We loved our time in Maui. The condo was well equipped with an amazing view. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels. The kitchen was well stocked but dated - the cabinets weren’t in the best shape and there is no dishwasher - not a reason to not book, just an FYI to set expectations. We had a fabulous couple of days, wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay! The property, location and environment was more than we could have asked for. It was a dream environment, a bit windy in the afternoon which I wasn’t prepared for but we quickly adjusted to be on the beach at the best times! Local community, food/restaurants were easy to walk to, overall great experience. Accommodations were 100+ everything as indicated on the listing. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, modern condo! Perched perfectly on the second floor, it offered just the right height for stunning views of the beach, sunrise, and sunset. Nestled in the heart of Kihei, everything we needed was conveniently close by. The beach right behind the condo was gorgeous and perfect for swimming, adding to the overall charm. Joe was fantastic, going above and beyond to help us check in a bit earlier than usual. We can’t wait to stay here again!

The location is perfect. Close to so many restaurants and grocery stores and close to all exploring on the island. The condo is spacious. The view is wonderful. It was like our own private place. Beach and pool empty or not crowded. Will definately stay here again if we are lucky e ugh to come back.

Being ignorant of Maui, I chose this town the way it's between the airport, Wailea-Makena, and Kaanapali. The street on which the condo sits is fine, but the perpendicular on one the east side is a homeless thoroughfare from the grocery store around the corner and beyond, on down to the beach.
The view from the unit is lovely but inside some things are updated while others need updating. Despite not using, the kitchen, it was well-stocked. Downsides - the a/c unit is oceanside and inefficient and insufficient. It is a long way from the bedroom so could hardly sleep the first night due to the bedroom being really warm because the a/c didn't cool it.. By the second night it was bearable.
I awoke really early the second morning and went for a run on the beach, only to be accosted by a homeless man that was probably on crack as he acted like he owned the beach and punched me in the head, knocking me down into the water. Thus, I couldn't ever stay there again.
Kihei has a major homeless problem...

Customer service is top notch. Super friendly and kind. The condo is as advertised. Very dated but the location, view, and distance to the water is unbeatable. The beach was almost private and there were so many sea turtles and ocean life to view. We literally swam with turtles. The neighborhood was great too. The grounds are well kept and they have security that patrols the grounds and keeps the peace. It is quiet and really gives that peaceful vibe. I would 100% stay here again. But it is very dated and a bathtub replacement is needed but everything worked and the water pressure was strong.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, well stocked with everything we could possibly want. Location was amazing. Loved the back lawn and the few feet to the fabulous beach. Joe was a perfect host, easy communication and great help.

This condo is directly on the beach in Kihei, 50 feet foot walk to the water and a view from the patio that can’t be matched in all of Maui. This place is perfect condo for couples, comfortable bed, and easy parking. Right next to times super market for groceries and centrally located in Kihei to get to all of Maui. Extremely clean and well maintained, just be aware we lost power twice for an extended periods of time and were without AC, this is common in Kihei. Would recommend this to any couples visiting Maui.

We arrived to a nice clean and comfortable place to stay. Immediately had a beautiful sunset to view from the balcony every night we were there. The beach gear was great and the location could not be beat.
Also had a last minute change of plans that were accommodated and greatly appreciated. Great trip and a great place to stay.

We started and ended each day sitting on the balcony listening to the soothing sounds of the surf and swaying palm trees. Other than an occasional passerby, the gorgeous seascape was ours alone in this uncrowded condo complex. The condo itself was very clean, quiet, and stocked with beach chairs and umbrella. The walk to restaurants and a grocery store took only a few short minutes. We couldn’t have found a more ideal unit if we tried!

The condo was very well maintained and has everything from views to supplies to nearby stores. We were working from here for a week and enjoyed the beach in the afternoons. The host Tara was super cool and allowed us an extra day of stay than we actually booked. The beach has shallow waters for a good 300ft with turtles on the reefs and ideal for SUP, which we enjoyed. And the best thing is the sunset on the horizon right from our couch. Thanks for hosting us and we hope to visit again :)

We were on the first floor and the condo was great. They greet you with a little welcome bag, house was spotless, great location- literally right near the beach. A quick 1 minute walk over grass and the beach is there. Everything was great! Will absolutely stay again. Convenient to shops too. Loved it.

This was exactly what we were looking for!!! The VIEW!!! Omg the best! The beach it’s right in front of your eyes !! The place is super clean, it’s a little too small for 4 guests but everything else was great!

We had a fantastic stay, this was the perfect home base during our trip to Maui. The views are unbeatable and the condo itself was very clean. It was stocked with everything we needed and had a comfortable bed. The location is convenient as well, just a short walk or drive to restaurants in the Kihei area and easy access to Wailea. No detail is left out of this fantastic remodeled vacation rental! From the moment we walked in we felt we were home! The decor, the comfort of every piece of furniture, the VIEW, the AC and ceiling fans in both rooms made hot days so enjoyable inside. The beach chairs and small cooler made beach days perfect. Parking each day was a breeze with plenty of spots. Onsite laundry takes cards so no need to find coins. We have found our Maui getaway and will be back!

On the site this place looked perfect. To our surprise when we got there it is not a one bedroom, but a separte space with a bed. In the shower we had to shower with the plunger if not ot turned into a bath. Roaches in the kitchen, and had to wear shoes in the condo because the floor had not been washed. I guess the one good thing was the sunsets.

This home was located right on the beach with an amazing view. Great for sunset dinner and drinks. The home is older and had an ant and bug problem. The bed was uncomfortable but it didn’t matter because we were so tired from the days adventures. Worth it for the price and location

We had an amazing stay! The views were incredible, we were so close to the beach and spent almost every morning and afternoon on the balcony enjoying the ocean waves. My son and I stayed here for two nights. The place is very clean and well stocked for guest. They had neat labels on all the lighting and plenty of kitchen items for cooking or dining. They even gave us a little bag of cookies and had plenty of coffee available. When I had a question, the host was easy to reach and, the beach was beautiful and exactly like the pictures showed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would love to stay here again.

The attention to detail by these owners/hosts is unsurpassed. This condo is newly and beautifully renovated, with high end finishes and design details. But most importantly, it’s so well appointed - they’ve thought of everything. From the welcoming chocolates upon arrival, to the beach equipment, insanely luxurious linens (the pillows were better than my own), fully equipped kitchen, and tremendous view and location, this place earns five stars with ease. We did four islands, staying in four short term rentals and this was our favorite. Largely because of the attention to detail by the prideful owners/hosts. It’s bright, pretty, uplifting, convenient, and absolutely lovely in every way. We liked opening the sofa bed and watching TV “from bed” at night - that was a guilty pleasure of ours! Thank you to these gracious hosts for an absolutely memorable week in Maui. If you want to stay in a quiet, oceanfront suite, somewhat away from the noise but still close to all of what Maui has to offer, don’t hesitate to book this place. It meets every criteria for a luxury rental.

We absolutely loved our stay at this oceanfront condo. The unit is modern, impeccably clean, and boasts stunning views. Despite the rocky waters nearby, we were delighted to spot multiple turtles daily. The beach is wonderfully secluded, offering the perfect escape for reading a book or relishing a sunset without the crowds. When we wanted to swim, we simply drove a few miles south. Plus, the central Maui location made it incredibly convenient to explore all the island has to offer. With plenty of walkable stores and restaurants nearby, it truly was the ideal base for our adventures.
