Updated (1/21/2022) At this time, there are travel restrictions in effect for all the major Hawaiian Islands, including the islands of Oahu, Kauai, Maui, Hawaii (the Big Island), Molokai, and Lanai.

Currently, travelers vaccinated within the U.S. can take advantage of Hawaii's Vaccine Exemption program. Still, all travelers must continue to use the Hawaii Safe Travels program and follow the applicable rules to provide proof of vaccination (see below). Additionally, International travelers who have been vaccinated outside of the U.S. also can now take advantage of new travel rules permitting them to travel to Hawaii once again safely; see below for details as the rules have updated, due to the Omicron variant, in early December 2021. For non-vaccinated travelers, the Hawaii Pre-Travel testing rules and requirements remain in place; otherwise, all travelers who arrive without the proper test (from a trusted partner) or valid vaccine exemption will be subject to Hawaii's mandatory 5-day quarantine (number of required days changed on January 3, 2022). The well-being of our guests is a top priority. Our cleaners have enhanced their cleaning/disinfection protocols with bleach and/or EPA-approved cleaners.

Our Hale Kai O Kihei (‘ha-lay-ki o ‘kee-hay) condo offers breathtaking ocean views. On the private lanai, you can enjoy the tranquil sounds of the ocean and view the amazing year-round sunsets. There are also miles of sandy, un-crowded beach directly in front of the condo, excellent for morning and evening walks.

The beachfront location and amazing ocean views are comparable to what you would find at the nicest resort. But, at our condo, you will have privacy, your own private lanai, and is fully equipped for your comfort and enjoyment. Our condo has a private 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an updated bathroom with a new tile shower and vanity with granite. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for all your cooking needs. The living room, which opens to the outside lanai, comes with a new sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, & AC unit. The high-speed internet provides an average of 63 Mbps download and 7.31 Mbps upload.

Hale Kai O Kihei’s many amenities include a pool, shuffleboard area, and gas grill barbeques. Laundry facilities are also conveniently located on the property.

The condo location is on a quiet residential street just one block from the Times Market (formerly Star Market) and the Azeka Shopping Center in Kihei. You are within walking distance of retail stores in Azeka Shopping Center, grocery stores, shopping, and great restaurants (Nalu's, Pizza Madness, Coconuts, Fabianno’s, Fork & Salad, & Amigo’s – to name a few). Within walking distance, you will find 2 fitness centers to choose from, a yoga studio, and the Kihei Aquatic Center (lap swimming & water aerobics) for all your fitness needs. There are also beauty salons & nail salons within shopping complexes and a post office, dive shop, scooter rentals, ATMs, and banks. You will find a farmer’s market open every Saturday and an open-air craft market & gift items available daily. Kihei Rent-A-Car is nearby, and they offer shuttle service to and from the airport.

Depending on swell direction, you can enjoy surfing & stand-up paddling in front of the condo complex, and with steady trade winds, windsurfing, and kiteboarding!

For any medical needs you may have, there are a few outpatient medical clinics nearby.

Public transit is one block from the complex. The condo is only a short 10-minute drive to Wailea & a 20-minute drive to Kahului International Airport.
