Our stay was absolutely the best. The Owners had everything we needed and would want. The communication was the best. Kati was attentive and helpful through out our entire stay. We booked this condo for several of our adult children and their spouses to stay in for another son’s wedding. The view was amazing. The renovations on the unit are great, AC and technology worked well. It is not far from a Walmart for supplies and food. It is walking distance to a Starbucks. It is a distance from the traditionally touristy hotels and golf courses but the group staying there loved hanging together in one place and said they would recommend/would stay there again.

Stayed in Maui for 10 days. The unit had everything we could want. It was super clean and organized. We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. Communication with Denise was super easy and she got back to us quickly. The unit had enough space for everyone. The kids had room to relax and so did the adults. The lania was our favorite part. We spent every morning there drinking coffee and watching the sea turtles. Also the tradewinds are amazing you can open all the patio doors and windows and don’t need the A/C on. This allows you to hear the waves crashing! Super relaxing. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thanks again Denise!!!

Amazing. This is a great place off the beaten path of the hustle and bustle of the resorts (20-25 min drive). Very clean place with everything we needed. Beds super comfortable. Magnificent views every morning and evening on the balcony. Walking distance to sugar beach which was great for us. Kids loved playing in the surf. Plenty of shade. Nice locals. Wear shoes - thorny trees. Pool at the places is great. Excellent food options with 5/6 restaurants at the marina. Great shops. Aquarium was fun. You see tons of turtles from the balcony and can snorkel with them right off of the property. The kids said best vacation ever. Locals said you can see plenty of whales when they are in season. 15 minutes to airport and groceries. Hawaiian potato chips are the best at the 76 gas station right by the place.

This place is absolute paradise. Loved laying in bed and listening to the ocean. Also loved having our own personal lanai with views of the ocean with table and chairs where we could sit and have our coffee in the morning and evening meals. Four girlfriends stayed on this trip, all over 60. It was a great location to drive to everything, not far from the airport and not far from shopping and restaurants. Totally convenient and totally awesome. Exactly as listed. No complaints. We had the best time.

Spacious two bedroom ocean front condo, fantastic view (sunrise, daytime or night). Condo was exactly as advertised. Immaculately clean upon our arrival and had all of the amenities that we needed for our one week stay. Only one minor issue during the week and management resolved it immediately. Sea turtles were easy to spot from our balcony and kept us entertained daily. Perfectly situated between the two mountains. Having a rental car is a must, and gives you access to all the shopping you need in minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

If I could give six stars I would. The location is phenomenal - we saw sea turtles in the ocean from the balcony! I spent so much time on that balcony, it was shaded in the afternoon and had a great reclining lounge chair. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen so well stocked. The location is quiet and so convenient to access the rest of the island from. I will definitely stay here again next time we make it to Maui!!

Fun to see turtles right next to the condo in the water. Good location to get around the island. Golfing was excellent. Road to Hana a bit scary to drive but well worth it. This place is beautiful! The view is spectacular, pool was great, great location. Would stay here again. The absolute only negative thing I have to say is that the washer didn’t work and I had to inquire about how it went with the service tech rather than them following up with us on their own and then they offered us a service that required 24 hours notice when we were checking out the next morning so it was clear we couldn’t use the service. Otherwise everything met and exceeded expectations.

A great place with 3 bedrooms (perfect for grandparents, parents & 2 teenagers) to stay when exploring Maui. Pictures represent this property accurately. The view is spectacular. Beds & bedding comfortable, nice furnishings (although not what’s pictured: different rug, sofa & chairs; black bedding in primary), kitchen with plenty of small appliances. Bathrooms with great showers. (A couple coffee mugs are chipped around the rim but still usable.) Thin beach towels that dry fast, 4 beach chairs, noodles, umbrella, beach toys. Washer & Dryer. We enjoyed our stay. Loved being able to walk to the snorkeling & whale watching tours. The view is lovely except right after sunrise till @ 9:00am. Just very bright to be on the balcony. We never used the pool so can’t comment on that. 11:00am check out is great. Communication was excellent. The only fact I wish I had researched is the bay where this condo is located. Copied from Google: ‘Ma’alaea Harbor in Maui, Hawaii is often referred to as the second windiest harbor in the world, with wind speeds reaching up to 40 mph due to northerly winds.’ This is REAL WIND! The location of this unit is at the end of the complex. Lovely except for the howling sound from the balcony doors and the primary bathroom window. I write this only to let those of you reading this far know what I wish I had known. Do some research! Our last day here was almost no wind. The locals said this was a rare event. This was our second stay at this lovely condo. This trip we stayed for 4 weeks in February and March. The condo is very well equipped with everything we needed and it offers a comfortable lanai with great views of the ocean and harbor. We enjoyed lovely breezes during our stay, but the AC worked well whenever we needed it. The location offers easy access to all parts of the island. And we loved being able to walk to the harbor area and the nearby shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this wonderful property.

Condo is in a great location. If you’re doing any snorkeling tours or taking the ferry to another island you can walk to the docks. The view is great and condo is as listed. The condo itself was very clean, furnishings were nice and kitchen well stocked. Checkin and checkout was a breeze! We’d stay there again without hesitation.

We stayed for 6 weeks from end of December to first week of February and enjoyed minute. The location is perfect for getting to all parts of the island easily. When you rent this location you are renting for the location and views, don't expect a five star hotel as the condo is a bit outdated, but livable. There is no beach in front of the complex, but they have a pool and there are steps down to the water to enter for snorkeling right in front of the complex. If you want to be on a beach it is a short 5 minute walk down the street to a wonderful beach. Within walking distance is a harbor where you have a few restaurants, and shops to visit. If you are staying December thru March you will see plenty of whales from the lanai. Everyday we saw turtles feeding off the rocks in front of the complex. Barbara the host was a pleasure to work with. There were beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. I would definitely stay here again. You are only 15 minutes from the airport, Costco, Walmart.

Lovely view, good space inside. Near PacWhale EcoAdventures. Highly recommend any of their cruises. A restaurant, shops, etc. in same complex. This rental unit next to pool and complex office. Noise and lack of privacy due to pool. Noise from office and maintenance workers in front. No instructions on how things work. We have same splits for heating and cooling at home, but these operate manually. One in front room requires a tall person as do some of the kitchen cupboards. Governors on the amount of cooling allowed, so bedrooms hot and stuffy at night, not the best sleeping environment. Lights all extremely dim. If you read, bring a light from home.

This VRBO was well appointed and in a great location. Our host Rohan called the first night and checked in with us. We wanted quiet and this was the place. It was a short walk to the Marina which we scheduled a Whale Watching Tour. This place had everything we needed. The sunsets were Magical. We were able to see whales breaching in the Bay one day and saw turtles everyday by the shore.

This is our second time to Maalaea in Maui and this unit is excellent. All the amenities of home plus an amazing view from the lanai. We woke up to the sunrise every morning and saw countless whales from the lanai. This location is great as we could walk to some good restaurants, drive 30 minutes to resorts in Wailea, 45 minutes to Kaanapali, 15 minutes to the airport and only 20 minutes from Paia. You can even walk to a nice sandy beach and snorkel all day. We saw all kinds of fish and a bunch of sea turtles. Would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!

The condo was spacious and as described. It is in a very quiet community. The beds were a little hard for my family but we were exhausted fromdays of exploring. The condo is perfectly located for whale watching from the balcony or on a commercial tour. The pool area was very clean and never busy. The kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook some or all of your meals. The owner had beach chairs and umbrella which was very helpful!

Views were amazing, I could not ask for anything more. I will be staying in the complex again but will not be staying at this exact condo. It needs updating, the a/c is very loud. In order to talk you had to talk louder than the a/c on the lanai and inside the condo. The a/c unit did not cool in the second bedroom so we used a fan that pushed the air into that room. Decor is old Hawaiian style, we did not mind that as much. We had more family members in same complex with updated condos and quiet a/c units that we were able to see. It all depends on what you are looking for. Absolutely an amazing view of the whales and the sea turtles hanging down by the rocks, our condo. Family members did not have the view we did. The owner was very helpful and responded in a timely manner. The unit has everything one would need especially a washer and dryer. I would have given 5 stars all around but one room owner stated there was an issue with the air conditioning unit. I utilized both ceiling fans which helped some. Also only one lamp worked in the room and no light on ceiling fan. Overall fantastic place and phenomenal location. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise and set daily.

This was our sixth time in Maui and as usual it was relaxing and enjoyable. We came for the basketball tournament, UNC plays every 4th year, and totally get caught up in the small gym experience, you are right there with the players, coaches and refs. Every day in Maui is different. We have done most of the outdoor adventures and as my wife and I turned 80 we went to the aquarium, hiked in the national park, went for lunch at the Kapulua Plantation House, found Coconuts’ fish tacos (a number of times). The small pool and veranda at our VRBO unit at Lauloa in Maalaea was just terrific and we totally enjoyed our books and relaxation there. We thank all involved, particularly the property owners, with our VRBO vacation.

This is our second stay at this beautiful condo and cannot say enough positive things.
Our for first stay was in March 2020……two weeks before the pandemic lockdown. We were so impressed by this unit that we promised ourselves when we returned for a visit to beautiful Maui this would be our “GO TO” condo.
You cannot go wrong if you decide to stay here. Susan the owner makes like the process so smooth and is very accommodating/responsive to your needs.
Condo is centrally located, fifteen to thirty minutes to the west/north side, east side and the south side…….with the exception of Hana and Haleakala.
Like we said, this condo is highly recommended.

A beautiful and well stocked condo with everything from beach to cooking was available and a view to die for. The only one complaint was the back bedroom’s mattress was very uncomfortable. The grounds and building is very well maintained by Ivan “Batman “who has much pride in his duties and always helpful with any inquiries.
