From the moment we stepped in, everything was just perfect. The location, the view, the amenities in the condo, everything!! Super comfortable, quiet, and the owners made sure we were supplied with everything we needed for a great stay. It is a worry free place and perfect for the relaxation time we had. the beach is a three minute stroll and the location is perfect to get everywhere. The owners were also very friendly and helpful - accessible and available to answer questions we had. Overall, we will definitely try to come back as Maui is our favorite island.

We are: two grandparents, two parents, and two boys, ages 10 and 8. We fit nicely into the unit. There were two single beds for the boys. The toys and body board were a big hit. Communication with the owner was seamless. Highly recommend this rental.

Our party of 5 had a lovely stay in this comfortable condo steps from the beach and south Kihei amenities. Super convenient location. Well stocked kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishes, and seasonings. Roof deck with gorgeous west facing ocean views, tables, and gas grills was greatly appreciated on nights we decided to stay in and cook. Beds were comfortable, laundry is located in the bedroom with twin beds. Baths are good sized with some updating. Bring your own soap and shampoo, medicine cabinet was well stocked with various items including sun burn spray and rubbing alcohol. We added a bottle of anti fog for snorkeling to the hall bath. Tile floors are easy to vacuum as some sand will follow you home no matter how much you hose off or shower before returning from the beach. Air conditioning was appreciated in the afternoon, we opened the doors and windows once the outside temperature fell below 80 degrees which gave us a very comfortable breeze through the unit most nights. The lanai is well stocked with beach supplies including snorkel gear for kids, pool noodles, toys, umbrella, boogie board, and skim board. The sliding glass door can be difficult to open and close in the living room for children or weaker adults. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Loved sitting on the deck in the morning listening to all the birds. The pool was refreshing for a late afternoon swim. Very comfortable and relaxing for our party of seven. Condo was equipped with most everything we needed and beds were comfortable as well. We did adjust the main toilet float so it wouldn’t continually run after flushing. Both sliding screen doors need to be re-screened and oiled to make it easier getting in and out. One of the nice beach chairs was broken. Other than that, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer time together. Thank you! We so enjoyed our stay!

Great stay! We opted for a 3 bedroom condo which was perfect for 2 couples. We didn't have a car, so we rented bikes from Boss Frog's next door & were able to walk or bike to restaurants, happy hours, & shops daily. The beach is a very short stroll, and happens to be perfect for snorkeling & paddle boarding.
The only (semi-negative) issue of note was the condo's WiFi doesn't reach to the 2 (non master) bedrooms near the front door. But that was OK since we didn't need to be in lovely Maui working on our laptops anyway!
Owner communication was great - very prompt replies, & thorough/clear instructions each step of the way.
We absolutely LOVED our stay in Kihei & this specific condo, and hope to return some day. Highly recommend this exact spot!

Great location. Fit our whole family easily. . Easy to work with owners and make arrangements. Beach and pool toys available to use, along with beach chairs and cooler. Grilling deck on upper level was great for making dinners for everyone while still enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again.

The property had everything we needed. It was my husband and I. Our 3 boys (9,11,16) and my parents. The location was perfect, it’s close to great places to eat and (more importantly) across the street from the beach. It really was a home away from home. My boys didn’t want to leave.

Great property. The unit was clean and extremely convenient for all that is offered in the Kihei/Wailea area. We walked to dinner and lunch a few times and used the beach across the street. We had 6 in our party so the three bedrooms were key and they worked out great. Loved the lanai with the large table and chairs. I was very pleased with the property, its location and the ease of dealing with everything. I would definety recommend the propperty for groups of 6.

This is a great location! Would stay again for sure! Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops in Kihei. Condo was clean, but I would recommend bringing your own towels. The ones there had a mildew smell even after I washed them-but not a big deal, just pack some. We had a family of 8 stay and it worked great for us. I would recommend to anyone. Host was easy to work with and condo was great!

The condo is in an excellent location. So close to the beach, shopping and dining. Not the greatest for parking an extra car as you are allowed only 1 space. The condo was nice and clean and very roomy. We loved staying here and hope to come back again!

Highly recommend this stay! It is a 2 minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches. A great view of the water (and gorgeous sunsets) from the apartments balcony as well as from the roof. Any food/grocery/alcohol that you could need is within a couple of blocks. Comes stocked with a cooler, beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys. Pool is awesome for when the beach gets too windy. Apartment is clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Kitchen has all that you need and there is a great BBQ area on the roof. Absolutely perfect stay!

This VRBO has many things going for it. The beach is a half a block away and absolutely beautiful. The seventh floor patio area is beautiful with great grills and a beautiful sunset view. The condo has 4 room air conditioners (no central air) because of the age of the facility which are noisy and tend to have a mildew smell! The condo has been renovated which makes it a very comfortable facility. The kitchen is newly done and had a new refrigerator (with the protective film still on it) and the old refrigerator sitting on the outside patio!!! When we arrived, the master bath sink was clogged and running extremely slow and not fixed until two days later. The master bedroom fan and light never did work correctly particularly with the light being in operable but occasionally coming on in the middle of the night! I am confident that as an owner it is extremely difficult to get competent cleaning people. But, it needed a deep cleaning with drawers cleaned, etc. So, in summary, decide what your priorities are (location, accommodations, cleanliness, etc.) and choose based on those priorities.

This property is very centrally located and the perfect spot for staying on Maui. The upstairs bbq area was a major plus! If you plan on coming to Maui, do it during whale season and you’ll see so many breaches while on the roof top! Overall great stay, only minor issue was the floors felt dirty and I didn’t want to walk barefoot.

Can not say enough about this amazing property. The location is excellent. It's not on the ocean, but it's close enough to walk and carry all your needs. Plenty of shopping very close. Located mid island, so you can get to all points of interest within a short time. Ist floor so you can take the stairs if the elevator is busy. Condo is well equipped and comfortable. Kihei (kee-hay) is the place to be.

This rental was in an amazing location. Beach right across the street, shops and eats also within walking distance. You can watch the sun set on the top floor in the common eating/BBQ area. Unit itself was a great space and included everything you could need for a day at the beach. Communication with owners was also a pleasant experience. We would definitely book again!

This was a perfect place to stay. It is steps from the beach. This beach is great for kids and had great waves for boogie boarding. It has all the toys you need, such as boogie boards, 4 beach chairs, tons of sand tons, snorkel gear and noodles. The pool is great and quiet. It has the best places to eat, food and dessert steps away. Linda was great to work with. We have 2 teenage girls and 2 boys ages 10 and 7 and the condo had everything we needed to relax after a long day playing at the beach. I would definetely stay here again.

Nice. Spacious apartment to stay while in Maui! Convenient to Kihei attractions and Beaches! Fully furnished and clean. Only issue (not on the owners) is that the Elevator was being replaced at that time, so it was quite a climb to get to the top deck. Would stay again!

There were cleaning supplies left out everywhere and the furniture was pushed aside like someone mopped, but did not put things away. The beds were in disarray, so it did not look like the sheets were washed. We was not sure if it had been cleaned or how well

This was our first time in Maui so we explored a lot and learned a lot. We debated staying here (Kihei) vs in Kaanapali. Kihei has a "beach town" vibe. Tons of condos, great beaches, plenty of good restaurants (mostly walk-up to the counter type places). It is a fun area and you can easily spend every day relaxing and playing at one of the many nearby beaches. We were happy in Kihei but will probably try Kaanapali next time.
Pros of this specific property:
- great beach location. 1/2 a block to one of the best beaches in Kihei. We walked back and forth to the beach each day. Also very close to some good restaurants.
- owners. We had a question about the a/c. We called the owner on our 2nd day. He was very responsive and helpful. We appreciated his quick assistance. The problem was resolved easily.
- space. Three bedrooms was nice for our family of five.
- well stocked. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there.
- bathrooms. Recently redone. Very nice.
- Lots of beach toys and equipment available for free on the lanai.
- rooftop deck with barbecue grills. Fantastic place to watch the sunset.
Cons of this specific property:
- outdated. While the property was clean and adequate, it is in need of a remodel. The furniture, towels, sheets, and beds are all worn and dated. All the furniture was very basic, not very comfortable.
- pool. While there is a pool on the property, it is very small.
- I wouldn't let the aged state of the condo stop you from renting here. We had a great vacation and the condo met our needs. Just go into it knowing this won't be "luxurious". But, you're in paradise so it's definitely not a deal-breaker.

This condo has everything you need to explore Maui. Amazing beaches are right across the street and great restaurants are walking distance. The condo is clean and has AC. It’s a 2nd floor unit so you can take the stairs. The lanai’s get a great breeze. The pool area is very nice for a change of pace from the beach. Highly recommend this unit.

This place is perfectly situated about a half block from the beach which means al of the traffic noise is totally blocked - but still have the ocean in view from the lanai. Kitchen has everything you need and the showers are great. Fully stocked with beach supplies as well. Will definitely be looking to book here again next time I come to Maui.

Great location, beautiful property. There were 7 of us, 1 being a 19 month old. Well stocked for the beach. Kitchen is great. Beautiful bathrooms. Central air would make it perfect. Air conditioning is in the living room with fans in each room. We had an amazing time and would have loved staying longer or would definitely come back soon!!

Fantastic location near restaurants and all that is Kihei. Easy access to other parts of Maui as well. We enjoyed the beach toys, umbrellas, etc that were made available by the owner. All in all a great spot, and easy walking distance to/from everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing stay at Linda's wonderful condo. Perfect for the six of us with everything needed for a perfect 11 day stay. The location was directly across the street from Kamole I beach with breathtaking views of the sunsets and breaching whales daily. Condo was spotless with a fully equipped kitchen. One issue that was dealt with immediately. Will definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing your home with a very greatful family!

We chose Kihei at the recommendation of a friend who travels the islands frequently. He was absolutely correct on location. The northern towns are way to crowded and developed for my tastes. We needed a three bedroom and they are rare here. The location is directly across from Kamaole 1 beach and almost daily, we strapped on our beach chairs and packed up the cooler and enjoyed a few hours on the sandy beach. The condo is within walking distance of a number of restaurants and Maui Bread - yum. We walked to Kihei Cafe for breakfast and again down that area for dinner. Morning walks were a breeze along the beaches. We highly recommend doing the road to Hana with a tour guide - we used Valley Isle Excursions and were glad we did because there is no way our rented Suburban (we had 7 people staying) would have ever made the ride back across the southern tip. We did the Haleakala sunrise - awesome display and snorkeled Molikini. O'O Farm coffee tour and breakfast was beyond good. And of course Mama's Fish HOuse (reservations made 4 months in advance luckily). We had two issues with our stay. 1. The condition of the condo upon arrival - it was clearly dirty with food and other items I won't mention still present around the rooms - the rugs were filthy. I've used VRBO a few times and never had to clean the place upon arrival. Further, the third bedroom was not made up for a King bed as requested. However, the owners when contacted were apologetic and stated they would refund our own cleaning fee. The second issue is the furniture in the living and dining rooms - it is so uncomfortable. The sofa bed could not be used, and the sofa cushions are so weak you can feel the sofa bed when sitting on the sofa and the side chair is, frankly, dangerous. The dining chairs have no support in the bottom and sag. We would recommend the furniture be replaced. We used the lanai chairs and the two side folding chairs most of the time. I don't want to say we did not enjoy our stay - we did. The kitchen is well appointed; the two bathrooms are new renovations and the beds are comfortable. The breeze you get off the west is wonderful. We never used the air conditioner. The 7th floor grill and eating area is top of the line. Sunsets are best viewed from 7th floor or just walk down to the beach for the best views. Five stars for location and amenities. 4 stars only because of the furniture - fix that and you have a five star

Loved this condo!!!! The condo exceeded the description on their website. I loved the location--off of Kihei Road but close to everything and very quiet. With tiled floors and Granite counters the unit is very nicely presented, clean and comfortable. FulI size front loading high end washer and dryer. Lots of towels and bedding. Beach toys. Kitchen is fully equipped. I definitely recommend this unit to friends and family--just not when we wish to go back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this stay with one exception. The property is ideally situated near things that were very important to us. The beach was great - we were able to snorkel every morning and saw turtles daily. The snorkel shop, restaurants, fast food, shopping and shave ice are conveniently located nearby. The unit is supplied with beach supplies (although one chair should be replaced). The only negative to this stay was a noise problem at 4:30 a.m. outside our windows every morning. After the second day, we asked the office manager what was going on. He explained that it is someone's business and there is nothing they can do (maybe Kihei does not have noise ordinances) so we closed our windows at night but we were still awaken each morning at 4:30.

First off Linda, the owner, was fantastic to deal with. She was extremely responsive to questions and e-mails. Linda was open to offering suggestions regarding Maui and Kihei area. It was a very positive professional experience. The major positive for this condo is location. A short walk from the condo and you’re on the beach. Shops, stores and restaurants are within walking distance to the north or south of the condo, no reason to move your car if you don’t want. The condo is well representative in the photos. There were six of us and we never felt cramped or on top of each other. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean and neat upon arrival. We ran the ceiling fans non-stop so not to use the air condition which kept the unit nice and cool. The pool was never full and seating was always available. Do keep in mind that this is an older building built in 1974 and as such doesn’t have the looks of a modern building.
A few tips…
The condo has a full size washer and dryer, don’t over pack (we did)
The kitchen is well equipped with all you will need if your intending to cook (we didn’t)
The condo has a supply of beach gear, no need to purchase or bring
Watch out for the lounge chair in the living room, it has a tendency to tip over
Make sure you register you 2nd vehicle – they will find you!
They have shopping carts available to help move groceries or luggage
Visit the roof with a bottle of wine to view the sunset
Use the shutters on the patio to keep out the afternoon sun

First off, I never write reviews. I am usually too busy or don't care but this is an exception. The place we stayed in was great. We had a large family (8) so we needed and spacious and comfortable place for all of us and this fit perfectly. you are literally steps from the ocean and beach.
Some of our family are huge into excursions and it was really convenient that Boss Frog is right next door (plus alot of other really nice shops).
Bob is the onsite manager and he takes care of everything. You have a question or need something he is your guy.
The best t-shirt I read while I was there said. "I have nowhere to go and all day to get there" For me and my 16 month old grandson we applied that rule every day and it worked for us.

Great condo it has all the amenities of home. Great location, close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We even used the BBQ on the roof (twice) and it was a great view of the sunset! We had a party of six, and there was plenty of room.

Location was ideal. Short walk to beach area and numerous shops. Our party of six had ample space and found condo to be comfortable for all. The staff at office very friendly and helpful.
Encountered minor problems:
Leak in kitchen sink---- was handled promptly by Dianna with a phone call.
Dishwasher was not the best. Washed dishes by hand, as they came out unclean.
Washer/dryer spotty, and would benefit from updating.
All in all, enjoyed the the whole experience and would stay there again. Owner Linda was very helpful and provided us with a wealth of useful information and tips. Enjoyed the pool area and the seventh floor cook out facilities especially. View from there was outstanding. Found the condo to be quiet and secure.

My 2 yr. old grandson, Mark, expressed his love for "Grandma's Maui Condo" when he cried all the way to the airport asking to "go back to Grandma's condo". We all felt this way as we thoroughly savored the close walk to the beach, our take-out food from DaKitchen, and grilling our dinner on the 7th floor while savoring the incredible moments of the beautiful sunsets. The accommodations were terrific and we couldn't have asked for better. Yes, this is paradise and as you requested, "Just love Maui No Ka Oi."

We had never been to Maui before, so we knew nothing about the island. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and with all the amenities of home. The location is fantastic - directly across the street from a marvelous (uncrowded) beach that has great snorkeling (you can't beat it). There are restaurants within walking distance from the condo, and more great beaches (and restaurants) just a short car ride away. It was so enjoyable to 'come home' and barbeque on the rooftop and watch the amazing sunsets. We will be staying here every time we come to Maui. And I have recommended this condo to both our family and friends. Thank you for having, and sharing, such a wonderful place.

Our family was celebrating my Mom's 70th birthday and we couldn't find accommodations in Lahaina where we always have stayed--so, we booked this condo over the internet--relying only on the photos in the website...well, we were THRILLED with the place when we arrived--it looked BETTER than the pictures and was clean, nicely remodeled and fully
stocked for a "home away from home" experience! The location was prime--right across the street from an awesome beach--great body surfing and snorkeling for the whole family (my daughter saw a turtle, a pufferfish, eel and a lobster!!). The layout of the condo is perfect for a family--a little privacy for parents and lots of room to play in! A great
health food store a minute away and an easy car drive anywhere! We would definitely rent here again and we are telling all our Alaskan friends who, like us, have vowed to get out of town for a few weeks in the long winter! Thank you for providing such a upstanding place and for delivering what you promise! We'll be back!

We stayed 2 weeks in Maui at two different Condo's. The 2nd week was in this condo and it was everything we expected. The location to the beach is great, the condo building quiet, but still with things for the kids to do. Next time back to Maui, this will be on our "favorites" list.

An excellent place for my family to get together. I had a great time and would recommend it to anyone. Few places that can sleep this many at this price.
Make sure to catch the sunrise at Haleakala and take the road trip to hana. If you go between Dec and May, try whalewatching.
