The condo was clean and very nice. We had everything we needed, including beach supplies. The condo is perfectly located just steps away from the beach. My son’s enjoyed the gelato and shaved ice shop across the street! My husband and Mom-in-law loved relaxing on the balcony. The beds were comfortable. I didn’t need AC, but my boys used it in their room and we were glad it was an option for them. We will definitely be back to Maui and will stay in this complex again - even if we don’t need as many bedrooms.

This condo has everything you need to have a comfortable stay by the beach in Kihei. The accommodations are better than what is captured by photos and the process is quick and simple. If you are looking to visit many parts of the island, this location acts as a great center point by the beach. Wendy is very responsive and helped us with any issues during our stay.

The property was just like the picture represented. Close to beach, shopping and dining.I wish there was a double bed in the 3rd bedroom, a twin was hard to get used to for a 69 year old woman.And a dresser would have been nice.

Everything was as advertised! This is a beautiful condo with all the ameninites you could ask for. You are walking distance from the beach, shops, groceries, restaurants and more. There were 6 of us in this trip and we were all comfortably settled in the space. The sunsets from the balcony are breathtaking - and you'll have them every single night. So convenient to have a clothes washing machine and dryer in the unit - helps those who pack light! We also had access to the terrace on the 7th floor and the views from there are even more spectacular. The bathrooms were very nice and very spacious. Beach towels and gear including chairs, toys and boogie board were included. The A/C in the rooms were a great option. Overall, the place was comfortable, spacious and clean!

Pure Perfection…..everything you are looking for in a condo….very comfortable, nicely decorated, well stocked, nice amenities, stunning ocean view, and great location. Beach access, shopping and dining are just steps away….walkability score 10 out of 10. Condo complex is clean, well maintained, and safe. Being located on the southwest side of the island makes navigating the entire island by car a breeze.

Don't let the exterior fool you. The building may be older looking, but this unit has been remodeled and includes all the home-away-from-home amenities you will need: kitchen included all appliances, pots/pans, flatware and plates/cups/glasses. Bathrooms all had clean towels and soap. Bedrooms were each decorated nicely and had individual a/c though during the time we stayed, only the front 2 rooms needed it and only for short periods. The lanai is where the sunset action happens every night, and what a way to start the day as well! Beach towels AND chairs to take to the beach right across the street. Laundry in unit. The location couldn't be more convenient. We walked to restaurants, shops and the natural grocery market. Snorkel rentals right in the Dolphin Plaza next to the complex. Easy access to highway. Could go on and on. Will definitely be staying here again if coming to Maui!

We loved facing the ocean and the closeness to the beach and the fact that we had two large decks facing west/ocean.There were 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms with was perfect for us. Lots of beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and cooler. The dishes were very nice, lots of pots and cutlery. A couple of the frying pans were quite worn out. Loved the clean pool and the rooftop deck with barbecued and tables was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful week.

This was a fabulous place to stay. We could see and hear the beach from the patio. The condo is bigger than it appears on the add. More than enough room for 6 adults. The patio area was such a wonderful feature. Wonderful to have beach towels, chairs and an umbrella to use for the week. Everything listed in ad and photos was accurate. Host provided soaps, shampoo, TP, paper towels, some laundry soap-it was great that we didn't have to shop for this. So glad we stayed in Kihei away from the hustle and bustle of other more "tourist crowed" cities. We did use the pool a few times, it's deep. The other guests with little kids got lots of use of the pool-we heard a lot of Marko-Poolo games from the pool! The roof top patio with two large grills and plenty of seating was wonderful. There are so many places to get lunch and dinner very close to the condo. I highly recommend the Maui Bread Co and the Mexican place right across the street. It's a busy intersection to cross the street to get to the wonderful beach area-but most drivers are very good at stopping at the cross walk. I saw a turtle in the water my first two days at this beach. So Cool! I'm so glad I booked this condo for my week long vacation in Maui. Couldn't be more pleased.

We've stayed in a few units in the KBR building. This is one of the best. Everything is well thought out and the amenities are superb. Good coffee maker. Nice dishes and utensils. New appliances. Upscale bathrooms and bedrooms. Beach towels and gear for 6. This was our home away from home for a few weeks and we enjoyed every second of it. Communication with Wendy was easy and friendly. We can't wait to come back for another visit!

Many amenities at this property, which we learned from talking with other renters in the building, was not the case at some of the other units. The location was great. This property is amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a beautifully decorated, bright, end unit with 3 spacious bedroom and two beautiful bathrooms. The kitchen is modern and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. But by far our favourite part was the huge lanai with comfortable seating and amazing views of the ocean and spectacular sunsets. The location is great too, a short stroll across the street to Kamaole Beach 1. Can’t say enough great things about this place and hope to return one day.

This apartment is located barely a block from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. However, there are several good restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were very pleased. The condo itself is an end unit, so this adds to the quiet (a big plus for us). The downside is that although there are AC units in the bedrooms, there are none in the main living area, so the apartment does get very warm during the day (we avoided using the oven for this reason). It is quiet enough to sleep with all the windows open & fans running, so it does cool off at night. Overall, the unit is in very nice condition, however, we could not get the dishwasher to start, and the door to the master bedroom would not close. Despite these inconveniences, would still stay here again.

I have been coming to Kihei since 1986 and have stayed at KBRR…only in 2 bedroom units on 5th & 6th floors…this is the first time in a 3 bedroom on 4th floor…this end unit was perfect for our family…
Beautiful remodel, furnishings high end quality…and having A/C in the bedrooms made for excellent sleeping…you cannot beat the location of property, beach, restaurants, shopping, gas, views from the lanai endless…

Wendy’s property is absolutely fabulous! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I thought we preferred to be across Kihei Rd. at the Royal Mauian, but really the view from the 4th floor of this property is better. Condo is very clean and well equipped… dining table was so comfortable for a family of 5. And my husband, especially, appreciated that the beach chairs were in great condition :) our teenagers appreciated quick access to 808 Clothing Co. and cafe @ la plage, directly across from KBR. It was a wonderful visit to beautiful Maui! Thanks for a great stay!

We spent the months of January and February in Wendy’s condo to escape the Canadian winter - it is centrally located with grocery stores, bakeries, shopping close by and Kamaole Beach 1 is right across the street. The condo itself is spacious and very comfortable and clean - the lanai is great where you can sit with coffee/wine enjoying the ocean view with whales breaching in the distance, and watching the beautiful sunsets. Check-in was a breeze as Wendy is great with instructions/communication. Do not hesitate to book with her - you will not be disappointed.

We stayed as a family at Wendy’s absolutely beautiful condo right next to the beach in Kihei. The location is wonderful, very quick walk across the street to a beautiful beach and a brief walk to restaurants and shops. We did some amazing snorkeling, swimming, ziplining, hiking, driving (road to Hana) and this was the perfect place to launch from and come back to. As it was the week of the olympics we spent quite a bit of time in the condo itself in the evening, which is so relaxing, overlooks the ocean, tastefully decorated and recently renovated, and with the most comfortable couch ever. There are also two balconies that have comfy chairs so you can read or sit looking at the ocean completely protected. My wife and I and all of our children loved staying here and plan on coming back here anytime we come to Mauii!

We can't say enough about this amazing condo. I am so looking forward to renting it again in the future. The location is next to our favorite boogie boarding beach, Kamaole 3 and our favorite restaurant, Coconut Cafe. We also enjoyed the huge cinnamon rolls from the Cinnamon Roll Place.
We spent a ton of time on the main lanai enjoying beverages and good company. We had come to Maui for our daughter's wedding and had the small reception dinner on the condo's rooftop which had many tables and grills.
The condo was clean and we made good use of the washer and dryer. I also appreciated that they had 3 garbage cans for waste and recycling. I like that they allow people to leave things behind for others to use. There was sunscreen, beach chairs and an umbrella that we made good use of. Like I said, already planning our return trip!!

Good location! Inside of the condo is beautiful and well stocked. The beach chairs umbrella cooler sand toys beach towels and snorkel gear were a major bonus!! The only negative is air conditioner is only in the bedrooms and will not go below 72. This kept the condo a bit warm for our liking. The sunset views were stunning!!

Appreciated the ice chest, beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels and boogie boards! Well stocked kitchen with sharp knives and all the equipment and condiments you need. Sunsets, Beaches, Great Eats and Shopping! So much FUN. This is the second time we have been to this condo and we hope to return. It is designed to offer privacy within, the outdoor spaces are perfect and the kitchen is very well equipped with nice things ( I am a picky person). The location is wonderful as you can walk to just about anything. There are great places to eat! Grab a bagel ( unbelievable---yum!!!!!) and coffee across the street, fish taco's at Coconuts and many wonderful dinner options within blocks of the condo. Also, an incredible organic market ...Moon Market(?). Great beach a block away and more, more, more beaches within a five minute drive. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

We are a family of six adults that stayed in this condo. There was plenty of room for all. The condo is exactly as it is described and the pictures are exactly as the condo looks. It was clean and very updated. Everything we needed was included. The location was ideal, about a two minute walk to the beach. The best feature for me was the balcony. It runs the length of the whole condo. It's covered and has shades you can pull down during the day to help keep the heat out. The view is awesome. We also made use of the rooftop bar-b-que area. Fun to visit with others vacationing there.
The owner was very good to deal with. There were no surprises. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to rent a condo.We felt it was reasonably priced as well.

Our family of 5 (including 3 teen/adult daughters) could not have enjoyed this property more. The layout and space was perfect for us, almost more space than we needed! The kitchen and baths are beautiful, as well as the furnishings. The view from the deck was peaceful and we saw many rainbows while we were there. Before we visited Maui, many people told us Kihei was "quiet", as though that was a negative. Having now been there and checked out a lot of the (possibly more) popular vacation destinations on the island, such as Kaanapali, Wailea, etc., we were extremely glad we had chosen Kihei for our getaway. There are tons of adorable restaurants within walking distance from the condo. Also, grocery stores and many shops. But the main attraction is THE BEACH! Again, we loved our beach more than others we spent time at, and ended each evening down at Kamaole 1, watching the sunset. I almost don't want to give this place such a great review because I don't want it to be booked the next time we want to come! Thank you for such a wonderful time :)

Our eight night stay at this condo was everything we hoped it would be. The online description and pictures are very accurate. The property was clean and well maintained. The building is set back from busy Kihei Road, but the walk to Kamaole Beach 1 takes less than five minutes. We enjoyed many beautiful sunsets over the ocean from the large covered deck. Everything you need for the beach is included, including two snorkel sets with their own backpacks. The rooftop patio has two large, new, outdoor grills, as well as several tables and a spectacular view. Shopping and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The swimming pool area was very pleasant. The unit has air conditioning in every bedroom, but we did not need to turn it on as the ceiling fans and natural ventilation kept us cool and comfortable. We would recommend this property to friends and family. It was a perfect place for several generations to enjoy.

I can't imagine a better pick for a place to stay on Maui. It's a beautiful condo just across from the beach (that faces the beach) in Kihei, which is where you want to be. We slept most nights with just the screen doors open and woke every morning to the waves crashing and the birds calling. We were there during particularly hot, humid weather so the A/C was welcome on a few of those nights. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful condo with a great view. This condo has everything you could possibly need and some unexpected amenities we were happy to have. The location was perfect with only a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Also walking distance to groceries, restaurants and shopping. It is also in a great location on the island. You don't have to drive 2 hours to get to all the great spots on the island like snorkeling adventures, starting point for road to Hana, Haleakala etc. This unit has absolutely everything you could possibly need for the beach including snorkeling gear. We grilled every night on the roof top deck of the complex which had amazing views. Beds were super comfortable and because this is a corner unit, you had beautiful views from every room and breezes kept the unit cool. We would definitely rent this unit again!

I stayed at the condo last week with my parents (late 50s) and my sister and brother-in-law (early 30s). We all loved the apartment. I stayed in the small room with the two twin beds and was happy to have my own AC unit. I live in New York and love blasting the AC at night and sleep at a temperature of about 66°. The rest of my family lives in Germany where hardly anyone even has AC. So this was definitely great!
The whole apartment is great with everything you could possibly need. My dad cooked for us a few nights and the kitchen was equipped with everything he needed to treat us to some nice Italian food.
The beach is right there and there are towels and chairs for guests to use. This was great! We loved being able to bring the chairs.
We had a rental car that we were able to park right there which seemed safe.
We drove around quite a bit and loved the Big Beach about 10 min away by car. The waves were impressive and we went back there for body boarding. We also went to Kaanapali Beach to jump off a cliff there which was absolutely amazing and tons of fun.
At night there isn't much happening in Kihei, so we went to Lahaina which is a very cute town with a nice main street (Front St) with lots of stores and restaurants. Had an amazing dinner there at Pacifico which was right on the beach with an amazing view of the sunset and great food.
One morning we got up super early and drove up to Haleakala to see the sunrise above the clouds. It was stunning and totally worth getting up at 4am.
My dad and brother-in-law went golfing and loved it. They rented their bags in town and golfed at Wailea Golf Club.
If you're looking for a fun day at the pool, be sneaky and go to the Grand Wailea Hotel. I'm 26 years old and getting away with a bargain is my speciality. ;-) So we did some digging online on how to make this happen and found some great advice. End of story was that my parents spent a relaxed day at the condo and the beach across the street and my sister, brother-in-law and I had a blast using the insane pool area at the Grand Wailea. It was lots of fun and definitely something mind-blowing to see.
One day we did a day trip to drive the road to Hana. It was absolutely amazing. We did it on a weekday and didn't have any problem with any of the spots being too crowded. We saw such beautiful things, swam on the bottom of waterfalls, took memorable family pictures and more.
Would definitely come back and rent this condo again!

We just spent 8 nights in this condo with 2 children and my in-laws. This condo was perfect for the whole family. This condo was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay including everything for the beach. Located 100 yards from the ocean,we were able to to sit on the lanai every morning and evening and watch the whales. This was my most favorite part of the whole trip. The pool was perfect for the afternoon. The condo was immaculate. I almost hate to share this review because I would like to keep this condo as my own little secret. Hoping we can come back in the future and would love to stay here again.

We just spent a week at this condo with 2 other couples and really enjoyed the home, view and most of all the location. It is literally a 1 minute walk out of the complex, across the street and BAM, your at the Beach. The other great thing about this location is that you can walk to everything, Shopping, Restaurants, everything, in fact if your not one to do the road to Hana etc and are just someone who wants to hang at the beach and work on your tan and relax then you almost don't even need a rental car. There is an amazing organic produce store just a couple hundred yards away and their prices were cheaper than Safeway. Great Sticky cinnamon buns that are handmade at the "Cinnamon Roll Place" Oooey Gooey Goodness!! The Condo itself is well appointed, The Master is quite spacious and the bathroom has been updated. Great views from the bed of the water and islands in the distance, nice way to have your coffee in the morning as the sun is rising and the birds are chirping. Kitchen is remodeled with Slab granite counters and is nice and open, some of the older units in this building that haven't been remodeled are really dark and cramped, this is bright and open. The owners have all of the essentials you'll need for an extended stay both in the way of Kitchen gadgets and beach chairs etc. Probably our favorite feature was the size of the Lanai. Given that we were 3 couples I was worried about being cramped out on the deck but this is a very generously sized space that has 1 love seat, 2 additional lounge chairs and a dining set too. The BBQ facilities are on the roof top deck which has a stunning 360 degree view, don't get distracted by the view and burn the steaks like I did :-) The other plus was the pool. In the afternoons when the wind starts to kick up it was a nice respite and they keep the temperature just right, usually don't think about a pool when were near the ocean but I have to say im really glad this place had it. All in all we'd stay here again in fact we are already talking to our friends about booking for next year.
