The bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning works great! The house stays pretty lit up at night due to outside complex lights. The house was accommodated with plenty of towels and amenities. The pool is small but is on the ocean.

Great experience, the hosts were very kind and quick at communicating. They were kind enough to get us extra bedsheets, pillows and comforters for our kids. Great location, very close to the harbor. We brought our own air mattresses for our kids but the bed could fit 2 average adults and up to an average 8 yr old kid very comfortably.

The property is right on the beach and we enjoyed our sunrise beach walks a lot. The upstairs A/C didn't work and Melanie (the host) rush ordered another fan for us while she sent a handyman to fix it promptly! Great communication through the entire process and worked around our travel schedule to get the A/C fixed!

This place was great! The location was fantastic—right on a beautiful beach that was never crowded. We were even lucky enough to see whales in the nearby harbor from the shore—such an unforgettable experience!The apartment itself was clean and very well maintained, making it easy to settle in and feel comfortable right away. The host truly went above and beyond—communication was quick and helpful, and he provided great local recommendations for fun things to do.We especially appreciated how accommodating he was when our flight was unexpectedly canceled. The host was fantastic, his communication awesome. Exactly what I expected and very comfortable. The only issue we had was a missing broom which he remedied right away. I can wholly recommend this property to stay at. It also was one of the more comfortable beds I think I've ever had in a VRBO rental.

We LOVED the area and being able to walk to the beach so easily and the owner supplied everything we could have needed. It was also so so kind to leave us a bottle of pineapple sparkling wine. We were really touched by the gesture!The apartment did admittedly need some TLC - the kitchen faucet was super leaky and the bathroom sink was clogged though my husband fixed the clog at least. Also a shower door would be helpful. It gets quite wet easily and we didn’t see any bath mats.All in all we had a very lovely stay and an amazing honeymoon! Would happily consider it again. Thank you!

Unit B16 was larger than expected and had everything we needed for our stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to all areas on Maui. A good accommodation for the price. Good location - right on the beach - not necessarily good for swimming, but great for long walks with very few people around. The air conditioner worked well and there were ceiling fans in every room. The glass door to the bathroom was a little weird, but we made do. If you plan on cooking much during your stay, note that the sink has no garbage disposal, and there is no salt, pepper or other condiments, so bring your own or plan on buying them.

Very close to the ocean! Best part of the property. Has NOT been recently updated, but the owner removed that recently. Every time that I was in the pool, I was the only person using it; loved that. Unit was not clean and very outdated. I believe the owner is going to remedy some of the issues. Floor near the sink is rotten and spongy.

Properties is located on the third floor, building has no elevator's. Going down the stairs from the loft is steep. If you have a bum knee like I do, it can be a doozy going up/down the stairs. I should’ve read the property details before booking, then realizing the reservation were none refundable.The loft was pretty warm despite the window ac on. They probably need a larger window unit. Box fan’s were provided but could use some dusting.Otherwise, the property location is prefect - 15mins to/from wailuku or Kahului. Unit felt roomy, probably because of the high ceiling. Enough beds/pull out couch to fit 5 adults.

Overall, we had a great vacation. But area is SUPER windy. We went to east and west sides of the island and it was much calmer. The condo was ok. It has almost everything you need but I think they could go a little farther in providing more convenient stays for guests. Like there was dish soap but no sponge or dish cloth. Bathroom has only hand soap, but not even small sized shampoo and conditioner. It would be very helpful specially when you arrive late at night. There was only two cooking pots, one really small and one really big. Coffee maker didn’t have any coffee filters that are also would be helpful. There was beach chairs , But I think Some of them was not cleaned for so long it has a wasp nest attached to it. The location of the condo is OK but you have to drive everywhere. There is almost nothing to do in close proximity. Otherwise, we liked the condo It has plenty of linen and towels. It was good for the price we paid.

The apartment is located in a 3 story building which looks like a small hotel. It has a shared swimming pool, a shower to rinse after beach at the beach entrance, a barbeque area, a parking. The apartment is pretty spacious, well equipped and clean. The hosts communicated very well and quckly addressed an issue we had with the sink dranage.The location is really on the beautiful beach with turtles.

This was a nice place to stay. It had all of the amenities we needed. The only downside is it wasn't on the water as I was hoping or it appeared in the pictures. The condo building is next to the water but this unit did not have a view of the water. I love the location and its nearness to the marina.

We loved the beautiful sunrises, the sounds of the ocean, and the quiet coziness of this charming place. This was our first trip to the Hawaiian Islands. Melanie responded quickly to all of my questions and provided many helpful insights. Wonderful communication leading up to our stay! The beds are so comfortable.
