An amazing place to stay just 30 feet from the ocean with daily visits from sea turtles on the rocky shore. They are amazing! Close to so many activities. The host was very responsive and stocked the condo with everything you could ever use. We loved the place. Don’t forget to use the pool which is a very short walk from the front door. We hope to use it again in the future.

My wife and I came to Maui to play golf and celebrate 28th anniversary. This place was out standing! Waves crashing right below! Did have bad weather preventing sun sets ( can’t blame that on owner). Only issues we had were the elevator was out of order and that was only a problem moving in and out. The bigger problem was the TVs. It was Masters Weekend and couldn’t watch from either TV. This is a great place and advertised accurately. Would certainly recommend and would stay again. Thanks Ray!

The condo was very clean with a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable. The view looking out the window overlooks the lovely hills making sunrise a sight to see. Communication was excellent. Beach chairs and small coolers are provided which made beach days more enjoyable with a boogie board. The condo was stellar. Only drawback in this trip was the elevator was not working which made it tough for a senior citizen to carry luggage up the stairs. However a nice gentleman offered to help me. I was so grateful. The elevator I’m sure will be fixed soon. I look forward to returning to this condo. I recommend this condo.

Truly a piece of heaven. Our stay at Kaleialoha was one of the best vacation experiences we’ve ever enjoyed. As you walk in the condo you are met with a view that knocks your sandals off. Gorgeous ocean on front and side of this gorgeous home away from home. Ray and Marty were a pleasure and very accommodating. The location was exactly what we wanted, close to restaurants and shopping, easily walkable to most destinations. Whales and turtles were our entertainment many days, no shortage of either. The lanai is where we spent a great deal of time watching the whales, turtles and the gorgeous sunsets. Loved this condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. While we were distressed to learn that the elevator was not going to be working after we had booked this third floor unit, the communication with the property management was excellent and together we were able to come up with a creative and amenable solution. The condo was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well-appointed with cooking equipment if not ingredients. But it was the lanai that was worth everything! We sipped our coffee each morning delighted by the whales doing their ballet and we loved watching the sea turtles cavorting right in front of us every afternoon! Truly Amazing and magical!

As promised, the condo was right on the ocean, with the sound of the waves relaxing us each night. The kitchen and entertainment appliances were all high grade and working. It was a good location, a relatively quiet neighborhood, a bit away from the higher density areas.

We stayed two weeks in this ground floor condo and loved it. The good: It's 16 steps from the the seawall. We loved the surf noise and the view of the ocean, plus Lanai and Molokai just 10 miles offshore. Waves splash onto the grass.The patio (locals call it the Lanai) is a perfect place to work.Most of the time we forgot we had neighbors, as our view was just grass and ocean.In late January, we saw so many whales we stopped noticing them, and turtles most days.We didn't feed the birds, but other people obviously do. They want to come inside, and often perched on the patio table with me while I worked. We enjoyed that.The Bads: The beach ain't great. We swam several times, and with the snorkeling gear we found on the patio we saw a few fish, but it's not the main attraction. The condo is smaller than the main picture leads you to believe (that's a mirror wall) but it's plenty big for two people. It's a shotgun layout, neither spacious nor cramped.Those were the only downsides.We cooked every day, and the kitchen had everything we needed. In fact we found all the small amenities we needed.The guest directions (how to clean up, etc) were the friendliest I have ever seen in a vrbo.An ABC and the Times supermarket are within walking distance, if you don't mind walking a mile, and a large Safeway is 5 miles away.In my opinion, it's foolish to visit hawaii and not get a room with a view. If we return to Maui, we'll try to book this same room.

The location and unit was perfect for us. We loved sitting outside and seeing the ocean, turtles and whales. It was a quiet and comfortable environment. Lonnie was very responsive when we contacted her. We were wondering if everything would be closed from the fires and it was NOT. Plenty of places to eat, shop and enjoy! The only issue we had was the bedroom got warm with no AC and the ceiling fan not working. Fortunately the weather wasn't that hot during our stay.

Hard to beat accommodations that are 30 feet from the ocean’s edge—with the soothing sound of the surf 24/7. The unit had all the amenities we needed to make our visit most enjoyable. We had the most amazing stay in KA211! The condo is beautiful and in a great location. The views from the lanai are gorgeous. This unit had all things you would need. All we needed were groceries! The property was beautiful and maintained every day. Our stay was 10 days but we wish it could have been longer. Also included was the Xplorie package which gave you the option of 1 adventure each day. Some were buy1 get 1 free and others were discount offers. We used for of them. The vendor partners are some of the best. Overall all, our experience with Maui Paradise Properties was excellent. Highly recommended. Mahalo!

First off I live in California, my occupation requires me to drive all over Monterey and Santa Cruz county, I also visit San Francisco regularly so I’m very accustomed to seeing beautiful beaches and sights but the view from this condo was absolutely stunning! The pictures in the advertisement don’t do it justice, if anyone could find something to complain about then they must be very hard to please. The ocean is right off the lanai, and to get into the warm calm ocean takes about 30 seconds unless you’re walking on island time.My wife and I love going in the ocean but we dare not where we live due to water temperature, But both of us were in the water for hours at a time and the water was so clear you could see the sea turtles literally swim right by.I don’t think a day went by without us seeing turtles right from the lanai, perfect place to wake up and drink coffee or juice and eat breakfast, so relaxing. The condo also had all the appliances the we needed pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, even had a boogie board and fins for snorkeling.We went to Honolulu for our honeymoon and stayed in a skyscraper on the 36th floor with a sweeping view, but the view from this location blew my mind, the only complaint I have with this unit is that I had to leave.Very well done, thank you so much, from the Venuti’s.
