I want to thank Suzanne for opening up her property for others to use. Her condo is centrally located in Kihei and had everything you needed for a perfect stay and more than enough room for our family of 4. Check-in was seamless and there were no issues locating the parking or unit. Suzanne was also very responsive and always available to answer any questions we had.
Would definitely recommend her place to others looking for a place to stay on the island.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Suzanne was a pleasure to communicate with and thought of every detail in the condo. Anything you could need or want is provided and labeled. Lots of information on local places to go and eat too! The location was a 2 minute walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. We can’t wait to come back!

Suzanne’s place is perfect for a family with children who want to be a 5 min walk from the beach. The condo was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, the A/Cs worked great, the host provided beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and wagon, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Suzanne went the extra mile to leave us snacks and a few groceries as she knew our flight would be arriving late at night and we had a 3-year old. There was also lots of beach toys provided that our son loved playing with. She was very easy to communicate with leading up to our trip and during. I could not find one thing wrong with our stay, it was lovely. If you want a relaxing vacation close to the beach, look no further. We will definitely be back

Suzanne’s place is perfect for a family with children who want to be a 5 min walk from the beach. Our second stay in Maui was amazing with the help of our stay in this amazing condo. It was absolutely perfect for me and my family. The location was perfect and the condo had everything we absolutely needed. Suzanne was so easy to get ahold of and replied to my messages in no time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to Maui!

This is a wonderful place to stay if you are traveling to Maui. We spent 7 days with our family of 5 (3 teenagers). The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice appliances. The beds (even the pull out) were very comfortable. The showers had great water pressure. The beach supplies were a terrific bonus, having the snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers and more made exploring, and beach time (very close walk across the street) easy and most enjoyable. We had great communications with the owner and found check in and check out very easy. Definitely recommend this property! 5 stars all the way around.

Our overall stay was great, the location was within walking distance to the beach, abc store, and restaurants. The communication between host was easy, she always answered any questions we had. I would recommend this condo if you plan on visiting Maui!!

This is a great condo. It felt like home. They have everything you can think of and more. Its so close to the beach and so many little shops. Definitely a great place to stay.

We stayed for 11 nights, a family of 4 with 2 college age dtrs. I had done a lot of research on the different areas of Maui and am so glad we chose Kihei over Wailea or Lahaina. What we loved about the location and condo: it was convenient to the beaches (5 min walk) stores, restaurants, place to get t shirts etc. Suzanne thought of everything for the condo (beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler large cooler, cooler packs, snorkel gear, Maui guide book was awesome, automatic night lights, hairdryer, Alexa, keypad entry, separate ac in the bedrooms, comfortable beds, 12 cup coffee maker (we prefer this over Keurig) ceiling fans, small lanai, washer/dryer, beach towels, it was quiet and all neighbors we encountered were nice.) The condo complex is older but well built/ quiet. There are gas grills at the pool area, we used the pool and hot tub which were both clean although the pool deck needs some refreshing. the communication with Suzanne was excellent and I felt that no question I asked was a silly question. I prefer to communicate with the owner rather than a go between mgmt company. She puts a lot of information into the condo book which she sends you prior to your arrival. The snorkel report was great. We rented a car at the airport and then went to Costco to get supplies. We also got groceries at Safeway (download the app for store deals), The construction noise was manageable. We had a wonderful stay and made memories to last a lifetime! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The property is great. My only complaint is the oven. We never used it, but managed to bump the knobs on the front and unwittingly turned it on. I would be cautious if yoy have kids. They really need an oven with the controls in the back

We had an absolutely lovely stay. Fantastic location that required just an elevator ride and 5 min walk to get to a gorgeous beach! Kitchen was extremely well stocked and coolers, snorkel gear, wagon, boogie boards, umbrella - ensure everyone has a great day at the beach! Thank you for a great stay!

We had an absolutely lovely stay. Fantastic location that required just an elevator ride and 5 min walk to get to a gorgeous beach! Excellent condo close to the beach. AC in every room was a good bonus. The kitchen was equip with everything you need. Dishwasher, washer, dryer, and stove were all new appliances and works great!
The 2 bedrooms had their own washrooms which was perfect for our group. My daughter loved listening to Disney music on the Alexa. I highly recommend this unit for your next stay in Maui!

It is tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable with lots of items to take to the beach. There are 3 beaches within walking distance as well as lots of shops and restaurants. Communicating with the owners was easy and always timely. We would definitely stay here again!

After been to Maui multiple time, this place is by far the BEST. Strategically located in Kihei, about 23 minutes from the Kahului Airport, you have access to many restaurants, shops, beaches, and walking distance from Charley Young Beach just across the street from the condo. Self-check in with keypad, which I prefer. For a party of 4 adults, it was great to have a bathroom in each bedroom plus working AC and throughout living/dining room, although we did not use it that much as it was nice and breezy. The beds are very comfortable. Extra everyday towels. The place is quiet, you can’t hear the next-door neighbor at all. You can see the ocean while seating in the lanai. It has a working tv with cable in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped, oven works great and has a washer and dryer. The fact that the condo is on the 3rd floor was not a big deal, if you are traveling with seniors who might be hard to do stairs, as it has an elevator. We were able to use the beach chairs and umbrella, also has snorkeling masks, coolers, beach towels and beach toys. Suzanne is super responsive, very attentive host and if any issue arises, she is going to make sure to do whatever is necessary to resolve it. We are very grateful to have the opportunity to stay at your condo and will recommend it to anyone. Thank you!!!
