mile north. Saw a turtle and fish swimming with just googles this visit at the beach across the street. Only complaints/reqquest would be to bump up your soap provided (2 very small-silver dollar sized soaps in bathroom for sink and shower), and an inexpensive boogie board would be handy. Thought the bed was comfortable. Appliances all worked etc. and plenty of storage space for clothes when unpacking.

The property was a great location and perfect condo for our needs. That said, it was dirty when we arrived with sticky prints on lights switches and gunk and juice spills on the counters and surface. We also had two kids sleeping on air mattresses but there wasnt enough bedding for them.

Beautiful peaceful condo with a gorgeous view. Sofabed was very comfortable. The chairs and umbrella that were provided were really useful. Nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Close to everything in Kihei and right across the street from the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed in this condo for eight nights and loved our stay. The place was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The condo has a wonderful view of the sunset and had a great lanai to enjoy breakfast overlooking the ocean. The property had a pool and a nice rinse off area for after beach play.
The condo is a block away from a great beach to hang out at and to go boogie boarding and body surfing. My daughter loved the pool and we all enjoyed how relaxed, family friendly and quiet the area was. The host provided great beach gear (umbrella, beach chairs, pool noodles, boogie board, sand toys and small ice chest) which was awesome to have right there and no need to rent. All the appliances were up to date and great to have laundry in the place. There was also a nice roof deck to enjoy sunsets.
The smallest thing that was confusing at the place was the front door lock, so read the instructions on how to activate the key pad lock. It took us a few tries to first open the place, but after that there were no problems.

This location is PERFECT! First day we saw whales breaching from the lanai. The only minor issue we had was getting the bedroom cool enough. There is ac, but it’s in the main room. Most nights we would open all the windows to cool off the apartment; but if it wasn’t very windy, that back room was a little warm. They had a couple of fans that really helped, though. Otherwise, amazing stay! We’ll definitely come back! We greatly appreciated the beach chairs , too!

Most of the condos on Maui are somewhat dated being built in the 80's. Silvana's condo has been skillfully & beautifully renovated and is only a block off one of the best beaches in Kihei. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the beach, and the condo patio. Another night we spent an evening on the roof top deck enjoying a drink, sunset and conversation with fellow travellers. The condo had everything we needed, the king size bed was super comfortable & the large shower fantastic. This was our first time staying in Kihei and like the central location more than previous stays in Kaanapali & Lahaina. We'll be back!

My husband & I loved staying at this well-equipped condo. Great area - right across the street from the lovely Kam 1 beach, many great shops & restaurants within walking distance. Exactly as advertised. Great communicative hosts and easy (keycode) check-in. Lovely lanai with ocean views, and the BBQ + social area on the rooftop patio was a dream for drinking a beer and watching the sun set. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was a perfect size for our family of four. First, it was centrally located so we had a convenient drive to all of our planned excursions. The beach was RIGHT across the street. The condo was equipped with beach chairs, towels, cooler, and umbrella for our use. We really appreciated this. The ocean view right from our balcony was fantastic, we enjoyed many sunsets. We didn’t do much cooking here, but the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed. The beds were comfortable and towels soft. All toiletries were fully stocked. This location was super walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach. The owner was very responsive to all my questions. I loved having beach chairs, umbrella and cooler available. There were some light bulbs that needed to be changed and the sliding glass door was tough to open but I’m sure the owner is in the process of fixing. I highly recommend this condo for families with children.

We loved this condo so much! Perfectly located right in front of a great beach and shops. Tons of eating options around and perfect location to explore the entire island. The view was as goos as it gets and we saw humback whales from the balcony. The host was wonderful. Our flight back home was late at night and since the timing worked Connie let us check-in late which made our return so much easier.

The stay was beautiful but we did have alot of bugs. They came and sprayed but nothing helped. We talked to other people in the building and they did not have them. When we arrived there were crumbs on the counter from the toaster and potato chips on the carpet of the lanai. This may have attracted all the bugs. The rug in the living area was also very dirty. This place could be amazing with a few small items attended to. The view is beautiful.

We stayed at Andrew and Lynn’s property in the first week of March with our two kids, 3 and 5. We could not have asked for a better home base from which to explore Maui!
The condo was equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, a lifejacket for our youngest, binoculars for whale watching, in-unit laundry, and more.
We rented a car so were able to explore many different beaches and could have gone anywhere on the island. We went to a beach almost every day and ended up in the pool when we’d return from the beach. Our kids had a blast and it felt like a real break from our hectic lives!
The residents and other guests staying in the complex were all very nice and welcoming. It was March break for us and there were many other families staying in the complex, too.
All of us enjoyed eating all our meals on the Lanai. And the kids loved watching people swim in the pool from there, too.
On our first night we ate at Maui Fish ‘n Chips, in Dolphin Plaza right across the street from the complex. The cod fish ‘n chips was delicious and so light. And the tuna poke was also great - and spicy - yum! We went back a couple of times since it was so good and so reasonably priced.

From the very beginning show owner, Anita, was great at responding to any questions or needs that we had. The condo is directly across the street from the beach, and within walking distance of some stores and restaurants . It is beautifully decorated and the has all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The binder that she has prepared for guests is amazing, so many suggestions for dining, activities, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

The property has a fantastic location less than a block away from the beach. It has a great view of the ocean. It was clean and the most well stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. The upgraded appliances are lovely.
The rooftop barbecue was also great.
We liked being able to use the beach chairs and umbrella.

We stayed here for 10 days with our two young children and my in-laws and it was wonderful. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and everything else. There is a lot of snorkeling gear and other beach gear in a storage unit that was great for our beach days. The pool was wonderful and usually not terribly busy. The sunsets were incredible and we even saw whales from the balcony. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we had an excellent vacation.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very well stocked with supplies and the location and views were perfect!! Whales putting on a show right out front everyday! Pretty much everything we could want or need was within blocks. Major bonuses were the rooftop deck with quality bbqs and the Aloha room on the main floors. When you were at the beach or pool, the Aloha room was so convenient for our use. Rooftop was so much fun to meet others staying in the building with big tables for groups of people to eat/ drink and enjoy the sunset views . We will definitely be back!!!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as advertised and immaculately clean. The bed was so comfortable that when we got back home we got rid of our lumpy mattress and bought one similar to the mattress at the condo (Simmons Beautyrest). The kitchen had everything we needed, and we put the Keurig coffeemaker to good use. And we loved having a dishwasher. There is a nice beach just across the street that we enjoyed. With all the sun, lotion and sand, it was absolutely essential to have the washer and dryer, which we used daily. We also appreciated the beach chairs and towels that were provided. There are also snorkeling gear and boogie boards provided. Parking was never an issue, plus there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Communication with Silvana was excellent, and she checked on us a few times via messaging to make sure our visit was going well and that we had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful and we would happily stay here again!

First timers to Maui and our choice of place to stay was absolutely excellent.
Great location, beautiful view and Anita was fantastic to deal with. We had zero issues during our stay and would recommend to anyone.
Only a gentle nudge to perhaps update the couch and chair as they have seen a good life, but this did not impact our stay in the least.
We heard roaches were an issue in other places and saw not one. Very very clean and bug free.
