This condo is a perfect place for beauty and relaxation. The view of the palm trees and ocean are breathtaking. A few minutes walk and you’re on the beach. The city of Kihei has everything you will need. From my experience, the residents at the condo resort were very friendly.

The place was BEAUTIFUL! It was clean as a whistle! Perfect central location! The beach being STEPS away was absolutely amazing! We went multiple times a day sometimes for only 10 minutes and it was so nice to not have to load a car up every time. The beach was perfect as well! You can walk out so far into the water at waist height. The host was quick to respond to any message and was very accommodating. Will definitely stay here next time we visit Maui

The location of unit is great. It is directly on the beach with spectacular views, particularly at sunset. There were some issues with the keys at check in and a leaking a/c unit but the management company quickly resolved the issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and lool forward to returning sometime soon.

We love the close access to the beach.Unit was dated, dingy and needs a thorough cleaning, walls painted.The tv cable box etc. sits on the floor while other connections just hang from the TV. This felt dangerous, especially if we would have brought children.A/C worked for part of the condo but was noisy and the unit is old and dirty.Again, we love the location of the condo but felt like more consideration is needed to make the condo more comfortable and safe.

Everything and more is provided at this stay - not only is the condo in a great location with amazing sunset views on the lanai, it is furnished with beach chairs and umbrellas, coffee, snacks, and even bathroom amenities. The condo has A/C, a comfortable bed, and is literally a 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach access. Staying in Kihei is great because you have access to many restaurants, bars/shops and the city is centrally located on the island, making easy travel to the airport, Paia, Road to Hana, Big Beach, and Haleakalā summit. We could not have asked for anything better!

We loved our stay! The view from the condo is stunning and you can’t beat the ocean access. We were looking for a quiet vacation for a few days to just relax on the beach. This was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet mornings on the deck with coffee, reading on the beach during the day and sunsets from our deck with wine in the evening. Our host was very communicative and we appreciated the easy check in process.

This property is all about location. If you need a concierge desk, rental activities, and nightly luaus you need to look elsewhere. If however, you want a truly beachfront, laid back, quiet place with amazing views, you have chosen wisely. Our specific unit was very nicely furnished with guests in mind. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, pool towels and an in freezer ice maker made it a very comfortable experience. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything you could think of. There is a very nice private pool for the complex. Nothing fancy, but it was cleaned regularly and was perfect for cooling off without getting sandy on the beach. If that is your choice though, access is super close and there is a foot wash hose in the grassy area just off the beach. There are several stores very close. And Kihei offers many different dining options. Those options vary from nice “sit down” restaurants to the vast multitude of food truck choices. We stuck with the food trucks and were blown away by the quality and value we experienced. We have stayed on the west side of Maui several times and really enjoyed that. Kihei offers a different but very rewarding view of the island, without the drive. We would highly recommend this property and Kehei to anyone looking for a very relaxing time on Maui.

Stayed here for work. Cant beat the incredible view of the ocean and palm trees, third floor elevation was nice. Heads up this isnt a swimming beach, water is dirty, but nice for walking. The condo itself is kind of a funny studio layout, you wont want to be in the "bedroom", its stuffy with no windows and parking lot noise. Ended up sleeping on the couch most of the stay to enjoy the beach side of the condo and catch a breeze. Kitchen was ok, the rest of the place could use a bit of an upgrade. The AC barely works and is only in the living room so plan to not be in the condo in the afternoon, the heat was almost unbearable.The property management company was super quick to respond when the kitchen sink was leaking and when I needed more towels after mopping it all up. Unfortunately they would only credit me a tiny amount for the day I couldnt use the kitchen and then had the plumber in the space. Understood its out of their hands but didnt really seem fair given the circumstances.Overall the great things were the view and the walks on the beach.

This was one of the best rentals that we have ever stayed in. Light, fresh scent throughout. They thought of absolutely everything. So clean, spectacular view, great bed, wonderful AC, great location - so close to everything but not in the middle of the crowds and noise. We have spent some wonderfull 4 days in this unit. When we arrived everything was perfectly clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to enter the condo. During our stay we found out, that everthing we could possibly need was existing in the appartment and all appliances were reay for use and in a perfect condition.All furnitures were well maintained and the bathroom/shower was neat and hygienic. Even a board, chairs and other stuff fort he beach were present. Weh ad not expected such a perfect and caring reception.A highlight of the unit is the view over the beutiful beach and the marvellous sunset from the balcony wich we enjoyed every evening. Parking is right in front of the appartment at no cost and all shops can be reached within 5 minutes. Our stay was so marvellous, we almost forgot to leave the condo in time.Alltogether we must say that it was a 5-star experience and we can warmly recommend this unit.

We love the location. Easy to get to everywhere on the island. Beautiful views and we love being on the beach. Pool was also very refreshing. Our problem was roaches. We called management and they put traps out. That night I had a roach in our bed crawling up my arm. We didn’t get much sleep after that. When we left we found roaches in our clothing therefore we are afraid we will be bringing them home with us which is very unsettling. Other than that it was a beautiful island.

Only downside no elevator to carry our luggage, but we definitely got a workout after all the food we ate. And we were big backs during this trip. 3 trips per day to ululani down the street and foodland. We def need to burn some calories. Makes sense. Everything else was amazing. The view was 1000/100. If you're trying to find yourself, this beach's sunset and sunrise will do the trick. Need to cry on the beach? Best spot. The beach was clean, and the provided chairs and umbrella made everything even better. Everything in the condo was clean and relaxing. 10000/100 would recommand and stay again.
